본 연구에서는 연령에 따른 운전자의 운전확신수준 변화가 운전행동에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 운전확신수준을 측정하기 위해 운전확신수준 설문지를 사용하였으며, 조사대상자들의 운전경력, 주행거리, 운전일수, 법규위반(음주, 과속), 교통사고경험(가해, 피해)을 함께 조사하였다. 조사대상자는 만 19세부터 만 80세까지였으며 총 1,055명이 연구에 참여하였다. 운전확신수준의 구조를 알아보고자 요인분석을 실시하였다. 각 연령(29세이하, 30-39세, 40-49세, 50-64세, 65세이상)의 운전확신수준을 비교하고, 운전확신수준과 운전행동과의 관계를 알아보았다. 그 결과, 운전확신수준은 '상황둔감성', '불안전운전', '주의집중소홀', '운전자신감'의 네 요인으로 이루어져 있었으며, 연령의 증가와 함께 운전확신수준은 감소하는 경향을 보였다. 또한, 운전확신수준은 연령과 가해교통사고, 피해교통사고, 운전기간, 음주운전, 과속운전, 운전경력 등과 상관관계를 가지고 있었다. 연구에 참여한 운전자 집단을 음주운전집단, 과속운전집단으로 나누어 운전확신수준과 운전행동의 차이를 알아보았는데, 음주운전이나 과속운전 경험이 없었던 운전자 집단과 음주운전이나 과속운전을 경험한 운전자 집단의 운전확신수준과 운전행동이 유의한 차이를 보이는 것으로 나타났다.

한국에서 5개 광역별로 운전자들이 지각하는 교통환경과 운전행동을 결정하는 사회인지 요인들의 공통점과 차이점을 알아내었다. 전국 14개 지역에서 운전자 1,387명을 대상으로 수행된 본 연구의 중요 결과를 5개 광역권으로 나누어서 분석한 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 먼저 운전자의 교통행동을 결정하는 사회인지 요인들 가운데 습관 요인은 지역에 상관없이 일관되게 중요한 요인이었다. 그러나 지역에 따라서 큰 차이를 보이지 않고 비교적 중요하게 기여한 행동의도 요인을 제외하면 교통행동의 결정 요인들이 지역에 따라서 달리 나타났다. 물리적 교통환경의 지역별 특성을 운전자의 지각에 따라서 비교한 결과에서는 8가지 물리적 교통환경 요인들(도로지형/구조, 도로 및 안전시설, 보행자 행동특성, 주변운전자의 운전특성 등)에서 의미있는 차이를 보였다. 운전자요인을 보면 4가지 주요 운전행동들 중 안전띠 착용 및 음주운전 행동과 관련되는 구성개념들 대부분과 과속운전 행동 및 주의경계 소홀 행동 영역의 일부 요인들을 측정한 값에서 5개 광역간에 의미있는 차이가 있었다. 구체적으로 안전띠 착용 습관, 의도, 행동 그리고 음주운전 습관, 의도, 행동 등에서 광역별 차이를 보였으며, 과속운전의 경우 태도, 주의경계소홀 행동의 경우 습관과 의도에서 광역별 의미 있는 차이를 보였다. 결과들은 광역별로 교통환경의 지각과 운전행동의 결정 요인에 차이가 있음을 의미한다. 따라서 교통안전대책은 지역 또는 광역 특성에 따라 제시되어야함을 시사한다. 이 연구 결과를 토대로 지방자치제에 알맞은 각 지역별 교통 대책에 관한 시사점을 논의하였다

