This study was conducted to explore the nurse's perception of technological development and professional self-concept. The research subjects were 560 clinical nurses in Korea, who worked the general hospitals in Seoul, Kyeonggi, and the Kangwon province. Data sampling was done for the month, of December. 1997. The research tool consisted of 82 items questionnaires which were demographic data, TIQ, PSCNI. The research findings were as follows: 1. Nurses perceived the technological development as slightly positive (Mean =48.8). Also, nurses saw that the fastest developing technological nursing unit was the cardiac care unit, while the lowest technological developing nursing unit was the psychiatric unit. 2. The view of technological development was found to be significantly different according to religion (P=.0109), marital status (P=.0431), and the practical setting (P=.0048). Professional self concept was significantly different according to age (P=.0001), religion (P=.0001), education (P=.0007), marital status (P=.0000), career (P=.0001), and position (P=.0000). 3. The relationship between a nurse's perception of technological development and professional self-concept was highly correlated(r=.26, P=.0001). In the results of the multiple regression, the factors influencing professional self-concept were career, the nurse's perception of technological development, the level of technological development in nursing unit, and education. All these parameters showed the explaining power of 15.4% of the professional self-concept. In conclusion, nurses recognized the technological development was related to the professional self-concept. This study shed light on the meaning of technological development and vision of the nursing profession. Inservice education program should be developed to help the adaptability to technological development and conduct the qualitative research to explore the world of technological development which the nurses are experiencing in nursing.

Most human behaviors are based on self-perceptual image. Subjectivity in professional nursing image is shown in their opinions, beliefs, values, and attitudes of professional nursing and it helps to understand individual's behavior. This study was initiated to find the characteristics and patterns in subjectivity of hospital nurses' professional nursing image. The Data were collected from Apr. 20 to Aug. 22, 1996. The research method employed Q-methodology which is based on self-psychology and abductive logics. Analysis of Q-type obtained by QUANL pc program. The characteristics of professional nursing image was analyzed based on the typal array, extreme comments, and the subject's demographic information. The results revealed that there are three different types on the professional nursing image. The three types were named as follows : The first type, the Improvable, consisting of 6 subjects, preferentially perceived nursing is human behavior as life process, coordinating with other health personnel for the patients as nurses' important role. On the other hand, they are taking a little dissatisfied view of professional nursing image, which can be estimated to advance for the construction of the professional nursing image. The second type, the Self-conflicted, consisting of 13 subjects, who have the subjectivity of the image by focusing on external and environmental factors rather than developing positive individual nurses' image for their profession. They have very conflic-ting and self-degrading traits. The third type, the Affirmative, consisting of 10 subjects, who appreciate the essence of nursing, and that they highly perceived nurse' positive attitude, devotion, mature interrelationship and self-developing efforts etc. In conclusion, this study discovers three types on the professional nursing image and their relationship. By identifying the nature of three types, this study suggests that the results should be useful reinforcement tool in educating nursing students as well as in continuing education for hospital nurses.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship among self-efficacy, career attitude maturity, and campus life satisfaction in nursing college students. Method: A total of 277 students agreed to participate in this study from 1 May 2016 to 31 May 2016. Data analysis included t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe's test, and multiple regression using the SPSS/WIN 18.0 program. Results: The results of the analysis revealed a positive correlation between campus life satisfaction and career attitude maturity (r=.316, p=.001); between campus life satisfaction and self-efficacy (r=.256, p=.001); and between self-efficacy and career attitude maturity (r=.469, p=.001). Career attitude maturity had the highest R-squared value of 10% (${\beta}=.22$) for campus life satisfaction, while peer relationships had an R-squared value of 2% (${\beta}=-.18$), residence type of 2% (${\beta}=.14$), and self-efficacy of 1% (${\beta}=.14$), for a total R-squared value of 15%. Discussion: Given these results, individual counseling is recommended to improve campus life satisfaction by helping college students to acquire the skills to foster good interpersonal relationships, self-efficacy, and a positive view of their future vocation. Furthermore, it is essential for an educational environment to support students to ensure that after graduation they become fully-fledged members of society with a sense of pride in their profession.

