자원기반관점(RBV)에서 모바일 스마트워크 IT자원이 업무효율성에 미치는 영향 - 지각된 유용성의 조절효과를 중심으로 - (The Effects of Mobile Smart-Work IT Resources of Resource Based View on the Work Efficiency : based on moderating effects of the perceived usefulness)

  • 본 논문의 연구목적은 자원기반관점(RBV)에서 모바일 스마트워크 IT자원을 활용할 때 업무효율성에 미치는 영향을 지각된 유용성을 적용하여 조절효과를 검증하는데 그 의의가 있다. 본 연구는 중다회귀분석으로 가설을 검증한 선행연구에서 더 나아가 지각된 유용성을 조절효과로 설정하여 위계적 회귀분석(Hierarchical regression)을 통해 확장하여 연구하였음에 학문적 의의와 실무적 시사점을 가진다. 연구 결과 지각된 유용성의 조절효과에 따라 모바일 스마트워크 IT자원의 IT인프라는 업무효율성 중 개인업무 효율성과 연대협력업무 효율성에 긍정적 영향을 미치고, 업무어플리케이션은 연대협력업무 효율성에 긍정적 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 기업과 근로자가 모바일 스마트워크 IT자원이 업무효율성에 긍정적 영향을 줄 수 있다는 믿음 즉, 지각된 유용성을 가지고 적극적으로 활용한다면 업무효율성과 기업의 경쟁력 강화에 기여할 것이라 기대된다.

근대건축에 나타난 유기적 사고의 단계별 특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the phasic characteristics of organic thoughts in modern architecture)

  • This study is to examine and classify the phasic characteristics of organic thoughts in modern architecture. Organic architects have applied organic thoughts to solutions for the problems of each period in architecture since modern times. As results of this study, the architecture of organic thoughts from 1850s to 1940s could be divided into two phases. The phasic characteristics of the first phase from 1850s to 1910s was physical resemblance in real or fantastic appearance that the work of art and architecture should imitate organic forms from the view of solid empiricism. The phasic characteristics of the second phase from 1920s to 1940s was organic growth that the form appropriate to a work of art and architecture should grow from the nature of the problem itself as a system in nature grows from the view of pragmatism and was organic unity that the form and function or the form and content of a work of art should be inseparably integrated as the form in nature should grow out of the inner nature of the thing and be an expression of that inner nature from the view of expressive theory.

A Study of the Antecedents of Attitude towards Teleworking and the Moderating Effect of Self-identity

  • The present study aimed to examine the relationships between work-related support factors and attitude towards teleworking and explore the moderating effect of self-identity on that relationship. The present study collected data from 343 IT professionals in South Korea through a survey method and used hierarchical multiple regression analyses. In the results, first, the more supervisory or work-related supports participants perceive in teleworking platforms, the more favorable their attitudes towards teleworking. Second, the positive relationship between supervisory support and attitude towards teleworking is stronger for participants high rather than low in interdependent self-view. However, interdependent self-view was found to have no significance on the relationship between work colleague support and attitude towards teleworking. This study is the first to examine the integral model of work-related support factors of attitude towards teleworking and explore the moderating effect of self-identity in the teleworking process.

3D 콘텐츠 기반 작업 프로세스 시뮬레이션 개발 (3D Contents Based Work Process Simulation Development)

  • 본 연구는 3D 뷰 콘텐츠 개발을 위한 3D 콘텐츠 기반 작업 프로세스 시뮬레이션을 개발하였다. 이를 위하여 3D 뷰 기술에 대한 표현기법을 기술하였고, 자동차 및 PC 조립 공정을 가상시나리오에 따라 작업자를 도와주는 기술을 3D 뷰를 통하여 보여준다. 또한 3D 정보가시화를 위하여 3D MAX를 이용한 콘텐츠 모델링하는 기능들인 좌표설정, 모델링에 재질 입히기, 랜더링, 그리고 3D object 파일을 이용한 Max Script로 Customizing하여 3D 모델링하는 과정을 개발하였다.

사회복지분야의 기업 사회공헌활동에 대한 사회복지사의 주관적 인식유형 연구 (A Study on the Subjective Perception Patterns of Social Workers to Corporate Philanthropy in Social Work Field)

  • 본 연구는 한국에서 사회복지분야의 새로운 자원제공자로서 부상하고 있는 기업 사회공헌의 주체적 파트너로서 사회복지사들의 사회공헌활동 개념에 대한 인식유형을 파악하기 위해 수행되었다. Q 방법론을 통해 사회복지사들의 사회공헌활동에 대한 주관적 인식은 '공생적 파트너십 유형', '사회적 당위유형', '전략적 실리추구 유형' 등 세 가지로 도출되었다. 이 유형들은 기업 사회공헌활동에 대한 고전적 관점, 사회-경제적 관점, 현대적 관점, 자선적 관점들을 절충적으로 반영하고 있다. 본 연구의 결과는 우리의 사회복지 실천현장에서 모호하게 이해되었던 기업 사회공헌활동의 개념적 인식들을 체계적으로 밝히고 유형화함으로써 관련 이론, 실천, 교육 등 제반 영역 내에서, 그리고 각 영역들 간의 논의와 소통, 협력의 폭을 확장시킬 수 있는 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

