공동체 학습 프로그램의 환경교육적 실현 -야마기시, 핀드혼 공동체와 동사섭 프로그램을 중심으로- (Environmental Education Program in Small Planning Community -In Cases of yamagiscism Village, Findhorn & Dongsasup Program-)

  • Environmental problem and eco-crisis don't mean pollution itself any more, although general people have believed that environmental problems can be resolves by removing pollution. The mos important is environmental problems are linked with social structure which individualism, rationalism is extremely prevailed in the market oriented capitalism society, so public value is ignored especially. In the point of environmental education, this is very important because environmental education is not completed through schooling process, such s class learning, discussion. observation etc, but in the our practical life itself. This means that environmental education can be done by changing of lifestyle anywhere we live, and anytime. But any places governed our social life are polluted by efficiency pursuiting individualism in market oriented capitalism society. So environmental education can't hold the water in this system, in the aspect that we can't stimulate feelings of the student and general people, getting to public resource value and harmony with nature by throwing individual mind away. It is big problem. In this field, I have thought the unique space and social structure which can be used as environmental education place is small-planning community, such as Kibbutz in Israel, educational community Finhorn in Scotland, harmony community Yamagicism Village in Japan and DURE in Korea etc. For the research of this educational possibility in these small community, I visited and investigated immediately, and confirmed. In this thesis, I insist that the training process and practical life experience in this community themselves are good environmental education. So, in case of YAMAGICISM in Japan and FINDHORN in Scotland, DONGSASUP program in Korea, I introduce these small community environmental- education program.

부산지역 해양레저관광 참여자의 만족 및 불만족에 관한 질적 연구 (Qualitative Study on the Satisfaction and Dissatisfaction of Water Leisure Tourism Participants in Busan Area)

  • The purpose of this study was to verify the formation of satisfaction and dissatisfaction of water leisure tourism participants in Busan area using qualitative study method approach. Research participants were selected 6 water leisure tourism participants by reputational sampling method. Six participants who usually participated in water leisure tourism were selected as research participants. The data for this study included participants' observation and in-depth interview. This study categorized the coding paradigm which was presented by using the findings derived from water leisure tourism background. The results based on in-depth interview were as follows. First, water leisure tourism participants recognized environmental satisfaction of environmentally safe pleasure. Second, water leisure tourism participants recognized social satisfaction of change for leisure recognition. Third, water leisure tourism participants recognized facilities and program satisfaction of clearness and systematic programs. Fourth, water leisure tourism participants recognized instructor satisfaction of kindness and professional. Fifth, water leisure tourism participants recognized safety dissatisfaction of safety ignorance. Sixth, water leisure tourism participants recognized amenities dissatisfaction of lacking convenience. Seventh, water leisure tourism participants recognized accessibility dissatisfaction of public transportations.

초등학생의 증거에 기반한 과학적 설명의 수정 과정 고찰 (Elementary Students' Modification of Their Scientific Explanations based on the Evidences in Water Rising in Burning Candle Inquiry)

  • The purpose of this study was to explore the characteristics of elementary science gifted students' modification of scientific explanations based on evidences. For this study, sixteen $6^{th}$ elementary students were participated. The subjects of this study were enrolled in the program for the science gifted. Students were asked to generate initial hypotheses before experiment, and to modify and revise their scientific explanations based on the experiments about water rising in burning candle(s). All the processes of small group discussion during the inquiry were audio-recorded. Students' modification of their scientific explanations were appeared in three types: 1) appropriate connections among evidences, reasoning, and claims, 2) disconnections among evidences, reasoning, and claims and/or use of inappropriate reasoning, 3) scientific explanations without their own understanding. Other problems that students encountered in the processes of modification of their explanations were also discussed.

산학연계 트리즈(TRIZ) 단기 프로그램의 교육적 효과 분석 (An educational effect analysis of a short-term TRIZ program in industry-university cooperation)

  • A camp program where the theory of inventive problem solving TRIZ is applied to real problems of the industry was developed and taught at a five-day seminar apart from the standard curriculum at a university D in Gyeonggido. This study focuses on the educational effect that the TRIZ method has on the engineering students when their creative problem solving skills are required to solve industry problems on their own with the knowledge from their courses. For five days, the students were educated about TRIZ and assigned a real industry problem "Removal of friction caused by bubble formation in water heating pipelines". By applying TRIZ to the problem, the students developed an "Air removing Air Arrester" which received the evaluation, "with understanding the system architecture and the task objective causes and formation of the problem could be handled which directly helps the company's R&D". In this case, TRIZ offers the students a guideline and knowledge on how to approach problems and as a result the students provided a practical solution. During the process, the TRIZ method instilled confidence in the students and proved to be a motivation. It becomes obvious that this short-term program has a positive effect on students' way of thinking creatively and increasing their problem-solving abilities.

