  • The required standards for environmental tests for communication and electronic equipment used currently are not standards into which the Korean climate and use environment are taken into consideration. But the most used environmental testing standards of the U.S. army(MIL-STD-810) has been used without taking into consideration the Korean domestic situation and conditions by simply translating the US standards. Adherence to these standards may increase in the manufacturing costs according to excessively strict standards. Therefore, this paper will propose a new environmental test standards for temperature.

  • Recently, as the non-face-to-face environment has developed due to COVID-19 and environmental pollution, the importance of online digital healthcare is increasing, and venture start-ups and activities such as health care, telemedicine, and digital treatments are also actively underway. This study conducted the impact on the acceptability of digital healthcare smartwatches with an integrated approach of the expanded integrated technology acceptance model (UTAUT2) and the behavioral inference model (BRT). The most advanced integrated technology acceptance model for innovative technology acceptance research was used to identify major factors such as utility expectations, social effects, convenience, price barriers, lack of alternatives, and behavioral intentions. For the study, about 410 responses from ordinary people in their teens to 60s across the country were collected, and based on this, the hypothesis was verified using structural equations after testing reliability and validity of the data. SPSS 23 and AMOS 23 were used for research analysis. Studies have shown that personal innovation has a significant impact on the reasons for acceptance (use value, social impact, convenience of use), attitude, and non-use (price barriers, lack of alternatives, and barriers to use). These results are the same as the results of previous studies that confirmed the influence of the main value of innovative ICT on user acceptance intention. In addition, the reason for acceptance had a significant effect on attitude, but the effect of the reason for non-acceptance was not significant. It can be analyzed that consumers are interested in new ICT products and new services, but purchase them more carefully and selectively. This study has evolved from the acceptance analysis of general-purpose consumer innovation technology to the acceptance analysis of consumer value in smartwatch digital healthcare, which is a new and important area in the future. Industrially, it can contribute to the product's purchase and marketing. It is hoped that this study will contribute to increasing research in the digital healthcare sector, which will play an important role in our lives in the future, and that it will develop into in-depth factors that are more suitable for consumer value through integrated approach models and integrated analysis of consumer acceptance and non-acceptance.

  • While small and medium-sized companies are suffering from a shortage of workers as a result of social tendency to avoid those companies, college graduates still prefer large companies or governmental positions, which consequently results in inconsistencies in the demand and supply of work forces. The gap between them is getting so bad that employment difficulties are exacerbating. Accordingly this study tries to search for potential employee's expected value factors which make people select small and medium companies not big companies. A survey was conducted from October 1 to october 30, 2012 with university students in the Seoul metropolitan area. a total of 350 questionnaires were distributed and 335 were collected. of these, 332 questionnaires were used for data analyses excluding questionnaires with missing values. Data was analyzed by frequency, descriptive factor, reliability, and regression with SPSS win 18.0 program The result of this study were as follows. A factor analysis extracted four factors comprising small and medium companies, which we named career(factor 1), working environment(factor 2), working achievement(factor 3), job security (factor 4). This study showed that small and medium companies' preference were affected by the career, working environment, job security, corporate reputation, salary.

  • This study examined the effect of 3 evaluation factors(extraction temperature, extraction time and drinking temperature) on the 5 tastes (sour, sweet, malty, salty and bitter) of coffee. the aim of this experiment were threefold: i) to investigate the change of the 5 tastes depending on the each 3 evaluation factor ii) to examine the change of the 5 tastes depending on the extraction time, drinking temperature under fixing the group of extraction temperature iii) to research the preference for the taste of coffee depending on 3 evaluation factors. As a result, in relation to the evaluation factors, significance difference was made at the sour taste. And when extraction temperature was higher and extraction time was longer, the sour taste was felt stronger. To the contrary, when drinking temperature was lower, sour was stronger. When the extraction Temperature group was controlled, the sour and malty taste were stronger. The sour taste was stronger when drinking temperature was lower and delicate flavor was stronger when drinking temperature was higher. High preference was demonstrated at extraction temperature($98^{\circ}C$), extraction time(0 minute), drinking temperature($60^{\circ}C$) and higher malty taste.

  • Vulnerability due to climate change depends on the concentration of carbon dioxide emissions over several upcoming decades. The objective of this study is to estimate the concentration of greenhouse gases and air pollutants in 2100, while also accounting for expected socio-economic changes in Korea. First, we intend to prepare scenarios for possible socioeconomic changes in Korea: business as usual (BAU), high growth and low growth. Secondly, we aim to predict services demands in residential?commercial sector, transportation sector, industrial sector for each scenarios. Finally, the emissions of LLGHG and SLCP will be estimated on the basis of the predicted service demands. The study results project that in Korea, LLGHG emissions will be approximately $660Mt\;CO_2\;eq$. and SLCP emissions will be approximately 3.81 Mt, -including black carbon (BC) by 2100. The transportation and industrial sectors are the major source for LLGHG emissions, and the residential and commercial sector serve as the SLCP source. Later, additional studies on the cost and benefit of mitigation should be carried out by comparing the reduced use of materials that cause climate change as a result of reduction policies and the socioeconomic cost.

