표준화를 통한 통합형 수(水)운영시스템의 개발 (Development of Integrated Water Operation System through Engineering Standardization)

  • In this paper, we standardized the water operation system picture, process control logic, realtime database and system configuration. All aspects, including monitoring & controlling processes, symbols such as pumps, valves and pipes were standardized. As a result we have developed a specialized Integrated water operation system, iWater. We have developed a variety of advanced application programs that are essential for water treatment systems, such as IWS (Integrated Warning system), MBO(modbus opc)/LSE(LS ethernet) driver, video monitoring, self diagnosis system, network monitoring, etc. IWS prevents water supply accidents by using a variety of alarms and warning messages. Drivers have the flexibility to communicate with other 3rd party systems. We expect that iWater will eliminate any concerns regarding water-related issues while also promoting the production and fair distribution of clean water.

  • In recent, industrialization increases the level of pollution load in sea areas, and the inflows of pollutants to public sea areas cause sudden and wide-range of influence to the water quality and the ecosystem. To prepare for these kinds of unpredictable water pollution issues, the necessity is emerging to build an automatic water quality monitoring system, which can monitor and alarm the water quality changes of the subject sea areas. For the ongoing installation plan of the automatic water quality monitoring system around the Saemankeum sea area, this report compares and analyzes its installation conditions as well as the physical and chemical characteristics of the in-situ type and the water-sampling type of the automatic water quality monitoring equipments, and subjects to provide elementary data for the system installation in the Saemankeum.

  • The purpose of this study Is to develop water quality management system fort a farm village stream. The framework design of the system and the ecological monitoring of a test watershed were carried out, The system consists of GIS(Geographic Information System ), database, pollution source management, water quality and hydrologic analysis. Suri watershed located on Idong, Yongin city, Kyunggi Province, was selected as the test watershed for the application of the system. The fifteen's monitoring stations were chooses at up- and down-stream of the watershed. The results of an aquatic ecological monitoring were analyzed by the GPI(Group Pollution Index) method. The GPI revealed that water quality was varied within the stream. GPI and DO map for the watershed stream were developed, These maps facilitated to analyze the spatial distribution of the water quality.

베이지언 기법을 이용한 수계 내의 독성물질 판단 (On-line identification of the toxicological substance in the water system using Baysian technique)

  • Water resource can be examined using biological sensors. Algae has been one of the biological sensors used to evaluate and to monitor the water pollution. The monitoring system, however, has not been used to determine what kind of the toxicological substance is in the water. It needs additional expensive chemical test to figure out the cause of the water pollution. In this study, an endeavor is made to identify the toxicant in the water using the shape of the chlorophyll fluorescence induction curve(FIC) from algae using monitoring system. Fundamental curves are obtained from the experiments with specified amount of toxicant. Baysian method is utilized to determine the unknown toxicant in the water by comparing it with the fundamental curves. The results shows that the proposed method works fairly well.

하천수질관리를 위한 시험유역의 운영 (Operation of an Experimental Watershed for River Water Quality Management)

  • 본 연구에서는 하천에서의 흐름과 수질변화를 실시간으로 감시할 수 있는 수문 수질관측시스템을 구축하고자 한다. 이를 통해 하천에서의 오염사고에 대비한 수질감시와 수질변화를 모의할 수 있는 하천관리시스템을 구축하고자 한다. 횡성댐 상류 계천 유역에 시험유역을 선정하였으며, 보다 정확한 수문 및 수질자료를 얻기 위해 우량관측소 3개소, 수위관측소 3개소 및 수질관측소 1개소를 설치하여 실시간 수문 수질관측시스템을 운영하고 있다. 이와 같이 구축된 관측시스템을 통해 강우량, 수위, 유속, 유량 및 수질 등과 같은 자료들을 축적하고, 다양한 분야의 활용을 위해 자유롭게 공개함으로써 관측자료에 대한 활용도를 높이고자 한다.

  • In these days, as it frequently happens that water level in the river exceeds the design floods due to irregular heavy rainfall, so it is required, first of an, to manage with railroad bridge safely. Because train control criterion under heavy rainfall is still not prepared and automatic flood monitoring system for railroad bridges is not used, worry over invisible economic loss due to train passage delay is in existence. Therefore, it is important to secure the safety and detect the risk like turnover or failure of railroad bridges through systematic disaster prevention system. And the transition from conventional monitoring method to real time monitoring method supported by sensors and communication system with high technology is rapidly needed. This research is on developing the real time flood monitoring system which prevents railroad disasters in advance by detecting continuously the water level of railroad bridge through CCD camera and water level gauge.

  • 상수관망의 노후화에 따른 잦은 파괴로 인해 보다 효율적인 상수관망 모니터링시스템 구축이 중요한 문제가 되었다. 상수관망의 모니터링 시스템의 하나인 "Smart-Pipe 시스템"은 영구적이며 포괄적인 자동화된 형태의 SIM 시스템으로 기존의 모니터링 시스템에 비해 많은 장점을 가지고 있다. Smart-pipe를 도입하기 위해서는 상수관 파괴를 미리 예측하여 갑작스러운 상수관 파괴를 막는 것과 같이 smart-pipe 설치를 통해 발생하는 간접적 이익의 정량화가 우선되어야 한다. 그러나 이와 관련된 연구는 국내외적으로 매우 미비한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 smart-pipe의 개념을 기존 상수관 모니터링 시스템과 비교하였으며 smartpipe 설치에 따른 이익을 수용가불편시간으로 정량화하는 방안을 제시하였다. 제안된 방법을 고양시의 상수관망에 적용하여 적용성을 검증하였으며, smart-pipe시스템의 도입을 위한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 판단되었다.

  • 수질 감시를 위한 물벼룩 활동량 측정을 실시간으로 측정하는 하드웨어를 구현 하였다. 물벼룩은 수질 감시에 빈번히 시용하는 살아있는 생물학적 센서라고 할 수 있다. 물벼룩은 수질이 오염이 되면 활동량의 변화가 나타나기 때문에 물벼룩의 활동량을 감시함으로서 해당 수질의 독성 물질의 유입을 즉각 확인할 수 있다. 물벼룩의 활동량 조사는 기존의 방법은 LED를 이용한 발광부와 Photo TR.을 이용한 수광부를 사용하는 방법이 있으나 물벼룩이 빛에 민감하게 반응하고 측정 대상인 물벼룩을 기준에 두고 2 개의 장치(발광부와 수광부)를 두는 불편한 점이 있었다. 본 논문은 기존의 방식을 대체하기 위해 CCD 카메라를 사용한다. CCD 카메라의 영상처리를 위해 이미지 버퍼에 저장한 후 컴퓨터나 DSP를 사용하여 소프트웨어로 일괄 처리를 하는 것이 아니라 실시간으로 하드웨어로 처리하는 시스템을 구현하였다. 그리고 구현된 하드웨어로 수질 경보를 위한 원격 모니터링 임베디드 시스템을 구축하였다.

  • This paper is study on internet based remote control and monitoring for the system to purify water. environment of the water quality grew worse. therefore we require the effective system to purify water now national internet based remote control and monitoring make a sensation and are a problem to be solved. This paper demonstrate internet based remote control and monitoring for the system to purify water. This system including on server and many client distributed in whole country. The server is collecting information from the client. this information is then written inside Database. The Database is dealing with Website and Server and Client.
