  • 웹 기반 학습(WBI)은 인터넷의 빠르게 확산되어 가고 있다. 또한, 학습자의 학습효과를 높이기 위한 많은 연구와 기술들이 적용되었다. 그러나, 대부분의 웹 기반 학습 시스템은 문제은행에서 반복적인 학습내용의 제공이나 학습의 패턴을 주는 학습자료 제공자 측면에서의 일방적인 학습방법을 택하고 있다. 시스템의 개발방법에서도 웹 기반 학습시스템은 전통적인 순차적 프로세스 개발방법에 따라 구현됨으로서 개발의 비효율성 밀 재사용, 유지보수등이 어려웠다. 본 연구에서는 문제은행에서 사용되는 문제추출 컴포넌트를 설계 및 구현하였다. 문제추출은 학습자의 학습효과를 높이기 위하여 문항난이도를 분석하여 학습자에게 적절한 문제가 출제될 수 있도록 하였다. 또한, 본 연구의 시스템에서 중요한 비즈니스 로직이 되는 난이도 분석 및 적용부분은 EJB컴포넌트로 구현함으로서 구현로직의 분리 및 재사용성, 유지보수성을 높였다.

Hypofractionated whole breast irradiation: new standard in early breast cancer after breast-conserving surgery

  • Hypofractionated whole breast irradiation (HF-WBI) has been proved effective and safe and even better for late or acute radiation toxicity for early breast cancer. Moreover, it improves patient convenience, quality of life and is expected to be advantageous in the medical care system by reducing overall cost. In this review, we examined key randomized trials of HF-WBI, focusing on adequate patient selection as suggested by the American Society of Therapeutic Radiology and Oncology (ASTRO) guideline and the radiobiologic aspects of HF-WBI in relation to its adoption into clinical settings. Further investigation to identify the current practice pattern or cost effectiveness is warranted under the national health insurance service system in Korea.

  • Currently the advancement of the computer and the Internet sees the direction of studying freely to do, it does not receive not to be, the student the environment it will be able to study oneself it is doing the direct help of the teacher and to be possible. Plan and it embodied the high school information society which it follows in 7th curriculum and the WBI of computer subject from the dissertation which it sees. In order to improve the qualify of curriculum ultimately, it endeavored. Territory it analyzes a subject contents first, especially it surveys, foundation it hardens, the actual training semester and pure with studying of self-evaluation do to become accomplished, studying oneself to sleep the possibility of doing own lead studying which is the possibility of studying spontaneously and integrated textbook studying in same tine it does to be with they are composing of the education paradigm the flag for a problem solving ability and an originality accident. In this dissertation used the php, Apache web server and the DBMS used the MySQL. To program member joining, the information society and computer curriculum take a course and test, it questions and, it is composed to data mourge. After taking a course, simultaneously lecturing a paper and online instruction, set up a foundation and quering that gratify one's curiosity thus it will be able to digest a study in once.

  • 청소년의 인터넷 사용횟수가 급속히 증가하면서 그에 따른 역기능이 사회문제가 되는 시점에서, 학생들이 자신의 컴퓨터 활용 실태를 스스로 검토해 볼 수 있으며, 문제점이 있는 활용실태에 대한 현실감 있는 해결방법을 스스로 찾아볼 수 있는 기회와 환경을 제공하는 것이 필요하다. 청소년의 컴퓨터 활용과 관련한 역기능의 문제를 청소년 본인이 가장 정확하게 파악하고 있으며, 토론활동을 통하여 가장 효율적인 해결방안을 제시할 수 있는 대상도 청소년이다. 따라서 정보통신윤리 의식의 함양을 목적으로 학교 수업 시간에 적용이 가능한 웹 사이트 형태의 네티켓 코스웨어를 개발하여 적용하고자 한다.

  • This paper, which is about electronic-textbook, shows that, in the seventh curriculum, how the student can study “Age Information and Computer” through the web site. By selecting their unit by themselves, studying it themselves, and studying further step after a formative test, the student will be able to study on the suitable level. Students themselves also check their progress in learning and submit their assignment. A series of these activities will make it possible for the student to get used to the computer.

