그라우트 주입율 변화에 따른 사질토의 동적계수 특성 (Characteristics of Dynamic Parameter of Sandy Soil According to Grout Injection Ratio)

  • 전단탄성계수와 감쇠비와 같은 동적지반계수는 반복하중과 동적하중을 받는 지반구조물 설계에서 중요한 요소이다. 선형 한계변형률 내에서 미소변형률에 관한 전단탄성계수와 감쇠비는 변형률과 관계없이 일정하다. 전단탄성계수는 최대전단탄성계수로 감쇠비는 최소 감쇠비로 고려하였다. 동적변형특성 범주내의 최대선형탄성계수에 관련된 많은 시험들이 수행됨과 동시에 간극비, 과압밀비, 구속압, 지질이력, PI 그리고 하중주기수에 관련된 많은 인자들이 동적지반특성에 영향을 미친다. 그러나 그라우팅에 의해 향상된 지반동적특성에 관한 연구는 지하연속벽시공, 심층혼합처리공법, 강관다단그라우팅과 같이 미비한 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 그라우팅에 의해 향상된 동적지반특성을 연구하기 위하여 함수비(20%, 25%, 30%), 그라우트 주입율(5%, 10%, 15%),양생기간(7일, 28일)을 변화시키면서 공진주시험을 실시하였다. 그 결과, 밀크 그라우트의 주입율과 재령, 함수비에 따라 동적계수인 전단탄성계수와 감쇠비가 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다.

수치해석을 통한 화약류 간이저장소의 방폭성 및 구조인자 평가연구 (Evaluation Study of Blast Resistance and Structural Factors in the Explosive Simple Storage by Numerical Analysis)

  • 현재 국내 화약류 간이저장소에 대한 설계 규정은 화약류 저장량이 적다는 이유로 구조기준은 구조물의 벽체 종류 및 두께에 대한 기준만이 제시되어 있다. 이러한 이유로 간이저장소 내부 폭발 시 2차 피해에 대한 우려가 있어 현재의 기준에 대한 재검증이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 간이저장소 내부에서 TNT 15 kg 폭발을 가정하여 강건설계 실험설계법 및 수치해석을 실시하였다. 수치해석 결과를 토대로 동일 시간 조건에 발생하는 구조물의 변위를 분석하였으며 이를 통해 기여도 평가를 실시하였다. 기여도 평가 결과 콘크리트 두께가 가장 기여도가 높은 것으로 파악되었으며, 콘크리트 강도 및 철근 배열의 경우 콘크리트 두께에 비하여 낮은 수준의 기여도를 보였다. 철근 직경의 경우 구조물 변위에 대한 기여도가 현저히 낮은 것으로 파악되었다. 또한 현재 적용되고 있는 간이저장소에 대한 구조기준은 방폭성능이 부족하여 새로운 설계기준을 제시할 필요가 있었으며 이를 위해 추후 해석 및 실제 실험에 적용할 설계 인자를 선정하였다. 콘크리트 두께의 경우 발생 변위의 양상을 고려하여 15 cm, 콘크리트 강도는 입구 배출 압력을 고려하여 일반 콘크리트, 철근 배열은 발생 변위의 평균이 가장 작은 인자, 철근 직경의 경우 발생 변위의 차이가 낮아 경제성을 고려하여 가장 작은 수준의 인자를 설계변수로서 선정하였다.

수소 제트화염이 터널 구조체에 미치는 영향 분석 (Analysis of effect of hydrogen jet fire on tunnel structure)

  • 국내에서는 수소경제 활성화 정책을 수립하고 수소사회 실현을 위해 수소 인프라 및 수소차 보급 확대를 계획 하고 있다. 이에 따라 수소차의 보급이 급속도로 이루어질 것으로 예상되며, 동시에 수소차의 사고에 대응하기 위한 대책의 확립이 요구되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 수소차에 의해서 발생되는 수소 제트화염이 터널 내부 벽체에 미치는 영향과 내부 복사열 특성 분석을 위해 실험적 연구를 수행하였다. 실험은 수소차에서 발생되는 조건과 동일하게 하기 위해 분사압력을 700 bar로 설정하고, 분사노즐 직경은 1.8 mm로 설정하였다. 또한, 일반 터널에 적용되고 있는 콘크리트 압축강도 40 MPa의 터널 내화 시험체를 제작하고 제트화염 분사노즐과 시험체간의 이격거리에 따른 영향을 검토하였다. 분사노즐과 터널 내화시험체의 이격거리를 변수로 하여 2 m와 4 m에 대해 결과를 분석하였다. 그 결과로부터 시험체 내부 최대 온도는 1,349.9℃ (이격거리 2 m)가 측정되었고, 제트화염 주위 복사열은 최대 39.16 kW/m2까지 나타났다.

