중소기업의 직무 적합성과 지각된 공정성이 자발적 이직의도에 미치는 영향 (An Effect of Job Fitness and Perceived Justice on Voluntary Turnover Intention in small firm)

  • The purpose of this study is to find out the relationship between job fitness, organizational justice(distributive, procedural, interactional), job satisfaction, organizational trust, organizational commitment, and voluntary turnover intention in private organization such as in small fire in Korea. To identify the these relationships, the secondary data or past studies that were related with job fitness, organizational justice, job satisfaction, organizational trust, organizational commitment, voluntary turnover intention was collected and theoretically arranged. I made the theoretical proposed model to explain these relationships between the constructs, identify the operational definitions and 18 hypotheses was established, there was executed the survey of 262 in employees. Using the collected data, previous performances to confirm the construct validity and internal consistency by EFA(Exploratory Factor Analysis); i.e. factor analysis by SPSS, reliability by cronbach's a, and by the CFA(Confirmative Factor Analysis) and structural equations modelling the proposed model was tested by LISREL v. 8.52. The research came to the conclusions as follows: First, three perceived justice had the positive effect to the job satisfaction empirically. Second, procedural justice in three perceived justice only had the positive effect to the organizational trust empirically. Third, distributive justice in three perceived justice only had the positive effect to the organizational commitment empirically. Forth, job fitness had the positive effect to the organizational commitment, organizational trust, job satisfaction empirically in perspective. Fifth, I found the relationship between job satisfaction and organizational commitment, between job satisfaction and organizational trust was positive, between organizational commitment and trust. Finally, job satisfaction, organizational trust had not the positive effect directly, but indirect effect via organizational commitment was identified in voluntary turnover intention by empirical test.

소비자 자발적 안티 사이트 관련자들의 안티사이트 평가: 질적연구방법의 적용 (A Qualitative Study on the Evaluation on tm he Consumers' Voluntary Anti-sites on On-line from the People Concerned)

  • This study examined the evaluation on the consumers' voluntary anti-sites on on-line from the people concerned, such as the people of an enterprise, a consumer organization, and the consumer. We collected the data using in-depth interview of qualitative analysis. The in-depth interviews were carried out for about two hours in each respondent. Total 15 respondents, 5 in each part of three parts such as an enterprise, a consumer organization, and the consumer, were answered a interview. The data was analysed by content analysis method. As the result of this study, the people concerned to enterprises answered that anti-sites helped the enterprises through the objective and the constructive criticism. The consumers participating in the anti-sites also answered that the existence of anti-sites helped the companies to know the complaint and the dissatisfaction with their goods or services. We suggest the followings for the desirable consumers' voluntary anti-sites through this study. First, the companies need to recognize that the anti-sites help the companies because the anti-sites give the companies the information of improving the product and the corporate management. Second, people concerned to the consumer organizations need to take a neutral role so that the consumer members of anti-sites demand a proper compensation to the companies and receive the reasonable compensation. Third, the anti-sites' managers should give information to the consumer members of the anti-sites continuously, operate the anti-sites actively such as answering a question and managing their members. Fourth, the consumer members of anti-sites should have active attitude in participating in an anti-sites from exchanging various information to uploading their information.

  • 공공도서관 자원봉사가 활성화되고 효과적인 운영과 관리가 이루어지기 위해서는 공공도서관 자원 봉사에 관한 표준매뉴얼의 개발에 대한 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 공공도서관 자원봉사에 대한 개념 및 운영체계 그리고 표준매뉴얼에 관한 이론적 배경을 살펴본 후, 문헌조사를 통한 국내외 사례를 바탕으로 공공도서관 자원봉사를 기획부문, 자원봉사자 관리부문, 행정부문 등 3개 부문, 12개 영역, 6개 세부내용으로 나누어 조사 분석하고, 이를 바탕으로 공공도서관 자원봉사 표준매뉴얼을 개발함으로써 도서관 자원봉사의 운영 및 관리에 일조함에 그 목적이 있다.

