Follicular oocytes of Grade I and II were collected from 2~6 mm ovarian follicles and matured in vitro (IVM) for 24 hrs in TCM-199 su, pp.emented with 35$\mu\textrm{g}$/ml FSH, 10$\mu\textrm{g}$/ml LH, and 1$\mu\textrm{g}$/ml estradiol-17$\beta$ at 39$^{\circ}C$ under 5% CO2 in air. They were fretilized in vitro (IVF) by epididymal spermatozoa capacitated with heparin for 12 hrs. The zygotes were then co-cultured in vitro with bovine oviducted epithelial cells (BOEC) for 7 to 9 days. The optimal time for IVM, the successful enucleation of IVM oocytes by micromanipulation at different oocyte ages after IVM, and the ideal culture system for IVM for effective IVF and in vitro development of IVM-IVF embryos was examined for in vitro production of nuclear recipient oocytes and nuclear donor embryos. To improve the efficiency of nuclear transplantation (NT) of IVF embryo into IVM follicular oocytes, this study evaluated the optimal electric condition and oocytes age for activation of IVM oocytes and in vitro development of NT embryos. In vitro development of NT embryos with preactivation or non-preactivation in enucleation oocytes, cell number of IVN-IVF embryos, and NT embryos wre also examined. The results obtained were as follows; 1. The most suitable enucleation time was at 24 hpm (83.3%) rather than that of 28 hpm(69.6%) and 32 hpm(50.0%). 2. There was no difference among the fusion rates of NT embryos at the voltages of 0.75, 1.0 and 1.5 kV/cm, but the in vitro development rates to morule and blastocyst were significantly (P<0.05) higher at the voltage of 0.75(12.5%) and 1.0kV/cm (12.6%) compared to 1.5kV/cm(0%). 3. No significant difference in activation rates were seen in NT embryos stimulated for 30, 60 and 120 $\mu$sec (71.7, 85.2 and 71.9%, respectively), but the in vitro development rates to morulae and blastocyst were significantly (P<0.05) higher in the oocytes stimulated for 30 $\mu$sec (11.6%) and 60 $\mu$sec(10.7%) than 120 $\mu$sec(0.0%). 4. The fusion rates (71.0 and 87.3%) and the in vitro development rates (9.1 and 12.7%) to morula and blastocyst were seen in the NT embryos stimulated at 28 and 32 hpm under the condition of 1.0 kV/ml, 60 $\mu$sec. However, at 24 hpm the fusion rates were 64.8% and the in vitro development to morula and blastocyst were not seen. 5. The fusion rates between the 8~12, 13~17 and 18~22-cell stage of IVM-IVF embryos were not significantly different. The in vitro development rates of the fused embryos to morula and blastocyst which were received from a blastomere of 8~12, 13~17 and 18~22-cell stages of IVM-IVF embryos were 14.9, 8.3 and 6.5%, respectively. 6. The in vitro development rate of the enucleated recipient oocytes with preactivation (24.2%) to morula and blastocyst was significantly (P<0.05) higher than that of non-preactivation (12.8%). 7. The cell numbers of NT blastocyst and IVM-IVF blastocyst cultured during 7~9 days were 63$\pm$11 and 119$\pm$23, and then their the mean cell cycle number were 5.98 and 6.89, respectively.
This study was investigated the effect of the length of stunning time on pH, water holding capacity(WHC), cooking loss(CL), meat color and incidence rate of blood spot in broiler carcass. One-hundred and forty broiler chickens were slaughtered by three different length of stunning times(5 sec., 8 sec., 11 sec.) with the same electrical frequency(255Hz) and 50 voltage in a commercial abattoir. The WBS values and cooking loss of breast muscle were increased with increasing the stunning time, while WHC of breast muscle were decreased. Lightness(L* value) and yellowness(b* value) scores of leg muscle and skin stunned with 50V, 255Hz, 8 sec, 11 sec. were higher than those of broilers stunned with 50V, 255Hz, 5sec(P<0.05). But, there was no significant difference in color on breast and wing muscle. In subjective evaluation, frequence of the first grade had a trend of being increased by extending the stunning time. There was only a few cases of PSE chicken with 0.02%, while blood spot was observed at the highest rate for the 5 sec. treatment. TBARS indicated that a longer length of stunning resulted in a higher rate of fat oxidation. This experiment demonstrated that the length of stunning time has a significant effect on meat quality and its stability during chiller storage.
