온침 열특성의 기류 영향에 관한 연구 (Study of Air Flow Effects on Heat Characteristics of Warm Needle Acupuncture)

  • Objectives : To characterize the thermal properties of traditional warm needle and new warm needle with various air flows as an important environmental factor and to suggest the necessity of maintaining suitable environment of clinics to maximize their efficacy. Methods : We measured the temperature characteristics of traditional moxa warm needle and new moxa charcoal warm needle by applying an automatic temperature acquisition system with thermocouples while external various air flows were supplied. Temperatures of two positions at the needle body were measured while a moxa cone burned. Typical temperature characteristics like peak temperature, duration, curve shape and the efficiency of the heat stimuli by heat amount analysis were executed. Results : Both warm needles showed similar temperature curve with an increase in the air flow. Peak temperature and duration of effective heat decreased with the air flow, as shown in indirect moxibustion on garlic. The temperature change pattern by the air flow became more apparent when the total combustion heat was compared with the effective heat. The values from two positions on the needle body were significantly different, showing a distance dependency from the heat source of warm needle acupuncture. Conclusions : Thermal properties of warm needle acupuncture was observed variously with surrounding air flow of 0.0 - 0.7 m/s. It emphasized the importance of environmental control as well as the warm needle itself such as heat source and needle. The latter has already been known to deliver designated heat to subjects. It also indicated the importance of education and skill of the practitioners of warm needle acupuncture.

운전자의 심리·생리 반응을 고려한 승용차 쾌적 난방 모드에 관한 연구 (Research on the Thermal Comfort Heating Mode Considering Psychological and Physiological Response of Automobile Drivers)

  • In this research, the psychological and physiological reactions of the driver were measured during winter to evaluate thermal comfort. The experiment was conducted using 3 different cases which are hot air heating, warm-wire seat heating and hot air & warm-wire seat heater operating simultaneously. With regard to psychological reaction, the warm-wire heating mode was the most preferred. The reason is that it is dry in other cases. With regard to EEG response, thermal comfort increased by 37% in warm air mode heating. In addition, when the warm-wire heating mode and the hot air & warm-wire heating mode were simultaneously operated, the thermal comfort continuously increased by between 17% and 20% for 20 minutes after boarding. Under the change of the autonomic nervous system, the thermal stress level increased by 23% after 15 minutes on board in the hot air heating mode and decreased continuously by 13% during the warm-wire seat heating mode. We recommended the hot air heating mode is only used for a short time to raise the inside temperature during the early boarding period and that warm-wire seat heating mode be actively utilized.

  • 본 연구에서는 실내로 유입되는 온기와 실내공기사이의 온도차 및 유입속도에 따라 발생되는 부력의 영향 및 실내로 유입된 온기의 혼합특성에 관한 열유동특성을 파악하였다. 혼합도의 정의로부터 임계속도($1.2{\sim}1.6m/s$)전 후로 기하학적영향에 대하여서 혼합과의 관계를 파악할 수 있었다. 그리고 축열표율과의 관계는 속도가 크고 기준온도차가 작을수록 부력의 영향을 적게 받아서 아네모스형, 베인형 모두 높은 축열효율을 나타냈다. 그리고 속도가 클 때는 베인형이 전반적으로 우수한 축열효율을 나타냈다. 따라서 유입속도에 의한 영향이 기준온도차에 의한 영향보다 지배적임을 알 수 있었다.

의성 빙계리 얼음골의 저온 현상에 관한 연구 (Thermal Regime of a Cold Talus Slope in Uiseong Binggye-ri Ice Valley, Korea)

  • Observations were conducted in Uiseong Binggye-ri Ice Valley of Korea, where a low temperature talus is located. The talus temperature at Ice Hole near the lower end of the talus remained at $0^{\circ}C$ until summer or autumn and averaged $-0.3^{\circ}C$ over 2 years. The talus temperature at Warm Hole was much higher than the external air temperature during autumn and winter. The outflow of warm air at Warm Hole begins in the late summer of fall. The direction of airflow through the talus surface was determined by the relationship between talus temperature and external air temperature. Annual variations in talus temperature and air exchange between the talus and the external environment can be divided into four periods. It was found that the airflow directions at Warm Hole and Ice Hole were not necessarily opposites. The outflows from the talus at Ice Hole and Warm Hole can occur simultaneously.