자발적 정보 공시와 유효법인세율 간의 관련성 연구 (A Study on the Relevance between Voluntary Information Disclosure and Effective Tax Rate)

  • 2000년대 중반 이후 우리나라에서도 기업의 자발적 공시활동의 중요성이 증대되면서 이와 관련한 기업의 활동이 활발해지고 있으며 관련 연구도 지속적으로 이뤄지고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 이러한 추세를 반영하여 자발적 정보공시와 유효법인세율 간의 관련성을 조세회피 측면에서 실증적으로 검증하였다. 이를 위해 자발적 정보공시의 대리변수(proxy)는 기업설명회(IR, Investor Relation)를 활용하였으며, 유효법인세율(Effective Corporate Tax Rate)을 조세회피의 대리변수로 활용하였다. 연구표본은 한국채택국제회계기준(K-IFRS)가 의무적으로 도입된 2011년부터 2014년까지의 12월 결산 유가증권 상장기업 1,396개 기업연도이다. 실증분석 결과, 자발적 정보공시와 유효법인세율은 양(+)의 관련성을 나타냈다. 이러한 결과는 추가적인 유효법인세율 측정치를 활용한 분석에서도 동일하게 나타났다. 이는 외부에 자발적으로 정보를 공시하는 기업일수록 시장의 반응을 중시하여 상대적으로 우수한 회계정보를 산출함으로써 상대적으로 조세회피 수준이 낮은 (유효법인세율이 높은) 건전한 경영성과를 보고하는 것으로 기대할 수 있다. 본 연구는 기업의 자발적 정보공시활동(IR)이 기업의 조세회피 수준에 미치는 긍정적인 영향을 대표적인 조세회피 대리변수인 유효법인세율을 통해 검증함으로써, 좀 더 높은 공시수준을 가진 기업들에 대한 좋은 신호(good signal)를 투자자들에게 제공할 것으로 기대할 수 있다. 이를 통해 본 연구가 건전한 자본시장의 발전에 도움이 되기를 기대한다.

Development of a Mini-OCS System for Voluntary Medical Services in the Challenged Regions

  • In this paper, we present our recent effort on the development of a portable OCS system (SCH-mOCS), which provides minimal but essential functionalities of conventional OCS systems. SCH-mOCS is targeted for the environment where Internet connection is not available and fast processing of essential patient information is needed. The main usage could be found at the outdoor environment, such as voluntary medical services at challenged regions. The target of the first usage of the system is in the rural area of Cambodia where medical service and ICT infrastructure is poor. We have been conducting voluntary medical services for 15 years in Cambodia, where the services usually run for 3 days and include outpatient diagnosis/consultation, medication, and simple surgeries. This medical service started in 2002, where about 20 SoonChunHyang University Bucheon Hospital staffs (doctors, nurses, and pharmacists) participated. We realized that a system like SCH-mOCS is needed: we have to consult many patients in a short period, so that a prompt response and prescription to the patients are very important. However, the conventional OCS system is not suitable, because the service is usually conducted outdoor environment where Internet connected computers cannot be installed. Moreover, since the service needs only a subset of the conventional hospital information system and fast system response, application of a full OCS is not practical. The adequate system is a bare minimal OCS system, with very simple and quickly manageable patient admission, consultation, and prescription functionalities. In this paper, we describe hardware as well as the software aspect of a mini-OCS we have developed for the purpose. We named the system SCH-mOCS (SoonChunHyang mini-OCS). We also describe the usage scenario of SCH-mOCS in order to demonstrate that the system is general enough to apply for other similarly challenged regions.

  • Many signal processing techniques have been described in the literature for estimating amplitude, frequency and duration variables of the surface EMG signal detected during constant voluntary contractions. They have been used in different application areas for the non-invasive assessment of muscle function. The main purpose of our research is to compare the most frequently used algorithms for information extraction from surface EMG signals under varying conditions in terms of the different window lengths, muscle contraction levels, muscles and subjects. In particular we focus on the issue of estimating the slope and intercept to resolve an linear regression line with utilizing real SEMG signals which represents voluntary contractions during thirty seconds.

