The goal of this study is to propose the plan for activating collection services of public library in Seoul. For this goal, author analyzed and compared the core infrastructure, collection services, and their correlation of public libraries in 16 local governments and evaluated environment and the current situation of collection service of public libraries in Seoul. Based on the these results, author suggested five plans or strategies for vitalizing the collection services of public libraries. All public libraries in Seoul must maximize the visibility of the new collections, supply the culture(life-long learning) programs based on library collections, expand the breadth of the collection service through library cooperation system, strengthen interlibrary loan by establishment of the collaborative repository, and raise the awareness of the citizens about the library and collections.

Social Network has been known as friendship basis human relation service in online network. But a broad sense of Social Network can be explained as a mechanism which makes web evolve to information-ecosystem by human relation and network data which has been generated by the mass of people's cooperation and interchange. Social Network has been expanding their domain from friendship basis relation service to broad social relationship focus of matter of concern. It has been applied to diverse domain. Library community begins to take an interest in Social Network concept to apply user's interchange for information. This paper considers the concept of Social network and it's appliance to a library service. For the more, suggest basic element for vitalizing library user's Social network.

Recently housing demands are going to be diversified, and many suggestions are driven for the housing consumer's right of choice and expectation for welfare services. These require the policy change from the clear division between houses and facilities toward more market-oriented concept capable of mixed-use development of houses with facilities. The research explores the possibilities to provide various types of mixed-use developments of houses and facilities in the level of architectural design and political implication. Major case studies focus on the elderly welfare housing with serviced residence with the comparison of similar cases in Japan. The policy implications are, first, expanding the production of elderly housing with more elderly care services, second, challenging time-sharing residence composed of serviced residence and small dwelling units, third, activating the production of small scale housing development with small public facilities. The simulation shows the merits and demerits of this concepts and the efficacy of the policy implications.

An information technology revolution is sweeping the world driven by digitalization and tremendous popularity of the Internet. Electronic commerce and trade is the mainstream of this trend, and realization of a cyberspace without physical, spatial, and time restraints has led radical structural changes in international trade. Northeast Asia including Korea, China and Japan is becoming more important as a core economic region in terms of economic growth, intra-regional trade in particular. The introduction to electronic trade system and networks would playa vital role in speeding up trade of commodities, service and information etc. Therefore the study aims to examine a scheme to facilitate international trade in Northeast Asia by establishing information infrastructures. The study begins with reviewing current situation in information infrastructure such as the number of PC, utilization ratio of internet, information network, volume of electronic commerce. It is analyzed that what kinds of obstacles to facilitating electronic trade in Northeast Asian countries in terms of physical infrastructure, institutions, regulations, technologies regarding information exchange among countries. Finally this study presents some suggestions in order to remove the problems currently existed in vitalizing electronic trade.

Many countries over the world have acknowledged the global warming problem by greenhouse gas emission and tried to solve the problem. The Korean government has also taken many actions such as The Act on Low Carbon, Green Growth and on Promoting Green Building in that architectural building section takes 1/4 of national greenhouse gas emission. Under the situation that buildings constructed 15 years ago when insulation standards were reinforced take about 74%, The Plan on Vitalizing Green Remodeling, finally established on July 2013, will induce energy-efficient remodeling of deteriorated buildings. Using the energy simulation by the Visual DOE 4.0 program, this paper proposed the ways of energy-efficient remodeling of deteriorated high school buildings by measuring energy saving performance of factors that were drawn from the previous study. The factors considered are insulation, window's SHGC, south louver, system efficiency, and indoor setting temperature. Among them, all factors except SHGC proved contribution to reducing energy use at deteriorated high school buildings, compared with the baseline energy consumption.

The content industry is the core of the creative economy. The content industry is a fast-growing and high value-added industry, but becomes a high risk market on the other hand. Content related enterprises are difficult business environment. Thus, the accurate evaluation of content on its value is essential. But, it is hard to assess the value of content because of its intangible characteristics. This study is enabled improving the financing conditions of enterprises through the vitalization of value assessment for contents. Improve financial accessibility is required composition, means of access financial diversification, financial ecosystem to vitalization of value assessment for contents. In addition, the system should be established to support the economic activities of the creative content sector companies. The content industry should develop a new strategy for sustained growth. But, we believe that the accordance and cooperation from related parties, including contents producers, contents developers and governmental departments, are definitely required to boost the game contents industry. We hope that the more efficient methods are vitalizing the contents industry.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the current management status and the policy issues of visiting nursing programs at public health center in urban area. Method: A questionnaire surveys was conducted on all public health nurses in 25 health centers in Seoul. Result: The major results were as follows: The characteristics of the visiting nurse showed that the average age was 41.1 years, and total nursing experience was 122 months. Their visiting nursing experience was only 30 months. The recipients of visiting nursing services consisted of 60.1% females, and 32.5% of the recipients were over 65 years. The major health problems of the recipients were hypertension, diabetes mellitus, arthritis and psychiatric problems. The visiting frequency was an average of 5.4 times per day, and 357 families were managed per visiting nurse. The major problems of visiting nursing programs were the shortages of visiting nurse manpower. The most important related policy issue was being in charge of a workload, which was not related to the visiting nursing services. Conclusion: By analyzing work for visiting nurses and identifying weak points, this research can present recommendations to be practically used as baseline data for establishing policy in relation to vitalizing visiting nursing programs.

According to the increase of rural experience, that is important in satisfying needs of green tourism and vitalizing rural economy to use closed school in rural area as experience facility. For using closed school as experience facility, political and institutional assistants are needed in effective equipments and stable operation based on multi-perspective approach and analysis. In this study, we try to evaluate green-tourism accessibility of rural experience facility remodeled from closed school considering regional population and spatial characteristics. In evaluating process, gravity potential model are adapted with considering group size of customer and distance-friction coefficient. Distance-friction coefficient is a function of user restriction which depend on possible activity in each experience facility. Green tourism accessibility of experience facility is calculated with summation of accessibility to each region, and we analyzed it as a group by closed school type and location with application in Chungcheongnam-do. We found a correlation between green tourism accessibility of rural closed school and their income.

As global competition of enterprises heats up recently, there is a growing the need to introduce business knowledge platform. Collaboration improves the performance of members, and besides it has an important bearing on innovation, result, and increased productivity of enterprise. Lots of businesses, locally and abroad, extend the environment of collaboration and try to share business contents efficiently. In addition, they look into ways of invigorating collaboration by providing community tools. Corporations and Governments around the world are pushing smart work to respond effectively to this paradigm change. Smart work provides many types of collaboration and raises the productivity. Various infrastructures should be constructed for activating smart work. Most of all, core technology is to be developed. Virtual Cluster is the space of collaboration corresponding to change in business paradigm. In overseas policy of Virtual Cluster has been already enforced as an alternative to geographical cluster. The establishment and development of collaboration platform through Virtual Cluster can contribute to business competitiveness by smart work.

Watchface is a content accounted for the largest number of current Smartwatch content posted on the App Store. However, the watch face itself does not find that the game content. Games operated in connection with the Watchface can minimize game controls and increase accessibility, while decreasing battery use, which ultimately can enhance immersion into the game. Beginning with background research on wearable devices, the current study puts forth development methodologies encompassing the entirety of the content development process from content design, to production. Through the current study, the author hopes to the ultimate effect of vitalizing Smartwatch game development.