Cell volume regulatory mechanisms are usually disclosed by exposure of cell to anisotonic media. If a cell is suddenly exposed to hypotonic media, it swells initially like an osmometer but within minutes regains its original cell volume. This behavior has been labelled as regulatory cell volume decrease(RVD). RVD is believed to result from the loss of permeable ions through the membrane. In this study, we examined hypotonically induced changes in the membrance currents involved in RVD by using whole cell voltage clamp technique in the unfertilized hamster egg. At -40mV of the holding potential, the stationary current was maintained in the hamster egg exposed to isotonic solution composed of, mainly, 115mM NaCl and 40mM mannitol. Hypotonic solution was prepared by removing mannitol. Therefore, the concentrations of $Na^+$ and $Cl^-$ in this hypotonic media were the same as those in the isotonic solution. Following 30 to 60 sec after applying the hypotonic media to the egg, the inward current was evoked. This inward current was eliminated by $100{\mu}M$ 4-acetamido-4'-isothiocyanostil-bene-2,2'-disulfonic acid(SITS), an anion channel blocker, leaving the small outward current component. Further addition of 2mM $Ba^{2+}$, a broad $K^+$ channel blocker, completely abolished the small outward current left even in the presence of SITS during hypotonic stress. These results suggest that $K^+$ and $Cl^-$ move out of cells, resulting in RVD. To test the involvement of $Na^+$ in RVD, 20mM Na-isethionate was substituted for mannitol in isotonic media(135mM $Na^+$) and Na-isethionate (20mM) was freed the hypotonic solution. Only $Cl^-$ concentration in both isotonic and hypotonic media was kept constant at 115mM, whereas concentration of $Na^+$ was lowered in hypotonic solution to 115mM from 135mM in isotonic solution. Hypotonic medium induced the outward current in the egg equilibrated isotonically. This current was reduced by $100{\mu}M$ SITS but was augmented by 2 mM $Ba^{2+}$. In terms of RVD, these results imply that $Cl^-$ efflux is coupled with $K^+$, maybe for electroneutrality during hypotonic stress and/or with $Na^+$ via unknown transport mechanism(s). From the overall results, the hypotonic stress facilitates the movement of $Cl^-$ and $K^+$ out of the hamster egg to regain cellular volume with electroneutrality. If there exist a difference in $[Na^+]_0$ between isotonic and hypotonic solution, another transport mechanism concerned with $Na^+$ may, at least partly, participate in regulatory volume decrease.
