This study was conducted to supplement new-normal strategies on management plans of rural groundwater resources in the era of Post COVID-19. Global outbreak of COVID-19 has damaged across all areas including public policy, economics, industrial services, and others without exception, which has resulted in establishing new-normal strategies in order to restore balance and functions as for these areas. The new-normal ones were represented as enhancing preventative management on infectious diseases, expanding non face-to-face services, enhancing protective trades and food securities, and preparing growth policies on public services using the 4th industrial revolution techniques. In this study, G-WASH_AD (Groundwater supply, sanitation, and hygiene with attraction and digitization) was suggested to be new-normal strategies on rural groundwater resources. The G-WASH_AD was consisted of three detailed action plans: a preventative plan on waterborne-diseases of groundwater (PP), a groundwater-tourism plan with rural heritage (GP), and an application plan of the 4th industrial revolution techniques to groundwater facilities and its data (P4). The PP can contribute to protect human health from waterborne-diseases and minimize hazardous effects on crop cultivation. The GP accompanied with high-quality groundwater resources is able to strengthen rural tourism, to promote marketing activities on local agricultural products, and to increase household incomes of rural communities. The P4 can reinforce fast, comfortable, and scientific management on groundwater facilities and its data, creating a virtuous cycle between innovative management on groundwater and growth of technology related to it. Results of the G-WASH_AD strategies can encourage a green growth engine in field of rural groundwater management keeping up with Post COVID-19.

We consider a Direct Input Output Manufacturing System(DIOMS) which has a number of machine centers placed along a built-in Automated Storage/Retrieval System(AS/RS). The Storage/Retrieval (S/R) machine handles parts placed on pallets for the operational aspect of DIOMS and determines the optimal operating policy by combining computer simulation and genetic algorithm. The operational problem includes: input sequencing control, dispatching rule of the SIR machine, machine center-based part type selection rule, and storage assignment policy. For each operating policy, several different policies are considered based on the known research results. In this paper, using the computer simulation and genetic algorithm we suggest a method which gives the optimal configuration of operating policies within reasonable computation time.
This study attempted to present a strategy for operating a university Semiconductor Boot Camp in order to resolve the manpower shortage in semiconductor companies and establish a virtuous cycle of talent development and industrial growth. For this purpose, we conducted a survey and interview with 18 experts in the semi-apprenticeship field and analyzed them. As a result of the analysis, there was a high consensus on the need for boot camps to 'meet the needs of various companies' and 'cultivate talent capable of being deployed in the field', and opinions on the program's goal were 'to provide education to those expected to graduate and graduates majoring in science and engineering through education. The level of agreement was highest for 'strengthening practical capabilities' and 'cultivating professional talent with expert knowledge of each unit process'. The Semiconductor Boot Camp curriculum was found to be most suitable for conducting field practical projects after training in field experience, theory, and practice. This research is expected to be used as a basis for devising a strategy for effectively running the semiconductor field in university education.
This paper covers the current status and problems of the archival ecosystem. Since the enactment of the Records Management Act, the archival ecosystem has grown rapidly, but in retrospect, the discipline of archival science has stagnated, records management practice is overly concentrated in the public sector, the records management infrastructure in the private sector is weak, and the industry is failing. In recent years, the archival community has continued to discuss these issues, but mostly in the context of public records management, especially in the field. In this article, we look at the archival community as a whole, including the problems of archival academia and universities, the professionalism and qualification system of archivists, the Records Management Act limited to the public domain, and the difficulties of the industry, and propose alternatives in terms of professionalism and localization.

