In recent years, with the rapid growth of China's animation industry, the two-dimensional culture and consumption have been immersed in the daily lives of young people. The two-dimensional culture that mainly exists on young people is gradually entering the public's field of vision, making the two-dimensional culture not It is only restricted to the fixed fan circle, but is known to more people outside the circle. At the same time, the "barrage" (screen text) cultures in video websites has become popular with some film and television works, Internet terms, etc., and has attracted the attention on mainstream culture. On the one hand, its cultural products have appeared on traditional mainstream video websites and advertisements on provincial satellite TV. And in the program, on the other hand, a small part of the screen text and cultural terms are also used by some celebrities and other ordinary people who don't understand the meaning of the terms at all, and have caused widespread dissemination. Sometimes the video website itself is also mentioned, which obviously shows a difference. The tendency towards a kind of screen texts subculture to penetrate the mainstream culture.

Purpose: To understand the students' level of recognition of online classes in the Department of Dental Technology and to provide the basic data for designing online classes based on the dental technology course. Methods: A survey was conducted among the students of the dental technology department. The collected data was analyzed with the SPSS ver. 25.0 program. To ensure a reliable verification, the α=0.05 significance level was used. The t-test and analysis of variance were also performed. Results: The students' level of recognition of online classes in the Department of Dental Technology is shown in the rate of recognition for video-based classes for both the theory and experiments. Students displayed high positivity with the video-based learning as it is repeated learning that is not affected by the limitations of time. In addition, video-based learning is highly beneficial in terms of convenience, satisfaction, and achievement for learning. Conclusion: Based on the results, video-based learning is a highly positive learning type for students. It was also recommended that the Department of Dental Technology should offer a post-COVID-19 online class to include the blended methods of a face-to-face class and video-based learning.

In Korea, the military has been conducting counseling forthe preemptive detection of psychologically unstable soldiers to prevent unexpected accidents and to help them adapt to military life. However, several soldiers feel anxious about face-to-face counseling with military officers and they have difficulty expressing themselves. Video See-Through HMD is a state-of-the-art mixed reality device that converts the user's real view into a digital view, which leads users to feel the actual situation as the virtual. To validate its usefulness as a new psychological counseling aid, we investigated 11 army soldiers who are under the counseling program in barracks. During the counseling conversation, participants were asked to wear or take off the Video See-Through HMD repeatedly. All conversations were recorded for behavioral observation. As a result, 80% of the soldiers showed a relatively stable state of mind when wearing the Video See-Through HMD, which leads them to be innocent and frank about their concerns. This method could improve the effectiveness of counseling to prevent unexpected accidents caused by unnoticeable psychological instabilities of the clients.

본 연구는 독서집단이 단계별 준비성에 따라 독서를 실행케 하고, 독서를 통해 재구성해 낸 어떤 주제에 대한 사상과 감정을 토크 뮤직 영상 쇼의 개념을 적용한 북 토크 쇼를 전개하여 독서효과를 공유하는 것이 가능한 독서 프로그램 개발과, 이를 독서현장에 적용하는 것과 관련하여 그 유용성을 평가하는데 있다. 연구자는 이를 위해 먼저 토크 뮤직 영상에 대한 사전적 정의와 독서의 본질적 목적 등을 기초로 북 토크 쇼의 개념을 정립한 다음, 이를 토대로 북 토크 쇼를 위한 단계별 준비성에 따른 독서활동 방법론과 북 토크 쇼 실행방법론을 제안하였다. 그런 다음, 제안한 방법론을 적용하여 총 4회에 걸쳐 북 토크 쇼를 개최하여 문제점을 파악하고 보완하는 연구를 지속하는 한편, 북 토크 쇼를 직 간접으로 체험한 독서지도 담당사서 39명[응답자 31명(79.5%)]을 대상으로 유용성을 평가하였다. 그 결과, 전체 응답자 중 27명(87.1%)이 "유용성이 있다"고 평가하였으며, 이 중 24명(88.9%)이 "적용하고 싶다"고 답하였다. 그러나 상당수가 적용 시 예산확보와 준비성에 대한 어려움을 지적함으로서, 독서지도 관련 예산 확보가 시급한 것으로 파악되었다.

The objective of this research is to devise a BARS evaluation system as a performance evaluation plan for non-face-to-face capstone design and to verify the validity through the expert FGI as the remote education is highlighted as a new normal standard in the post corona epoch. The conclusion of this research is as follows. First, the non-face-to-face capstone design is a competency centered subject that allows you to develop the engineering and majoring knowledge and its function and attitude, and the achievement of program outcome is the objective competency, and the researcher proposes the BARS method evaluation, one of competency evaluation method, as a new performance evaluation plan. Second, for the evaluation of PO achievement of non-face-to-face capstone design, the researcher deduced 20 behavior identification standard(anchor) of BARS evaluation system, and developed the achievement standard per 4 levels. Third, as the evaluation tool of non-face-to-face capstone design, the presentation data(PPT), presentation video, product such as trial product(model), non-face-to-face class participation video, discussion participating video, team activity report, and result report for the evidential data of BARS evaluation were appeared as proper. Finally, the BARS evaluation plan of non-face-to-face capstone design would be efficiently made through the establishment of evaluation plan, the establishment of grading standard of BARS evaluation scale, the determination of evaluation subject and online BARS evaluation site.

