열 배출구 형상 모델링 자동화 시스템 개발 (Development of Automated Modeling System for Air-Ventilation Holes)

  • Nowadays a lot of high-tech electronic products such as TVs, monitors and camcorders are being developed. The more functions the electronic devices have, the more heat problems occur. Therefore, most of electronic products have air-ventilation holes to eliminate heat that is generated inside the products. The shapes of ventilation holes are usually complicated since aesthetic appearance of the products is important these days. In order to create those complicated shapes, designers should do time-consuming jobs because most of commercial CAD systems do not provide the functions that create patterns of lofted parts along freeform surfaces. In this research, an automated air-ventilation hole modeling system was proposed. The system generates patterns of lofted objects on freeform surfaces. Standard process to create air-ventilation holes manually was established, and vent-hole types and pattern types were classified into several categories. Designers can create many kinds of vent-holes by combining vent-hole types and pattern types. Users can also utilize user-defined pattern which can give users more flexibility. Developed system was applied to several design examples and the results are presented.

  • The experiment was carried out to investigate the optimal air velocity for improving the ventilation efficiency of duct ventilation system used in Korean swine building. The results are followed ; In 2.2 m height of duct, the air velocity of hole was 5.0 m/s as the over level of recommendation. In different hole interval, the air velocity was various of 4.6${\sim}$11.6 m/s in narrow hole interval, 5.4${\sim}$10.9 m/s in broad hole interval. But the air velocity was 6.6${\sim}$7.7 m/s in duct system pierced hole with equal interval, and it was equal velocity in different parts of duct in this hole interval.

패시브환기외피의 통기 및 열성능에 관한 실험적 연구 (An Experimental Study on Ventilation and Thermal Performance of Passive Ventilation Building Envelopes)

  • In this study, 5 types of PVS(Passive ventilation system) units are made and experimented its ventilation performance, thermal performance according to open rate and hole diameter of perforated aluminum plane. Results are as follows. 1) The ventilation performance increases approximately 50~70% according by the open rate of PVS increasing. Also, the ventilation performance increases about 2%~12% according by the hole diameter of PVS increasing. 2) In winter temperature/pressure condition(in : $20^{\circ}C$, out : $-2^{\circ}C/{\Delta}P$ : 0.2~5.0Pa) the temperature of inflow air decreases according by the open rate of PVS increasing. Heat gain performance decreases 10.1%, 25.6% when open rate increases 3) In the same condition, Heat gain performance decreases 18.3%, 18.8% according by the hole diameter of PVS increasing.

  • On this study the motor design method with fairly good characteristics and control capability as well as cooling capability is presented with considering the magnetic effect due to ventilation hole, which is installed to prevent the temperature rise. When the input voltage rises due to critical variation in traction power supply system, the final ventilation hole is presented by checking the inductance parameter with clarifying the relation between saturation of the motor core and the ventilation hole.

  • To design mechanical ventilation for bathroom of apartment houses where air supply and exhaust are taken Into consideration, mock-ups of ventilation systems, widely used in bathroom of apartment houses with an area of 100$m^2$, were made and installed in a laboratory, These ventilation mock-ups were available for control of air supply and exhaust, and the size of supply openings were 40cm$\times$1cm, 40cm$\times$3cm, 40cm$\times$5cm. They were installed at five positions, spaced 40cm at a height of 25cm from the floor. and the position of exhaust fans were four corners and center Exhaust fan established each one on corner of the ceiling and one in center. As result that measure ventilation effect by each condition, size of hole that supply air is big, and ventilation effect took effect to be good establishment location is low, Also, distance of exhaust fan is far with hole that supply air, ventilation effect took effect by superior thing.

양파 간이저장시 통풍조건 및 통풍구 재료의 크기가 저장에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Ventilation Condition and Ventilating Hole Sizes to Improve Quality Onion(Allium cepu. L) under Room Temperature)

  • 양파 간이저장시 노지야적에 의해 발생하는 부패를 감소시켜 망과의 안전저장을 위하여 조립식 간이하우스를 이용하여 통풍조건 및 통풍구 재료의 크기에 따른 저장성을 조사한 결과는 다음과 같다. 평균온도는 노지야적에 비해 강제통풍에서 0.3~3.6$^{\circ}C$높았고, 무통풍에 비해서는 1.4~8.2$^{\circ}C$가 낮았다. 그러나 처리간 유의차는 없었다. 상대습도는 통풍처리구에서 무통풍 및 노지야적에 비해 약간 높았다. 구중감소율은 노지야적에서는 2.5%, 무통풍에서는 2.9%, 자연통풍 2단에서는 3%, 강제통풍 2단에서는 4.3%였다. 8월 하순까지의 부패율은 자연통풍 2단 27.7%, 강제통풍 2단 25.4%,인데 비해 무통풍 34.6%, 노지야적 37.8%로 통풍처리구에서 부패가 적었다. 통붕구 재료의 크기가 클수록 평균기온은 조금 낮았고, 상대습도는 7월에 조금 높은 경향을 보이다가 8월 이후에는 차이가 거의 없었다. 통풍 파이프 표면의 풍속은 통풍구의 크기가 작을수록 강했으며, 부위별로는 중간부위가 양끝쪽보다 낮았다. 부패율은 75mm통풍구 17.9%, 100mm통풍구 15.3%, 125mm통풍구 14.1%로 통풍구 크기가 클수록 부패는 적었다.

