슬림 스피커 진동판의 분할진동 모드와 열전달 관계 분석을 통한 진동 패턴 예측 (Vibration Pattern Prediction through The Analysis on the Break-up Mode and the Heat Transfer Relationship of Slim Speaker Diaphragm)

  • 이 논문에서는 레이저를 통한 진동판 스캔과 열화상 카메라를 사용한 진동판 촬영, 두 가지 방법을 비교하며 슬림 스피커의 분할 진동을 검출하는 방법에 대해 살펴본다. 슬림 스피커는 평판형의 구조적인 특성상 분할진동이 두드러지게 나타나고, 설치되는 공간이 좁아 무빙 코일에서 발생하는 열의 냉각이 제한적이다. 이런 특성으로 인해 슬림 스피커에서 분할진동이 제품의 품질에 큰 영향을 미친다. 본 연구에서는 진동판에서 일어나는 분할진동의 영향과 무빙 코일에 의한 진동판의 열전달 관계를 비교 탐색한다. 비교를 위한 실험은 분할진동 모드의 측정과 진동판의 열 변화 측정을 진동판 스캔과 열화상 카메라 촬영의 2단계의 실험으로 진행한다. 동일 주파수에서 발생하는 분할진동 모드와 열전달 형태를 비교하여 서로 간에 어떤 영향을 미치고 있는 지 파악할 수 있다. 그리고 이를 통해 발견한 연관성을 통해 쉽게 촬영할 수 있는 열화상만으로도 슬림 스피커가 가지는 분할진동의 형태와 경향성을 빠르게 파악하여 최적 설계에 도움이 되는 자료로 사용할 수 있을 것이다.

  • This paper concerns the design of blasts adjacent to structures and facilities. In order to investigate the site characteristics, measurements of in-situ wave propagation and laboratory tests of rock cores taken from the boreholes were carried out. Effects of rock media and delay intervals on ground vibration levels were identified from over sixty measurements of three times of test blasts. For practical use in the field, an empirical propagation equation was derived so as to reflect the characteristics of rock media and delay effects. Safe limits of vibration level for structures were conservatively established based on various suggested criteria. Safe limits for facilities were adopted so that vibration levels induced by blasting should not exceed the allowable limits specified in the manufacturer's installation condition. Suggested were blast pattern and operation to enhance the rock fracturing and to reduce the ground vibration levels under the restricted conditions.

  • As the needs of consumer on ride comforts increase and the reduction of road traffic noise tightened step by step, the power unit noise emitted by cars has been reduced. It has been found that tire noise dominates noise produced by the power-train when vehicles are driven at high speeds. Therefore, in these days, tire/pavement noise is concerned. Tire/pavement noise is affected by pavement type and vehicle???s transmission loss. Tire noise mechanism is produced by several mechanisms. The sound of tire can propagate either through the air or through the structure of vehicle. Pattern noise is the result of pressure variations through the air to the interior side of vehicle. Especially, on smooth asphalt the periodicity of tread design, pitch sequence is important factor, which have an influence on the reduction of tire noise.

사장교의 구조식별을 위한 가진실험 데이터분석 (FVT Signal Processing for Structural Identification of Cable-stayed Bridge)

  • In this research, Forced Vibration Test(FVT) on a cable stayed bridge was conducted to examine the validity of the frequency domain pattern recognition method using signal anomaly index and artificial neuralnetwork. 7he considering structure, Samchunpo Bridge, located in Sachun-Shi, Kyungsangnam-Do, is a cable stayed bridge with the 436 meter span. The excitation force was induced by a sudden braking of a fully loaded truck. and vortical acceleration signals were acquired at 14 points. The initial 2-dimensional FE-model was developed from the design documents to prepare the training sets for the artificial neural network, and then the model calibration was performed with the field test data. As a result of the model calibration, we obtained the FFT spectrums from the model simulation, which was similar to those from the vibration test. These tests and the simulation data will be used for the structural identification using arbitrarily added masses to the bridge.

  • A simplified view of array design and application process was introduced. Array design is critical to achieve a successful phased array measurements. A planar microphone array is designed to produce optimum performance and also to fit economic requirement in integrating data acquisition system. Certain performance characteristics are of primary concern when designing arrays. These characteristics include array resolution, spatial aliasing and array sidelobe suppression. Every array has its directional pattern that shows such characteristics. Assuming that a monopole source is located in center, beam-patterns have been simulated varying measurement conditions such as number of sensors. array aperture size, distance between array and source, frequency of interest and so on. Sensor correction was conducted on very channel using magnitudes and phased of FRF with respect to a reference microphone channel. Then with a spiral type array, measurements have been made with two point sources of same frequency in order to investigate array resolving abilities. It is observed that higher frequency source achieves better resolution than lower one does.

  • In this paper, a beam design method is presented for the planar array with unequal transducer sensitivities. Basically the proposed method consists of two steps. At first, the optimum weightings are designed with the assumption that all array elements have an uniform sensitivity. Next, the compesnated weightings for the unequal transducer sensitivities can reversely be determined from an inverse problem utilizing the design beam pattern evaluated by the predetermined optimal weightings. A numerical example is inculded to illustrate the proposed method.

  • Hypoid gears are widely used in rear drive and 4WD vehicle axles. Investigation of their sensitivity to deflections is one of the most important aspects of their design and optimization procedures. The deflection test is performed in the actual gear mounting using completely processed gear. This test should cover the fun operating range of gear loads from no load to peak load. Under peak load the contact pattern should extend to the tooth boundaries without showing a concentration of the contact pattern at any point on the tooth surface. Transmission error is tested on an axle assembly triaxial real car load condition.

  • Tire noise is a major noise source at high speeds. One of the noise source is controlled by pattern and structure. Pattern noise is effected by the shape of tread. And the bending stiffness of tire is influenced to the resonance of tire‘s belt. But in high frequency region, FEA is not appropriated with application. So this paper discusses about wave propagation of tire. There has been much effort to verify the flexural wave velocity with structure design specification.