본 논문에서는 UHD(Ultra High Definition) 방송 표준 수신기 검증을 위한 시험 스트림 제작 방법을 제안한다. 제안하는 시험 스트림은 비디오/오디오 시험 스트림, 시스템/자막 시험 스트림으로 구성된다. 비디오/오디오 시험 스트림은 HEVC (High Efficiency Video Coding) 비디오 표준 및 Dolby AC(Audio Coding)-3와 DTS(Digital Theater System)-HD(High Definition) 오디오 표준 시험에 사용 가능하며, 시스템/자막 시험 스트림은 PSIP(Program and System Information Protocol)과 자막 (Closed caption) 표준 수신기 검증 및 시험에 사용 가능하다. 개발된 HEVC 비디오 표준 시험 스트림은 신택스를 검증하기 위한 표준적합 시험 스트림과 에러 동작 검증을 위한 에러 시험 스트림으로 구분하여 제작하였다.

The study is designed to develop an educational CD-Title for Basic Life Support. The study is conducted from July to December, 2002, Based on the course of program development suggested by Dick and Cray. the study followed the planning, development, education and evaluation of a program. The developed CD-Title consists of 8 parts. 1. Intro include Introduction, Adult CPR, Child CPR, Infant CPR, Adult Foreign-Body Airway Obstruction, Infant Foreign-Body Airway Obstruction, and Exercise in Menu at Right of screen. 2. Introduction consist of death process at cardiac arresst, chain of survival, introduction of CPR, respiratory & ciculatory anatomy and physiology. 3. Adult CPR consist of assessment responsiveness, activating EMS system, position victim, opening a airway, checking for breathing, rescue breathing, checking for sign of circulation, chest compression, 1 person & 2 persion adult CPR video. 4. Child & Infant CPR consist of, causes, assessment responsiveness, position victim, opening the airway, checking for breathing, rescue breathing, checking for sign of circulation, chest compression, activating EMS system, child & infant CPR video. 5. Adult Foreign-Body Airway Obstruction include assessment responsiveness, activating EMS system, position victim, opening a airway, checking for breathing, 2 rescue breathing, reopening the airway, 2 rescue breathing, finger sweep, 5 abdominal thrusts, unresponsiveness adult Foreign-Body Airway Obstruction video. 6. Infant Foreign-Body Airway Obstruction consist of, causes, assessment responsiveness, position victim, opening the airway, checking for breathing, 2 rescue breathing, reopening the airway, 2 rescue breathing, checking foreign-body object in oral cavity of victim, 5 back blow, 5 chest thsusts, activating EMS system, video. 7. 32 exercise consist of 8 Adult CPR, 12 Child & Infant CPR, 5 Adult Foreign-Body Airway Obstruction, 7 Infant Foreign-Body Airway Obstruction. Every part consist of animations to trigger students interests. This CD-Title will be useful education for first responders and lay rescuers.

지난 70여 년간 영화와 텔레비전은 인류의 소통 방식에 획기적인 변화를 가져왔다. 하지만 이러한 발전에도 TV는 전파, 영화는 스크린이라는 매체의 제약으로 인해 다수를 대상으로 하는 소통 수단으로만 사용되어 왔다. 그러나 인터넷과 온라인 비디오의 발전은 이러한 제약을 없애고 지구 반대편에서 올린 유투브 영상을 1억 명의 사람이 시청하는 시대가 왔다. 지금 전달하고자 하는 메시지도 누구에게든 전달될 수 있지만 이러한 메시지를 담은 영상을 제작하는 것은 소통의 마지막 장애물로 남아있다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해서 본 논문에서는 웹 어플리케이션과 AWS를 통한 동영상제작 프로그램을 구현하였다. 본 시스템은 기본적으로 웹 애플리케이션을 통해 관리자에게 쉬운 인터페이스를 통한 영상제작, 정보관리와 AWS를 통해 인터넷 상의 서버에 프로그램을 두고 컴퓨터나 스마트 폰 등에 할당받은 강의, 학습자료, 추천학습 가이드 등을 제공하여 교육 영상제작 서비스에 효율을 높이기 위해 구현하였다.

최근 개인방송 플랫폼을 통해 업로드 되는 콘텐츠가 증가함에 따라 시청자의 편의를 위해 하이라이트 영상을 제공하는 서비스에 대한 수요가 증가하고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 영상의 하이라이트 위치를 자동으로 예측하는 모델을 제안한다. 제안하는 모델은 채팅과 오디오 정보를 이용하며 양방향 LSTM을 사용해 영상의 흐름을 이해한다. 또한 콘텐츠의 종류에 따라 단기적 흐름과 함께 중장기적 흐름을 파악하는 다중 시구간 모델도 함께 제안한다. 제안한 모델은 개인방송 플랫폼을 통해 중계된 e스포츠와 야구경기 영상들을 이용하여 평가하였으며, 다중 시구간 정보를 활용하는 것이 하이라이트 예측에 유용함을 보였다.

Purpose: This study was done to evaluate the program for smoking cessation of workers in small workplace. Method: The study cases were seventy workers who voluntarily participated in the above program and they were from small workplace (under fifty employees) at Yonugdeungpo-gu, Seoul. This program was composed of individual health education and distributing guide books and video. Nurses visited the workplace for the program once two weeks. Result: Nine works (12.9%) succeed and 10 worker(14.3%) failed in smoking cessation. Number of cigarettes smoked a day and level of nicotine dependency of fifty-one(72.9%) workers decreased significantly. Conclusion: The results indicated the program was successful for workers at small workplace. The continual management by nurses' regular visit was the moat important thing for successful program.
