물류창고 종사원의 작업 관련 특성과 직무 스트레스가 근골격계 자각증상에 미치는 영향 (The Impact on the Musculoskeletal Symptoms of the Warehouse Employees's Work-related Characteristics and Job Stress)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship between work-related characteristics and job stressors and the factors influencing musculoskeletal symptoms of the warehouse employees. Methods: The research was a cross-sectional, descriptive study. Data were collected from 319 warehouse employees who agreed to participate in the study by using self-report questionnaires. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, $x^2-test$, and logistic regression analysis (SPSS 18.0). Results: The overall prevalence of musculoskeletal symptoms was 37.6%. The logistic regression analysis revealed a posture that renders fatigue or pain, repetitive work, and a higher total score of job stressors as the risk factors for musculoskeletal symptoms in many body parts. Conclusion: Employers should plan to educate employees who work in warehouses about the correct working posture to prevent musculoskeletal diseases, stop repetitive work, and manage job stressors.

2009년 협회적하약관상 보험기간에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Duration of Cover in the Institute Cargo Clauses 2009)

  • This article intends to examine main features of revision in relation to the duration of cover in the Institute Cargo Clauses 2009 and the results of analysis are as followings. First, the cover, which had been "warehouse to warehouse", has been extended to what may be called "shelf to unloading". Thus the insurance attaches when the goods are first moved within the warehouse or place of storage at the named place for the purpose of immediate loading for the commencement of transit. Secondly, the new termination Clause 8.1.3 requires an election by the assured, or their employees, to use a vehicle or container, for storage other than in the ordinary course of transit. Thirdly, Clause 10.1, which deals with the assured's voluntary change of voyage, was amended to solve the problem that the words "held covered" could be misunderstood by an assured without specialist knowledge of English marine insurance law to be a guarantee of cover, even where cover would not be commercially available. Finally, Clause 10.2 is designed to solve the so-called "phantom ship problem", arising from the harsh decision in The Prestrioka. The new Clause 10.2 provides protection for an innocent assured in the situation of a phantom ship.

협회적하약관(ICC)상 운송조항(Transit Clause)의 변천과정에 관한 연구 (The Revision of Transit Clause in the Institute Cargo Clauses)

  • The Joint Cargo Committee of International Underwriting Association of London (IUA) and Lloyd’s Market Association (LMA) have issued the revised version of Institute Cargo Clauses A, B, C, Institute Cargo Clauses (Air) and their accompanying War and Strikes Clauses. The Institute Cargo Clauses ("ICC") were last revised in 1982. Following a two year long consultation process, the latest edition of the ICC clauses became available to the Market on 1st January 2009. The overall result of the amendments to the 1982 ICC has been to create clearer policies that are more favourable to the Assured. Exclusions have also been amended to the advantage of the assured. The Transit Clause has seen a large revision, again more favourable to the Assured. The insurance now attaches within the warehouse or place of storage when the goods are "first moved$\cdots$ for the purpose of the immediate loading into or onto the carrying vehicle or other conveyance for the commencement of transit" whereas previously the insurance would not attach until the goods left the warehouse. Furthermore, the insurance now terminates on completion of unloading from the vessel at (rather than delivery to) the final warehouse or at a warehouse prior to the destination named in the contract of insurance which the Assured or their employees elect to use either for storage or distribution.

Fuzzy-AHP를 활용한 의류 물류창고 운영개선에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Operation and Function Improvement for apparel warehouse Using Fuzzy-AHP)

  • 국가 간 다양한 상품 무역에서 파생되는 물류업무를 처리하기 위해 세계 물류시장은 성장하고 있는 추세이다. 특히 의류물류는 매년 처리량이 증가하고 있으며, 세계 산업 중 손꼽히는 매출 기록을 나타내고 있다. 현재 의류품목은 고가의 제품으로 성장하였으며, 정교하고 알맞은 물류서비스가 요청되고 있다. 본 논문은 3PL 서비스를 제공하는 회사들이 앞으로 성장하고 있는 의류시장에 대한 서비스 및 오퍼레이션에 대응할 수 있도록 효과적인 운영방안을 제시하는 것에 연구목적이 있다. Fuzzy AHP방법을 사용하여 의류창고 운영에 대한 중요요인의 가중치를 산출하였다. 분석결과, 1위로는 인력교육(0.17) 2위로는 화재관리(0.169), 3위로 입출고 관리(0.142)로 나타났으며, 4위와 5위는 각각 Warehouse management system 및 바코드 시스템으로 확인되었다. 즉 '의류' 특성을 정확히 이해하고 이를 바탕으로 인력교육, 화재관리 그리고 입출고관리를 수행해야하며, 이를 통하여 의류물류 서비스의 질을 제고할 수 있다.

