화산재 피해 저감을 위한 상수도시설 대응매뉴얼 개선방안 (Improvement Manual for Waterworks Facilities to Reduce the Damage of Volcanic Ash)

  • 화산 폭발 시 발생되는 화산재는 수백 km 떨어진 광대한 지역으로 확산되며, 화산재가 지표수에 유입될 경우 상수도 시설에 피해를 받게 된다. 상수도시설의 경우 우리 국민들이 먹는 식수와 생활용수를 공급하는 시설로서 화산재 피해가 발생되면 수질오염 등의 피해발생으로 상수도 공급 중단 시 사회적 혼란이 야기된다. 그러나 재난관리 매뉴얼을 살펴본 결과 화산재 피해 에 대응하기 위한 상수도시설 매뉴얼 수립이 미비한 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 기존에 수립된 화산 및 수질오염 관련 매뉴얼을 분석하여 문제점을 도출하였다. 그리고 신속한 상황판단 및 대응활동을 수행할 수 있도록 상수도시설 매뉴얼(안)의 적용범위, 재난유형, 관련기관 주요 임무 및 체계, 재난유형별 위기상황 시나리오 등의 개선방안을 제시하였다.

초.중.고등학교 시설의 급수 사용량에 대한 연구 (A Study on Typical Rates of Water-use for Primary School, Middle School and High School Facilities)

  • A Study on Typical Rates of Water-use for School Facilities has been carried out in this work. Water supply system is given much weight in school facilities. Therefore, it set up a basis efficiency using of water sources to calculate typical rates of water use. The results are summarized as follows; 1) On the whole, typical rates of water-use was founded out 15 L/stu. d in pirmary school, 10 L/stu. d in middle school and 30 L/stu. d in high school smaller than the existing it. It was rate of water-use change as season and Max. Rates of water-use was July. 2) I deem that school hours are 5 hour's in primary school, 7 hour's in middle school and 8 hour's in high school. It the concept of 1 hour that is lesson time 40 minutes and resting time 10 minutes in primary school, lesson time 45 minutes and resting time 10 minutes in middle school and lesson time 50 minutes and resting time 10 minutes in high school. 3) It is desired that we calculate the volume of pump and water tank throughout this concept and the size of water tank should be 1.5 times with taking peak load into consideration by this study on typical rate of water-use. 4) The amount of using water increases in gradually and I consider the life cycle of facilities is more than 10 years. As a result, I can forecast that the size will be insufficiency but I deem that if we devise a plan about parallel pumping on water tank space, we can cope with it. Also, it is expected that we can cut back the transport energy by controlling pump volume.

  • 수도건설사업은 공용이후단계에서 소요되는 운영${\cdot}$유지관리비용 중에서 기계설비 및 관로시설이 대부분을 차지하는 대표적인 플랜트시설로 구성되므로 일반적인 토목시설물의 LCC모델과 차별화되어야 할 것이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 수도건설사업에 적합하도록 비용분류구조를 제시하고 이에 따라 수도시설 LCC분석 모델을 개발하였다. 설계VE 활동시 기초가 되는 설계VA의 절차를 실무활용도 측면을 고려하여 개선된 설계VA절차를 제시하였다. 제시된 설계VA 절차와 LCC분석모델을 사용하여 실제 건설사업의 설계VE활동에 있어 송수관로의 적정 선형 선정에 적용하였다. 제안된 수도건설사업의 설계VA모델은 향후 수도건설사업의 경제적${\cdot}$가치혁신적 대안선정과 유지관리비 예산 추정 및 적정예산 배정에 매우 유용하게 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

  • The objective of the study is to assess the water quality improvement resulted from the rearrangement of the irrigation water supply systems at Mankyeong River and Ansung Chun basin. There is a mixed type of watershed composed of urban and rural areas in the region. The water intake facilities for agricultural use such as reservoir, weir and pumping station are generally located at upstream river where the water quality maintains relatively clean. However, this study focuses on moving the water intake to downstream and rearranging the irrigation water supply system, then investigating how effective they are for water quality improvement in the river. When the water intake is moved downstream, the stream flow is increased as much as the amount of irrigation water that is to be taken upstream. The augmented flow which is frequently referred to as environmental flow can function as dilution water for improving the quality of polluted water that is originated from the wastewater in tributaries.