탄소복합재 브레이크 디스크의 통풍구 형상에 따른 유동특성에 관한 해석적 연구 (Numerical Study on the Flow Characteristics according to the Ventilation Holes Shape of the Carbon Composite Brake Disk)

  • In this study, the flow characteristics at the ventilation holes was analyzed by using numerical method when carbon composite brake disk was rotated at a constant speed. In order to ensure the validity of the analysis results, grid dependency test was performed by considering the accuracy and appropriateness, and 4mm mesh size was selected for decrease of the maximum error rate 63.6%. As a result, the outside air flows in the clearance between the disk and shaft in case of B model. whereas, the outside air flows in the clearance or the outlet of the ventilation holes in case of A and C models. And also average static pressure at the outlet was changed depending on shape of the ventilation holes and rotational speed of the disk in case of A and C models. Besides, in the B model, intake air according to the clearance goes with side surface of ventilation hole, and so increased by mean velocity of 4.64m/s and mean pressure of 0.58pa in the ventilation hole outlet, in case of disk rotational speed of 146.21rad/s.

터널형 하우스에서 환기방법이 참외의 생육 및 품질에 미치는 영향 (Effect of the Ventilation Method on the Growth and Quality of Melon (Cucumis melo L.) in Greenhouse of Tunnel Type)

  • 여름철 고온기 참외재배시 환기방법에 따른 시설내 온도차이가 참외의 생육 및 품질에 미치는 영향을 구명하고자 측면환기공 환기구(Type 1), 측면환기공 환가+천정 환기공 환기구(Type 2) 및 권취식 환기구(Type 3)로 구분하여 시험을 실시한 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 환기방법별 온도의 하강효과는 Type 3이 가장 좋았고 Type 2, Type 1의 순으로 나타났다. 2. 환기방법에 따른 온도분포는 측면환기공만 있는 Type 1과 천정환기통 및 측면환기공이 있는 Type 2의 경우 환기공 및 환기통의 면적이 적어 중력환기 및 풍력환기가 미세하여 온도가 상승하였다. Type 3은 측면환기 면적이 넓어 풍력환기에 의한 공기의 유입, 유출이 쉬워 온도분포가 비교적 균일하였다. 3. 실측치를 이용하여 내외기온차이에 의한 환기량을 추정한 결과, Type 3이 Type 1 및 Type 2보다도 많음을 알 수 있었다. 4. 생육 및 상품성을 조사한 결과, Type 3이 Type 2, Type 1보다도 엽수 및 엽면적이 증가하여 생육이 양호하였고 과중, 과육두께, 기형과율, 상품과율 등 상품성도 우수하였다. 5. 수확시기별 상품수량은 각처리 공히 수확초기 보다는 후기로 갈수록 증가하였다. 특히 Type 3에서 뚜렷한 경향을 보였다.

팽나무버섯의 균사배양 중 배양기 내부 통기성 개선 (Studies on the aeration improvement of inner bottle culture system during the mycelial culture of Flammulina velutipes)

  • 팽나무버섯 병재배($1,100m{\ell}$)에서 배양기 내 통기성이 팽나무버섯의 균사생장과 버섯발생에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 배양병 내의 통기성은 배양병 뚜껑에서 천공의 상하위치와 구경 크기로 조절하였고, 통기성 처리의 효과로는 배양병 내 이산화탄소 농도, 수분함량 변화, 키틴 함량, 유리당 함량, 자실체 발생량을 조사하였다. 팽나무버섯 균사배양 중 대수기 정점에서의 배양병 내 이산화탄소 농도는 대조구인 비통기성 무스폰지 뚜껑과, 천공 크기가 작은 뚜껑일수록 상대적으로 높았다. 팽나무버섯 균사 배양체 내 유리당 함량은 구멍 크기가 47mm로 상하로 천공된 뚜껑을 가진 병에서, 그리고 구멍 크기가 26~33mm로 하부만 천공 뚜껑을 가진 병에서 가장 많았다. 키틴 함량은 26mm 크기의 구멍을 하부에만 천공한 뚜껑을 가진 병에서 가장 많았다. 한편 뚜껑에서 천공의 위치가 상하 양쪽이고 천공크기가 42mm~47mm인 배양병에서는 수분 감소가 많아 발이가 불량하고 자실체 생산량도 적었다. 결론적으로 팽나무버섯 병재배 용기 $1,100m{\ell}$ pp병에서 최고의 수량을 나타낸 배양병에서의 뚜껑은 상하 천공으로 19mm 구멍과 하부만의 천공은 26mm 구멍을 내고 통기성 스폰지를 넣은 것으로, 이 때 자실체 생산량은 대조구보다 6~9% 증가하였다.

환기구 위치별 실내오염물질의 환기효과 변동에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Variation of Ventilation Effect for Indoor Air Pollutants by Ventilation Hole Sites)

  • This research has a purpose to achieve experimental data used for design of ventilation systems necessary for indoor air quality control and their operation and management. For the study, spatial concentration distribution of indoor air quality according to pollutant site in a simplified model chamber. In low flow ventilation, flow pattern of indoor air was mainly influenced by diffusion and additionally, spatial distribution was formed by convection. Distribution of ventilation efficiency according to each pattern of model chamber was evaluated. It was confirmed that diffusion patterns of a pollutant among sites were formed, centering around main stream areas of supply and exhaust outlets.
