100 MPa 초고강도 콘크리트 띠철근 기둥의 이력거동에 관한 실험적 연구 (Experimental Study on Hysteretic Behavior of 100 MPa Ultra High-Strength Concrete Tied Columns)

  • 본 연구에서는 기둥의 축력비 및 횡보강근의 형상을 주요 변수로 현행 규준(ACI Code)의 횡보강근량 산정식이 고축력과 반복횡력을 받는 압축강도 100MPa의 초고강도 RC 기둥의 설계에도 적용가능한지 여부를 실험적 연구를 통하여 평가하였다. 실제 구조물의 보를 이상화한 스터브를 가진 1/2개 층의 기둥을 휨 파괴를 유도하기 위하여 형상비(L/d)를 4로 하여 실제 구조물의 1/3 Scale로 하였고, 실험구간은 접합면으로부터 기둥 깊이의 2.5배(750mm)로 하였으며, 총 8개의 실험체를 제작하였다. 실험 결과 실험체의 파괴양상은 축력비가 증가함에 따라 스터브 접합면에서 좀 더 떨어진 위치에서 파괴구간이 넓게 확산되지 못하고 파괴가 집중되었으며, 횡보강근의 체적비가 증가할수록 휨 균열이 다수 발생하였고 파괴구간도 접합면에 더 가까이 발생하였다. 또한, 축하중의 증가는 기둥의 변형능력을 30%, 누적소산 에너지량을 40% 감소시키고 강도와 강성의 감소를 가속화시켰으며, 연성비를 비교하면 D Type에서는 43%, E Type은 30% 감소한 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 횡보강근의 형상이 원형에 가까운 D Type이 심부 콘크리트 구속효과가 가장 좋은 것으로 나타났는데, 동일한 조건일 때 변형능력 및 연성비가 가장 높고 횡보강근의 체적비 증가에 따른 연성비의 증진효과도 가장 뛰어남을 알 수 있었다. 따라서, 고축력 및 횡보강근 형상 등을 고려하지 않고 있는 현재의 횡보강근량 산정 규준식은 100MPa의 초고강도 콘크리트 기둥 설계에 적용하기 위해서는 횡보강근의 상세(형상, 체적비) 및 축력효과등이 적절히 반영되어야 할 것으로 판단된다.

광물질 혼화재가 PSC 교량용 그라우트의 특성에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Mineral Admixture on the Characteristics of Grout for PSC Bridge)

  • 본 연구에서는 PSC 교량용 고품질 그라우트를 개발하기 위한 기초 자료로 활용하기 위해 그라우트의 결합재로 광물질 혼화재의 종류, 치환율 및 사용방법이 유동성, 블리딩률, 체적변화 및 압축강도에 미치는 영향에 대해 검토하였다. 광물질 혼화재 종류와 치환율에 대해 검토한 결과, 플라이애시는 유동성을 향상시키나, 블리딩과 수축 저감에 효과가 거의 없는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 반대로 고로슬래그와 실리카퓸은 유동성을 저하시키나 블리딩과 수축 저감에 효과가 큰 것으로 나타났다. 광물질 혼화재를 조합사용한 경우에 대해 검토한 결과, 플라이애시와 고로슬래그를 조합사용한 경우 유동성은 양호하나, 블리딩과 수축이 크게 증가하고, 고로슬래그와 실리카퓸을 조합사용한 경우에는 블리딩과 수축이 감소하나, 유동성이 크게 저하되는 것으로 나타났다. 이에 비해 플라이애시와 실리카퓸을 조합사용한 그라우트는 유동성이 양호하고, 블리딩과 수축 저감에도 효과적으로 나타났다. 이상의 결과로부터 광물질 혼화재의 종류, 치환율 및 사용방법에 따라 그라우트의 유동성, 블리딩과 체적변화에 미치는 영향이 다른 것으로 분석되었다. 따라서 PSC용 그라우트에 광물질 혼화재를 사용하기 위해서는 이런 영향을 고려하여 선정할 필요가 있는 것으로 판단된다.