일부 군인들의 구강관리용품 사용실태 및 인식 (Some of the soldiers oral care products usage and recognition)

  • Objectives : The purpose of this study was to survey some soldiers oral care products along recognition, and thereby to identify possible correlations among those factors. Methods : Questionnaire survey was carried out targeting 272 soldiers. The collected data was performed frequency & percentage, fisher's exact test, chi-square test and multiple regression analysis. Results : Respondents approving the implementation of water fluoridation were 50.5%. The general factors of approval were age, education, Monthly household income. The knowledge factors of approval were experience of hearing of this program, the knowledge of the purpose of this program, the knowledge of the some regions in South Korea had been implement water fluoridation. The results of multiple logistic regression analysis were the awareness of oral health and the knowledge level of water fluoridation were related with this program approval. Conclusions : The study suggest that oral care products should be include in military dental health care program. In addition to development dental health programs each military unit is dental health care between Korean soldiers.

원주시 가구의 상수도 수질개선에 대한 지불의사액 추정 (Household's Willingness to Pay for Piped Water Quality Improvement in Wonju)

  • 본 논문에서는 상수도 수질개선 프로그램을 시행할 계획을 가지고 있는 원주시를 대상으로 하여 상수도 수질개선에 대한 가구의 지불의사액을 분석하고자 한다. 이를 위해 조건부 가치측정 법(CVM)을 적용하되, CVM 연구에서 지 켜 야 할 다양한 지침을 엄격하게 준수하면서 가구조사를 시행하였다. 구체적으로 원주시 250가구를 무작위로 추출하여 일대일 개별면접을 통해 상수도 수질개선 프로그램에 대해 얼마나 지불할 의사가 있는지를 물었다. 응답자들은 전반적으로 조건부 시장을 잘 받아들였으며 가구당 월평균 1,583원에서 2,776원의 지불의사액을 가지고 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 이러한 지불의사는 성별, 교육수준, 소득 등과 같은 가구특성변수에 유의하게 영향을 받았다. 이 값을 원주 전체로 확장하였더니 연간 약 19.9억 원에서 34.9억 원에 해당하였다. 이 값은 상수도 수질개선이 경제적으로 바람직한지 여부를 결정하기 위한 비용-편익 분석에서 편익의 값으로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

상수도수불화사업이 구강건강상태에 미치는 영향 (Study on Influence of Water Fluoridation Program on Oral Health Status)

  • 이 연구는 상수도수불화사업이 구강건강상태에 미치는 영향을 파악하여 향후 상수도수불화사업 수행의 기초 자료를 마련하고자 하였다. 상수도수불화지역인 청주시 상당구, 상수도수비불화지역인 안양시 만안구를 대상지역으로 하였으며, 2003년도 7월 3일부터 7월 22일까지 청주시 상당구 C초등학교와 안양시 만안구 A초등학교 5-6학년 학부모를 대상으로 상수도수불화에 대한 설문지 조사와 초등학교 5-6학년 학생을 대상으로 구강검사를 실시하였다. 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 우식경험영구치지수(DMFT index)는 청주 1.69개, 안양이 2.11개로 상수도수불화지역인 청주에서 낮았다(P=.010). 2. 우식경험영구치율(DMFT rate)은 청주 6.72%, 안양 7.94% 로 상수도수불화지역인 청주가 낮았다. 3. 제1대구치건강도는 청주 95.54%, 안양이 94.10%로 상수도수불화지역인 청주에서 높았다(P=.002). 이 연구는 상수도수불화사업의 효과를 분석함으로써, 상수도수불화사업이 구강상태에 미치는 영향을 파악하고, 이에 대한 구강건강증진을 향상에 기초 자료를 제시하는데 의의가 있다. 국민구강건강증진은 아울러 구강건강보험재정의 비용절감과 연관이 있다고 사료되며, 이를 위하여 전국 모든 지역에 상수도수사용을 확대 실시하여, 상수도수와 불소화에 대한 적극적인 홍보와 교육을 통한 신뢰 구축이 추가적으로 필요하다고 생각된다.