This study was designed to implement Activity-Orientated Career Education for college students, using the web-based interface. A draft web interface was designed by Rapid Prototyping and was thereafter taken to experts to review and determine the designs, in order to achieve the purpose of the study. Firstly, the sequence of activities of career education was run in accordance with the systematic order of Action Learning, in order to understand the overall design direction. Secondly, the design of the study may result in virtuous cycle-to-cycle. According to two major design directions, on the learning environment platform, the interface consisted of, knowing who I am; knowing who others think I am, knowing the job world; career decisions; career action plans; action planning; individual and co-evaluation; reflection; etc. These steps were designed to be implemented in accordance with strong interactivity of Wiki and Web 2.0 designs. This study was able to implement career education experiences centered around the activities of students at university, as well as experts, in order to increase the accessibility of Career Based Education on the web.
The purpose of this study is to deeply explore the communication process with team members perceived by team leader. To this end, in-depth interviews were conducted with 10 team leaders, and analyzed according to the grounded theory research method procedure suggested by Strauss and Corbin. As a results, a total of 51 concepts, 17 subcategories, and 8 categories were derived. As a causal condition, the concept of 'contemplating and reinterpreting communication necessary for the organization' was derived, and the central phenomenon was 'intentional effort made in parallel with work and private conversations'. The contextual condition was 'recognizing the need to cope with environmental changes', and the mediating condition was 'self-reflection and self-coaching time' was derived. The action/interaction strategy was conceptualized as a communication process with task-oriented coping, conflict resolution coping, and relationship promotion coping, and was confirmed as 'recognizing virtuous cycle communication within the organization' as a result of interaction with the central phenomenon. As a result of analysis of the team leader's communication process, the effort stage, approach stage, coping stage, and cycle stage were shown. As a result of the type analysis, task-oriented coping was a facilitator, conflict resolution coping was a supporter, and relationship promotion coping was a considerate. This study is an empirical study on how the corporate team leader perceives and expresses communication in the relationship with the team members.
Archaeological heritages are precious cultural relics and public assets that must be preserved, conserved, and shared with people all over the world. Investigating archaeological heritage is valuable and plays an important role for the public good; our ancestors' cultures can be restored, and it helps with developing a clear understanding of the cultural and social aspects of a historical period as well as teaches about historical factors unreported in the literature. One of the most basic and important conditions necessary for recognizing the value and importance of archaeological heritage investigation, expertise, and quality improvement is to establish detailed criteria for investigation services and the qualification examination of archaeological heritage. Observation of detailed criteria and the qualification examination of archaeological heritage can partially demonstrate society's recognition of strengthening transparency, public property, and the objectivity of the investigation of archaeological heritage. However, the detailed criteria for investigation services and the qualification examination of archaeological heritage currently implemented as administrative rules are neither followed by all institutes in the public and private sectors nor the government. Thus, there are serious problems in terms of the effectiveness and stability of institutions. The detailed criteria for the qualification examination breach the principle of statutory reservation, the principle of statutory regulation, and regulations on the announcement and management of orders and rules. Non-compliance with compensation criteria for investigation services or with detailed criteria for the qualification examination of archaeological heritage will be one of the reasons for the failure of the investigation foundation for archaeological heritage in the future. That is, it will result in the expansion, reproduction, and repetition of a vicious cycle of conflict between developers, who are the decision-makers responsible for selecting an investigating organization for archaeological heritage and determining the cost, and investigating organizations. This includes the impractical shortening of investigation periods and reducing costs by developers, distrust of the values and the importance of investigations of archaeological heritage, a decrease in quality, accidents caused by a lack of safety, a lack of occupational ethics, and non-recruitment of new experts, etc. Therefore, it is necessary to change the structure from a vicious cycle to a virtuous cycle, and promote the enactment of regulations that will ensure effectiveness and stability in the process of attaining the goals of the institution and application of the institution, as well as the continuous advancement of work to fill the gaps with reality.

This study is intended to consideration the key content that was included in the Improved methodology of Rail Investment Rating System. In addition, the points to be considered for additional study have been reviewed in this study. We hope we will carry out make a reasonable and objective Rail Investment Rating System and to perform the railway industry of the virtuous cycle such improvement plans are reflected at a hereafter railroad section.

Job creation is foundation for wealth creation of the individual personal and important social activities that can solve the problem through increased economic activity and decreased population of unemployment. In this study, the factors affect on entrepreneurship and professional values were studied on the vocational personality types of student. As a result of this study, Vocational personality types positive commitment to the entrepreneurship. Realistic, exploratory, artistic, social, persuasive and customary factors also positive commitment the entrepreneurship. Vocational personality types positive commitment to the professional values. Professional values positive commitment to the entrepreneurship. However, the professional value factors which are self-actualization, safety, power, independence, community service and leadership depend on entrepreneurship. Therefore, in order to improve the success rate of student start ups, the appropriate selection of optional items of start ups and entrepreneurship education at the right time to establish a business plan by the type of vocational personality types and should provide the opportunity to encounter.
The study focuses on the relationship between the desire for economic activity and happiness among the elderly living alone. Qualitative research was conducted as a research method. Research participants were either go to the elderly community wellness center or volunteer at the center. The results were: First, it turned out that enjoying different programs and socializing with others at the community wellness center and the health of family were the factors of happiness to the elderly living alone. Second, the difference on the desire on economic activity among the elderly living alone was significant. Three groups could be categorized: the elderly who wants economic income through jobs, others who were wealthy, and others who do not struggle with their finance but wanted to continue their economic activity through part-time jobs. In average, the desire for economic activity was high but they wanted 2 - 3 hours of labor per day, considering their physical condition. In case of income, there were two groups, who desperately wants more income, and others who feel their income is sufficient. This study suggested a virtuous cycle of government support policies to the elderly living alone in economic and psychological perspectives.