  • 기존의 공정방식에 비해 효율성이나 환경적 면에서 많은 장점을 가진 플라즈마 공정은 반도체 제작에서 널리 사용되고 있다. Plasma Sheath란 플라즈마 bulk와 그 것을 둘러싸고 있는 챔버 벽면과 전극 사이에서 관찰되는 어두운 영역으로 양이온과 전자의 이동속도 차이로 인해 발생한다. Plasma Sheath Monitoring Sensor (PSMS)는 플라즈마와 전극 사이의 전압(Voltage) 차이와 전극에 걸리는 RF power 등을 실시간으로 측정하는 센서로서 플라즈마 챔버 내에서 플라즈마의 상태와 매우 상관도가 높을 것으로 기대된다. 본 연구에서는 PSMS 데이터를 활용하여 플라즈마 챔버 내의 질소이온의 상태를 예측하는 모형을 딥러닝 기계학습 기법을 이용하여 구축하였다. 연구에 사용된 데이터는 파워와 압력을 달리 셋팅한 실험에서 측정된 PSMS 데이터를 학습데이터로 활용하고 플라즈마 bulk와 Si substrate에서 측정된 질소 이온의 비율, 플럭스, 밀도를 레이블로 활용하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 향후 플라즈마 공정의 최적화 및 실시간 정밀제어를 위한 인공지능 기술의 기초가 될 것으로 기대된다.

세대 내 승강기 소음 주파수특성을 고려한 측정 시 마이크로폰 위치에 관한 연구 (A study on the location of microphones in measurement considering the frequency characteristics of elevator noise in households)

  • 건축물이 고층화될수록 승강기와 인접한 세대 수가 증가하고 그에 따라 승강기 사용 횟수도 증가할 것이다. 그에 따라 승강기 소음은 앞으로 증가할 수밖에 없다. 하지만 현재 우리나라는 승강기 소음에 대한 법적 기준이나 승강기 소음을 명확히 측정할 수 있는 측정 및 평가 방법 또한 마련되어 있지 않다. KS F ISO 16032에 승강기 소음 측정 방법이 일부 제시되어 있지만, 이 표준은 승강기 소음을 대상으로 제정된 규격이 아니다. 건축 설비 기기의 전반적인 측정 방법을 통합하는 성격의 표준으로 측정 시 마이크로폰 위치를 실험자가 선정 하도록 되어있다. 승강기 소음은 중저주파수대역이 중요한 소음으로 음압레벨이 낮은 것이 특징이다. 하지만 현재까지도 승강기 소음에 대한 거주자의 불만은 증가하고 있다. 이 연구에서는 승강기 소음 측정 시 승강기 소음을 가장 민감하게 수음할 수 있는 마이크로폰의 위치에 대해 연구하였다. 벽면에서부터의 이격거리와 바닥으로부터의 높이에 따라 총 9개의 마이크로폰 위치에 대해 측정 하고, 분석하였다. 실험 결과 승강기 소음은 63 Hz 대역에서 영향력이 매우 높은 소음임을 확인하였다. 중앙점에서의 측정값은 전체 승강기 소음 레벨 값을 낮추는 요인으로 확인되었다.