This study is designed to reveal the relationship of Army Nurses′ effectiveness to their perceptual orientation. Studies on nurses are very few despite of highly professional duties which deal with human lives. Effectiveness of nurses could be seen from both within and without. At present study, however, the researcher tried to work on the point of view of perceptual psychology. The study was designed !o fined the relationship of "Perceptual Orientation Scale"to their ratings training courses and experiences. The subjects are limited to nurses serving in the Army of the Republic of Korea. Many researches on nurses, such as Young Bok Lee(1970), Sook Ja Yoo(1971) Young Sook Hong (1970), Ik Do Choi (1966), are dealt with their attitude, morale, how to see their profession, adjustability and college lives, tut no one ever studied their subjective perceptual orientation. Method "Perceptual Orientation Scale"(Chunghoon Choy, 1971) was administered to 315 Army Nurses during the period of June to November 1971, and the relationship with their ratings by their supervising officers, training courses and their experiences were tested. All the relationship were calculated by the method of Chi-Squares. Result 1) There is no significant relationship between "Perceptual Orientation Scale" and their ratings. 2) There is no significant relationship between "Perceptual Orientation Scale" and their training courses. 3) There is no significant relationship between "Perceptual Orientation Scale" and their experiences. Conclusion As far as calculated result are concerned the research could not fined any Significant relationship. Therefore we can conclude that "Perceptual Orientation Scale"of the nurses has nothing to do with nurses effectiveness. It means the Army Nurses rating method has to be modified at once. Also we have to continue to fined mole significant effectiveness criteria and other researches be encouraged.

This article review the animals physical therapy. It is so called veterinary physical therapy. The animals physical therapist is working to physical therapy for animals in veterinary clinical field. The veterinary medicine has not veterinary rehabilitation medicine or physical therapy for animals, also physical therapy field in Korea. So, This research will explain about animals physical therapy of Korea and other countries' by journals and internet information and suggest the future of the animals physical therapist. Finally, The veterinary physical therapy is not used to veterinary clinical field in now. But, The veterinary physical therapy will desire to the view of medical serve and economy by the host of animals and clinical veterinarian the future. Animal physical therapy is a new and rapidly developing field of health care for animals. The benefits of physical therapy have long been recognized in humans. More recently, work in the veterinary field has shown the same benefits of physical therapy to be true for animal patients. Performing orthopaedic or neurological surgery, or fitting a human patient with a cast or splint, and then discharging the patient is an outdated approach. In such cases, physical therapy is clearly warranted. Similarly, recent research has shown that post-surgical rehabilitation and therapy after injuries significantly improves the functional outcomes for animals. Physical Therapy is a healthcare profession directed at evaluating, restoring and maintaining physical function and movement. Working with the owner, veterinarian and often other healthcare professionals, a physiotherapist helps your animal to achieve and maintain optimal health and well-being. Equipped with a specialized university Bacheloriate education and intensively educated in Anatomy, Physiology, Biomechanics, Histology, Neurology, and Pathology, PT's are able to assess, diagnose and treat movement and function. Physical Therapy, Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation are recognized sciences applied to both humans and animals. The goals of physiotherapy are to relieve pain, restore range of motion/movement, improve function, prevent injuries and expand the physical potential of the patient. Once in the field, physical therapists actively continue their education to keep up to date on the latest treatments and technologies. Via continuing education courses, physiotherapists can learn how to apply their unique and specialized knowledge to other animal species.