나선철근 간격에 따른 원형 RC 기둥의 변위연성도 (Displacement Ductility of Circular RC Column According to the Spacing of Spirals)

  • 형상비 4.5인 축소모형 원형기둥 실험체 8개를 제작하여 일정한 축력 하에서 반복횡하중을 가력하는 실험을 수행하였다. 실험체의 주요변수는 횡방향철근비, 축방향철근비 (2.017%, 3.161%), 축력비 (0, 0.07, 0.15)이다. 모든 실험체의 횡방향 나선철근 체적비는 소성힌지 구간에서 0.3352~0.8938%의 값을 갖는다. 이 값은 도로교설계기준에서 요구하는 최소 심부구속철근 요구량의 39.7~122.3%에 해당하며, 이는 내진설계가 되지 않은 기존 교각이나 내진설계개념으로 설계되는 교각을 나타낸다. 본 연구의 최종목적은 실험적 기초자료의 제공과 함께 성능단계별 균열, 철근의 항복, 파단 등 정량적 수치와 경향을 제공하기 위한 것이다. 본 논문에서는 실험결과를 통해 분석된 실험변수에 따른 교각의 파괴거동, 강도저감거동, 변위연성도에 대해 중점적으로 기술하였다.

연소실내 분사식 수소연료기관의 특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the In-Cylinder Injection Type Hydrogen Fueled S.I. Engine)

  • Owing to the serious problem of hydrocarbon fuel such as environmental pollution, the development of alternative fuel is very urgent. To adopt hydrogen to the internal combustion engine, a solenoid-drive type in-cylinder injection system was constructed. The injection system was installed to the single cylinder research engine, and the engine performance and the emission of citric oxide were tested upon the fuel-air equivalence ratio and the spark timing. In the case of in-cylinder injection system, hydrogen is injected after the intake valve is close, so it is possible to operate the engine without the back fire and the fall of its volumetric efficiency. In the region of the fuel-air equivalence ratio below 0.5, hydrogen and air aren't well mixed and the thermal efficiency is lowered, so the nozzle should be designed to inject hydrogen uniformly into the combustion chamber. In the region of the fuel-air equivalence ratio above 0.7,the fuel-air mixture burns very fast and the amount of citric oxide emission increases rapidly, so the spark timing should be retarded as compared with MBT.

흡기관 분사 방식 수소 연료 기관의 성능 및 배출물에 관한 연구 (The Performance and Emission of the Intake Port Injection Type Hydrogen Fueled Engine)

  • Using the solenoid driven gas injection valve, Hydrogen fuel supply system was made. It was attached to a single cylinder research engine and intake port injection type hydrogen fueled S.I. engine was constructed. Engine performance, emission characteristics, and abnormal combustion were studied through the engine test performed with the variations of fuel-air equivalence ratio and spark timing. Compared with gasoline, hydrogen burns so fast that cylinder peak pressure and temperature are higher and NO is emitted more at full load condition. IN the case of intake port injection type engine, COVimep becomes lower due to the well-mixing of air and fuel, and engine output is lower owing to the low volumetric efficiency. As fuel-air equivalence ratio goes up, the combustion speed increases, and COVimep decreases. NO emission peaks slightly lean of stoichiometric. As spark timing advances and fuel-air equivalence ratio goes up, the cylinder peak pressure and temperature become higher, so abnormal combustions take place easily.

형상비 4.0인 비내진 철근콘크리트 기둥의 파괴거동 (Failure Behavior of Non-seismic RC Column with aspect ratio of 4.0)

  • 축소모형 팔각형 기둥 실험체 2개를 제작하여 일정한 축력 하에서 반복 횡하중을 가력하는 실험을 수행하였다. 실험체는 중실단면과 중공단면이고 모든 실험체의 횡방향 나선철근 체적비는 0.00206의 값을 갖는다. 실험체들은 휨-전단 파괴거동을 보였다. 본 논문에서는 실험결과에 따른 파괴거동과 내진성능을 분석하였다. 실험결과, 중공 실험체는 초기강성, 초기 균열양상, 에너지 소산능력 등의 구조성능이 중실 실험체와 유사한 거동을 보였으나, 중공 실험체의 경우에는 3% 변위비 이후에 횡력, 극한변위, 에너지소산능력이 현저하게 감소되었다.

Concrete-steel bond-slip behavior of recycled concrete: Experimental investigation

  • In order to study the interfacial bond-slip behavior of steel reinforced recycled concrete (SRRC) under cyclic loading, thirteen specimens were designed and tested under cyclic loading and one under monotonic loading. The test results indicated that the average bond strength of SRRC decreased with the increasing replacement ratio of recycled concrete, whereas the bond strength increased with an increase in the concrete cover thickness, the volumetric stirrup ratio, and the strength of recycled concrete. The ultimate bond strength of the cyclically-loaded specimen was significantly (41%) lower than that of the companion monotonically-loaded specimen. The cyclic phenomena also showed that SRRC specimens went through the nonslip phase, initial slip phase, failure phase, bond strength degradation phase and residual phase, with all specimens exhibiting basically the same shape of the bond-slip curve. Additionally, the paper presents the equations that were developed to calculate the characteristic bond strength of SRRC, which were verified based on experimental results.

