It does not find for solution by limitation of technological mechanism of existent of leakage maintenance material. So, it is paid for huge expense because continuous repeat maintenance work is consisting. Furthermore, it is indicated by big problem in construction work that is constructed by field experience that thing by definite and systematic theory is not with proper performance test and analysis up to now. Therefore, wish to measure physical performance change by various environment condition maintenance of structure and performance construction work aspect in that apply to water leakage maintenance material using of acrylic resin system water expansion, leakage maintenance material in this research, and present suitable form of construction work under these environment. also, wish to ready diversified remedy by oversea market opening.

Nowaday manufacture technology and manufacture environment are changing rapidly. By development of computer and enlargement of technique, most of manufacture field are computerized. Statistical process control(SPC) techniques are used as a problem solution tool at manufacturing process until present. However, this statistical methods is not applied more extensively because have much restrictions in realistic problem. In this paper, wish to develop more realistic and scientific new statistical design techniques doing to integrate data mining(DM) and statistical methods by the alternative to cope these problem. First step selects significant factor using DM techniques from datas of manufacturing process including much factors and second step wish to find optimum of process after get the estimated response function through response surf ace methodology(RSM) that is statistical techniques.

A guard lamp system has been installed at the PV positive center, located at Gwangju in Korea. Digital environment that is represented to internet is displacing business way of industry and business achievement way with the fast speed being giving great change on life whole, improve existence business process utilizing internet and Web connection technology, information superhighway to tradition industrialist manufacture and e-transformation's propulsion that wish to maximize productivity and administration efficiency is spread vigorously. In this paper, we wish to accomplish generation equipment's heighten stability and believability through remote monitoring and control of guard lamp system. This paper describes the design of the monitoring system for the sensing data and indirect controlling of the guard lamp system. Most of the conventional monitoring systems depend on the special hardware and software. The essential design of monitoring system is to provide the convenience for the user and the portability for the system. In order for the system to fulfill its requirements, it was designed using Labview GUI facility based on the Windows 2000 environment of IBM PC compatible and Add-oncard based on the TCP/IP protocol. Advantage of the monitoring system are a personnel expenses curtailment effect, of the place restriction and unmanned system of the generationplants, etc..

The Smart phone is the mobile phone added to mounted equipment miniaturized operating system of PC and wireless phone possible hardware, software modules. In the modem information society any library can not meet the need of its user without cooperation with other libraries. After the Second World War the old West Germany in the general kept the traditional library system, but (the library system of) the old Estern Germany was influenced by the Soviet Union. The East and West Germany have developed their library interlending system on their own way, but their system was based on the regional principle. After the Unification the library interlending system of two parts of Germany is on the way to an uniform system. Above all East Germany libraries must now collect the materials which they could not buy during about 40 years due to the ideological aspect and lacking financial resources. The Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft tries here to help the East German libraries. Before reaching the final settlment of two different library interrlending rules the East and West German libraries temporary serve their user on the previous way, it means in the regional princeple. During this periode the East and West German libraries agree to cooperate on the base of partnership between their regional central catalog. If the East German user's wish can not be satisfied in the East German library, then this wish is sent to its Western partner regional central catalog.

Few reports regarding the effect of government paid denture project for low-income elders evaluated by the participating dentists are available despite the project was launched in 2002. Thus, this study investigated the effect of the project evaluated by the participating dentists and suggested public health policies for the better development of the project. Survey questionnaire regarding desire to continue participation, motivation of the participation, list of complaints, wish of the payment increase, and wish of the abutment crown increase were completed by 117 dentists in Seoul and Pusan. 78.6% of them desired to continue the participation while 16.2 % of them did not. When the motivation of participation was the service for the society, they tended to show the desire of continuing participation. Half of them were satisfied with the current payment(50.4%), while the other 47.9% did not. Complicated oral health status(48.7%), poor cooperation of patients(8.5%) and too frequent after cares low payment(6.8%) were complained. Payment increase compensating the addition of preprosthetic procedures for the complicated oral health status and the after cares was desired. Also, more thorough education regarding the denture project for the patients by the public health center is needed to alleviate the inconvenience of the participating dentists.

If baby disease not treats at early, case that cause problem in health hereafter much exists. Specially, because baby expresses own inexpedience by crying, parents or practitioner's is not apt to grasp. Therefore, In this paper, I wish to develop system for analyze if disease is in some region to analyze face and baby cry that organism signal appears intensive for baby disease diagnosis. In this paper, I wish to propose methodology that analyze organism signal that appear in face of whole baby organism signal analysis system. For this, I necessary region binary input baby face picture and to draw necessary five sensory organ and Myungdang region in baby disease diagnosis. Finally, the usefulness of this paper is verified by several experiments.