의료인이 환자에게 직접 조제한다는 이유로 의약품공급자로부터 의약품을 취득하여 보관하고 있다가 스스로에게 투약한 경우의 약사법상 쟁점을 검토하였다. 의료인이 자가 투약 행위를 한 경우 의약품공급자나 의료인이 약사법에 따라 형사처벌될 수 있다. 그 가벌성은 약사법에서 규정한 의약품 유통 질서 훼손에 있다. 첫째, 의약품공급자가 의료인에게 의약품을 판매하는 것은 약사법 제47조 제1항 제1호 나목 위반죄의 구성요건에 해당한다. 다만, 약사법상 허용되는 직접 조제를 위해 판매한 경우 형법상 정당행위에 해당하여 위법성이 조각된다. 그러나 의약품공급자가 의료인의 자가 투약 목적을 알면서도 의약품을 판매한다면 위법성이 조각되지 않아서 형사처벌될 수 있다. 둘째, 의료인이 약사법상 직접 조제를 위하여 의약품을 취득한다고 명시적, 묵시적으로 의약품공급자를 기망하고 의약품을 취득하여 자가 투약한 경우, 기망에 의한 의약품 교부로 의료인에게 형법상 사기죄가 성립할 수 있다. 셋째, 의료인의 자가 투약 시 약사법상 조제 행위가 수반되므로 약사법 제23조 제1항 위반죄의 구성요건에 해당한다. 이때 위법성이 조각되지 않는다. 왜냐하면 의료인의 자가 투약 행위는 약사법에서 의료인에게 부여한 특별한 지위를 남용한 것으로 의약품 유통 질서를 해치고 의약분업의 취지를 훼손하는 것이어서 형법상 정당행위로 볼 수 없기 때문이다.

The Occurrence of cadastral land having difference between registered lists and realities result in not only enormous trobles on land administration of the nation but also violation of individual property rights. Government has inclined many efforts to solve this problems, it is actuality that results are not reaching in expectation. Therefore, the purposes of this study are to prevent problems beforehand and manage lands efficiently by analyzing typical realities and extracting the area of cadastral having difference between registered lists and realities.

Presently, Weekend Buses only lane system is in force in Gyung-Bu Highway causes traffic delay at the northern of Su-won IC and have reduced the efficiency of Highway. To solve this problems, Buses only lane system is working at the northern of Su-won IC should be charged over from Median Buses only lane system to Curb Buses only lane system. It makes good effects on reducing weaving occurs when cars change lane, traffic accidents, ease control on violation cars, improving Level of Service in the Ramp, etc.

Under an open transmission access, the generation dispatch is determined by the bidding process of market participants. Congestion occurs when the dispatch would result in the violation of operational constraints. Congestion problem is formulated and solved by OPF(optimal power flow) calculation. The objective functions in OPF are given as quadratic cost functions or piecewise linear functions of bidding functions. In this study, the optimization technique of generation dispatch is presented for the combination of two types of quadratic and linear cost functions.

Most of the sources of security and privacy issues in RFID technology arise from the violation of the air interface between a tag and its reader. This paper will approach the security risk analysis is process from the perspective of the RFID tag life cycle, identify the tag usage processes, identify the associated vulnerability and threat to the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the information assets and its implications for privacy, and then mitigate the risks.

An inversion technique, by using an improved Born inversion and an iterativeprocess in cross borehole structure, is suggested to reconstruct relative permittivity rofiles of cylindrical scatterer. The degraded image resulting from the violation of the Born conditionand the restriction of measured structure is an improved by improved Borninversion and an iterative rocess,respectively. The simulation results show that this inversion technique give betterreconstruction of original rofile distribution than a conventional Bornor an improved Born technique.

We present a detailed description of the blast-wave modeling technique for a very general class of GRB explosions. Providing a simple method of evaluating the blast energy, we demonstrate that a common approximation of pressure balance for the blast wave violates the energy-conservation law significantly for adiabatic blast waves. We show that the energy-violation problem is successfully resolved by the "mechanical model" that we developed. GRB afterglow lightcurves that are produced by the forward and reverse shock waves of the blast wave are presented.

Now, our country is in the face of increasement of aged person, and because of this fact many problems about aged person are show themselves. The main problems can be summarized as services provided by suppliers, inefficient management of welfare facility, violation of human rights, and nonprofessionalism of caring. Therefore to increasement of welfare quality, the direction of aged person welfare facility was suggested in this study.
