PDP용 수직형 구조의 근접 노광장치 개발 (Development of Proximity Exposure System with Vertical Structure for Plasama Display Panel)

  • In this paper, we developed the proximity exposure system with the vertical structure of glass and mask stage to minimize the mask's warp caused by the pull of gravity. This system, which canirradiate the ultra violet through 1440 H 850 $\textrm{mm}^2$ and 1330X 1015 $\textrm{mm}^2$ exposure area, has the followingcharacteristics. The glass stage can be inclined by 80 degrees at vertical structure to load substrate withsafety on it. When the glass stage is the vertical state, the gap control, alignment control and exposureof ultra violet are executed. So, it enhances the pattern uniformity by minimizing the mask's warp. Theglass stage can also control the gap between the mask and the substrate by the coarse and fine motioncontrol. The mask stage can adjust the posture of photomask to the position of substrate by imageprecessing method. The galss stage for the gap control and the mask stage for the alignment aredesigned independently for each function.

Reciprocal Capital Structure and Liquidity Policy: Implementation of Corporate Governance toward Corporate Performance

  • The research objective examines the effect of corporate governance on capital structure and its effect on liquidity policy and corporate performance. It tests the effect of capital structure and liquidity policy on corporate governance. It also examines the effect of liquidity policy on capital structure and the effect of capital structure on liquidity policy. The study population is all manufacturing companies that went public on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2010-2019. The research population is 182 manufacturing companies. The Judgment Sampling was used and 109 companies meet the research criteria. The study used panel data for ten years so that the amount of data observed was 1090 observations. The analysis tool uses Warp Partial Least Square (WarpPLS). The results showed that corporate governance had a significant positive effect on capital structure, but corporate governance had a significant adverse effect on liquidity policy, and corporate governance had a significant positive effect on corporate performance. Furthermore, capital structure has a significant negative effect on corporate performance, but liquidity policy has no significant effect on corporate performance. Capital structure and liquidity policy are proven to be reciprocally significant positive correlations for manufacturing companies in Indonesia.

  • 음성 인식에서의 dynamic time warp(DTW)은 반복적 계산을 필요로 하며, 이 계산을 수행하기에 합당한 PE cell의 설계는 매우 중요하다. 따라서 이 연구에서는 실제에 가까운 실시간 어휘 인식을 가능하게 하는 large dictionary 의 DTW 알고리즘을 hardware로 구현하기 위한 PE(Processing Element) cell의 설계에 주안점을 두었다. 이 DTW 용 PE cell은 크게 세가지의 블록으로 대별된다. 즉 MIN block, ADD block 그리고 ABS block인데, "MIN"은 accumulated minimum distance를 계산하기 위한 블록이고 "ADD"는 이들 minimum distance들의 합을 계산하는 블록, 그리고"ABS"는 이러한 합에 의한 local distance의 절대값을 구하기 위한 블록이다. 본 연구에서는 이들 세가지 블록중 MIN 회로의 설계 및 검증을 행하였으며, 3um CMOS N-well 설계 규칙에 따라 MIN 블록에 대한 레이아웃을 행한 후 설계 규칙 검사(DRC)를 마쳤다.레이아웃을 행한 후 설계 규칙 검사(DRC)를 마쳤다.

A-line Skirt의 Marking 효율에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Marking Efficiency of A-line Skirt)

  • The purpose of this study is to find the proper width of fabric which can bring high efficiency on productivity. We focus on the marking method by comparing and analyzing the marking efficiency of A-line skirt. This study employs 4 criteria to mark the A-line skirt, which are cutting method, angle, width, and direction, respectively. There can be 2 different cutting methods(fold pattern and add seam pattern at the front and back center line), and 2 different angles(warp angle and bias angle). Also, width of the fabric can be classified into 2 groups(110cm, 150cm), and marking direction can be grouped into 2(one direction marker and one direction per each size marker). These 4 criteria make 16($2^*2^*2^*2$) cases for this study. Main findings are follows. First, the skirt with folded at the center line had higher efficiency rate than the skirt with add seam at the center line. Second, the skirt with the 150cm width has higher efficiency rate than that of 110cm. Third, fixing the warp angle has higher efficiency rate than that of fixing the bias angle at the front and back center line. Finally, one direction per each size marker has much higher efficiency than the one direction marker.

THE WARPED DISK OF INTEGRAL-SIGN GALAXY PGC 20348

  • We examine the morphology and luminosity distribution of a strongly warped spiral galaxy PGC 20348 by conducting a detailed BVI CCD surface photometry using BOAO 1.8m telescope. The radial surface brightness shows a break at warp radius $(r_{\omega})$ with a shallow gradient in the inner disk and a steeper gradient in the outer disk. The luminosity of east side of the disk is ${\sim}0.5$ mag fainter than the west side at r > $r_{\omega}$. The reason for the asymmetric luminosity distribution is thought to be the asymmetric flarings that result in the formation of a large diffuse region at the edge of the east disk and a smaller diffuse region at the west disk. The vertical luminosity profiles show a thick disk component whose scale heights increase with increasing galactocentric distances. The warp of PGC 20348 seems to be made by the tidal interactions with the two massive companion galaxies since the flarings and radial increase of disk scale heights are thought to be general properties of tidally perturbed disks. According to the colors of the two clumps inside the diffuse region at the edge of the east disk, they seem to be sites of active star formation triggered by tidal forces from the companion galaxies.

