  • 교량의 거동은 교량의 지간 및 노면조도, 주행차량의 중량, 주행속도등 여러 요인들에 의해 달라지므로 교량의 동적거동을 정확히 예측하여 반영하기는 매우 어렵다. 우리나라 표준 시방 기준은 이러한 동적효과를 충격계수로 정의하고, 활하중에 충격계수를 곱하여 설계하중을 증가시키는 방법으로 동적효과를 고려하고 있다. 그러나 각 나라별로 충격계수를 적용하는 방법이 다르고, 아직까지도 명확하게 규명하지 못하고 있다. 그러므로 본 연구에서는 현재 사용 중인 PSC-I 거더교에 대하여 주행차량에 의한 동적 특성을 규명하기 위하여 동적재하, 정적재하, 의사정적재하시험을 이용하였다. 현장 재하시험에서 얻어진 결과를 통해 재하 속도에 따른 변위와 Strain관계를 찾을 수 있었으며, 이를 바탕으로 현재 논란이 있는 국내의 충격계수에 관한 경험식에 대하여 보다 합리적이고 실제적인 거동이 포함되도록 일조하는데 본 연구의 목적이 있다.

  • 최근 신뢰성을 기반으로 한 기법을 철도차량 유지관리에 도입, 적용하기 위해 많은 계획을 세우고 정착시키려는 업무가 진행되고 있으나 시간 및 비용대비 성과에 대해 기술적인 향상이 필요하다. 신뢰성기반의 유지관리 활동은 군수분야에서 시작하여 원자력, 항공 분야 등에서 가장 활발히 추진중이지만 국내철도 현장에도 접목하려는 연구를 본 논문에서 제시하였다. 철도 운영기관에서 신뢰성관련 업무를 도입하거나 적용하기 위해서는 우선 내부의 유지관리 환경을 검토할 필요가 있으며, 이러한 검토결과를 기반으로 각종 신뢰성 기법들을 철도현장에 맞게 적용하고, 특화된 신뢰성프로세스의 정립과 주요 대상 시스템을 선정하여 RCM (Reliability Centered Mainteinance)기법을 적용하여 적정성을 검토하였다. 그 결과 철도차량 유지관리를 보다 체계적이고 합리적인 방법으로 시행하기 위한 절차를 제시하였다.

필드데이터에 의한 철도차량 신호장치 구성품의 최적 교체주기 결정에 관한 연구 (A Study on Determining the Optimal Replacement Interval of the Rolling Stock Signal System Component based on the Field Data)

  • Rolling stock maintenance, which focuses on preventive maintenance, is typically implemented considering the potential harm that may be inflicted to passengers in the event of failure. The cost of preventive maintenance throughout the life cycle of a rolling stock is 60%-75% of the initial purchase cost. Therefore, ensuring stability and reducing maintenance costs are essential in terms of economy. In particular, private railroad operators must reduce government support budget by effectively utilizing railroad resources and reducing maintenance costs. Accordingly, this study analyzes the reliability characteristics of components using field data. Moreover, it resolves the problem of determining an economical replacement interval considering the timing of scrapping railroad vehicles. The procedure for determining the optimal replacement interval involves five steps. According to the decision model, the optimal replacement interval for the onboard signal device components of the "A" line train is calculated using field data, such as failure data, preventive maintenance cost, and failure maintenance cost. The field data analysis indicates that the mileage meter is 9 years, which is less than the designed durability of 15 years. Furthermore, a life cycle in which the phase signal has few failures is found to be the same as the actual durability of 15 years.

  • Currently in electric railways, there are various test standards for catenary systems such as stability assessment standards and maintenance standards for appropriate vehicle operation. In Korea, maintenance vehicles are used to measure height, stagger, and wear of catenaries and various tests are being conducted based on maintenance manuals. In this paper, real-time data aquisition technologies for assessment of electric railway current collection status between catenaries and pantographs that are consistantely being developed from the adoption of electric railways were analyzed based on on-board measurement items.

  • Failure code system must include data of maintenance history, classification of failure, affective range and situation when failure occur. But the present failure code system have used a simple code system for classification to include only merchandise and tools. Advantageously, expansional standard code system that will be developed, it make that users can take steps of standardized overhaul and inspection as proposal maintain contents when failure occur or something wrong in vehicle of urban transit. Standardized failure codes must be developed and used that manufacturing companies and urban transit operating companies in order to give effect to maintenance works.

고속화차용 현가장치 적정 설계변수 선정에 관한 연구 (A study to determine the Design parameters of high speed freight wagon)

  • The freight wagon with weld fabricated 1-piece bogies, which was developed to increase operating speed, reveals its difficulties in maintenance. The weld-fabricated bogies were composed of two-stage coil spring and dry friction damping mechanism. The inborn wear parts and rather complicated structure mattes bogie maintenance difficult. In order to relieve this difficulties, the application of maintenance free rubber suspension is proposed by bogie maunfacturer, Taeyang Precision Limited. This study was conducted to determine design parameters of proposed rubber suspension by means of vehicle dynamic simulation and parametric study. The target critical speed of bogie was set over 150km/h for the preparation of further speed-up of freight wagon.

  • The K-AGT test line is managed similarly to revenue operation and operated automatically 120km per day, total 90,000km from August 2004 to December 2007. To enhance reliability of developed system, maintenance information system based on RCM is applied. The maintenance program applied in test line is based on RCM which prevent a fault before it happens and a fault made in test line is analysed by reliability growth test. Vehicle system, power supply system, signalling system, track and infrastructure are built in test line and it is reviewed enhancing system performance and changing designs to commercialize through reliability growth analysis method.

수리부속비 비용추정식 개발과 활용방안 (Development and Application of the Spare-parts Cost Estimating Relationships)

  • Currently, a life cycle cost estimates(LCCE) is the most important factor in weapon system acquisition process. However, operation and maintenance(O&M) cost related studies are insufficient from the previous literature survey. O&M cost consists of various cost factors such a man power, maintenance and direct & indirect support costs. We have known that spare-parts cost is a key factor in the O&M cost. In this paper, we developed the spare-parts cost estimating relationships(CERs) of fixed-wing aircraft and armored vehicle weapon systems which include 4 historical cost drivers ; system acquisition cost, deterioration rate, localization rate, mission characteristic. Furthermore, we proposed the application methodologies that O&M cost estimating, total life cycle cost estimating and determination of the economic life using the spare-parts CERs.