전라북도 김제시 일부 학부모들의 수돗물불소농도조정사업에 관한 의식 (Knowledge and Attitude about Adjusted Water Fluoridation among Parents in Kimje, Korea)

  • 수불사업의 의식에 관한 자료를 마련하여 사업 시행을 위한 자료를 수집할 목적으로 전라북도 김제시에 소재하는 초등학교 및 중학교 학생의 학부모 1,418명을 대상으로 개별자기기입법에 의한 설문조사를 시행하였다. 본 연구의 결론은 다음과 같다. 1. 수돗물불소농도조정사업에 대해 알고 있다고 응답한 학부모는 58.4%이었으며, 수돗물불 소농도조정사업에 대한 목적을 알고 있는 학부모의 비율은 50.1%이었다. 2. 수돗물불소농도조정사업에 대한 인지에서 학력(p=.000)과 세대별 소득(p=.019)에 따라 유의한 차이가 있었는데, 학력이 높을수록, 세대별 소득이 많을수록 수돗물불소농도조정 사업에 대한 인지율이 높았다. 3. 수돗물불소농도조정사업의 목적에 대한 인지에서 연령, 학력 그리고 세대별 소득에 따라 유의한 차이가 있었는데(p<.001), 젊은 층일수록, 학력이 높을수록 그리고 세대별 소득 이 높을수록 수불사업 목적에 대한 인지율이 높았다. 4. 학부모의 수돗물불소농도조정사업 실시에 대한 찬반 의견은 찬성 한다가 82.3%, 반대 한다가 17.7%로 '찬성' 비율이 '반대' 비율보다 약 4.5배 이상 높았다. 5. 수돗물불소농도조정사업 인지 여부에 따른 수돗물불소농도조정사업 실시 찬성 여부에는 유의한 차이가 있었고(p<.001), 대체적으로 '찬성'이 '반대'보다 많았다. 이상의 결과를 종합할 때, 초등학생 및 중학생 학부모는 수불사업에 대한 인지도와 호응도가 높은 집단임이 확인되었다. 그러므로 이들의 의견이 지역사회의 여론 형성에 반영이 되도록 지역주민에 대한 활발한 교육 및 신문, 텔레비전과 인터넷 등 매스컴을 이용한 정보제공을 비롯한 다양한 활동이 공중보건 영역에서 이루어져야 한다고 생각되었다.

학교 환경교육을 위한 하천 수질 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션 프로그램 SimRiver의 활용 (Trial of Educational Computer Simulation Software 'SimRiver' for Assessment of River Water Quality for Environmental Education in Schools)

  • SimRiver, computer simulation software for assessment of river water quality is an educational simulation software created for studying the relationship between human activity and river environment using epilithic diatom communities, The SimRiver program was applied to total seventy eight teachers of elementary, middle and high schools in Korea, and the teachers' reactions were analyzed with the questionnaire survey. Total 79.2% of the teachers estimated the possibility of SimRiver to be applied as a educational material in lessons is high. Especially total 93.6% of the teachers answered that they will use SimRiver in their lessons. The results of the questionnaire survey indicate that SimRiver is an interesting and easy simulator of alternative field exercise for students to understand the relationship between human activity and quality of river water.

A Phenomenological Study for the Expansion of Youth Leisure Experiences in Marine Sports

  • This study explore the possibility of water sports activities as juvenile pleasure, and was performed for the purpose of looking for ways to develop it. In order to do this, I was conducted interviews with the water sports of seven experts to achieve. As the development direction of the main contents of the interview is youth leisure activity, specific details are expected to be young and effect change through the application of Maritime youth sports programs, potential problems, and direction of water sports youth development program, primarily part of the effort needed and so on is composed of. Interview data was categorized as a job that has undergone a similar topic by phenomenological analysis of Giorgi. Findings water sports activities despite having plenty of potential to contribute to the holistic growth of the youth, the conclusion was drawn that various constraints exist. Management of water sports agencies as a way to solve this problem, provided supervision, property development program for adolescents and youth professional guidance workforce, youth water sports activities such as infrastructure presents a proposal.
