무형문화유산 기록물을 위한 FRBR 기반 메타데이터 요소에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Development of Metadata Elements for Intangible Cultural Heritage Records Based on FRBR)

  • 본 연구는 무형문화유산 기록물의 효과적인 관리, 검색, 활용을 위하여 FRBR 모형을 기반으로 한 메타데이터 요소들을 개발하였다. 무형문화유산은 추상적인 개념에서부터 이를 구현한 물리적 자료에 이르기까지 논리적 계층을 가지고 있고, 특정한 무형유산이 영상, 음향 등 여러 매체로 표현되기 때문에 다양한 연관 관계들을 충분히 표현하는 작업이 반드시 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 FRBR 모형에서 제시하는 제1집단 4계층 구조를 바탕으로 무형문화유산 및 관련 기록물을 저작, 표현형, 구현형, 개별자료의 4개 수준으로 나누어 각 수준에서 필요로 하는 메타데이터 요소를 제안하였다.

  • The purpose of this study was to determine the long term effect of a pleasantly designed interior on pro-saptial behavior. For pleasantly designed interior, the existing interior was remodeled through the change of finishing materials for major architectural elements such as wall, floor and ceiling, and changes of furniture and it's arrangement . Pro-spatial behavior was operationalized as seat arranging behavior and measured through the arranged condition and observable arranging behavior. Time-series design, one of quasi-experimental design was used. The data in this study were extracted from an existing field experimental research. Five hundred survey video tapes record during 2 years period were used. In conclusion, the pleasantly designed environment has a long term effect on the pro-spatial behavior change . While self-centered pro-spatial was improved continuously and even reinforced , altruistic pro-spatial behavior was improved but diminished as time passed. There were no differences in the effect between male and female children. The result of the research provide scientific background of an answer to why Interior Design.

액적 열전달 향상에 미치는 Dissolved 가스의 영향에 관한 연구 (Effect of Dissolved Gases on Liquid Droplet Heat Transfer Enhancement)

  • Droplet evaporation can be used to transfer large amounts of energy since heat is transferred across a thin liquid film. Spreading the drop over a larger area can enhance this heat transfer. One method of accomplishing this is to dissolve gas into the liquid. When the drop strikes the surface, a gas bubble nucleates and can grow and merge within the liquid, resulting in an increase in the droplet diameter. In this study, time and space resolved heat transfer characteristics for a single droplet striking a heated surface were experimentally investigated. The local wall heat flux and temperature measurements were provided by a novel experimental technique in which 96 individually controlled heaters were used to map the heat transfer coefficient contour on the surface. A high-speed digital video camera was used to simultaneously record images of the drop from below. The measurements to date indicate that significantly smaller droplet evaporation times can be achieved. The splat diameter was observed to increase with time just after the initial transient dies out due to the growth of the bubble, in contrast to a monotonically decreasing splat diameter for the case of no bubbles. Bursting of the bubble corresponded to a sudden decrease in droplet heat transfer.

TV 시청 시간의 조정이 아동의 TV시청유형에 미치는 영향 (Influence of Adjustment of TV Watching Time on Children's TV Watching Patterns)

  • Two hundred and sixty-six mothers with preschool and primary school children filled out TV diaries for three days around the TV turning-off campaign day initiated by YMCA. TV diaries were designed to record the TV programs watched by family members as well as the focused child's activities every 15 min. 121 families participated in the campaign voluntarily and 145 families served as the control group. The campaign group watched less than the control group even before the campaign day and differed in several family backgrounds primarily due to the difference of family members' ages in both groups. Despite participating in the campaign, 53.9% of the families among the campaign group watched TV and 35.5% of the children in these families watched TV on the campaign day. TV watching time measured by the questionnaire was significantly higher than the estimates by diary method. Participating children in the campaign increased in activities such as reading, indoor play, as well as video watching. In the campaign group, TV watching time on the next day of the campaign increased slightly than the day before it. Preschool and primary school children's activities as well as the watched TV programs were analyzed separately for two groups. In addition, total TV on-time and coviewing patterns by the focused child with the family members were analyzed in relation to the child's other TV watching patterns as well as their related variables.