The development of new technology and diversity in user needs lead mobile phone manufacturers to establish new strategies different from the existing for user attraction. Product identity, and brand image are major strategies for differentiation and adding new values to a product. This research starts with stating emotional brand image as the brand image made by the actual usage and the emotion built from the experience while using the product. This research will compare emotional brand image of the three major mobile phone manufactures in Korea (Brand A, C, and S) using evaluation of six representative emotions from users while using the product. The result of evaluating actual mobile phone users and the emotion built while actually using the product showed the brand image, and especially the emotional side of Korean mobile phone manufacturers. The result of this research itself would not be sufficient to simply state the emotional brand image of Korean mobile phone manufactures, but with further research including age, profession, gender and other demographic factors the result of this research would surely be able to abstract a clearer view of emotional brand image of Korean mobile phone manufactures.

Base isolation technologies have been proven to be very efficient in protecting structures from seismic hazards during experimental and theoretical studies. In recent years, there have been more and more engineering applications using base isolators to upgrade the seismic resistibility of structures. Optimum design of the base isolator can lessen the undesirable seismic hazard with the most efficiency. Hence, tracing the nonlinear behavior of the base isolator with good accuracy is important in the engineering profession. In order to predict the nonlinear behavior of base isolated structures precisely, hundreds even thousands of degrees-of-freedom and iterative algorithm are required for nonlinear time history analysis. In view of this, a simple and feasible exact formulation without any iteration has been proposed in this study to calculate the seismic responses of structures with base isolators. Comparison between the experimental results from shaking table tests conducted at National Center for Research on Earthquake Engineering in Taiwan and the analytical results show that the proposed method can accurately simulate the seismic behavior of base isolated structures with elastomeric bearings. Furthermore, it is also shown that the proposed method can predict the nonlinear behavior of the VCFPS isolated structure with accuracy as compared to that from the nonlinear finite element program. Therefore, the proposed concept can be used as a simple and practical tool for engineering professions for designing the elastomeric bearing as well as sliding bearing.

This study is intended to suggest the method of text arrangement in order to enhance visual perception which would help darify its communication. One hundred subjects without restriction of gender and profession participated in each experiment :their reading time was measured by the 0.01 second. The Analysis of Variance(two-way ANOVA without interaction) was performed for each experiment and the p value was 0.0001 which implies that there was a strong consistency among test results. Based on the first results, it is found that there is a consistent relationship between type size and text line length, and the following discovery was made ; the most effective ratio of type size to line length is approximately 1 :8. Judging from the Second and Third results, it seems that the vertical text arrangement is most efficient for reading regardless of text line length. So to make same rreading direction is more important than to narrow down the eye moving distance between column and column for efficient visual flow. This research supports the view that considering efficient eye movement on text, it is important to understand the mentioned variables that affect visual interpretation.

Typography is a subject of fundamental principle and considerable importance to the practice of design and visual language. In Typography education, we need to teach student with systematic, logic and holistic view prior to intuitive way. It must be emphasized as a foundation to all graphic design students who are familiar with digital media. despite the fact that high technology has invaded th design profession and the importance of learning how to deal with these new possibilities has grown, technological processes are not substituted nor are they excuses for not learning basic principles of Typography. Technology is merely and extension of these skills. The logic is objective and the intuition is subjective. Visual system exercises the student's ability to work objectively in thought and in method. Visual system presents the idea that logic and intuition can work together to give stronger results in problem solving than either can alone. I critically analyzed that what is system and how can we develop visual system which can be adapted to Typography education. I also have investigated visual system to find the possibility and flexibility in Typography education.

This research paper is of a 'mixed method' research design: the quantitative analysis covering general data and the current condition of male nurses, the qualitative analysis being used on interview transcript data. The research subjects are 19 male nurses who work at a hospital and 29 female nurses who are doing Masters degrees in "J" province of the Republic of Korea. The data collection period was March 25 to April 1, 2015. The quantitative data was analyzed with SPSS WIN 19.0 software while the qualitative data was analyzed according to the 'contents analysis' method. The results show that the satisfaction of male participants in their profession is higher than average. The item 'growth as a professional' was rated highest as a satisfying aspect of working as a nurse. A difference was observed in the points of view of male and female participants, however, both male and female nurses have a positive view of male nurses which over comes traditional stereotypes. These results will be used to establish a positive image of nurses across genders.
