진동 동력 흐름 예측 기법을 이용한 소음 전달 경로 해석 및 차량의 실내소음저감에 관한 연구 (A Study on Noise Transfer Path Analysi for Sound Improvement of Vehicle Using the Vibrational Power Flow)

  • Reduction of structure-borne noise of the compartment in a car is an important task in automotive engineering. Transfer path analysis using vibroacoustic reciprocity technique or multiple path decomposition method has generally been used for structure-borne noise path analysis. These methods are useful in solving particular problem but do net quantify the effectiveness of vibration isolation of each isolator of a vehicle. To quantify the effectiveness of vibration isolation, the vibrational power flow has been used for a simple isolation system or a laboratory based isolation system. It is often difficult to apply the vibrational power flow technique to the complex isolation system like a car. In this paper, a simple equation is derived for calculation of the vibrational power flow of an isolation system with multiple isolators such as a car. It is successfully applied to not only quantifying the relative contributions of eighteen isolators but also reducing structure-borne noise of a passenger car. According to the results, the main contributor of eighteen isolators is the rear roll mount of an engine. The reduced structure-borne noise level is about 5dBA.

Full-Wave Rectifier with Vibration Detector for Vibrational Energy Harvesting Systems

  • In this paper, a full-wave rectifier (FWR) with a simple vibration detector suitable for use with vibrational energy harvesting systems is presented. Conventional active FWRs where active diodes are used to reduce the diode voltage drop and increase the system efficiency are usually powered from the output. Output-powered FWRs exhibit relatively high efficiencies because the comparators used in active diodes are powered from the stable output voltage. Nevertheless, a major drawback is that these FWRs consume power from the output storage capacitor even when the system is not harvesting any energy. To overcome the problem, a technique using a simple vibration detector consisting of a peak detector and a level converter is proposed. The vibration detector detects whether vibrational energy exists or not in the input terminal and disables the comparators when there is no vibrational energy. The proposed FWR with the vibration detector is designed using a $0.35-{\mu}m$ CMOS process. Simulation results have verified the effectiveness of the proposed scheme. By using the proposed vibration detector, a decrease in leakage current by approximately 67,000 times can be achieved after the vibration disappears.

  • 모양의 캘릭스[4]아릴에스터 호스트(1)와 그것의 알칼리 금속 양이온과의 착물에 대하여 이론적인 적외선 흡수 스펙트럼들이 계산되었다. 진동 스펙트럼들은 RHF/6-31G 방법으로 최적화 된 후에 얻어졌다. 1+Na+ 착물의 여러 가지 C-O와 C=O 신축 운동들의 특징적인 진동수들은 C2v 형태의 분자 모양을 입증하여 주는 데에 반하여, 1+K+ 착물의 구조는 C4v에 가깝다는 것을 보여 주었다. 호스트 분자(1)와 1+Na+ 착물에 대한 이론적인 결과와 실험 스펙트럼들을 비교하였을 때, 계산된 진동수들이 실험 데이터와 잘 일치하는 것을 알 수 있었다.

외팔보의 동적응답과 진동모드 분석 (An Analysis of the Dynamic Response and Vibrational Mode for the Cantilevered Beam)

  • 강제진동에 의한 외팔보의 동적응답과 진동모드를 연구하였다. Bernoulli-Euler 이론과 유한요소법을 이용하여 외팔보의 고유진동수와 진동모드를 수치해석하고 실험으로 측정하여 비교하였다. 가진주파수를 1Hz에서 70Hz까지 변화시켜 외팔보의 1차, 2차 공진주파수를 구하고, 응답위치에 따른 진동 변위를 측정하여 진동모드를 살펴보았다. 실험결과에서 외팔보의 절점(node)이 1차모드에서는 0.2차모드에서는 0,0.786으로 측정되었다. 외팔보의 공진주파수와 진동모드에 대해 이론적으로 예상했던 결과와 실험으로 측정한 결과가 거의 일치하였다.

  • In this study, we investigated the influence of vibrational stimulation on postural control. To study the effect, the sway of the center of pressure was observed fur two different visual conditions and for three different patterns of vibrational stimulation on plantar area. The two visual conditions were normal condition with visual feedback and blind condition with both eyes closed. The three vibrational stimulations were white noise, constant vibration, and vibration with amplitude modulations (sine curve modulation). The experimental results showed that the sway of the center of pressure distinctively reduced with white noise vibrational stimulation. This result showed that it's possible to use vibrational stimulation for improving the ability of postural control.

임의의 방향 점가진력에 의한 연성 평판 진동의 파워흐름해석 (Power Flow Analysis of Vibration of Coupled Plates Excited by a Point Force In an Arbitrary Direction)

  • The power flow analysis (PFA) has been performed to analyze the vibration of coupled plates excited by a point force in an arbitrary direction. The point force generates the out-of-plane vibration associated wish flexural waves and the in-plane vibration associated with longitudinal and shear waves. The energy governing equation for each type of waves was introduced and solved to Predict the vibrational energy density and intensity generated by the out-of-plane and in-plane components of the point force in an arbitrary direction. The wave transmission approach was used to consider the mode conversion at the joint of the coupled plates. Numerical results for vibrational energy density and intensity on the coupled plates were presented. Comparison of the results by PFA with exact results showed that PFA can be an effective tool to predict the spatial variation of the vibrational energy and intensity on the coupled plates at high frequencies.

  • We solve the Klein-Gordon equation with the Morse empirical potential energy model. The bound state energy equation has been obtained in terms of the supersymmetric shape invariance approach. The relativistic vibrational transition frequencies for the $X^1{\sum}^+$ state of ScI molecule have been computed by using the Morse potential model. The calculated relativistic vibrational transition frequencies are in good agreement with the experimental RKR values.

  • Dynamic characteristics of catenary system for KTX Korean high-speed trains are investigated. A simulation program based on the finite element models of the catenary is developed. The influences of the various design parameters on the vibrational responses of the catenary are determined. The main design parameters include tension on the contact and messenger wires and the stiffness of the droppers connecting the two wires. The vibrational responses are primarily determined by the reflections of the propagating wave, and the dropper stiffness is found to be the dominant factor that influences overall dynamic characteristics of the catenary.

Comparative Vibrational Spectroscopic Studies Between Nickel, Zinc Tetraphenylporphyrins and Tetraphenylchlorins

  • The infrared and resonance Raman spectra are reported for nickel and zinc tetraphenylchlorins. It is found that the IR and RR spectra become more complicated compared with the corresponding porphyrin analogs due to the symmetry changes. Some vibrational parameters like the core size and the symmetry change are examined in accordance with vibrational spectra of other type of chlorins.

  • Ab initio Hartree-Fock and Becke 3-Lee-Yang-Parr (B3LYP) density functional theory calculations using 6-31G* basis set were carried out to study the vibrational spectra of anthracene neutral (h10 and d10) and radical cation (h10). We report results of the fundamental vibrational frequencies obtained on the basis of the calculations. The assignments of fundamentals show a one-to-one correspondence between the observed and calculated fundamentals.