철근콘크리트 원형 교각의 전단성능에 대한 횡방향철근의 영향 (Effect of Transverse Steel on Shear Performance for RC Bridge Columns)

  • In seismic design, hollow section concrete columns offer advantages by reducing the weight and seismic mass compared to concrete section RC bridge columns. However, the flexure-shear behavior and spirals strain of hollow section concrete columns are not well-understood. Octagonal RC bridge columns of a small-scale model were tested under cyclic lateral load with constant axial load. The volumetric ratio of the transverse spiral hoop of all specimens is 0.00206. The test results showed that the structural performance of the hollow specimen, such as the initial crack pattern, initial stiffness, and diagonal crack pattern, was comparable to that of the solid specimen. However, the lateral strength and ultimate displacement of the hollow specimen noticeably decreased after the drift ratio of 3%. The columns showed flexure-shear failure at the final stage. Analytical and experimental investigations are presented in this study to understand a correlation confinement steel ratio with neutral axis and a correlation between the strain of spirals and the shear resistance capacity of steel in hollow and solid section concrete columns. Furthermore, shear strength components (Vc, V, Vp) and concrete stress were investigated.

감길탕(甘桔湯)이 호흡곤란에 미치는 임상적 고찰 (Clinical Study of Kamkil-tang on the Dyspnea)

  • This study was designed to investigate the clinical effect of Kamkil-tang on the dyspnea. In this study, we measured the variations of the breathing volume of 20 patients after taking Kamkil-tang. Picrometer is used for the measurement of the volume. The investigation had been performed since from January 1st to August 31th of 2005. The patients for the experiment were mainly composed of patients who had trouble in breathing due to the pneumonectasis, asthmas, pneumonias. The percent of men is 65% in sex distribution and the ratio of persons over 50's was 90%. The results are as follows: After Kamkil-tang was taken to the patients, the enhancement ratio of breathing volume was appeared as 6.6%. The analysis based on an age was that the patients of 50's show the highest volumetric advancement. The ratio of breathing volume was higher as the patients were younger. From this, Kamkil-tang has more efficient on the younger patients. From the relations between the breathing volume before treatment and the enhancement ratio, the increase of the enhancement ratio and the better response to the medicine were shown to the more serious patients. The period of treatment was 22.4 days average. The enhancement ratio of smoker was 25.5, and that of non-smoker was 31.1. At the test of relation between the trouble rate in breathing and the enhancement ratio, Grade I shows the highest enhancement. From the experimental results, It is found that Kamkil-tang gives a noticeable benefit for the patients whose main symptom was breathing problem. Long-term treatments for the serious and younger patients will make much more efficient to the reduction of the symptoms.

금수육군전(金水六君煎)이 호흡곤란(呼吸困難)에 미치는 임상적(臨床的) 고찰(考察) (The Clinical Study of Keumsuyukunjeon on the Dyspnea)

  • In the Oriental Medicine, the breathing problem is defined as one of the symptoms such as Cheon-Jeung, Hyo-Jeung and chronic respiratory organs disease. Its source is heard to be the functional reduction of descending of Lung and Kidney. The organs for breathing are known as Lung, Spleen and Kidney. In this research, some remarkable results are referred which were detected by measuring the variations of the breathing volume of 20 patients after taking Keumsuyukunjeon. Picrometer is used for the measurement of the volume. The investigation had been performed since from January 1 st to August 31th of 1998. The patients for the experiment were mainly composed of patients who had trouble in breathing due to the pneumonectasis, sthmas, pneumonias. The percent of men is 67% in sex distribution and the ratio of persons over 50's was 85%. After Keumsuyukunjeon was taken to the patients, the enhancement ratio of breathing volume was appeared as 7.7%. The analysis based on an age was that the patients of 40's show the highest volumetric advancement. The ratio of breathing volume was the aged patients whose lung or kidney is weak and it can be used as the prescription for supplement of body and lung. From the relations between the breathing volume before treatment and the enhancement ratio, the increase of the enhancement ratio and the better response to the medicine were shown to the more serious patients. The period of treatment was 27.5 days average. The enhancement ratio of smoker was 23. and that of non-smoker was 50. At the test of relation between the trouble rate in breathing and the enhancement ratio. Grade Ⅲ shows the highest enhancement value 50%. From the experimental results, It is found that Keumsuyukunjeon gives a noticeable benefit for the patients whose main symptom was breathing problem. Long-term treatments for the serious and aged patients will make much more efficient to the reduction of the symptoms.