The present study was carried out to investigate the best condition for nuclear-cytoplasm fusion and in vitro culture of nuclear transplanted embryos and to investigate the production of nuclear transplanted offsprings. The nuclei from 2-, 4- and 8-cell mouse embryos were transferred into enucleated 2-cell embryos, and the reconstituted embryos were submitted to direct current(DC) pulses at output voltage of 1.0, 1.5 and 2.0 kV/cm for 100, 150 and $200{\mu}$ sec to induce cell fusion. 1. The culture of intact or zona cut 2-cell embryos in the medium supplemented with cytochalasin B($5{\mu}g/m{\ell}$) and colcemide($0.1{\mu}g/m{\ell}$)for 30 and 60 minutes did not affect the development to later stage. 2. The in vitro developmental rates of group A(a nucleus from one of the blastomeres was removed) and B(electrofusion of group A) were significantly lower than that of control group(p<0.01). 3. When nuclear transplanted embryos were submitted to electrofusion, the significantly higher fusion rates of 2-cell donor nuclei were achieved at the electric field strength of DC 1.5kV/cm for 100 and $150{\mu}$ sec, DC 2.0 kV/cm for $100{\sim}200{\mu}$ sec than DC 1.0 kV/cm for 100 and $150{\mu}$ sec(p<0.01). The significantly higher fusion rates of 4-cell donor nuclei were achieved at DC 2.0 kV/cm for 100 and $150{\mu}$ sec than DC 1.0kV/cm for $100{\sim}200{\mu}$ sec(p<0.01). These fusion rates in 8-cell donor nuclei were 88.7~99.3%. 4. The developmental potency to blastocyst in 2- and 4-cell donor nuclei was significantly higher in DC 1.0 and 2.0 kV/cm for $100{\sim}200{\mu}$ sec treated group and DC 2.0 kV/cm for 150 and $200{\mu}$ sec treated group (p<0.01). The developmental potency to blastocyst in 8-cell donor nuclei was significantly higher in DC 2.0 kV/cm for $100{\mu}$ sec treated group than in DC 1.0 kV/cm for $100{\mu}$ sec treated group and DC 2.0 kV/cm for 150 and $200{\mu}$ sec treated group(p<001). 5. The developmental potency to blastocyst after nuclear transplantation was significantly higher in 2-cell donor nuclei than in 8-cell donor nuclei(p<0.01). 6. The success rate of nuclear injection into enucleated 2-cell embryos was significantly higher in 2-cell donor nuclei than in 4- or 8-cell donor nuclei(p<0.01). 7. The culture time taken for the nuclear transplanted 2-cell embryos to blastocyst stage was significantly longer in 2-cell donor nuclei than in 8-cell donor nuclei(p<0.01). 8. There was no significant difference in the developmental potency of nuclear transplanted embryos within the concentration of EGF at 0 to 15 ng per $m{\ell}$ of BMOC-3 solution. 9. The production rates of offspring after transfer of nuclear transplanted embryos to recipient mouse were significantly higher in 2-cell donor nuclei than in 8-cell donor nuclei(p<0.01).

Purpose: The accuracy and advantages of OBI(On Board Imager) against the conventional method like film and EPID for the setup error correction were evaluated with the analysis of the accumulated data which were produced in the process of setup error correction using OBI. Materials and Methods: The results of setup error correction using OBI system were analyzed for the 130 patients who had been planned for 3 dimensional conformal radiation therapy during March 2006 and May 2006. Two kilo voltage images acquired in the orthogonal direction were fused and compared with reference setup images. The setup errors in the direction of vertical, lateral, longitudinal axis were recorded and calculated the distance from the isocenter. The corrected setup error were analyzed according to the lesion and the degree of shift variations. Results: There was no setup error in the 41.5% of total analyzed patients and setup errors between 1mm and 5mm were found in the 52.3%. 6.1% patients showed the more than 5mm shift and this error were verified as a difference of setup position and the movement of patient in a treatment room. Conclusion: The setup error analysis using OBI in this study verified that the conventional setup process in accordance with the laser and field light was not enough to get rid of the setup error. The KV images acquired using OBI provided good image quality for comparing with simulation images and much lower patients' exposure dose compared with conventional method of using EPID. These advantages of OBI system which were confirmed in this study proved the accuracy and priority of OBI system in the process of IGRT(Image Guided Radiation Therapy).
