랙크식 자동창고의 화재위험성 및 개선방안에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Fire Hazard and Improvement Schemes of a Rack-type Automatic Warehouse)

  • Recently, there has been increased demand for automatic warehouses with racks which are installed inside the warehouses to allow vertical loading of products or goods for space efficiency. Therefore considerations about fire hazards are extremely necessary. In this study, the fire hazard of automatic warehouse with racks was analyzed in the view of fire prevention engineering. It appeared its fire hazard was extremely high because of the undefined fire zones, the windowless floor, the large volume, the difficulty of extinguishment and the smoke emission in the view of building itself, and because of the fire hazard of load itself, the high fire load, and the chimney effect in the view of fire.

  • 냉동 냉장창고용 냉수펌프 시스템을 태양광발전 시스템과 연계하여 펌프의 양정 및 유량의 변화에 따른 압력의 변화에도 불구하고 목표치 압력을 일정하게 제어할 수 있도록 하였다. BLDC 모터를 벡터제어 함으로써 각 운전속도의 영역에서 최대토크 운전 및 높은 신뢰성을 가능하도록 하여 냉동 냉장창고용 냉수 펌프 시스템의 에너지 절감 효과를 실현하였다.

  • RFID/USN is important infrastructure of the ubiquitous society. And so, It is various and practical research is attempted. These two base technology have physical characteristic and complement relationship. Like this relationship is applied Following example that is system research which manages warehouse stocks and conditions. First, We adhere RFID Tag at the Pallet of the warehouse and do identification goods. And then, It grasps the environment state information of stocks with sensor module which has Zigbee wireless communication function. From like this process RFID Tag information and jop-control command of sensor node also it is exposed to air. Therefore, We control sensor node in USN/RFID environment through the mobile device. And system design for the security Apply of the process is main purpose of this paper's. We propose the condition and function of the mobile device to the secondary. And We define the relation of the sensor node with RFID to be arranged to a warehouse. Finally, This paper is designed to find a trade-off of the following viewpoints. First, We offer suitable sensor-control information to a actual manager. Second, We offer RFID tag security approach to control the action of the sensor. Third, It increases the survivability of sensor node form.

의료 데이터 웨어하우스에서의 Medical Intelligence 시스템 개발 (Developing A Medical Intelligence System in Medical Data Warehouse)

  • This research discusses knowledge contents needed to build an OLAP system for medical sector, OLAP functionalities from past studies, and a medical intelligence system which is a kind of OLAP. The knowledge requirements which consist of nine contents and OLAP fundamental functionalities are applied to the system. Most past studies have focused on developing a medical data warehouse rather than OLAP. The medical intelligence system supplies health care providers (i.e., doctors, clinicians, researchers and nurses) and non-providers (i.e., managers and business analysts) with multidimensional OLAP functionalities. The system can be used to gain a deeper understanding of specific medical issues. In this research, we focus not on medical data warehouse, but on the technical challenges of designing and implementing an effective medical intelligence system for health care information. An architecture is applied to developing the medical intelligence system for a medical center in order to illustrate its practical usage. Six packages in the developed system are discussed in this research: Explorer, Analyzer, Reporter, Statistician, Visualizer, and Meta Administrator packages. Evaluation of the system and ongoing research directions conclude the research.

협회적하약관(ICC)상 운송조항(Transit Clause)의 변천과정에 관한 연구 (The Revision of Transit Clause in the Institute Cargo Clauses)

  • The Joint Cargo Committee of International Underwriting Association of London (IUA) and Lloyd’s Market Association (LMA) have issued the revised version of Institute Cargo Clauses A, B, C, Institute Cargo Clauses (Air) and their accompanying War and Strikes Clauses. The Institute Cargo Clauses ("ICC") were last revised in 1982. Following a two year long consultation process, the latest edition of the ICC clauses became available to the Market on 1st January 2009. The overall result of the amendments to the 1982 ICC has been to create clearer policies that are more favourable to the Assured. Exclusions have also been amended to the advantage of the assured. The Transit Clause has seen a large revision, again more favourable to the Assured. The insurance now attaches within the warehouse or place of storage when the goods are "first moved$\cdots$ for the purpose of the immediate loading into or onto the carrying vehicle or other conveyance for the commencement of transit" whereas previously the insurance would not attach until the goods left the warehouse. Furthermore, the insurance now terminates on completion of unloading from the vessel at (rather than delivery to) the final warehouse or at a warehouse prior to the destination named in the contract of insurance which the Assured or their employees elect to use either for storage or distribution.

