Traditionally used for networking computers and communications, the Internet has been evolving from the beginning. Internet is the backbone for many things on the web including social media. The concept of social networking which started in the early 1990s has also been growing with the internet. Social Networking Sites (SNSs) sprung and stayed back to an important element of internet usage mainly due to the services or provisions they allow on the web. Twitter and Facebook have become the primary means by which most individuals keep in touch with others and carry on substantive conversations. These sites allow the posting of photos, videos and support audio and video storage on the sites which can be shared amongst users. Although an attractive option, these provisions have also culminated in issues for these sites like posting offensive material. Though not always, users of SNSs have their share in promoting hate by their words or speeches which is difficult to be curtailed after being uploaded in the media. Hence, this article outlines a process for extracting user reviews from the Twitter corpus in order to identify instances of hate speech. Through the use of MPCA (Modified Principal Component Analysis) and ECNN, we are able to identify instances of hate speech in the text (Enhanced Convolutional Neural Network). With the use of NLP, a fully autonomous system for assessing syntax and meaning can be established (NLP). There is a strong emphasis on pre-processing, feature extraction, and classification. Cleansing the text by removing extra spaces, punctuation, and stop words is what normalization is all about. In the process of extracting features, these features that have already been processed are used. During the feature extraction process, the MPCA algorithm is used. It takes a set of related features and pulls out the ones that tell us the most about the dataset we give itThe proposed categorization method is then put forth as a means of detecting instances of hate speech or abusive language. It is argued that ECNN is superior to other methods for identifying hateful content online. It can take in massive amounts of data and quickly return accurate results, especially for larger datasets. As a result, the proposed MPCA+ECNN algorithm improves not only the F-measure values, but also the accuracy, precision, and recall.
This study aims to investigate the disparity between the teacher's perception of student-centered inquiry classes and the actual implementation of such practices. Specifically, we compared an elementary science teacher's self-perception of her science lessons with the observers' evaluation using the Reformed Teaching Observation Protocol (RTOP) of the "Temperature and Heat" unit. Research data were collected through classroom teaching survey, interview, and science lessons video which were analyzed using the RTOP. As a result of the study, the teacher recognized that she was practicing inquiry-oriented/student-centered classes, but the results judged by the RTOP score were found to be transitional/student-affected classes by a slight difference. Teacher H planned and practiced classes based on a high understanding and content knowledge of the curriculum and created a science classroom culture that promotes active interaction among students as well as students and teachers. However, teacher-led aspects were still emphasized in teaching design and implementation, and the project theme and content were inappropriate to improve the quality of students' science inquiry experience. In the end, the slight difference between teacher's perception of inquiry-oriented/student-centered classes and actual implementation is related to how student-centered "lesson design" is and how to plan and implement classes supported by "procedural knowledge" for students' experience in the science inquiry process. These results indicate that the teacher's self-evaluation alone is not enough to determine whether the teacher's intentions and efforts are actually being implemented, and that it is necessary to conduct objective analysis, evaluation, and discuss the results of science classes by the external observers.
Currently, the domestic early warning system is issued differently for each disaster, and is operated independently by relevant organizations from central government to local governments. Representative domestic disaster warning systems include disaster broadcasting using CBS(Cell Broadcasting Service) and DMB(Digital Multimedia Broadcasting) Automatic Emergency Alert Service, DITS(Disaster Information Transform System) transmitted and displayed on TV screens, automatic response system, automated rainfall warning system, and disaster message board. However, due to the difference in the method of issuing each emergency alert at the site of an emergency disaster, the alerts are issued at different times for each media, and the delivered content is also not integrated. If these systems are integrated, it is expected that damage to people's property and lives will be minimized by sharing and integrated management of disaster information such as voice, video, and data to comprehensively judge and make decisions about disaster situations. Therefore, in this study, we present a plan for the integration of the disaster warning system along with the analysis of the operation status of the domestic early warning system.

Studies that approach from the point of view that human thoughts or minds are dominated by behavior as well as that human behavior is dominated by thoughts or minds, have begun to attract attention from the late 2000s. The physical experience is reminiscent of a metaphorically connected abstract concept, which ultimately affects the judgment or evaluation of a particular object. However, studies that have been carried out so far have been limited to studies on the difference in perception and judgment depending on the objects to be viewed, the objects to be touched, and the objects to which they are carried. In this study, we tried to find out that the physical movement of the body in the upward or downward direction affects the psychological judgment differently. In the first experiment, a pair of words that were considered to be connected metaphorically was tested. In the second experiment, the subjects tried to solve the complicated calculation problem in a short time, and then they watched the video related to the upward movement or downward movement, and then proceeded to measure the psychological judgment. As a result, it was found that 'downward movement' of the body has a metaphorical connection with 'closure', while 'upward movement' is related to 'progress'. In the case of downward-experienced group compared to upward-experienced group, the reverse intentions of their own decision were low, and the confidences in their own decision and the expectations for performance were high.

With advanced technologies applied to transportation, realtime traffic information has been necessary for not only drivers but also agencies. In normal, traffic conditions have been represented to three levels according to congestion: "free", "slow", and "jammed". Those categories and criteria are set up for traffic management even though traffic information is provided for drivers. This study examines how drivers feel current congestion levels and delves into traffic categories and criteria which they recognize. To collect data for drivers' recognition, a survey of freeway travellers is conducted answering the question about traffic flow speed from video image on a freeway section. In the result of the survey, the surveyee preferred a 4-level traffic condition including "delayed" to 3-level traffic condition. As its criteria, 20 km/h, 50 km/h, and 75 km/h were obtained. These results are expected to contribute to building more appropriate traffic information for drivers and providing an operational guideline for Traffic Monitering Centers.