Objectives: The Psychopathology of schizophrenia was expected to be related with focal dysfunction of brain while schizophrenia is recognized and studied as the brain disease. Authors studied correlation between neuropsychological tests and delusion which is representative symptom of schizophrenia in patients with head trauma and psychiatric patients in order to explore the functional localization of brain in delusional symptom. Methods: Halstead Reitan Neuropsychological Test Battery and Korean Weschler Intelligent Scale and Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory(MMPI) were administered to one hundred ninteen patients consisted of sixty nine psychiatric patients and fifty patients with brain damage. We tested correlation between results of neuropsychological tests and delusional scale made from twenty four items related with delusion in MMPI. T-test between eighteen higher delusion scorers and twenty one lower scorers was examed in psychiatric group. Results: In brain damage group, signigicant correlations were found in the tests related with function of frontal lobe such as category test, trail making AB test, tactual performance test, digit symbol test and fingertip number writing test, and significant correlations were also noted in the tests related with function of left temporal and parietal lobes such as information, comprehension, vocabulary, similarities and speech sound perception test. The tests related with the function of right hemisphere such as tactual performance test location, picture completion and performance, and the tests related with subcortical function such as arithmetic, digit span, attention, digit symbol test, digit symbol and trail making AB test were signigicantly corelated with delusional scale too. In psychiatric group there were significant difference of delusional score in the tests related with function of left hemisphere such as vocabulary, vocable IQ, comprehension and language, and in the tests related with subcortical function such as N 120 voltage, digit symbol and arithmetic. Conclusions: Delusion seems to be related with function of frontal lobe, left hemisphere and subcortex in both groups. Right hemisphere may be also partially related with delusion.
Circular metal electrodes were vacuum-deposited with chromium on the both sides of Teflon-FEP and PET film characteristic of electret and the physical properties of the two polymers were observed during an irradiation by gamma-ray from $\^$60/Co. With the onset of irradiation of output 25.0 cGy/min the induced current increased rapidly for 2 sec, reached a maximum, and subsequently decreased. A steady-state induced current was reached about in 60 second. The dielectric constant and conductivity of Teflon-FEP were changed from 2.15 to 18.0 and from l${\times}$l0$\^$-17/ to 1.57${\times}$10$\^$-13/ $\Omega$-$\^$-1/cm$\^$-1/, respectively. For PET the dielectric constant was changed from 3 to 18.3 and the conductivity from 10$\^$-17/ to 1.65${\times}$10$\^$-13/ $\Omega$-$\^$-1/cm$\^$-1/. The increase of the radiation-induced steady state current I$\^$c/, permittivity $\varepsilon$ and conductivity $\sigma$ with output(4.0 cGy/min, 8.5 cGy/min, 15.6 cGy/min, 19.3 cGy/min) was observed. A series of independent measurements were also performed to evaluate reproducibility and revealed less than 1% deviation in a day and 3% deviation in a long term. Charge and current showed the dependence on the interval between measurements, the smaller the interval was, the bigger the difference between initial reading and next reading was. At least in 20 minutes of next reading reached an initial value. It may indicate that the polymers were exhibiting an electret state for a while. These results can be explained by the internal polarization associated with the production of electron-hole pairs by secondary electrons, the change of conductivity and the equilibrium due to recombination etc. Heating to the sample made the reading value increase in a short time, it may be interpreted that the internal polarization was released due to heating and it contributed the number of charge carriers to increase when the samples was again irradiated. The linearity and reproducibility of the samples with the applied voltage and absorbed dose and a large amount of charge measured per unit volume compared with the other chambers give the feasibility of a radiation detector and make it possible to reduce the volume of a detector.

Purpose: With the demand of SPECT/CT increasing, the interest in complex diagnostic information of CT is rising along with the expansion of various studies on potential performance value. But the study on reduction of exposure dose generated by CT is not being conducted enough. Therefore, in this study, the goal is to identify how much dose reduction exists when performing the extremity bone SPECT/CT using the flat-panel CT. Materials and Methods: The extremity bone SPECT/CT was performed with two equipments -BrightView XCT (Philips Healthcare, Cleveland, USA) and Brilliance 16 CT (Philips Healthcare, Cleveland, USA)-to identify the exposed dose and image quality resulted by changing scan parameter (mAs) applying for both equipment respectively. The noise value of image and spatial resolution were measured with AAPM CT phantom. Tube voltage (kVp) was fixed to 120 kVp, tube current (mAs) calculated at different mA (20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80) was applied to both equipments respectively. DLP (dose length product) were calculated at the same distance at respective mAs. Also, we acquired images and % contrast with NEMA IEC body phantom to confirm the effect on image. The output of statistics was analyzed by SPSS ver.18. Results: Regarding AAPM phantom, the noise decreased as the tube current (mAs) increased and flat-panel had less noise than Helical CT. This difference increased at lower dose exposure. As to the evaluation of spatial resolution, we can differentiate the space up to 0.75 mm with both equipments. With scan parameter (mA) growing, the value of DLP increased up to 54-216 mGy cm at flat-panel CT and up to 177-709 mGy cm at Helical CT. Regarding NEMA IEC body phantom, same sphere with varied parameter (mA) shows that similar results. Conclusion: There is no significant differences of image quality in both flat-panel and Helical CT when the scan parameter (mA) is changed respectively. Moreover, we can identify the reduction of exposure dose and confirm %contrast analysis value with maintaining image quality. Therefore, at the extremity bone SPECT/CT requiring high spital resolution without the wide ROI, the flat-panel CT is considered to be more useful and it expected to result in the similar image quality with lower exposure dose compared to Helical CT. Additionally, through this study, we expect to help the reduction of the unnecessary exposure dose.

