우리는 이 논문에서 측정 단위 설정에 대하여 연구하였다. 품질관리는 고객 요구를 관리하는 것이다. 쥬란과 다구찌가 연구한 품질 형태의 측정 단위를 조사하였다. 그리고 품질 형태의 새로운 측정을 제안하였다. 제안한 새로운 품질 측정은 여러 품질 관리 측정을 조합한 것이다. 이러한 측정은 회사의 관리 수준에서 경영 관리에서 사용될 수 있을 것이다. 우리는 제안된 새로운 측정이 실제 사용되고 도움 되기를 기대한다.

창업교육에 대한 관심이 늘고 있다. 대학원만이 아니라 대학교육에도 정부는 창업교육을 강화하도록 요구하고 있다. 하지만 대학의 창업교육은 교양수준이거나 경영학의 틀을 크게 벗어나지 못하고 있다. 또한 창업 중심의 대학원 교육도 기능별 중심의 교육으로 진행되어 과목간의 상호연계가 부족한 상황이다. 본 연구에서는 학부와 대학원의 창업교육 현황을 살피고, 해외대학의 사례분석을 통해 창업교육 방향을 제안하고 있다. 특히 프로세스 중심의 교육을 하고 있는 대학을 중심으로 알고리즘 기반의 창업교육 방향을 제시하고 있다. 마지막으로 기술-제품-시장의 틀을 기반으로한 기술창업사업화(TEC) 프로그램의 도입과 확산을 제안하고 있다.

Moblie games are getting popular in that more mobile handsets are available. The mobile phone is expected to be the dominant platform the way the PC turned out to be the dominant platform of desktop computing. Ubiquity enables the mobile phone users interact socially with other users. Mobile game developers are now competing globally on the Apple Appstore, where any developers in the world are able to publish their own games easily. This study reviews the case of Gamevil, one of the leading mobile game service providers, from its foundation to the current global competition in order to draw implications for mobile game industry.

본 연구의 목적은 국내에서 축적한 ASP 경험과 노하우를 바탕으로 해외로 진출하는데 도움을 주기 위한 것이다. 이를 위해 아시아 국가의 정보통신 인프라 현황, 한국의 해외투자 현황, 그리고 일반적 시장 매력도를 종합평가하여 ASP 해외진출에 적절한 국가로 중국, 일본, 인도네시아, 말레이시아를 선정하였고, 각 국가별 ASP 시장 진출 전략을 제시하였다. 본 연구는 ASP 벤처 기업이나 창업자에게 도움을 줄 것으로 본다.

The Purpose of this study is working out of the scientific-theoretical and practical recommendations directed on perfection of strategic planning of development of the enterprises of mining and gold mining branch. The methodological basis of research is based on the economic theory developed by a domestic and foreign science. At processing, generalisation and a writing of materials of the master's thesis following methods were applied: - supervision, - comparison, - the analysis and synthesis, - methods of an induction and deduction, - statistical groupings, - average and relative sizes, - the system approach. Finally, the theoretical and practical importance of this research consists that results of research will allow generating a basis of statement of effective system of strategic planning of a long-term sustainable development of the gold mining enterprises reducing risk of acceptance of inefficient strategic decisions. I would like to express many thanks to the NGO "Semey- My Home" and "EastGeoResources" LLP for their help and support in providing the data collection and data analysis stages of my research from 2006.

This paper relates recent empirical research on the growth. Smaller and younger firms have been growing more quickly than larger and older firms, thus, generating proportionately more new jobs. It is not difficult to understand why small and medium firms receive so much attention. Because SMEs provide about 80 percent of private sector employment so SMEs performance is an important economic and social factor. Despite this, they are subject to higher risk and mobility than those at the large firms. This paper is analyzes the relationship between firm growth measured as growth in employment, sales and production and firms age, size and R&D investment. The growth and its relationship with the determinants is linked to industrial policy in Korea. Empirical results are based on an unbalanced panel data covering period 1999-2002. Results show significant relationship between growth, size and age of firm.

Innovation has become a key distinct feature of modern industrial society. It is generally recognized that new knowledge and technology are one of the most important sources of innovation. However, because of their limited resources, firms can not pursue all the promising new knowledge and technology that have possibilities to be developed into critical innovation. In this article, using the stakeholder theory, we try to establish a new conceptual model that can be used for understanding knowledge creation and innovation in society. In a society, there exist diverse socio-economic groups that have conflicting values and interests. Our stakeholder theory perspective on innovation claims that innovation can occur only when new solutions can satisfy their idiosyncratic stakeholder' values and interests better than current existing solutions. From the viewpoint of stakeholder innovation theory, there could be three different types of innovation: value improvement innovation, non-traditional value Innovation, and innovation for non-traditional stakeholder.

인센티브는 조직 내 개인의 동기와 행동에 영향을 미쳐 조직의 목표를 달성하는 데에 중요한 역할을 한다. 기존 문헌에서는 이러한 관점에서 개인의 다양한 동기를 충족시킬 수 있는 경제적, 사회적 보상에 대하여 논의해왔다. 반면, 직업안정성이 개인에게 기업가적 동기를 가진 개인에게 어떠한 인센티브로 작용할 수 있는지에 대한 내용은 간과된 측면이 있다. 본 연구는 창업휴직제도가 직업안정성이라는 비금전적 인센티브로 작용하여, 기업가적 동기를 가진 직원들의 기업벤처링(Corporate Venturing) 활동 참여에 긍정적인 영향을 줄 수 있는지 여부를 조사한다. 본 연구는 전통적인 인적자원관리 문헌에서 비금전적 인센티브를 통해 개인의 일탈과 이직을 방지하려는 관점과는 달리, 개인이 일을 중단하는 것을 허가하는 '창업휴직제도' 자체가 비금전적 인센티브로서 개인이 혁신 성과를 증가시킬 수 있다는 점에 집중한다. 정부출연연구소 내부 기업벤처링 프로그램에 참여한 세 명과의 개인 인터뷰를 통해 이러한 가설을 지지할만한 단서를 발견하였으며, 이를 바탕으로 향후 실험 연구를 통해 실증 분석을 진행하고자 한다.