스트레인 게이지를 이용한 부직포의 변형거동 계측에 관한 연구 (A Study of the Measurement of Nonwoven Geotextile Deformation with Strain Gauges)

  • 도로 성토재 및 구조물 뒤채움재로 점성토 활용의 필요성이 증가함에 따라 보강재로 배수성을 갖고 있는 토목섬유 부직포가 점차 주목을 받고 있으나, 현장 보강토구조물에서 부직포의 변형거동을 분석한 사례는 거의 없으며, 그 이유는 부직포의 경우 지오그리드나 직포에 비해 강성이 작고 변형률이 크며 스트레인 게이지를 이용한 계측이 곤란하기 때문이다. 본 연구에서는 스트레인 게이지를 이용하여 부직포의 변형거동을 보다 간편하게 계측할 수 있는 방법을 제안하였고, 이를 실내시험과 2개의 실물보강토옹벽에 적용하여 유용성 여부를 검토하였다. 구속압 70kPa 하에서 실시한 실내 광폭인장시험의 경우 스트레인 게이지에 의해 계측된 부직포의 국부변형은 LVDT에 의해 계측된 전체변형과 유사한 패턴으로 거동하는 것으로 나타났다. 실물보강토옹벽에서 부직포의 변형범위는 직포나 지오그리드보다 크게 나타나나, 이들 보강재와 변형 패턴이 유사하고, 16개월 동안 정상적으로 작동하는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서, 본 연구에서 제안한 스트레인 게이지에 의한 부직포의 변형계측방법은 매우 유용한 것으로 판단된다.

프레셔미터 시험을 이용한 사질토 지반의 최대 전단탄성계수 결정 (Determination of Maximum Shear Modulus of Sandy Soil Using Pressuremeter Tests)

  • 프레셔미터 시험은 지중 내 설치된 프루브를 통해 지반에 압력을 가하여 지반의 변형특성을 평가하는 시험 방법으로, 주로 경험적인 상관관계를 통하여 지반의 변형계수를 평가하는 여타의 현장 시험방법들과 달리 하중에 따른 변위 곡선에 기초하여 지반의 변형특성을 직접적으로 평가할 수 있는 시험 방법이다. 그러나, 자가 굴착 방식을 사용하더라도 시험체의 관입에 따른 교란이 발생하기 때문에 초기 재하 시험곡선으로부터 지반의 변형특성을 평가하는 것은 부적절할 수 있으며, 이에 대한 대안으로 하중 제하-재재하 곡선을 이용하는 방법 등이 제안되어 사용되고 있다. 그러나, 공내 재하 압력 및 공벽의 변위 측정 시에 발생하는 데이터의 분산과 계측 장비의 해상도 문제로 인하여 하중 제하-재재하 곡선으로부터 최대 전단탄성계수와 같은 미소 변형 영역에서의 변형 특성을 평가하기에는 많은 제약이 따른다. 본 연구에서는 하중 재재하 곡선의 회귀분석 및 이를 바탕으로 한 외삽법을 사용하여 미소 변형 영역에서 지반의 최대 전단탄성계수를 직접적으로 평가할 수 있는 해석 방법을 제안하였다. 또한, 하중 재재하 시 원지반에 비하여 증가하는 응력 수준을 초기 응력 수준에 맞도록 고려할 수 있는 방법을 함께 제안하고 있다. 대형 압력 토조를 이용하여 다양한 상대밀도 및 응력 조건을 가지는 모래 지반을 조성한 뒤, 프레셔미터 시험 및 벤더 엘리먼트 시험을 수행하였고, 제안된 해석 방법의 적절성을 기존의 경험식들 및 벤더 엘리먼트 시험에서 얻어진 값들과 비교, 검증하였다.

압축성 대와류모사를 이용한 고속열차의 공력 및 공력소음의 수치적/실험적 분석 (Numerical and experimental analysis of aerodynamics and aeroacoustics of high-speed train using compressible Large Eddy Simulation)