Purpose : To supply the information of EPID system and to analyze the possibility of substitution EPID for film dosimetry. Materials & Methods : With amorphous silicon(aSi) type EPID and liquid filled lonization chamber(LC) type EPID, the reproducibility according to focus detector distance(FDD) change and gantry rotation was analyzed, and also the possible range of image acquisition was analyzed with Alderson Rando phantom. The resolution and the contrast of aSi type EPID image were analyzed through Las Vegas phantom and water phantom. DMLC image was analyzed with X-Omat V film and EPID to see wether it could be applied to the qualify assurance(QA) of IMRT. Results : The reproducibility of FDD position was within 1mm, but the reproducibility of gantry rotation was ${\pm}2,\;{\pm}3mm$ respectively. The resolution and the contrast of EPID image were affected by dose rate, image acquisition time, image acquisition method and frame number. According to the possible range of image acquisition of EPID, it is verified that the EPID is easier to use than film. There is no difference between X-Omat V film and EPID images for the QA of IMRT. Conclusion : Through various evaluation, we could obtain lots of useful information about the EPID. Because the EPID has digital data, also we found that the EPID is more useful than film dosimerty for the periodical Qualify Assurance of IMRT. Especially when it is difficult to do point dose measurement with diode or ionization chamber, the EPID could be very useful substitute. And we found that the diode and ionization chamber are difficult to evaluate the sliding window images of IMRT, but the EPID was more useful to do it.
A planar Bi-Sb multijunction thermal converter with high thermal sensitivity and small ac-dc transfer error has been fabricated by preparing the bifilar thin film Pt-heater and the hot junctions of thin film Bi-Sb thermopile on the $Si_{3}N_{4}/SiO_{2}/Si_{3}N_{4}$-diaphragm, which functions as a thermal isolation layer, and the cold junctions on the dielectric membrane supported with the Si-substrate, which acts as a heat sink, and its ac-dc transfer characteristics were investigated with the fast reversed dc method. The respective thermal sensitivities of the converter with single bifilar heater were about 10.1 mV/mW and 14.8 mV/mW in the air and vacuum, and those of the converter with dual bifilar heater were about 5.1 mV/mW and 7.6 mV/mW, and about 5.3 mV/mW and 7.8 mV/mW in the air and vacuum for the inputs of inside and outside heaters, indicating that the thermal sensitivities in the vacuum, where there is rarely thermal loss caused by gas, are higher than those in the air. The ac-dc voltage and current transfer difference ranges of the converter with single bifilar heater were about ${\pm}1.80\;ppm$ and ${\pm}0.58\;ppm$, and those of the converter with dual bifilar heater were about ${\pm}0.63\;ppm$ and ${\pm}0.25\;ppm$, and about ${\pm}0.53\;ppm$ and ${\pm}0.27\;ppm$, respectively, for the inputs of inside and outside heaters, in the frequency range below 10 kHz and in the air.

① 이용자는 회원가입 신청 또는 회원정보 변경 시 실명으로 모든 사항을 사실에 근거하여 작성하여야 하며,
허위 또는 타인의 정보를 등록할 경우 일체의 권리를 주장할 수 없습니다.