  • 웹 기반 교육(WBI)이 많은 장점을 가지고 있으나 한편으로는 웹 기반 수업 혹은 웹 기반 교육의 초기에는 교수자의 개인적인 수준에서 교육 시스템이 개발 운영되어 체계적으로 개발 관리되지 못하였고 교수-학습자의 요구사항을 충분히 반영하지 못하였다. 그리고 분산되어 있는 자료의 적절한 활용과 검색이 용이하지 못하여 중복 개발되고 신뢰성이 떨어지는 문제점등을 내포한다. 이 논문에서는 WBSE(Web Based Software Engineering)개념을 웹 기반 교육시스템에 도입하여 요구사항을 반영하고 기존에 개발되어 사용되고 있는 소프트웨어를 컴포넌트화 하는 작업을 시도하여 이를 재사용 통합함으로써 새로운 교육 소프트웨어 개발에 사용되는 일련의 과정에 대하여 연구 기술하였다.

  • In middle and high school to learn the principles of fluid mechanics to Experiments in space and time constraints and difficulties for the study of the principles of fluid mechanics to the problem is superficial. In this paper, Pascal's principles, Archimedes' Principle, Bernoulli's Theorem, etc. learning about the fluid mechanics and implemented in Web Browser, In connection with flash and HTML, web simulation is to implement. Web Based Instruction program that implemented a comparative analysis became an effect of 15% to industrial total high school students in satisfaction, Interest, Achievement. The fluid mechanics education through engineering design and web design through the actual web server is implemented on the Internet over broadband. Department of Education, this study the fluid mechanics and the Internet will contribute to the development of distance education.

In vivo dosimetry and acute toxicity in breast cancer patients undergoing intraoperative radiotherapy as boost

  • Purpose: To report the results of a correlation analysis of skin dose assessed by in vivo dosimetry and the incidence of acute toxicity. This is a phase 2 trial evaluating the feasibility of intraoperative radiotherapy (IORT) as a boost for breast cancer patients. Materials and Methods: Eligible patients were treated with IORT of 20 Gy followed by whole breast irradiation (WBI) of 46 Gy. A total of 55 patients with a minimum follow-up of 1 month after WBI were evaluated. Optically stimulated luminescence dosimeter (OSLD) detected radiation dose delivered to the skin during IORT. Acute toxicity was recorded according to the Common Terminology Criteria for Adverse Events v4.0. Clinical parameters were correlated with seroma formation and maximum skin dose. Results: Median follow-up after IORT was 25.9 weeks (range, 12.7 to 50.3 weeks). Prior to WBI, only one patient developed acute toxicity. Following WBI, 30 patients experienced grade 1 skin toxicity and three patients had grade 2 skin toxicity. Skin dose during IORT exceeded 5 Gy in two patients: with grade 2 complications around the surgical scar in one patient who received 8.42 Gy. Breast volume on preoperative images (p = 0.001), ratio of applicator diameter and breast volume (p = 0.002), and distance between skin and tumor (p = 0.003) showed significant correlations with maximum skin dose. Conclusions: IORT as a boost was well-tolerated among Korean women without severe acute complication. In vivo dosimetry with OSLD can help ensure safe delivery of IORT as a boost.

  • Internet becomes absolutely necessary tools due to rapid progress of information technology. Educational correspondence abount an age of information demand is a education focused on a learner and remote education based on information technology. WBI(Web Based Instruction) is a formation that remotly educate a learner using web, possible mutual reaction between instructor and learner, submint various studying material, has a good point to overcome spatial restriction. Internal and external standardization working is accelerated and recently XML security studies are activated using XML which is next generation web standard document format. And XML electronic signature raise interworking between digital signature systems used by various field of using XML document. Using these merit and complementing defect are main contents that users have to pay about Certification service to get CA certificate from 2004 june. This paper propose multiplex Certification remote education agent system using XML digital signature to satisfy security requirement.

  • This paper aimed to identify the relationship between satisfaction and continuous usage intention of AT(Accounting Technician) certification program using WBI(Web-Based Instruction) in the digital convergence environment. We extend satisfaction and continuous usage intention, technology acceptance model theory by adding usefulness expectation, program interface, expectation confirmation. This study was examined by using the SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 21.0. The results by analysis are as follows. First, usefulness expectation and program interface showed positive effect on the expectation confirmation, usefulness expectation had more significantly effect than the program interface. Second, expectation confirmation had significantly positive effect satisfaction, continuous usage intention. Also expectation confirmation was influenced by continuous usage intention rather than satisfaction. Third, satisfaction had positive sign on the continuous usage intention.