농업용 비닐하우스의 온풍난방에 관한 기초적 연구 (Study on the Vinyl House Heating by Warm Air)

  • The results obtained are as follows; 1. The variation of the temperature in a vinyl house without heating system is similar to that of air temperature in a day. The difference of maximum temperature and minimum one in a day is 27$^{\circ}C$ which is two times greater than the daily difference of air temperature. 2. When the length of the duct is increased, the high temperature zone is built up in the direction of warm air discharge from the duct, and the low temperature zone is built up in the opposite direction of warm air discharge. But, in case of the duct length is short (0.05 L), the temperature distrubution in a vinyl house become uniform. It is concluded that the shorter length of the duct, the better the distribution of the temperature in a vinyl house is. 3. When the duct is installed at high position, the high temperature zone is built up in the upper zone of the vinyl house and the low temperature zone is built up in the lower zone. And when the position of the duct is low, the rate of temperature variation along the vertical direction become high, and the direct contact of warm air with the plant in the house is occured. It is concluded that the duct should be installed at the position of slightly higher than the plant height. 4. When the fuel consumption rate is fixed at the 101/hr, the lowest temperature warming rate in the vinyl house is 5$^{\circ}C$ without regard to the air temperature.

온기의 가치평가 및 난방비 배분방법론 제안 (A Suggestion for the Worth Evaluation of Warm Air and the Allocation Methodology of Heating Cost)

  • Our government will make a plan regulating the cooling limit temperature of the summer season to 26 degree and the heating limit temperature of the winter season to 20 degree for energy saving. Where, the key point of this politic pursuit can be the charge system on heating and cooling cost. Currently, the heating and cooling cost are charged as much as the volume or heat flow rate regardless of the high and low room temperature. However, we have suggested new cost estimating methodology as a worth method in the precedent study, and preformed the worth evaluation and cost allocation of electricity and heat on various cogenerations. In this study, we applied the suggested worth method to four kind of warm air, and preformed the worth evaluation and cost allocation of each warm air. As a result, the more energy a customer saved, the more heating unit cost decreased, and the more energy a customer consumed, the more heating unit cost increased. From this analysis, we hope that the suggested worth methodology can offer a theoretical basis to the politic pursuit of government, and induce the spontaneous energy saving of consumers.

온풍건조방법에 의한 마른 오징어의 품질특성 (Quality Characteristics of Dried Squid(Todarodes Pacificus) by Warm Air Drying)

  • 본 연구에서는 마른 오징어의 품질 향상을 위해서 일반적으로 많이 사용되고 있는 천일 건조와 온풍건조 방법을 이용하여 건조조건에 따른 마른 오징어의 건조특성 및 이화학적 품질 특성을 분석하였다. 건조방법에 따른 건조완료 마른오징어의 건조시간, 수분함량 및 수분활성도는 온풍건조의 경우 온도가 증가함에 따라 건조시간은 줄어들었고 천일건조의 경우에는 총 120시간만에 건조가 완료되었으며 수분활성도는 미생물의 생육과 증식이 불가능한 0.468~0.486을 나타내었다. 마른오징어의 $\Delta$Ε 값은 같은 온풍건조 30$^{\circ}C$를 제외하고 차이가 적어 육안으로는 큰 차이를 느끼지 못하였다. 건조 방법 및 시간에 따른 TBA가는 차이를 보여 건조 완료 마른오징어의 경우 35℃ 온풍건조가 가장 높게 나타났다. 오징어의 맛을 내는 아미노산인 proline, alanine, glycine과 taurine은 온풍건조 35$^{\circ}C$에서 가장 높았으며 천일건조의 경우 생오징어와 유사한 조성비를 가지고 있었지만 유리 아미노산의 양은 감소한 것으로 나타났다. 천일건조와 온풍건조를 비교하면 총 지방산의 함량은 천일건조가 많은 것으로 나타났으며, 콜레스테롤 함량은 생오징어가 707.8 mg/100 g, 천일건조는 522.3 mg/100 g, 온풍건조는 평균 511.4 mg/100 g로 나타나 건조 오징어의 콜레스테롤 함량이 감소하는 경향이었다.

