모듈러 공법을 활용한 신축매입임대주택 계획방안 연구 (A Study on the Planning Approaches for Newly Constructed Purchased Rental Housing Utilizing Volumetric Modular Construction)

  • 본 연구는 매입임대주택을 시공하는데 모듈러 공법을 활용할 수 있는 가능성을 탐구했다. 특히 규모가 작은 매입임대주택을 중심으로 조사하여, 이러한 주택이 기획부터 시공까지의 공급 기간을 단축하고 거주자의 요구를 유연하게 수용할 수 있는 장점을 가지고 있음을 확인했다. 이러한 민관 협력은 지역사회 계획에도 확장되어 전통적인 임대주택 모델을 벗어나 지역 수요에 맞는 맞춤형 모델을 구축하는데 활용될 수 있다. 현재 매입임대주택은 대도시에서 수요와 공급이 많으며, 주로 다세대 주택, 다가구주택, 연립주택으로 구성되어 있다. 상자형 모듈러주택을 활용할 때에는 모듈 크기와 운반성을 고려하는 것이 중요하며, 이러한 공장 제작 방식을 활용하면 공급 효율성과 품질 향상을 도모할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 모듈러주택 모델을 계획하고 건설 및 철거 효율성을 높일 수 있는 세 가지 건설기술을 제안했다. 중간에 기둥이 없는 세대 평면, 상자형 모듈러 공법을 활용한 코어 제작, 건축 구성재의 공업화 및 건식 공법 등이 그 예이다. 이러한 공법을 활용하여 노후화된 주택 정비와 수요 대응을 위해 모듈러 공법을 활용한 매입임대주택의 신축 모델을 제시했다. 이 모델은 36m2과 54m2 크기의 16세대로 구성되었으며, 대지의 규모가 660m2 이상이고, 6m 이상 도로에 접한 경우에는 다른 대지에서도 활용할 수 있다. 근거리의 여러 필지에 신축할 경우 클러스터형 개발도 고려하여 건설 효율성을 높일 수 있다.

미생물 고정화를 이용한 산성염료의 처리 (Treatment of Acid dye Using Microbial Immobilization)

  • Strains degrading and decolorizing acid dyes, Nylosan red E-BL 150%. were isolated from natural system, was named as ARK3. The optimal culture conditions of temperature and pH were $35^\circ{C}$, 7.0, respectively. Growth rate of cells in conditions of aerobic shaking more than standing culture conspicuously increased, and optical density of those to strain ARK3 were found as 1.38 and 0.25 after 42 hrs. Decolorization efficiency in batch culture which used as immobilization media to natural zeolite was 15% after 6 hrs, while suspension culture was 5%, also its of immobilization and suspension culture were 90% and 85% after 48 hrs, respectively. Decolorization efficiency of air-lift bioreactor was more than 90% to a dilution rate of $0.038hr^{-1}$, but that was decreased as 70%, when the dilution rate was $0.05hr^{-1}$. Even though at maximum dilution rate of this study, there was not appeared "wash out" phenomienon of biomass. Decolorization efficiency was 97.7% at a dilution rate of $0.025hr^{-1}$, when influent dye concentration was $100mg/\ell$. But if influent dye concentration increased as $150mg/\ell$, even though MLVSS increased, that of treatment water decreased as 93%. Also, when influent dye concentration increased as $200mg/\ell$ and $300mg/\ell$, decolorization efficiencies of treatment water abruptly decreased as 85% and 63%, respectively. Decolorization efficiency was more than 92% to the limit volumetric loading rate of $3.75mg/\ell\cdot{hr}$hr, without regard to variation of influent dye concentration or hydraulic retention time. if volumetric loading rate was more than $3.80mg/\ell\cdot{hr}$, at same condition, decolorization efficiency was lower decrease of retention time than increase of influent dye concentration.entration.

스크류 수퍼차저의 설계 및 성능해석 (Design and Performance Analysis of Screw Supercharger)

  • This study aims at the optimal design of the screw rotor, its performance analysis, and development of a small screw supercharger which has a low noise compared with the root type supercharger. The basic theoretical equations and the basic design of the screw supercharger have been established. The optical design of the screw rotor's shape has been also performed theoretically. Also, the performance analysis technique of the designed screw rotor has been developed.

인벌류트 기어펌프의 기어 편심에 따른 유동특성 (The effect of eccentricity between gear and housing in involute gear pump)

  • 기어 끝단과 하우징 사이의 간극이 회전방향으로 편심된 인벌류트펌프에서 체적유량과 유량효율을 검토하였다. 해석은 k-e 모델을 이용하여 FLUENT/R-13을 사용하여 기어의 회전속도, 간극의 거리 및 출구압력이 주어져 있을 경우 난류유동을 해석하였다. 동심축과 편심축의 경우 체적유량을 비롯한 유동특성에 대해 독립변수들의 영향은 지속되었으나 회전방향에 대한 압력 분포는 서로 달라 편심의 경우 상류부에서 대부분의 압력이 상승하고 하류부의 압력은 거의 일정한 특성을 보였으며 편심의 영향이 클수록 이러한 현상은 심하게 나타났다. 편심펌프에서 유동특성은 최소 간극에 의존하며 체적유량 혹은 체적효율은 편심되기 전 동심축보다 크나 최소간극과 같은 크기의 동심펌프보다는 작다. 펌프에서 기어축의 편심에 의한 간극 축소는 펌프성능에 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 수 있다.