  • 농촌지역의 복잡한 물관리 체계를 정립하고 효율적인 용수관리를 위해서는 하천과 농업용 수리시설물의 연계를 통한 관개시스템의 네트워크 모델링이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 수자원분야의 지리정보데이터를 다루도록 개발된 ArcHydro Model을 한국농촌공사에서 개발한 농촌용수수요공급량산정시스템 (AWDS: Agricultural Water Demand & Supply Estimation System)과 연계하여 안성천유역내에 위치하는 "안고"농촌용수구역을 대상으로 네트워크 모델링을 구현하였다. ArcHydro Model을 이용하여 유역내의 24개의 저수지, 18개의 양수장, 28개의 취입보 등 총 70개의 수리시설물의 공간객체와 하천망간의 연관성을 부여하여 상호간의 위상관계를 가지도록 네트워크 모델링을 하였다. 또한 농촌용수수요공급량산정시스템에 대한 텍스트 결과를 ArcHydro Model을 통하여 수리시설물의 공간위치를 가시적으로 표현함으로서 특정 시설물의 위치파악이 쉽고, 순차적인 물수지의 체계를 이해하기 쉽도록 ArcGIS의 시스템에 메뉴를 추가하여 개발하였다.

  • The several water resources are showed recently the various pollution types due to the industrialization and the disarranged district development. The living waste water, plant waste water and so are contaminated continuously and the recycling water is concerned highly to save the cost and to improve the environment as the general people. The dust and the heavy metal in the air and the acid rain are contaminating the river water and the underground water. The clean environment is on the rise to the general people and is to be the social problems. There is going to complement and repair the water supplying and fire extinguishing pipeline to save the construction cost and improve the environment in the construction facilities parts. Therefore, in this paper the recycling water treatment/supply apparatus using the living waste water is considerated technically and is raised on the practical uses.

제주특별자치도 물인프라 현황 및 개선방향 (Current status of Jeju special self-governing province's water infrastructure and direction for improvement)

  • This paper investigates the current status of Jeju special self-governing province (JSSGP)'s water infrastructure and recommends directions for improvement. JSSGP relies on groundwater for most of its water resources. Recently, water usage has been steadily increasing due to the increase of residents and tourists while the quality of groundwater has been steadily worsening. Deterioration in water quality of groundwater can be seen through the increase in concentration of nitrate nitrogen and microorganisms. To overcome such problems, water consumption must be reduced by water demand management in all fields including residential and agricultural water use. The quality of water resources should be preserved through the management of pollutants. For efficient management of water resources, great efforts should be made to reduce the leakage rates in household and agricultural water, which is currently at the highest level in the country. Furthermore, diversification of water intake sources other than groundwater is needed, especially for agricultural water supply. For water and sewerage facilities, compliance with drinking water quality standards and discharge water quality standards must be achieved through the optimization of operation management. This process requires recruiting professionals, improving existing workers' expertise, and improving facilities.

  • As the frequency of seismic disasters in Korea has increased rapidly since 2016, interest in systematic maintenance and crisis response technologies for structures has been increasing. A data-based leading management system of Lifeline facilities is important for rapid disaster response. In particular, the water supply network, one of the major Lifeline facilities, must be operated by a systematic maintenance and emergency response system for stable water supply. As one of the methods for this, the importance of the structural health monitoring(SHM) technology has emerged as the recent continuous development of sensor and signal processing technology. Among the various types of SHM, because all machines generate vibration, research and application on the efficiency of a vibration-based SHM are expanding. This paper reviews a vibration-based pipeline SHM system for seismic disaster response of water supply pipelines including types of vibration sensors, the current status of vibration signal processing technology and domestic major research on structural pipeline health monitoring, additionally with application plan for existing pipeline operation system.