택배종사자의 근골격계질환 증상에 관한 연구 (Symptoms of the Musculoskeletal disorders in Delivery Workers )

  • Due to the routine nature of social distancing in accordance with the COVID-19 pandemic, the logistics industry is under rapid development, given that offline demand is focused on online platforms. The number of warehouse workplaces and workers are steadily increasing per annum, and the industrial accident rate of transportation, warehouse, and telecommunication industries to which warehouse employees belong is higher than the total industrial accident rate in Korea. In previous studies, warehouse workers reported exposure to health hazards such as musculoskeletal disorders due to the handling of heavy objects and improper working postures. Accordingly, in this study, a survey was conducted to investigate symptoms of musculoskeletal disorders with focus on parcel delivery workers nationwide. The questionnaire included a musculoskeletal disorder symptom survey table to identify information such as worker occupational history, work type, and signs or symptoms of musculoskeletal disorders. Survey response data from 453 people were obtained to determine the influence of delivery business characteristics on occupational musculoskeletal disorders, and the influencing factors were analyzed. Based on the results, in the analysis of pain with respect to body part, the duration, degree, and frequency of pain were highest in the leg part, and as a result, the average value for the leg part exhibited a significant difference from those of other body parts. In addition, 52.32% of workers exhibited symptoms of musculoskeletal disorders, and a high number of patients with musculoskeletal disorders was observed in the work group with less than three years of service and with ages ranging from 30-39. The results of this study can serve as basic data for the derivation of a management plan that meets the characteristics of musculoskeletal disorders that impact logistics workers overburdened with work due to the rapid increase in parcel delivery volume in accordance with an increase in online consumption.

냉동창고 출하작업의 신체부담 분석에 관한 연구 (An Analysis of Physical Load of the Shipping Work in Cold Storage Warehouses)

  • Work-related musculoskeletal disorders constitute a major source of employee disability and lost wages. Cumulative Trauma Disorders(CTD) refers to a category of physical conditions which result from chronic musculoskeletal injury. Assessment of CTD risk in industry at early stage allows for early control, a safe environment, and a healthier workforce. In this study, the physical load of the shipping work in the cold storage warehouse were especially investigated. Employees were working with almost unnatural posture in a very restricted work space. The questionnaire and biomechanical analysis were used to evaluate the physical load. Results from analyses showed that they were sufficiently exposed to CTD due to repetition and unnatural posture. Based on the analysis, ways for improving working conditions are proposed. The analysis and proposals in this paper will serve as a basic tool for designing/redesigning working environment such as improvement of tools and equipments, design of times for work/rest cycle.

우리나라 물류기업 특성요인과 근로자 임금격차에 대한 분석연구 (A Study on the Characteristic Factors of Logistics Companies and the Wage Gap of Workers in Korea)

  • 본 논문에서는 개별적 기업을 대상으로 표본을 수집하여 심층적으로 근로자 임금(평균연봉)에 대해 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하고자 한다. 기업의 근로자 평균연봉과 함께 초임 평사원의 평균연봉에 대해서 깊이 있는 분석을 하고자 한다. 구체적으로 초임 평사원의 학력별로 초대졸, 대졸, 대학원졸 평균 연봉에 미치는 기업 규모, 자본과 노동의 생산구조, 사업의 주된 분야의 영향을 설명하고자 하였다. 물류기업의 초임 평사원의 평균연봉 차이는 매출액에 미치는 주된 사업이 결정적 요인변수이며, 학력과 관련하여 초대졸과 대졸은 외항여객화물운송업 및 항만운영및하역관리업이 높은 연봉을 제공하였고 육상화물운송업 및 창고업은 낮은 연봉을 제공하고 있었다. 그 외에도 우리나라 물류기업은 본사지 위치, 종업원 수, 매출액 대비 인건비 비중, 매출에 미치는 주된 사업의 4개 특성요인간에 모두 관련성을 가지고 있었다. 이 같은 사실이 서울 소재의 외항여객화 물운송업이나 기업물류대행업, 복합운송및국제운송중계업은 대기업이며, 인건비 비중은 낮으며 자본·기술·정보 집약적 투자에 더 많은 비중을 가진 사업구조라는 사실이다.