민방위의 효율적 운영을 위한 자율참여 방안 연구 (A study on voluntary participation program of civil defence)

  • In order to improve participation and quick decision-making in an emergency, the Voluntary Participation Program was recommended in this study for effective management of Civil Defense. The problems in the Law and Administration group and Forced Education by Mobilization system were analyzed through actual conditions of Civil Defense management and participation. In order to improve these problems, cases such as "Extension of Participation Methods", "Cooperation Activities with Civil Groups", "Usage of Community Information" were studied. Based on the investigation results, domestic applicability was recommended.

  • 사회가 발전하면서 자원봉사는 보편화되어 가고 있으며, 공공도서관 자원봉사도 양적, 질적 증가를 보이고 있다. 이에 본 논문은 공공도서관 자원봉사의 운영과 관리 실태를 분석하고 공공도서관 자원봉사의 활성화를 도모하기 위하여, 먼저 공공도서관 자원봉사에 대한 이론적 배경을 살펴본 후, 설문조사를 통하여 현재 우리나라 공공도서관 자원봉사의 운영과 관리 실태를 기획부문, 자원봉사자 관리부문, 행정부문으로 나누어 조사하고, 이를 바탕으로 공공도서관 자원봉사의 활성화 방안과 전망을 제시함으로써 도서관 자원봉사의 운영 및 관리에 대한 이해 증진에 일조함에 그 목적이 있다.

Determinants of Corporate Anti-Corruption Practice Disclosure: Evidence from Chinese Firms

  • Purpose - The purpose of this paper is to investigate the determinants of corporate anti-corruption practice disclosure (ACPD) from the perspective of rent-seeking theory. Research design, data, and methodology - Data are hand-collected from corporate social responsibility reports (CSRR) issued by 724 A-share listed firms in China. This paper provides an empirical analysis of the relationship between ownership structure and corporate ACPD as well as its moderating role in the institutional environment. Results - Our findings indicate that rent-seeking is a key factor in influencing corporate ACPD. State-owned enterprises disclose significantly more anti-corruption information than private ones in order to achieve personal promotion of top executives. Monopoly enterprises reported significantly less anti-corruption information than enterprises in competitive industries due to their rent-seeking behavior. The reduction of government intervention and improvement of legal environment are helpful to curb corporate rent-seeking activities and enhance the level of corporate ACPD. Conclusions - Rent-seeking is an important factor in explaining corporate voluntary disclosure in emerging countries. Institutional environment also plays a moderating role in the relationship between ownership structure and corporate voluntary disclosure. Our results are of interest to policy makers, regulators and market participants that are interested in corporate voluntary disclosure and corruption prevention.

기업의 환경관리 활동, 조직능력 및 성과 간 관계: 제조수출기업을 중심으로 (Firms' environmental management activities, organizational capability and performance: An evidence from firms manufacturing and exporting goods)

  • 본 논문은 설문조사 자료에 기초하여 제조기업의 환경관리활동 즉, 규범준수활동과 혁신지향활동이 환경대응능력의 창출과 성과의 제고에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구모형을 설정하고, 구조방정식 모델을 이용하여 실증분석을 수행하였다. 분석결과, 환경문제와 관련된 시장압력에 대응한 기업의 자발적인 혁신활동은 기업의 환경대응 능력의 창출과 성과제고에 정의 영향을 미쳤다. 그렇지만, 규제압력 즉, 법적 요건에 순응하기 위한 목적의 규범준수활동은 환경대응능력의 창출과 성과제고에 기여하지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 게다가 혁신활동을 통해 창출된 환경대응능력은 기업성과제고를 위한 중요한 원천이 되는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 그 시사점과 향후 연구방향에 대해 토의하였다.
