It is difficult to know how to restrict the amount of water supply in the drought season, because there is no objective standard rules. The purpose of the study is to present management rules to overcome the drought in the irrigation reservoir by forecasting the water level and restricting water supply according to the operation rule curve and the pattern of rotation-irrigation system. From the operation rule curve drawn up by analyzing the observed water level of reservoir, the water supply rules and rotation-irrigation patterns using WWW and GIS are suggested.

In this study, the messages sent at application layer are encrypted by using RSA Public Keys before sending. Then we developed the information security system devised for the secure WWW data transmission by extending the functions of the Netscape browser and by using application programs such as Java applications and by using the plug-in methods. Not only can these technologies reduce and make it easier to perform key management or encryption transmission process, but they can also reduce the processing time of encryption correspondence.

B2B(business to business) using the WWW have been quickly increased by the advance of the internet. Up to the Present, HTML have been used as the technology for representation of the WWW documents. HTML have a good transplantation and convenience. But HTML have a lot of constraints in the processing of the trade information between enterprises, because HTML use the fixed tag. In recently, a great number of technology appear to improve this problem. XML is one of them. XML published by W3C in 1998 is a standard for representation and interchange of WWW documents. So XML can be applied to interchange of information between enterprises in internet-based B2B. In this paper, we proposed the method for the order processing using the XML, applied the proposed method to 'H' company which product a part of marine engine, and then we implemented the prototype system. we described the effect of application.

WWW은 무한한 확장 가능성을 지닌 HTTP(Hyper-Text Transfer Protocol)와 편리한 웹 브라우져를 통해 질적, 양적 성장 계속해 왔으며 특히 GUI(Graphic User Interface) 환경에서 동작하는 웹 브라우져는 WWW이 수많은 이용자를 확보하는데 일익을 담당했다. 본 논문에서는 이 웹 브라우져에 음성인식 기술을 접목하여 WWW의 이용자가 자신의 음성으로 편리하게 웹 브라우징을 할 수 있도록 하는 음성 인터페이스를 설계, 구현 한다. 본 음성 인터페이스는 계속적으로 입력되는 음성 정보 중 화자의 발성음을 추출하여 음성 인식기에 전달하는 음성 입력기와 화자의 발성을 인식하는 음성 인식기 그리고 인식결과를 웹 브라우져에게 처리 하도록 하는 결과 처리기로 구성되어 있다.

WWW(World Wide Web)은 미래의 쇼핑수단으로 자리를 잡아가고 있다. 하지만, 현재 사용하고 있는 지불형태는 구매자의 신용카드 정보가 평문으로 네트워크를 통해 전송되는 것과 같은 보안상의 문제점을 가지고 있다. 이러한 문제점들은 개인정보에 대한 침해 딸만 아니라 정제범죄 등의 사회적 문제를 야기할 수 있다. 이러한 문제점을 재결하기 위하여 본 논문에서는 신용카드를 사용하는 새로운 전자지불 프로토콜인 SCCP(Secure Credit Card payment)를 소개한다. SCCP의 적합성을 확인하기 위하여 IBM에서 제시한 기준에 따라 수행한 결과, 본 논문에서 제시하는 방법은 안전한 전자지불 프로토콜로 판단된다.

In this paper, we presetn the WWW (world-wide-web) base dtelePACS, which uses the communication network as asymmetric satellite data communication system (ASDCS). Web-based telePACS is imple-mented with JAVA language. Through the internet, web-based TelePACS can make it possible for remote hospital or doctor to access PACS data and information easily and cheaply. The ASDCS uses receive-only satellite links for data delivery and PSTN (Public switched telephone Network) modem or N-ISDN (narrow band integrate services digital network) for communication. The satellite communication linking shows the very high-seed performance such as 10-30 times faster than the modem linking.To solve the speed limits of internet, JPEG and wavelet compression methods were adapted in WWW-based TelePACS and were evaluated by PSNR (peak signal-to-noise ratio) and by radiological experts that 10:1 or less JPEG and wavelet compression may be acceptable for diagnostic purposes. Consequently, we get the conslusion that our system is suitable for tele-radiology and telemedicine world widely.

Objectives : To review the history, the theoretical basis and the technique of Intramuscular Stimulation (IMS), papers and books on IMS were searched. Methods : 15 papers were searched with the keyword 'Gunn CC' at Pubmed(http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/sites/entrez?db=pubmed). Several full texts of them and other papers were found at the internet homepage of The Institute for the Study and Treatment of Pain (http://www.istop.org/). 16 Korean papers on IMS were searched at KoreaMed(http://www.koreamed.org/SearchBasic.php) and Koreanstudies Infomation Service System(http://kiss.kstudy.com/KsiKiss.asp). Results : Dr. Gunn has made unique model which can explain the pathology of chronic pain and the mechanism of acupuncture treatment. In this model, he postulated that most of chronic pain is radiculopathy due to spondylosis and acupuncture treatment to the hyperalgesic muscle can restore the normal function of involved muscles and nerves. Conclusions : IMS is an acupuncture technique in which the muscles under the Ah-shi or tender points in periphery and intrasegmental paravertebral muscles are stimulated with needles.

본 논문에서는 영상의 영역과 넓이를 이용하는 변형된 체인 코드에 기반한 복잡도와 영역 색상 정보를 이용한 내용 기반 영상 검색을 결합하여 WWW상에서 검색하는 시스템을 구현하였다. 입력된 영상을 이용하여 검색하는 방법을 사용하였으며, 색상 정보 추출은 RGB 신호를 256칼라로 양자화하였다. 보통의 정지 영상의 경우 대부분의 객체가 중앙에 있을 경우를 고려하여, 영상을 중앙 영역과 배경 영역으로 구분하고, 각각의 영역에서 두 개의 히스토그램을 생성한다. 중앙 영역과 배경 영역의 색상 히스토그램 인터섹션을 이용한 검색 및 물체의 복잡도를 결합한 방법도 제시하였다. 기존의 색상 히스토그램 인터섹션의 방법의 경우보다 물체의 복잡도를 결합한 제한된 방법이 실험결과에 더 좋은 결과를 얻을 수 있다.

This growth if WWW(World Wide Web) with the spread of ADSL provides us with a variety of service that are the extensions of opportunities to get information. a various education methods by remote courses and electronic commerce. Remote Monitoring Server(RMS) that uses internet and WWW is constructed for chip mounter. Hardware base consists of RMS, chip mounter and C/S server. In this paper, we realize the remote management system with monitoring and diagnosis function to efficiently operate chip mounter the one of PCB assembly equipment. The remote management system for chip mounter consists of RMS(Remote Monitoring Server) and C/S server. RMS manages real-time information from chip mounter through TCP/IP. RMS that utilizes real-time information informs user of the actual output the operation status of chip mounter, user of the actual output, the operation status of chip mounter, the trouble code and the trouble description.

KIPS is a net-world, cyberspace for scholars in Public Administration and Policy Sciences in WWW. All knowledge-intensive work has its core the publishing and debating of document. We have created a cyber forum for that work KIPS Cyber Forum has adapted ‘D3E’, the web-tool kit for non-technical users to easily debate and publish documents that exploit to the full networked interactive web media. And, for real-time communication, we added it the voice conferencing system. KIPS has opened Cyber Forum service in November 1998. The visitors on KWS Cyber Forum are increasingly growing, but the participants on the debate are a few. This means that the problems of Cyber Forum Service are not technical, but participation. The result imply that, at now, high participation of scholars on the debate is needed, at first, by the detailed guides for internet, www and relevant technical information. After that more expertly designed interface is to be important.
