This study analyzes the potential economic effects of a trade war between the U.S. and China. The CGE model is used to estimate the macroeconomic variables of each country and the change in imports/exports by industry by considering three different scenarios: (i) the US imposes a 25% of tariff on China; (ii) the US and China impose a 25% tariff bilaterally; (iii) the United States expands protection in vehicles and metals to Korea, Japan, and the EU. According to the results of the study, when the US and China initiate a trade war, GDP and welfare of both countries decline. China's decline in GDP and welfare are larger than those of the United States, which implies a trade war is more favorable to the U.S. than to China. In the long run, China's GDP and welfare decline widens further. While the trade volumes of the US and China are greatly reduced, the trade volumes of other countries does not significantly fluctuate. Finally, if the US extends protection policy to Korea, Japan and the EU, it creates undesirable effects on the US. In particular, damage to the US jeopardizes its advantageous position in a trade war with China. In order to emphasize the unfairness of protectionist policy and the damage to Korean industry, Korea needs to establish a strategy to counter US protectionist policy.

The purpose of this paper is to analyze the aspects of hybrid warfare and show the limits of jus in bello, a principle that evaluates the moral responsibility of the agents. As a theory of the morality of war presented in traditional warfare, the just war theory has been widely accepted. In particular, jus in bello offers the criteria of moral legitimacy regarding the actions of individuals participating in or involved in war. However, hybrid warfare, in which various aspects of warfare operate in a complex way, has obvious differences compared to traditional warfare, and this difference causes difficulties in determining the moral evaluation and attribution of responsibility for actions in war. In order to appropriately resolve the moral problems arising from hybrid warfare, it is necessary to clarify what the limitations of existing moral justification theories are. To this end, in this paper, we will first present a conceptual understanding of hybrid warfare, specify the differences from traditional warfare, and then show the limits of its application in hybrid warfare in light of the three principles that compose jus in bello.

Faster and cheaper transportation of the war supplies to the frontlines is essential for winning a war. This paper proposes a method to select the optimal location of the strategic military base, e.g., the Quartermaster Corps, that minimally connects three frontlines using the optimization technique. We have studied the issues of the current math war in America. Traditionalists and the reformers have been arguing about the curriculums, teaching methods, use of calculators, basic skills, and assessment methods in K-12 mathematics. They both have strengths and weaknesses depending on the situation have contributed for the development of mathematics education. Instead of choosing between traditionalists and the reformist sides, we suggest to adopt an eclectic view point i.e., rigor and creativity, memorization and understanding that may seem at odds with each other are quite compatible and mutually reinforcing. Also teacher's deep knowledge in mathematics is extremely important as his/her knowledge in pedagogy.

This research purports to reconstruct how the respective historical experiences on the Japanese colonial rule and Korean War have influenced the lifes of the Korean elderly in later years from the biographical context. Nine interviews were conducted using Sch$\ddot{u}$tze's 'autobiographical-narrative interview.' Interview data collected were analyzed following Rosenthal's 'analysis of narrative-biographical interview.' How individual historical experiences have impacted the elderly's lifes mostly indicated a difference in the way they experienced such historical events. While their pro-Japanese activities and direct, historical experiences during the Japanese colonial rule and their direct, historical experiences as veterans of the Korean War have influenced their life as individualized, their indirect, historical experiences on the Japanese colonial rule and Korean War have manifested themselves as a potential life severed from the historical past at the same time. Based on the understanding of how the elderly's individual, historical experiences have exerted an influence on their life, finally, some suggestions were addressed as regards welfare practices for the elderly.

What is the socio-cultural meaning of the 1980s' Korean robot animations? What is the periodical backgrounds making this meaning? This study has attempted to lay the foundation stone of the answer for the questions. To do that, this study selected Roboteu King(Yeong-rang Bae, 1980) and Super Titan 15(Seung-cheol Park, 1983) as the objects of the textual analysis. To grasp the periodical identity, it has examined the cold war ideology that has been the basis of the political and economic environments of Korea. Findings are as follows. Korea was vulnerable to general environments after the Korean War; accordingly, Korea took the-dependence-on-the-US strategy in terms of various aspects including national security, scientific technology, and industry economy. This kind of socio-cutural condition was represented through the narratives of the early 1980s' Korean robot animations. Their narratives including the advance of plots, the roles of Korean protagonists, the technological gap between the planets and earth, and so forth were quite dependent on extraterrestrials and contained anticommunist ideology.

As we observed in Irag war, air force power is integral to military operations owing to its promptness and accuracy. In this regard, strong air force power has a deterrent effect on a war. Meanwhile, as aviation industry is a key-future industry, the importance of the industry in our economy is significantly growing. Therefore, to maximize a national interest in utilizing limited aviation resources, it is necessary to establish a new system in which civil aviation and military aviation system is closely related and consolidated. North Korea's provocations is continued. Although Kim Il Sung, Kim Jong Il, Kim Jong Un regime was shift. The crisis is activated, but that there are no changes. Until now, there are the possibilities of war in the Korean peninsula. If we analyse a major provoked crisis committed by North Korea, the enemy's intention is clear. Since the Korean War, South and North Koreas remain limited military conflict continued. North Korea's provocative behavior so far can be summarized as the following. First, the provocative form has changed variously. Second, the risk analysis of the case, the goal is most often provoked by the military purposes. Third, North Korea is a war and peace strategy on both sides. Fourth, try to cover up the provocation. Each crisis event occurs when the peninsula side of North Korea by hiding his intention to blame the behavior of the operation has been shown to act.