온난 및 한랭시즌의 우리나라 지상기온 평가 알고리즘 개발 (Development of Estimation Algorithm of Near-Surface Air Temperature for Warm and Cold Seasons in Korea)

  • 시공간적 기온정보는 지구온난화와 기후변화의 이해에 있어서 중요한 기상요소이다. 본 연구에서는 인공위성 원격탐사로부터 획득된 공간적으로 균질한 지표면 정보를 이용하여 우리나라 지상기온 평가 알고리즘을 개발하였다. LST(Land Surface Temperature), NDWI(Normalized Difference Water Index), NDVI(Normalized Difference Vegetation Index)를 독립변수로 하는 지상기온 추정을 위한 다중회귀모형을 제안하고, 우리나라의 지역기후변화를 고려하기 위하여 온난시즌과 한랭시즌에 대한 모형의 회귀상수 및 회귀계수를 도출하였다. 개발된 기온 추정 알고리즘에 의해 산출된 온난 및 한랭시즌의 기온정보는 지상관측기온과 비교하여 우수한 상관관계를 보였고, $3^{\circ}C$ 미만의 RMSE와 거의 0에 가까운 BIAS로 매우 높은 일치성을 보였다. 따라서 인공위성 지표면 원격탐사자료를 활용하고 온난 및 한랭시즌의 구분을 적용한 기온 평가 알고리즘은 우리나라의 지역기후를 평가하는데 있어서 간략하고 유용한 수단이 될 수 있으리라 기대된다.

전북 진안 풍혈의 여름철 냉풍 및 겨울철 온풍 발생 연구 (Study of occurrence of cool air in summer and warm air in winter of Chonbuk Jinan Poonghyeol)

  • Jinan Poonghyeol in Chonbuk province Is famous for emitting cool air in summer and warm air in winter. Cause for these phenomena is studied by measuring temperature, humidity and air velocity of several locations around Jinan Poonghyeol Temperature variations under the ground are also measured. Analyzing data compiled from July 21, 2005 through May 26, 2006, it is presumed that storage effect of rocks and soil in this area and buoyance effect are the main causes for this mysterious natural air-conditioning phenomena.

건조방법에 따른 비지의 품질변화 (Changes in Quality of Soybean Curd Residue as Affected by Different Drying Methods)

  • This study was carried out to determine the changes in quality during the drying process and the optimum drying condition for utilizing soybean curd residue. The quality criteria for soybean curd residue were acid value, peroxide value, fatty acid composition and microbial concentration. The acid values of soybean curd residue were 7.5, 4.5 and 5.9 KOH mg/g upon 12 hour drying with open-air sun, ambient-air blast and warm-air blast, respectively. The numbers of total aerobic bacteria and molds increased remarkably during drying with open-air sunlight, ambient-air blast and warm-air blast except for hot air blast. Among different drying methods, the hot air blast drying(1kg of sample) was the most effective methods, which completed in three hours. Also, the drying method demonstrated a typical drying curve ; settling down, constant rate drying and falling rate drying period were shown within one hour, from one and three hours and after three hours, respectively. Moreover, there was significant variation in the constant drying period for the quality of soybean curd residue.