② 당 사이트가 관계법령 및 개인정보 보호정책에 의거하여 그 책임을 지는 경우를 제외하고 회원에게 부여된
ID의 비밀번호 관리소홀, 부정사용에 의하여 발생하는 모든 결과에 대한 책임은 회원에게 있습니다.

제 4 장 서비스의 이용
제 12 조 (서비스 이용 시간)

원칙으로 합니다. 단, 당 사이트는 시스템 정기점검, 증설 및 교체를 위해 당 사이트가 정한 날이나 시간에
서비스를 일시 중단할 수 있으며, 예정되어 있는 작업으로 인한 서비스 일시중단은 당 사이트 홈페이지를
통해 사전에 공지합니다.
② 당 사이트는 서비스를 특정범위로 분할하여 각 범위별로 이용가능시간을 별도로 지정할 수 있습니다. 다만
이 경우 그 내용을 공지합니다.
제 13 조 (홈페이지 저작권)
① NDSL에서 제공하는 모든 저작물의 저작권은 원저작자에게 있으며, KISTI는 복제/배포/전송권을 확보하고
있습니다.
② NDSL에서 제공하는 콘텐츠를 상업적 및 기타 영리목적으로 복제/배포/전송할 경우 사전에 KISTI의 허락을
받아야 합니다.
③ NDSL에서 제공하는 콘텐츠를 보도, 비평, 교육, 연구 등을 위하여 정당한 범위 안에서 공정한 관행에
합치되게 인용할 수 있습니다.
④ NDSL에서 제공하는 콘텐츠를 무단 복제, 전송, 배포 기타 저작권법에 위반되는 방법으로 이용할 경우
저작권법 제136조에 따라 5년 이하의 징역 또는 5천만 원 이하의 벌금에 처해질 수 있습니다.
제 14 조 (유료서비스)
① 당 사이트 및 협력기관이 정한 유료서비스(원문복사 등)는 별도로 정해진 바에 따르며, 변경사항은 시행 전에
당 사이트 홈페이지를 통하여 회원에게 공지합니다.
② 유료서비스를 이용하려는 회원은 정해진 요금체계에 따라 요금을 납부해야 합니다.
제 5 장 계약 해지 및 이용 제한
제 15 조 (계약 해지)
회원이 이용계약을 해지하고자 하는 때에는 [가입해지] 메뉴를 이용해 직접 해지해야 합니다.
제 16 조 (서비스 이용제한)
① 당 사이트는 회원이 서비스 이용내용에 있어서 본 약관 제 11조 내용을 위반하거나, 다음 각 호에 해당하는
경우 서비스 이용을 제한할 수 있습니다.
- 2년 이상 서비스를 이용한 적이 없는 경우
- 기타 정상적인 서비스 운영에 방해가 될 경우
② 상기 이용제한 규정에 따라 서비스를 이용하는 회원에게 서비스 이용에 대하여 별도 공지 없이 서비스 이용의
일시정지, 이용계약 해지 할 수 있습니다.
제 17 조 (전자우편주소 수집 금지)
회원은 전자우편주소 추출기 등을 이용하여 전자우편주소를 수집 또는 제3자에게 제공할 수 없습니다.
제 6 장 손해배상 및 기타사항
제 18 조 (손해배상)
당 사이트는 무료로 제공되는 서비스와 관련하여 회원에게 어떠한 손해가 발생하더라도 당 사이트가 고의 또는 과실로 인한 손해발생을 제외하고는 이에 대하여 책임을 부담하지 아니합니다.
제 19 조 (관할 법원)
서비스 이용으로 발생한 분쟁에 대해 소송이 제기되는 경우 민사 소송법상의 관할 법원에 제기합니다.
[부 칙]
1. (시행일) 이 약관은 2016년 9월 5일부터 적용되며, 종전 약관은 본 약관으로 대체되며, 개정된 약관의 적용일 이전 가입자도 개정된 약관의 적용을 받습니다.