Stakeholders Driven Requirements Engineering Approach for Data Warehouse Development

  • Most of the data warehouse (DW) requirements engineering approaches have not distinguished the early requirements engineering phase from the late requirements engineering phase. There are very few approaches seen in the literature that explicitly model the early & late requirements for a DW. In this paper, we propose an AGDI (Agent-Goal-Decision-Information) model to support the early and late requirements for the development of DWs. Here, the notion of agent refers to the stakeholders of the organization and the dependency among agents refers to the dependencies among stakeholders for fulfilling their organizational goals. The proposed AGDI model also supports three interrelated modeling activities namely, organization modeling, decision modeling and information modeling. Here, early requirements are modeled by performing organization modeling and decision modeling activities, whereas late requirements are modeled by performing information modeling activities. The proposed approach has been illustrated to capture the early and late requirements for the development of a university data warehouse exemplifying our model's ability of supporting its decisional goals by providing decisional information.

  • 데이터 웨어하우스는 운영 시스템이 아닌 "경영층의 의사결정지원을 위한, 통합적, 시계열적, 주제 지향적, 비휘발성적인 데이터의 집합"으로 정의된다. 데이터 웨어하우스는 기업정보처리를 위한 기본적인 아키텍처로 데이터가 공급되었다고 해서 정보의 창조와 사용과 직결되지는 않는다. 데이터 웨어하우징 시스템은 데이터 공급이 아니라, 정보의 사용을 주목적으로 하고 있다. 현재의 항만공사 운영시스템인 Port-MIS에서는 데이터베이스 구성이 전체적인 데이터 아키텍처 하에서 구성되지 않고 업무별 데이터베이스, 목적별 데이터베이스 형태로 구성되어 있다. 이러한 점들 때문에 데이터베이스 확장에 한계가 있고 데이터 불일치 등이 발생할 수 있으며, 전사적 데이터 자산관리가 이루지기 어렵다고 볼 수 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 항만공사의 운영을 위한 데이터 웨어하우스 구현 방안을 개념적 연구로 제안하였다.

물류창고 종사원의 작업 관련 특성과 직무 스트레스가 근골격계 자각증상에 미치는 영향 (The Impact on the Musculoskeletal Symptoms of the Warehouse Employees's Work-related Characteristics and Job Stress)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship between work-related characteristics and job stressors and the factors influencing musculoskeletal symptoms of the warehouse employees. Methods: The research was a cross-sectional, descriptive study. Data were collected from 319 warehouse employees who agreed to participate in the study by using self-report questionnaires. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, $x^2-test$, and logistic regression analysis (SPSS 18.0). Results: The overall prevalence of musculoskeletal symptoms was 37.6%. The logistic regression analysis revealed a posture that renders fatigue or pain, repetitive work, and a higher total score of job stressors as the risk factors for musculoskeletal symptoms in many body parts. Conclusion: Employers should plan to educate employees who work in warehouses about the correct working posture to prevent musculoskeletal diseases, stop repetitive work, and manage job stressors.

  • 본 논문에서는 공간 데이터 웨어하우스에서 시공간 분석지원을 위한 공간 데이터의 비중복 적재 기법을 제안한다. SDW는 이기종의 다양한 서비스를 지원하는 SDBMS로부터 공간 데이터를 추출한다. 제안 기법에서는 SOW에 소스로 참여하는 SDBMS에서 변경된 부분만을 추출하고, 이를 공간연산을 통해 중복된 데이터를 제거한 후 통합된 형태로 적재함으로써 빠른 공간 데이터 분석을 지원할 수 있으며, 저장 공간의 낭비를 줄일 수 있다. 이는 공간 마이닝등의 시간에 따른 분석 및 예측 분야에 효율적인 형태로 공간 데이터를 적재한다.

목재가구산업의 적정 물류운반시스템에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Reasonable Materials Handling System of Wooden Furniture Industries)

  • Handling the manufacured goods is the most cost-consuming task in material handling system in wooden furniture industries. Fully automated warehouse for cartoned goods of a furniture manufacturing company was analized to provide plant engineers and managers with some important informations on the utility and profitability of the automated storage and retrieval system(AS/RS). Process-oriented simulation modeling tech-niques were used to describe the system and to propose some alternatives to promote the efficiency of AS/RS. Simulation report could be inter-preted as follows: 1. Warehouse for the furniture goods must be designed in accordance with reliable material handling program and constructed with suitable equipments depending on the specification of packed products. 2. An excess of palletized products induced the indigestion and the inefficiency of AS/RS of the furniture industry and put this high-costly system into the shade. 3. Overcrowded AS/RS of the furniture factories could regain its material handling function by cutting down the deposit of products into the automated warehouse. For this purpose, reducing the regular output and direct delivering the outside products to the destination should be considered as the definite counterplan. And additional operation of conventional handy warehouse was also expected to improve the efficiency of main AS/RS.