사판식 유압 피스톤모터의 성능특성 분석 (Analysis of Performance Characteristics of Swash-Plate-Type Hydraulic Piston Motor)

  • 유압피스톤모터는 정압베어링부분의 마찰손실과 용적손실, 기구적 운동부분의 마찰손실, 오일의 관로저항에 의한 압력저하, 압축성에 의한 체적손실 그리고 하우징 오일 처닝(churning) 손실 등이 있다. 이러한 손실 중에서 일정한 틈새의 유막(oil film, $8{\sim}15{\mu}m$)으로 고속 회전하는 피스톤 슈(piston shoe)와 슈 플레이트(shoe plate) 사이 정압베어링 부분의 마찰 및 용적손실이 유압모터의 전체효율을 좌우 한다. 본 연구에서는 최고압력 35MPa, 최고회전수 2500rpm, 배재용적 320cc/rev급 2속(2-speed) 초대형 굴삭기의 주행모터용 유압피스톤모터를 대상으로 정압베어링비가 유압모터의 전 효율에 미치는 영향을 실험적으로 분석하였다.

고밀도 제로터 펌프용 신형 치형설계 및 특성해석 (New Tooth Type Design and Characteristic Analysis for High Density Gerotor Pump)

  • The gerotor type device is mainly used in low-speed, high-torque hydraulic motors, and is also applied as a small priming hydraulic pump. For this reason, many studies have been conducted to increase the efficiency of the gerotor pump. In this paper, we propose a new tooth profile design method different from the existing method. The new tooth design is made by modifying the tooth surface using the amplification function of the trajectories, created along the inner and outer rolling circles around the base circle. The shape of the mate rotor is then created using rotation simulation techniques. Such shapes are described as hypercloid. The designed hypercloid rotor is compared with the existing trochoid rotor, and the characteristics of the parameters and volumetric displacements are analyzed. Through this process, the optimum design with larger volumetric displacement than the existing rotor is achieved.

소규모 발전용 스크롤 팽창기 성능시험 (Performance Test of Scroll Expander for Micro-Power Generation)

  • This paper addresses the development of a scroll expander for power generation from relatively low temperature steam source. It has a double-sided orbiting scroll member so that no thrust bearing is needed to support the base plate of the orbiting scroll. Three power transmission shafts are placed at the periphery of the orbiting scroll base plate, and these shafts can also function as anti-rotation devices. Final output is obtained from the main central shaft engaged with the three power transmission shafts through gear assembly. The clearance between the fixed and orbiting scroll elements was estimated by comparing measurement of the mass flow rate with calculation results of a computer simulation. Due to large clearance, the expander total and volumetric efficiencies were measured to be $34\%\;and\;43\%$, respectively. It has been shown through the computer simulation that the total and volumetric efficiencies could be improved to $65\%\;and\;83\%$, respectively, if the current clearance is reduced by half.

Simulation of Deformable Objects using GLSL 4.3

  • In this research, we implement a deformable object simulation system using OpenGL's shader language, GLSL4.3. Deformable object simulation is implemented by using volumetric mass-spring system suitable for real-time simulation among the methods of deformable object simulation. The compute shader in GLSL 4.3 which helps to access the GPU resources, is used to parallelize the operations of existing deformable object simulation systems. The proposed system is implemented using a compute shader for parallel processing and it includes a bounding box-based collision detection solution. In general, the collision detection is one of severe computing bottlenecks in simulation of multiple deformable objects. In order to validate an efficiency of the system, we performed the experiments using the 3D volumetric objects. We compared the performance of multiple deformable object simulations between CPU and GPU to analyze the effectiveness of parallel processing using GLSL. Moreover, we measured the computation time of bounding box-based collision detection to show that collision detection can be processed in real-time. The experiments using 3D volumetric models with 10K faces showed the GPU-based parallel simulation improves performance by 98% over the CPU-based simulation, and the overall steps including collision detection and rendering could be processed in real-time frame rate of 218.11 FPS.

  • In-cylinder flows such as tumble and swirl play an important role on the engine combustion efficiencies and emission formations. The tumble flow, which is dominant in current high performance gasoline engines, is able to effect fuel consumptions and emissions under a partial load condition in addition to the volumetric efficiency under a wide open throttle condition. Therefore, it is important to optimize the tumble ratio of a gasoline engine for better fuel economy, lower emissions, and maximum volumetric efficiency. First step for optimizing a tumble ratio is to measure a tumble ratio accurately. For a tumble ratio measurement, many different methods have been developed and used such as steady flow rig, PIV, PTV, and LDV. However, it is not well known about the relations among the measured tumble ratios using different methods. The purpose of this research is to correlate the tumble ratios measured using three different methods and find out merits and demerits of each measurement method. In this research the tumble flow was measured, compared, and correlated using three different measurement methods at the same engine: steady flow rig; 2-dimensional PIV; and 3-dimensional PTV water flow rig.