Implementation of Face Recognition Applications for Factory Work Management

  • Facial recognition is a biometric technology that is used in various fields such as user authentication and identification of human characteristics. Face recognition applications are practically used in various fields, but very few applications have been developed to improve the factory work environment. We implemented applications that uses face recognition to identify a specific employee in a factory .work environment and provide customized information for each employee. Factory workers need documents describing the work in order to do their assigned work. Factory managers can use our application to register documents needed for each worker, and workers can view the documents assigned to them. Each worker is identified using face recognition, and by tracking the worker's face during work, it is possible to know that the worker is in the workplace. In addition, as a mobile app for workers is provided, workers can view the contents using a tablet, and we have defined a simple communication protocol to exchange information between our applications. We demonstrated the applications in a factory work environment and found several improvements were required for practical use. We expect these results can be used to improve factory work environments.

일제시대 농촌지도사업의 성격과 의의 (The Characteristics and meanings of the Agricultural Extension Work during the Period of Japanese Rule)

  • Objective of the study was to investigate characteristics and meanings of the agricultural extension work during the period of Japanese $rule(1906{\sim}1945)$ through historical review on the work. The agricultural extension work during the period of Japanese rule was categorized into six patterns such as agricultural extension work by (1) government agricultural administration system, (2) agricultural experiment/research institute, (3) public school, (4) through the movement of rural development(Nong-chon-Jinheung Undong), (5) pro-government private organization, and (6) pure private organization. In conclusion, the characteristics of the extension work were defined; 1) a tool and/or method for colonial rule, 2) non-democratic and top-down extension work by administration, 3) authoritative and coercive work initiated by governmental system, 4) nation wide work of cooperation with public and private organization, 5) extension work focused on production increasing food and industrial materials, and 6) extension work initiated by government system without participation of pure private organization. The meanings of the extension work were reviewed in two ways. Firstly, in macro point of view, the work has negative meaning that was utilized as a tool and/or method for Japanese colonial rule, since the extension work was implemented under the direction of agricultural policy and was also directly related to the policy of Japanese colonial government. Secondly, in micro point of view, the work has significant meaning either negative or positive such as 1) beginning of modernized extension work based on experiment and research, 2) introduction of forcible agricultural extension work, 3) inducement of distrust tendency to agricultural policy and agricultural extension work, 4) establishment of basis in hardware of agricultural extension work, 5) production of experience in software of agricultural extension work, and 6) improvement of recognition toward scientific farming and improvement of level in agricultural techniques.

A study on psycho-physiological load of female workers who are engaged in VDT work

  • A series of experiments was carried out while using totally six female subjects in order to evaluate their psycho-physilolgical variations during their work with VDT both subjectively and objectively compared to those of ordinary office type work and speech communication type work. The results led by the experiment were as follows; the effects with data input work on the subjects from the view point of psychological load was larger than those with the ordinary office work. Oral communication between subjects gave the positive effects upon each subjects to reduce their psychological and mental burden.

반생산적인 업무행동에 대한 자기애적 성격특성의 이해 (Counterproductive Work Behaviors and Narcissism)

  • Counterproductive work behaviors are behaviors by employees intended to harm their organization or organization members. Human is the being has a desire and behaviors. To understand behaviors of an individual, it is important to understand the personality which determines a difference between individuals. Narcissists has psychological traits to be likely to experience negative emotions, such as frustration, hostility or anger, and this psychological traits of narcissists are more likely to induce an aggression. In this view, the purpose of this study was to examine the relationships between counterproductive work behaviors and narcissistic personality characteristics and to explore psychological dynamics about how narcissistic personality characteristics had an effect on counterproductive work behaviors. As a result, facts known were as follows. First, narcissists has strong desires to maintain a sense of superiority over others and defend their egos against unpleasant evaluation information, even if the information is factual and accurate. Second, narcissists are hyper-sensitive to negative information and are more likely to encounter information or situations that challenge their positive self-appraisals by this view. Third, in response to these challenges, or ego threats, these individuals are more likely to experience negative emotions, such as anger, frustration, or hostility. Forth, this negative emotions lead to aggression and as a result, this is more likely to induce counterproductive work behaviors such as theft, sabotage, interpersonal aggression, work slowdowns, wasting time and materials, and spreading rumors. Thus, narcissism is another individual difference variable that may be an important factor in determining counterproductive work behaviors, particularly under conditions perceived to be difficult or stressful.

  • In Korean cases, the occupation of building construction is below 10% of the total industry workers but from a accident rate point of view, it is a risk serious industry and it's hazard is very considerable which accident rate is up to 30% of the total industry workers. The reason of high accident rate of the building construction is its own characteristic, hazard of the work in which is implicated and the shortage of safety counter plan and information, so it is most required to the building construction that educating, training, short and long period approaching to prevent the hazard. The safety information of building construction which is related to safety accident is divided into human and material such as hazard, work situation, cause and counter plan. The existing hazard cases imply all of the information about the work type and work progress of the building construction, so if the research of the every fact is well accomplished, we can obtain the useful information and prevent the hazard of building construction. From this point of view, the emphasis of this study is based on analyzing the cause of hazard first, suggesting the safety information each part of work type and work progress second, and finally making the all existing hazard cases to the Data Base and developing the safety information system.