The Effect of Workplace Flexibility on Employees' Organizational Commitment (직장 유연성이 종업원의 조직몰입에 미치는 영향)

  • The COVID-19 pandemic catalyzed major changes in our work environment, underscoring the critical role of workplace flexibility. While a wealth of research exists on specific flexible work strategies and schedules, a broader understanding of workplace flexibility has been somewhat overlooked. This study aimed to bridge this gap by examining the correlation between workplace flexibility and organizational commitment. Our sample consisted of 300 employees from foreign businesses in the ICT(information and communications technology) service sector and the manufacturing industry, along with those from the top 50 leading Korean enterprises. We bifurcated workplace flexibility into two distinct categories for this study: quantitative and qualitative. Our results revealed that within the quantitative category, the flexibility of continuity of work and flexible place significantly enhanced organizational commitment. Interestingly, the flexibility of work schedules didn't have a marked impact on commitment levels. On the qualitative side, job autonomy and teamwork emerged as significant drivers of organizational commitment. It's worth noting that qualitative aspects of workplace flexibility had a more pronounced effect on organizational commitment than the quantitative elements. These findings highlight the necessity of approaching workplace flexibility from a comprehensive perspective, embracing both its quantitative and qualitative dimensions. For businesses aiming to maximize the benefits of flexibility, it's essential to cultivate a culture of open communication, champion collaboration, and prioritize job autonomy and teamwork. Establishing a work environment that actively supports feedback-oriented communication stands as a key component in this endeavor.

  • The Moon administration has proposed three major directions for startup growth: the creation of a new environment, active investment, and the creation of a virtuous cycle in venture investment. The policy is progressive but not sufficient to create a startup innovation boom in the current Korean economic environment. ICT Startup support policies must pay more attention to the product release stage. For growth of startups and small businesses it is important to establish a close value chain to secure competitiveness in the global market. It is necessary to secure a bridgehead to advance into the global market, including technical cooperation with large companies and joint advancement overseas. The final goal of the startup policy should be the continuous growth of the national economy and the expansion of employment. The establishment of fair trade and the strengthening of the startup ecosystem are important to foster a startup-friendly environment. Funding programs requires a shift from general support to enhanced choice and focus.

  • The government set up "national happiness, the hope of a new era of national vision under' job center of the creative economy" to achieve by national goals in the first and figure achieved through the establishment of new growth engines of the youth unemployment problem solve and national level there are a number of business start-up support. September 8, 2015 announced the Government's look at the '2016 Year of the budget, the government for new growth engines greatly promoted the venture entrepreneurship ecosystem revitalization and research and development (R & D) the business for enhanced performance in 2017. According to the direction of this study is to evaluate the current creative economy business incubator at the comparison whether the correct orientation mainly entrepreneurs, entrepreneurs preliminary recognition of student entrepreneurship ecosystem. Entrepreneurs 113 people in that way, 71 people pre-entrepreneurs, students 60, workers were founding agencies conducted an online survey of 47 people, 16 people Investors, 50 public and 11 additional persons including a total of 368 people. This study is in line with the orientation of these entrepreneurs to create economic status and recognition of the Republic of Korea entrepreneurship ecosystem, pre- entrepreneurs, students will examine the comparative analysis around. Analysis, social perception of entrepreneurship is somewhat higher than it was confirmed that the negative response of 32.2% to 36.3% of positive response. Social awareness of entrepreneurs showed a 2-fold higher response rate than the negative of response of 17.1% to 41.7% responding that positive recognition for the current start-up environment is bad, the response is good response to higher response rate than 23.5% to 41.1% It showed. The percentage of responses that better respect the entrepreneurship environment of the future Republic of Korea showed a higher response rate than the rate of 23% in response to deteriorate to 41.2%, with 52.9% awareness is the percentage that responded that the bad part about the ruthless Korea's entrepreneurship environment in China good part as response rate approximately three times greater than the 17.7% showed high response rates. Social awareness of entrepreneurs experience the presence of the founding start-up experience was confirmed that the more negative the number increases, the more the contrary the number of start-up experience increased awareness of the current and future environment of entrepreneurship was identified as a positive entrepreneurship environment. Future studies need to be a proposal for an existing previous studies for more precise direction to go forth to analyze the entrepreneurship ecosystem with a focus on problems and improvement of the Republic of Korea entrepreneurship ecosystem.