Multimedia Presentation Authoring and Virtual Collaboration in Medicine

  • Web-based virtual collaboration is increasingly gaining popularity in almost every area in our society due to the fact that it can bridge the gap imposed by time and geographical constraints. However, in medical field, such collaboration has been less popular than other fields. Some of the reasons were timeliness, security, and preciseness of the information they are dealing with. In this paper, we are proposing a web-based distributed medical collaboration system called Virtual Collaboration System for Medicine (VCSM) for medical doctors that meet the needs. The proposed system consists of two parts - multimedia presentation and recordable virtual collaboration. The former supports synchronized multimedia presentation using Synchronous Multimedia Integration Language (SMIL.) It allows synchronization of the contents of a PowerPoint presentation file and a video file. The presentation may be provided to the participants before the discussion begins. Next, in the virtual collaboration stage, participants can use text along with associated symbols during the discussion over the presented medical images. The symbols such as arrows or polygons can be set or removed dynamically to represent areas of interest in digital images using so called layered architecture that separates image layer from annotation layer. XML files are used to record participants' opinions along with the symbols over some particular images

물액적에 의한 미연소면의 냉각에 관한 실험적 연구 (An Experimental Study on the Cooling of Unburned Surface due to Water Droplet)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 물액적에 의한 미연소면의 냉각 특성을 연구하는 것이다. 고온고체로는 황동, 탄소강, 동을 사용하였으며 온도범위는 $70^{\circ}$~$116^{\circ}$이다. 액적의 직경은 2.4 mm~3.0 mm로 하였다. CCD카메라를 이용하여 액적의 증발과성을 기록하였으며, 증발시간은 비디오에 기록된 프레임을 분신하여 추하였다. 열전도도가 가장 큰 동의 경우 액적이 떨어진 직후 조금 냉각되었다가 일정 온도를 유지하지만 열전도도가 낯은 탄소강의 경우는 증발시간 동안 약 $1^{\circ}$ 정도의 온도 기울기가 나타났다. 고체 표면에서의 액적 증발시 무차원 액적체적은 가열체의 재질에 상관없이 무차원 증밭시간이 증가할수록 선형적으로 감소한다.

  • In this study, remote articulation training system which connects the hearing disabled trainee and the speech therapist via B-ISDN is introduced. The hearing disabled does not have the hearing feedback of his own pronunciation, and the chance of watching his speech organs' movement trajectory will offer him the self-training of articulation. So the system has two purposes of self articulation training and trainer's on-line checking in remote place. We estimate the vocal tract articulatory movements from the speech signal using inverse modelling and display the movement trajectory on the sideview of human face graphically. The trajectories of trainees' articulation is displayed along with the reference trajectories, so the trainee can control his articulating to make the two trajectories overlapped. For on-line communication and ckecking training record, the system has the function of video conferencing and transferring articulatory data.

비전 기반 피아노 자동 채보 시스템 (Vision-Based Piano Music Transcription System)

  • 현재 상용화된 악보 채보 프로그램은 오디오 정보를 기반으로 채보를 진행한다. 이러한 기존 채보 프로그램은 환경 의존성, 장비 의존성, 시간 지연이라는 단점을 지니고 있다. 본 논문은 기존의 오디오를 이용하여 채보를 방식을 지양하고, 연주 영상을 분석하여 채보를 진행하는 컴퓨터 비전 기반 악보 채보 시스템을 제안한다. 제안하는 악보 채보 시스템은 대중화된 스마트폰 카메라를 활용하여 피아노 연주를 촬영하고, 이를 분석하여 자동으로 전자 악보인 미디파일을 생성하는 방식으로 동작한다. 컴퓨터 실험에서 제안하는 악보 채보 시스템은 95.6%의 정확도로 연주된 음계를 채보하는 것으로 조사되었다.

