건축 WBS 위계 분석을 통한 소방 IFC 스키마 확장 방법론에 관한 연구 (Methodology of Fire Safety IFC Schema Extension through Architectural WBS Hierarchy Analysis)

  • As BIM(Building Information Modeling) technology advances in architecture around the world, projects and industries using BIM are increasing. Unlike previous developments that were limited to buildings, BIM is now spreading to other fields such as civil engineering and electricity. In architecture, BIM is used in the entire process from design to maintenance of a building, and IFC(Industry Foundation Classes), a neutral format with interoperability, is used as an open BIM format. Since firefighting requires intuitive 3D models for evacuation and fire simulations, BIM models are desirable. However, due to the BIM model, which was developed centered on building objects, there are no objects and specific properties for fire evacuation in the IFC scheme. Therefore, in this study, when adding a new object in the firefighting area to the IFC schema, the IFC interoperability is not broken and the building WBS(Work Breakdown Structure) is analyzed with a hierarchical system similar to the IFC format to define the scope for a new object and the firefighting part within of the building WBS to derive a firefighting HBS(Hierarchy Breakdown Structure) with the extension of the object-oriented IFC file. And according to HBS, we propose an IFC schema extension method. It is a methodology that allows BIM users to instantly adapt the IFC schema to their needs. Accordingly, the methodology derived from this study is expected to be expanded in various areas to minimize information loss from IFC. In the future, we will apply the IFC extension methodology to the actual development process using HBS to verify that it is actually applicable within the IFC schema.

  • 소형위성발사체(KSLV-I) 개발사업의 발사체 예비설계 단계에서 3단형 위성발사체(예비안)의 작업분류체계(WBS)를 개발하였다. 본 논문에서는 작업분류체계 개발의 배경과 세부 항목 및 전체적인 구성 등을 기술하였다. 아울러 작업분류체계의 운영 계획도 수립하였다.

자동차 생산라인을 위한 통합창고 시스템 (Integrated Storage System For Automobile Production Line)

  • The automobile manufacture is a typical integrated assembly production that the numerous parts are committed sequentially to the assembly line. In this type of automobile manufacture, WBS (white body storage) and PBS (paint body storage) are operated to adjust the production sequence and to buffer. Starvation (impossibility of production owing to the insufficient supply) or blocking (impossibility of production owing to the over capacity) could occur in some chance, hence, both storages (WBS, PBS) are integrated as a prevention. This system is called integrated storage. In this paper, we suggest the simulation model of 'WBS-PBS integrated storage' and methodology of operation considering both 'Color grouping' and 'Option leveling.'

  • 현재, 국내 건설업에서 공정과 공사비 정보를 통합관리할 수 있는 공정${\cdot}$공사비 통합관리시스템(EVMS)의 필요성이 제기되고 있으며, 일정규모 이상의 대형건설공사에 적용될 예정이다. 본 연구에서는 EVNS의 효율성 증진을 위한 공사분류체계(WBS)를 연계하는 방법론을 제안하고 있으며, 또한 실무활용성을 극대화하기 위해 방법론 기초한 웹기반 공정${\cdot}$공사비 통합관리시스템의 시안을 구축하였다.

  • Work breakdown structure is a central element in project management and systems engineering. Composing a quality work breakdown structure is essential for the success of any project. In this paper, extensive use of work breakdown structure during phase one of KSLV-II launch vehicle development program is presented. The advantages and disadvantages of applying WBS-centric program and systems engineering management to the project are reviewed.

  • A Project planning is one of the most important processes that determines success and failure of the project. Scope management for project planning is also essential job in system integration project. However project planning is very difficult because lots of factor and their relationships should be considered. Therefore project planning of SI project has been done by project manager s own knowledge and experiences. It is necessary to develop an algorithm of WBS(Work Breakdown Structure) identification & document selection along to project's specificity in project management system using AI technique. This study also present method (ODW model) to cope with the limitations of the existing study that has uniformly customizing the methodology by only project complexity. We propose PPSM(Project planning support module) that apply Rule for determination of route map and document level, and CBR for WBS identification.