  • 기술 발전에 힘입어 고속열차의 운항속도는 증가하고 있으며, 고속열차 외부 유동장으로부터 발생하는 공력소음은 설계 단계에서 매우 중요한 고려 대상이 되어왔다. 이러한 고속열차의 유동기인소음을 정확하게 예측하기 위해서는 근거리 음향장에서 고해상도의 음원 발생과 원거리 음향장에서 수치적 소산이 적은 소음 전파가 요구된다. 이는 실제 고속열차의 구성요소 별로 시공간 스케일을 모두 적절하게 고려할 수 있는 수치격자 및 시간해상도가 동반되어야 한다. 이러한 도전점을 극복하기 위해, 본 연구는 실제 크기 및 실제 운행속도의 고속열차 5차량의 외부 유동장 및 음향장을 3차원 압축성 대와류모사(Large Eddy Simulation, LES) 기법을 이용하여 동시 계산하였다. 수치해석의 검증을 위해 벽면압력섭동 측정 결과와 수치해석 결과를 비교하였다. Ffowcs Williams and Hawkings 방정식을 이용하여 고속열차로부터 방사되는 음향파워를 예측하고 주행속도간 결과를 비교분석하였다. 본 연구는 고속열차의 공력소음 발생 메커니즘 분석을 바탕으로 한 소음 저감에 기여할 것으로 사료된다.

백서의 실험적 치아 이동시 교원질 발현에 관한 면역조직화학적 연구 (The Expression of Type I Collagen in Periodontal Tissue during the Experimental Movement of Rat Incisors)

  • 견인력에 의한 치아 이동시 전반적인 치주 조직의 변화를 관찰하고 특히 제1형 교원질의 발현 정도 및 분포의 변화를 알아보고자, Sprague-Dawley계 백서 21마리를 대상으로 대조군(3마리)과 실험군(18마리)으로 나누었으며, 실험군은 양 중절치 사이에 견인력(75g)을 가한 후 12시간, 1일, 4일, 7일, 14일, 28일째에 각각 3마리씩 희생시켜, 시간에 따른 제1형 교원질의 발현과 조직학적 변화를 면역조직화학적 및 조직병리학적으로 관찰한 바 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 견인력을 가한 후 28일째까지, 견인측의 치주인대 섬유는 신장되어 있었고, 압박측의 치주인대 섬유는 압축되어 있었으며 치주인대 섬유의 배열은 완전히 회복되지 않았다. 대조군에서의 제1형 교원질 발현은 구강 상피, 전상아질, 치수와 치주인대에서 경미하였으나, 치조골에 연한 조골세포, 치근단의 무세포성 백악질, 조백악세포와 악간봉합 부위에서 약양성의 발현을 보였다. 실험군에서의 제1형 교원질의 발현은, 무세포성 백악질에서 치아 이동 1일째에 중등도, 7일째부터 강양성의 발현을 보였으며, 정중 구개 봉합 부위에서는 치아 이동 1일째에 중등도, 14일째부터 강양성 발현을 보였다. 치주인대에서는 치아 이동 4일째에서 견인측이 압박측보다 제1형 교원질의 발현이 많아져 7일째에서 최고조에 달하다가 14일째부터는 측간의 차이가 없었다. 골조직에서는 조골세포가 붙어 있는 골 주변부에서 강하게 반응을 보여 대조군과 구별되었으며 특히 7일째 이후에 많은 것으로 관찰되어 골개조 현상과 관련하여 주목되었다. 이러한 관찰로 교정적 치아 이동 후 골재형성 과정은 조직 형성 세포의 분화와 이들 세포에서 형성되는 제1형 교원질과 밀접한 관계가 있음을 확인할 수 있었다.