The purpose of this study is to confirm the effect of recording online classes and real-time video classes on other behaviors, lecture satisfaction, and lecture flow in during the COVID-19 period. Data were collected and analysis using a structured questionnaire from May 20th to June 4th in 2021 for 550 nursing students in the D University. As a result of the study, it was found that there were more others behaviors in record online classes than in real-time online classes (t=-2.00, p=.046), lecture satisfaction(t=-1.54, p=.124) and lecture flow in real-time online classes it was higher in the record online classes (t=-.63, p=.529), but it was not statistically significant. However, the 2nd year students who participated in the two types of online classes showed statistically significantly higher lecture satisfaction (t=13.55, p=.000) and lecture flow(t=4.48, p=.004). And 4 th grade students of others behaviors was statistically significantly lower (t=4.68, p=.003). In the multiple regression analysis, the main factor affecting lecture flow was lecture satisfaction, and the explanatory power of the model was 55.1% in record online classes (F=128.49, p <.01), and in real-time classes 47.2%(F=77.24, p<.01). In the future, research should be conducted to confirm the difference between the two types of online classes of the same instructor and the difference in other things, lecture satisfaction, and class commitment that appear after applying learner-centered learning.

This study investigates user behavior in library spaces through the lens of AI camera analytics. By leveraging the face recognition and tracking capabilities of AI cameras, we accurately identified the gender and age of visitors and meticulously collected video data to track their movements. Our findings revealed that female users slightly outnumbered male users and the dominant age group was individuals in their 30s. User visits peaked between Tuesday to Friday, with the highest footfall recorded between 14:00 and 15:00 pm, while visits decreased over the weekend. Most visitors utilized one or two specific spaces, frequently consulting the information desk for inquiries, checking out/returning items, or using the rest area for relaxation. The library stacks were used approximately twice as much as they were avoided. The most frequented subject areas were Philosophy(100), Religion(200), Social Sciences(300), Science(400), Technology(500), and Literature(800), with Literature(800) and Religion(200) displaying the most intersections with other areas. By categorizing users into five clusters based on space utilization patterns, we discerned varying objectives and subject interests, providing insights for future library service enhancements. Moreover, the study underscores the need to address the associated costs and privacy concerns when considering the broader application of AI camera analytics in library settings.

Currently, there is a lack of research that directly applies and integrates science and technology in the field of dance and translates it into creative work. In this study, the researcher applied motion capture to creative dance performance 'Youth' and described the process of incorporating motion capture into scenes for the performance. The research method involved utilizing practice-based research, which derives new knowledge and meaning from creative outcomes through the analysis of phenomena and experiences generated on-site. The creative ballet performance "<Youth>" consists of a total of 4 scenes, and the motion-captured video in these scenes serves as the highlight moments. It visually represents the image of a past ballerina while embodying the meaning of a scene that is both the 'past me' and the 'dream of the present.' The use of motion capture enhances the visual representation of the scenes and plays a role in increasing the audience's immersion. The dance field needs to become familiar with collaborating with scientific and technological advancements like motion capture to digitize intangible assets. It is essential to engage in experimental endeavors and continue training for such collaborations. Furthermore, through collaboration, the ongoing research should extend the scope of movement through digitized processes, performances, and performance records. This will continually confer value and meaning to the field of dance

The core of this study is to develop an edutech utilization program to be applied to 5th grade students by utilizing school curriculum time, and the conclusions based on the results of the study are as follows. First, for the development of future educational programs using edutech, a content preference survey was conducted and significant responses were confirmed from 27 teachers and 216 students, excluding missing values. In the future education implementation, UCC (video shooting, editing, etc.) and work activities (3D pen, 3D printer, etc.) were selected based on the need for separate edtech devices. Second, in order to develop a future education program using edutech, the future education class module was set in 4 stages based on previous research. First of all, in Make a foundation, theories by subject are developed, and in Open an activity, future education experience activities using key edutech are developed. In Organize evaluation, individual self-evaluation was conducted, and based on this, customized in-depth supplementary activities were conducted in Act individually. Third, in order for future education programs using edutech to be organized in the regular curriculum, sufficient connectivity with the curriculum must be secured. The basis for systematic and stable research was prepared by analyzing the curriculum of the 5th grade subject of the study and securing hours in connection with creative experiential activities. The data developed through this process were modified and supplemented based on the content validity test. The fact that the program application and verification steps were not performed is a limitation of this study, but it is expected that this program will expand the possibility of future education practice in the school field.

Recently, various positioning technologies are being researched based on signal-based positioning and image-based positioning to obtain accurate indoor location information. Among these, various studies are being conducted on image positioning technology that determines the location of a mobile terminal using images acquired through cameras and sensor data collected as needed. For video-based positioning, a method of determining indoor location is used by matching mobile terminal photos with virtual landmark images, and for this purpose, it is necessary to build indoor spatial information about various landmarks such as billboards, vending machines, and ATM machines. In order to construct indoor spatial information on various landmarks, a panoramic image in the form of a road view and accurate 3D survey results were obtained through c 13 buildings of the Electronics and Telecommunications Research Institute(ETRI). When comparing the 3D total station final result and the terrestrial lidar panoramic image coordinates, the coordinates and distance performance were obtained within about 0.10m, confirming that accurate landmark construction for use in indoor positioning was possible. By utilizing these terrestrial lidar achievements to perform 3D landmark modeling necessary for image positioning, it was possible to more quickly model landmark information that could not be constructed only through 3D modeling using existing as-built drawings.