  • The existing safety-management manual is confined to list data based on regulations, and only provide ways to prevent accidents/incidents for particular work which accidents occur frequently. As it is difficult to understand the complete process involved the work, we can not expect the manual to function as a guide to prevent unfortunate events. When establishing WBS(work breakdown structure) of railway line engineering, consideration of the characteristics of train operation will enable many benefits. Therefore in this research it is conducted to materialize it in the manual. Main contents in this research are to review the way that change complete work performance process and person in charge of different tasks into WBS(work breakdown structure), and trough the newly developed WBS , the ways to improve roles and functions of the manual which Korean Railroad made are recommended.

  • Construction projects are managed by focusing on the results of projects. Moreover, cost and schedule are managed separately even though the efficiency of integrated management is very high. This paper proposes existing and progress control research of existing quantity the integrated information uses WBS-CBS. Schedule and cost are most important in construction projects. Specially, progress and cost are relationship of the managing integrated in many construction management. The quantity of materials for the works of construction is the base to create activities and a network. The quantity of materials of materials for the elemens of a building is a base of cost estimation and resource. allocation. This study suggest method for relating the schedule and cost information through the case study of construction field engineers.

  • Concurrent engineering is considered in the 21st century product development and H&D. Moreover, advancements in IT and advanced system engineering technology enables to produce high-quality article and shorten the period of R&D. The paper propose work breakdown structure(WBS) based on the product data management(PDM), WEB based system engineering technique, to introduce and operate advanced system engineering technique. We will manage systematically all data produced in advanced urban transit system project based on the proposed WBS. Besides, we provide strategic information for improving efficiency of R&D in advanced urban transit system project. Futhermore, we manage data such as images, design drawings, documents as well as numerical data, and will establish PDM system for sharing the data.

  • 국가 경제를 이끌고 있는 하이테크 산업은 일반 건축물에 비해 투자비 규모가 크고 공사 기간이 짧으며 지속적인 투자가 필요한 특성으로 인하여 정확한 공사비 예측과 빠른 의사결정은 효율적인 비용 및 공정 관리를 위한 중요한 요소이다. 국외의 경우, 1980년부터 건설정보 분류체계 표준화를 시행하고 지속적인 발전을 이루어, 체계적으로 프로젝트 전 생애 주기 정보를 수집·활용하는 등 건설 생산성을 향상시키고 있다. 반면, 국내의 건설 현장에서는 건설정보 분류체계의 표준화를 위한 시도들이 있었으나, 표준화 주체의 부재, 건설사별 비용 및 공정관리 방식의 차이로 인한 지속적인 표준화 및 체계화가 이루어지는 데 어려움을 겪고 있다. 특히 하이테크 산업의 경우, 큰 규모, 수많은 공종, 복잡한 공사, 보안 등의 문제로 인하여 하이테크 공장 건설을 위한 건설정보 분류체계 표준화·체계화 수준이 매우 낮다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 국내 건설된 관련 프로젝트 데이터를 수집·분류·분석을 통하여 하이테크 공장 건설에 적합한 건설정보 분류체계를 구성하는 데 있다. 본 연구를 통해 분류·분석된 WBS(Work Breakdown Structure)·CBS(Cost Breakdown Structure)를 기반으로 계층적 구분을 통한 코드체계를 제안하였고, WBS와 CBS를 연계를 통한 건축물의 비용 모델을 입체화 및 활용 방법을 제시하였다. 이를 통하여, 일반적인 건설정보 구분 체계인 일 방향의 트리구조를 벗어나 상호 관계성을 기반으로 한 정보 분류체계가 가능하여, 공사 기간 단축 및 비용 절감 등 효과를 극대할 수 있을 것이다.