볼륨 데이터를 위한 셀 기반 웨이브릿 압축 기법 (Cell-Based Wavelet Compression Method for Volume Data)

  • 본 논문은 방대한 크기의 볼륨 데이타를 효율적으로 렌더링하기 위한 셀 기반 웨이브릿 압축 방법을 제시한다. 이 방법은 볼륨을 작은 크기의 셀로 나누고, 셀 단위로 웨이브릿 변환을 한 다음 복원 순서에 따른 런-길이(run-length) 인코딩을 수행하여 높은 압축율과 빠른 복원을 제공한다. 또한 최근 복원 정보를 캐쉬 자료 구조에 효율적으로 저장하여 복원 시간을 단축시키고, 에러 임계치의 정규화로 비정규화된 웨이브릿 압축보다 빠른 속도로 정규화된 압축과 같은 고화질의 이미지를 생성하였다. 본 연구의 성능을 평가하기 위하여 {{}} 해상도의 볼륨 데이타를 압축하여 쉬어-? 분해(shear-warp factorization) 알고리즘에 적용한 결과, 손상이 거의 없는 상태로 약 27:1의 압축율이 얻어졌고, 약 3초의 렌더링 시간이 걸렸다.Abstract This paper presents an efficient cell-based wavelet compression method of large volume data. Volume data is divided into individual cell of {{}} voxels, and then wavelet transform is applied to each cell. The transformed cell is run-length encoded according to the reconstruction order resulting in a fairly good compression ratio and fast reconstruction. A cache structure is used to speed up the process of reconstruction and a threshold normalization scheme is presented to produce a higher quality rendered image. We have combined our compression method with shear-warp factorization, which is an accelerated volume rendering algorithm. Experimental results show the space requirement to be about 27:1 and the rendering time to be about 3 seconds for {{}} data sets while preserving the quality of an image as like as using original data.

Environment of Warped Galaxy

  • We analyze the dependence of environment of warped galaxies by using the local background density, Tidal Index and projected distance as measures of the environment. we use galaxies with redshift less than z=0.025 from the Sloan Digital Sky Survey (SDSS) DR7. We selected 345 edge-on galaxies using color images provided by the SDSS DR7 and checked it using isophotal maps. This sample contains 136 warped galaxies, 209 non-warped galaxies. Among warped galaxies, there are 18 strongly warped galaxies which have warp angles larger than 7.5o. We calculated the fractional distributions of galaxies as a function of environmental parameters. All of these parameters show little difference between warped galaxies and non-warped galaxies if we include weakly warped galaxies. However, there is a clear difference in the fractional distributions between the strongly warped galaxies and non-warped galaxies. The fraction of warped galaxies increases with decreasing distance to the nearest neighbor galaxy but It increases with increasing background density and Tidal Index. However, the relationships between warp angles and the three environmental parameters are not strong. The effect of Tidal Index is well distinguished in small, bright galaxies whereas the effects of the background density and the distance to the nearest neighbor galaxy are more pronounced in large, bright galaxies.

GPU 하드웨어 아키텍처 기반 sub-warp 단위 병렬 프리픽스(prefix) 연산의 정확한 구현 (Correct Implementation of Sub-warp Parallel Prefix Operations based on GPU Hardware Architecture)

  • 본 논문에서는 대규모 데이터를 길이가 32 미만인 로컬 세그먼트 단위로 구분하고 이 로컬 세그먼트 내에서 정확한 GPU 병렬 프리픽스(prefix) 연산 결과를 출력하는 CUDA (Compute Unified Device Architecture) 코드를 제시한다. 이미 Mark Harris와 Michael Garland가 이러한 목적을 수행하기 위한 CUDA 코드를 이미 발표한 바 있으나 본 논문에서는 로컬 세그먼트의 길이가 32 미만일 때 기존 코드의 결과가 정확하지 않다는 사실을 살펴 보고 그 원인을 논의한 후, 정확한 결과를 출력하는 코드를 제안한다. 본 논문에서 다루는 로컬 세그먼트 단위의 병렬 프리픽스 연산은 최인접 요소 탐색(k-nearest neighbor search) 등은 물론 다양한 대규모 병렬 처리 알고리즘을 구성하는 기본 연산으로 활용 가능하다.

유한요소해석에 의한 헤밍 공정 변수연구 (A Parametric Study of the Hemming Process by Finite Element Analysis)

  • Implicit finite element analysis of the flat surface-straight edge hemming process is performed by using a commercial code ABAQUS/Standard. Methods of finite element modeling for springback simulation and contact pair definition are discussed. An optimal mesh system is chosen through the error analysis that is based on the smoothing of discontinuity in the state variables. This study has focused on the investigation of the influence of process parameters in flanging, pre-hemming and main hemming on final hem quality, which can be defined by turn-down, warp and roll-in. The parameters adopted in this parametric study are flange length, flange angle, flanging die corner radius, face angle and insertion angle of pre-hemming punch, and over-stroke of pre-hemming and main hemming punches.

  • 본 연구에서는 패션 디자인 분야에서 완성된 의상의 모델 사진을 활용해 다양한 원단을 직접 Draping함으로써 새로운 디자인을 창출할 수 있고 직접 샘플이나 시제품을 제작하지 않고도 시뮬레이션만으로 의상 작품을 확인 할 수 있도록 하였다. 또한 모델과 원단 이미지에 대한 데이터베이스를 구축하여 실시간으로 Mapping 결과를 확인할 수 있으며, 모델 사진과 원단 이미지의 자연스러운 Draping을 구현하기 위해 영역(Path)추출 알고리즘, 워프(Warp)알고리즘, 명암 추출과 적용 알고리즘을 이용한 2.5D Mapping 시스템을 개발 하였다.