비만 아동에 대한 설문지의 분석과 재구성 (Revision of a Questionnaire to Assess Health Behaviors in Obese Children)

  • 목적: 소아 비만은 급속하게 증가하고 있다. 소아 비만의 치료는 행동 수정을 하는 것이 중심이 되므로 생활 습관과 식습관을 파악하는 것이 중요하다. 본 저자들은 비만을 효율적으로 관리하기 위해 기존에 사용해오던 설문지를 보완하고자 하였다. 방법: 이대 목동병원 비만클리닉에 방문한 94명의 소아를 대상으로 기존에 개발되어 사용되고 있는 소아용과 부모용 설문지를 작성하게 하였다. 문항별 무응답률, 부모용과 소아용 설문지의 공통 항목에 대한 일치율(%)을 살펴보았다. 문항 분석을 통하여 추가 및 삭제할 부분을 검토하였다. 결과: 문항별 응답율은 매우 높았다. 부모용과 소아용 설문지의 공통 항목에 대하여 62.8~91.5%까지의 비교적 중등도 이상의 일치율을 보였다. 학교급식의 음식 선호도는 평상시 음식습관으로 파악할 수 있으며, 취사선택 할 수 없는 항목으로 판단하여 삭제하였다. 좌식생활 시간을 파악하기 위하여 TV 시청 시간외 컴퓨터나 비디오 게임 시간 항목, 간식의 종류로 인스턴트나 패스트푸드 외에 섬취한 음료의 종류와 양을 기록하는 항목, 어머니의 직장 항목을 추가하였다. 또한 부모와 아동의 답변이 일치하므로 일반적인 생활 습관은 부모가, 집 밖에서의 음식과 운동에 관한 항목은 비만 아동이 기록하도록 설문지를 재구성하였다. 결론: 비만 아동과 부모의 설문지를 분석한 결과 일치도가 높으므로 비슷한 항목을 중복되지 않게 재구성하였다. 비만아동의 습관파악을 위하여 생활습관은 부모가, 집밖에서의 음식섭취와 운동 습관은 아동이 직접 기록하도록 비만 설문지를 재구성하였다.

탐구형 초등과학수업 '호흡' 차시에서 교사의 경력에 따른 교수행동 및 시각적 주의 분석 (Analysis of Teaching Behavior and Visual Attention according to Teacher's Career in Elementary Science Inquire-based Class on Respiration)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the teaching behaviors and visual attention according to teacher's career in Elementary Science Inquire-based Class. Participants were four elementary school teachers in Seoul. They were all in grade 5 and taught science. According to the experience of elementary science education, two novice teachers and two expert teachers were identified. Participants taught Respiration in the 'Structure and Function of our Body' in the elementary science fifth grade. The mobile eye tracker used in this study is SMI's ETG 2w, which is a binocular tracking system. In addition, a video camera was installed behind the classroom to record the entire class. We recorded all the contents of the recorded video and analyzed the results. In this study, the actual practice time, participant's visual attention, and decentralized attention ability were analyzed by class phase. The results of the study are as follows. First, there was a difference between planned class time and actual practice time. The novice teachers were having difficulty in reconstructing the contents of education, and the expert teachers were reconstructing the curriculum and interacting with the students with high understanding and application of the curriculum. There were many differences between the novice teachers and the expert teachers in the tour guidance to confirm student activities. Second, if we look at the visual attention on the area related to teaching and learning by class phase, the novice teacher concentrates all the steps in a specific area, expert teachers showed an equal visual attention to meaningful areas of teaching and learning activities. Third, there was a statistically significant difference in activities 1-1, 1-2, 2-1, and 2-2 when the participants' decentralized attention ability. Expert teachers frequently checked students' understanding and interests. There was a lot of interaction with students. It is also shown through the decentralized attention ability that the novice teachers concentrate on a specific area, and the expert teachers have a high degree of decentralized attention ability and visual attention evenly.