Sensory Information Processing

  • The wall shear stress in the vicinity of end-to end anastomoses under steady flow conditions was measured using a flush-mounted hot-film anemometer(FMHFA) probe. The experimental measurements were in good agreement with numerical results except in flow with low Reynolds numbers. The wall shear stress increased proximal to the anastomosis in flow from the Penrose tubing (simulating an artery) to the PTFE: graft. In flow from the PTFE graft to the Penrose tubing, low wall shear stress was observed distal to the anastomosis. Abnormal distributions of wall shear stress in the vicinity of the anastomosis, resulting from the compliance mismatch between the graft and the host artery, might be an important factor of ANFH formation and the graft failure. The present study suggests a correlation between regions of the low wall shear stress and the development of anastomotic neointimal fibrous hyperplasia(ANPH) in end-to-end anastomoses. 30523 T00401030523 ^x Air pressure decay(APD) rate and ultrafiltration rate(UFR) tests were performed on new and saline rinsed dialyzers as well as those roused in patients several times. C-DAK 4000 (Cordis Dow) and CF IS-11 (Baxter Travenol) reused dialyzers obtained from the dialysis clinic were used in the present study. The new dialyzers exhibited a relatively flat APD, whereas saline rinsed and reused dialyzers showed considerable amount of decay. C-DAH dialyzers had a larger APD(11.70$\pm$1.32mmHg/min)compared to CF dialyzers(4.32$\pm$0.55mmHg/min)(p<0.05). However, there was no observable difference in the UFR between the two dialyzers. Neither APD nor UFR showed any significant increase with an increasing number of reuses for up to more than 20reuses. A substantial number of failures observed in APD(larger than 20mmHe/min)on the reused dialyzers(2 out of 40 CP and S out 26 C-DAK) were attributed to the Possible damage on the fibers. The CF 15-11 HFDs which failed APD test did not show changes in the UFR compared to normal dialyzers indicating that APD is a more sensitive test than UFR test to evaluate the integrity of the fibers. 30527 T00401030527 ^x For quantitative measurement of reflected light from a clinical diagnostic strip, a prototype old reflectance photometer was designed. The strip loader and cassette were made to obtain more accurate reflectance parameters. The strip was illuminated at 45˚c through optical fiber and the intensity of reflected light was determined at rectanguLat angle using a photodiode. The kubelka-munk coefficient and reflection optical density were determined ar four different wavelengths(500, 550, 570 and 610nm) for blood glucose strip. For higher concentration than 300mg/41 about glucose, a saturation state of abforbance was observed at 500, 550 and 570nm. The mice were divided into two groups. One group was injected with Photofrin II, intravenously (2.5mg/kg body weight). The other group received no Photofrin II. Mice from both groups were irradialed for approximately 15 minutes at 100, 300, or 500 mW/cm2 with the argon (488nm/514.5 nm), dye(628nm) and gold vapor (pulsed 628 nm) laser light. A photosensitizer behaved as an added absorber. Under our experimental conditions, the presence of Photolfrin II increased surface temperature by at least 40% and the temperature rise due to 300 mW/cm2 irradiation exceeded values for hyperthermia. Light and temperature distributions with depth were estimated by a computer model. The model demonstrated the influence of wavelength on the thermal process and proved to be a valuable tool to investigate internal temperature rise. 30536 T00401030536 ^x We investigated the structural geometry of thirty-eight Korean femurs. The purpose of this study is to identify major geometrical differences between Korean femurs 3nd others that we believe belong to Caucasians so that we would be able to get insights into the femoral component design that fits Asians including Koreans. We utilized computerized tomography (CT) images of femurs extracted from cadavers. The CT images were transformed into bitmap data by using a film scanner, and then analyzed by using a commercially available software called Image v.1.0 and a Macintosh IIci computer.The resulting data were compared with already published data. The major results show that the geometry of the Korean femurs is significantly different from that of Caucasians: (1) the anteversion angle and the canal flare index are greater by the amount of approximately 8˚ and 0.5, respectively, (2) the shape of the isthmus cross section is more round, and (3) the distance between the teaser trochanter and the proximal border of the isthmus is shelter by about 15 mm. The results suggested that the femoral component suitable for Asians should be different from the currently-used components designed and manufactured mostly by European or American companies. 30537 T00401030537 ^x It is well known that nonlinear propagation characteristics of the wave in the tissue may give very useful information for the medical diagnoisis. In this paper, a new method to detect nonlinear propagation characteristics of the internal vibration in the tissue for the low frequency mechanical vibration by using bispectral analysis is proposed. In the method, low frequency vibration of f0( = 100Hz) is applied on the surface of the object, and the waveform of the internal vibration x (t) is measured from Doppler frequency modulation of silmultaneously transmitted probing ultrasonic waves. Then, the bispectra of the signal x (t) at the frequencies (f0, f0) and (f0, 2f0) are calculated to estimate the nonlinear propagation characteristics as their magnitude ratio, w here since bispectrum is free from the gaussian additive noise we can get the value with high S/N. Basic experimental system is constructed by using 3.0 MHz probing ultrasonic waves and the several experiments are carried out for some phantoms. To synthesize microspheres for biomedical application, "two stage shot growth method" was developed. The uniformity ratio of synthesized microspheres was always smaller than 1.05.