지역별 물류창고의 생산성 분석 (The Productivity Analysis on Regional Logistics Warehouse)

  • 물류기업은 가장 저렴한 원가구조를 갖는 지역에 생산, 물류거점 기지를 운영하며 세계시장을 대상으로 제품을 매매하는 경영방식을 선택하고 있다. 물류네트워크 상에서 물류창고는 적절한 위치에서 적절한 시기에 효과적으로 운영하므로 부가가치를 창출하여 효율성 제고를 통한 경쟁력 강화방안이 FTA에 대한 대응방안이 되고 있다. 물류기업은 물류창고의 역량을 강화하기 위하여 구조적 경쟁력 방안을 강화하므로 국내의 물류창고의 운영 효율성과 생산성 취약하므로 효율성과 생산성 분석은 의미가 있다. 본 연구에서는 2005년-2009년까지 지역별 물류창고 효율성 분석을 하였으며 동태적 안정성검증에서는 서울특별시, 부산광역시, 대구광역시, 전라북도가 안정적이며 생산성 변화를 측정한 결과는 광주광역시와 제주도의 경우 4기간 평균 생산성지수는 각각 2.553과와 2.602로 생산성이 약 255%와 260% 증가하였다. Catch-up 분석 해석 결과는 대전광역시, 전라북도, 경상남도 경영상 효율성의 악화가 이루어졌으며 Frontier 분석 해석결과는 서울특별시가 가장 낮고 광주광역시가 높은 기술진보가 이루어졌음을 알 수 있다.

안전관리전문기관의 산업재해예방 성과에 관한 연구 -자체수행 안전관리사업장과 비교 중심- (A Study on the Performance of Industrial Accident Prevention in Safety Management Institution -Focus on Comparison with Self-Managed Safety Workplace-)

  • 본 연구는 산업안전보건법에 따라 지정·등록하는 안전관리전문기관에서 안전관리를 대행하는 사업장과 안전관리를 자체 수행하는 사업장의 사고재해율과 사고사망만인율을 비교 분석·검증하였다. 연구결과에 따르면 사고재해율이 낮은 집단은 안전관리자를 자체 선임한 사업장, 규모는 근로자 300인 미만 자체 선임 사업장, 산재보험 업종은 제조업과 운수·창고·통신업의 자체선임 사업장으로 유의성을 확인하였다. 사고사망만인율이 낮은 집단은 근로자 300인 미만 안전 관리전문기관의 대행 사업장과 기타의사업의 자체 선임 사업장으로 나타났다. 그 외 집단의 분석에서는 사고재해율과 사고사망만인율의 유의성을 확인할 수 없었다. 본 연구에서 안전관리전문기관의 대행 사업장에서 사고재해율이 자체 선임사업장 보다 높고, 사고사망만인율은 규모와 업종에 따라 일부 차이가 있는 것을 확인하였다. 따라서, 현재의 안전관리의 대행제도로는 사고사망 등 산재예방 효과를 담보할 수 없으므로 대행제도의 개편과 안전관리자를 대상으로 산업재해 및 사고사망 예방 전문성 강화를 위한 제도의 개선이 필요하다.

마을환경개선을 위한 주민참여지표개발 (Development of Inhabitant Participation Index for the Village Environment Improvement)

  • A purpose of this study is to develop practical indexes for improving a village environment in Kyongbuk, Korea. From a questionnaire survey of the public employees (71 persons) who take charge of the environment in Kyongbuk province, the indexes were produced and the contents of questionnaire consisted of preferential and supplementary indexes to apply. The preferential indexes which apply to an agricultural village and a stock raising village are environmental sanitation facilities, a hygienic check of livestock and a purge of livestock shed's surroundings. In case of mountainous village, and natural-ecological village the preferential indexes are habitat reservation for wildlife, poaching prohibition (monitoring for it), and food supplement for livestock. To the traditional-cultural village, prevention of noise pollution, environmental sanitation facilities, and a monitoring or water quality change are the prior indexes in order. For the village near city and the industrial village the preferential indexes are patrol removing of garbage, pollution index planting and monitoring for noise pollution. For a fishing village and a village fronting waterside excess uses of agricultural chemicals, monitoring for a water quality change, and realignment of green house with vinyl and warehouse. In conclusion the research presents the practical and preferential index for residents to improve their environment in accordance with village settings and suggests guidelines for further research.
