  • Digital service transformation study is a part of research in the field of digital transformation, which is devoted to exploring the transformations that occur in digital service products, which have been intensely explored in recent years to address digital disruption. Several concepts and definitions of digital service transformation have emerged as a result of an approach from the point of view of digital transformation and digital services concepts. This paper is organized to provide a foundational understanding of digital service transformation terminology. This paper uses the systematic literature review method to compile 52 qualified articles from previous studies. We conduct an analysis and synthesis of articles to answer research questions. The results of this study are a descriptive summary of research in the digital service transformation field, determining digital service transformation terminology and components, and also a proposed digital service transformation model to explain the position of transformation in digital service products in the overall transformation process. We construct this model using the findings of previously determined components synthesis.

  • Silicon carbide powder was prepared from carbon black and silicon recovered from waste solar panels. In the solar power generation market, the number of crystalline silicon modules exceeds 90%. As the expiration date of a photovoltaic module arrives, the development of technology for recovering and utilizing silicon is very important from an environmental and economic point of view. In this study, silicon was recovered as silicon carbide from waste solar panels: 99.99% silicon powder was recovered through purification from a 95.74% purity waste silicon wafer. To examine the synthesis characteristics of SiC powder, purified 99.99% silicon powder and carbon powder were mixed and heat-treated (1,300, 1,400 and 1,500 ℃) in an Ar atmosphere. The characteristics of silicon and silicon carbide powders were analyzed using particle size distribution analyzer, XRD, SEM, ICP, FT-IR, and Raman analysis.

  • The past two decades were mainly devoted to model validation and computer code verification against global corium experiments, code application to reactor situations, and investigation of the role of melt properties in steam explosion energetics. Corium data were essentially provided by JRC-Ispra in the FARO and KROTOS facilities and by KAERI in the TROI facility. Verification of code applicability to reactor situations was performed essentially in the frame of the international OECD/SERENA programme. The paper makes a synthesis of the findings made during the above-mentioned period and expresses a personal view of the author with respect to the progress made and expected for the resolution of the steam explosion issue for light water reactors.

  • In this paper, we explain telecommunication services based on spoken language information technology. There are three different kinds of services. The first is based on Advanced Intelligent services(AIN). We built a Intelligent Peripheral(IP)with speech recognition, speech synthesis and VoiceXML interpreter. The second is based on KT-HUVOIS, a proprietary speech platform based on VoiceXML. The third is based on VoiceXML interpreter. We explain various services depending on these platforms in detail.

  • Up to now, Plasma applications are thought as a leading technology in industrial, chemical and even medical and biological field. Especially, Due to direct discharge in liquid with reaction in ambient solution, plasma in liquid is useful plasma technology. Such as electro-surgery, water purification, radical generation for synthesis. For using those plasma applications efficiently, plasma characteristics should be understood in advance. But discharge in liquid is not much well-known about its characteristics. And plasma discharge in solution is difficult to generate and analysis due to electrolysis, vaporization and radical generation. So, We make stable plasma discharge in solution(saline 0.9%) without input gas. We also analyze new type of plasma source in thermal and electrochemical view. And we check characteristics of plasma in liquid. For example, plasma density and radical density(OH) with optical emission, thermal energy with thermometer, electrical energy with oscilloscope and so on. And we try to explain the bubble and plasma formation with circuit analysis.

  • In view of stringent environment regulations to control the emission of green house gases and also depleting fossil fuel reserves, it is high quality desirable to develop alternative technologies to produce high quality fuels. To this end Biomass to Liquid (BTL) technology has received much attention in recent years. BTL process generally consists of gasification of biomass to produce bio-syngas, cleaning and control of $H_{2}/CO$ mole ratio of bio-syngas and Fischer-Tropsch synthesis & upgrading systems. Choren, Germany has first developed the commercial BTL process using unique gasification system i.e., Carbo-V. A new technology to remove tars and BTX has been developed by ECN in Netherlands employing a gasification system combined with OLGA technology. Several other countries including USA and Japan are showing great interest in BTL technology. Thus in view of our national energy security and also the environmental regulations, it is essential to develop alternative technologies like BTL in order to meet the increasing demand of energy though our insufficient biomass resources. In this paper we present an overview and development status of BTL-diesel technology.

  • In order to exploit a new type of food source, enzamatically modified hydrolysates and the plasteins synthesized from the filefish (Nevoden modestus) protein hydrolysates by plastein reaction were investigated. The optimum conditions for enzymatic hydrolysis of filefish muscle and synthesis of plasteins using papain, pepsin, $\alpha-chymotrypsin$ and protease (from Streptomyces griceus) were determined. The optimum temperature and pH for the hydrolysis of filefish muscle by papain, pepsin, $\alpha-chymotrypsin$ and protease were $50^{\circ}C,\;40^{\circ}C,\;55^{\circ}C\;and\;50^{\circ}C$; and 6, 2, 7 and 8, respectively. Those for incubation time and enzyme concentration were 4hr, $0.5\%$ for papain and protease, 24hrs $1.0\%$ for pepsin and $\alpha-chymotrypsin$. The pepsin was found to be more reasonable substrate for plastein synthesis from the economic point of view. The enzyme-induced plastein reaction could be optimized, namely, pH 4 for pepsin, pH 7 for $\alpha-chymotrypsin$, pH 6 for papain and protease: substrate concentration $40\%$ for pepsin, $\alpha-chymotrypsin$ and protease, $50\%$ for papain; the time of incubation, 24hr; enzyme/substrate ratio, 1 : 100(W/V) ; incubation temperature, $50^{\circ}C$.

  • Based on the analysis of commonalities and differences in the views of science achievement in major reform documents in the United States and Korea, an aggregated view of science achievement is presented in this paper Science achievement is conceived of in terms of science content and science process. The components of science content include: (a) concepts and theories I n physical, life, and earth and space science;(b) science, mathematics, and technology;(c) science in personal and social perspectives;(d)history and nature of science;and (e) unifying themes. The components of science process include: (a) scientific understanding;(b) scientific investigation;(c) scientific communication; and (d) scientific habits of mind. The components of science process.cut across and intersect with the components of science content. The components of science achievement overlap and are related to one another. Despite such an overlap, understanding the rot e that each component plays provides insight into its unique contributions as well as its interactions with other components. A definition of science achievement and identification of its components based on major reform documents provides a guideline for science assessment as well a s science teaching and learning.
