  • Comparison it analyed the tunnel travelling hour interior noise arresting quality of the inside and outside of the country high-speed vehicle from the research which it sees. In the interior sound arresting comparison objective vehicle of the tunnel travelling hour KTX vehicle from the research which it sees and it limited by the TGV vehicle of France and the ICE vehicle og Germany and the Shinkansen vehicle of Japan comparison it analyzed the interior sound arresting from the open field and the tunnel line. The tunnel passage hour interior sound arresting problem of the domestic KTX vehicle follows in the concreate track tunnel the ballast track tunnel and the interior sound arresting quality is appearing different.

  • High pressure hose having tuning cables, called 'Resonator hose' is frequently used to attenuate pressure ripple generated by the pump for reducing the vehicle interior noise. A number of studies have been conducted on the resonator hose and its analytical models. However, there are few studies which deal with the influence of resonator hose on vehicle interior noise because the most of studies focused on transmission loss of the resonator hose. This paper presents NVH test results of power steering system and frequency analysis results. In the frequency analysis, both the relations between vibration, pressure ripple and vehicle interior noise and also the design parameters of high pressure hose influencing on vehicle interior noise were discussed. The test was done for various high pressure hose specimens in full turn condition.

  • A large-scale fire test was done for interior materials from a vehicle installed within a fire test room. The interior materials are satisfied with the Korean guide for the safety of rail vehicle. The guide has taken effect since December 2004 in Korea. Ignition source (gas burner) was increased in several controlled steps. The objectives of this test are to assess the fire performance in terms of ignition and flame spread on interior lining materials and to provide data on an enclosure fires involving train interior materials that grow to flashover. This data will be used to develop and calibrate an Fire Dynamics Simulator (FDS) model for fire growth on the interior vehicle.

  • 가시광촉매가 처리된 자동차내장재의 VOC 분석방법에 있어서 샘플백에 충진하는 질소 대신 공기를 충진하여 시험하였다. 그 결과 자동차내장재의 VOC 분석시 질소를 충진한 샘플백은 VOCs 및 폼알데히드의 저감효과가 나타나지 않았다. 그러나 질소대신 공기를 충진한 샘플백에서는 VOCs 및 폼알데히드가 현저하게 감소하였으며 자동차 내장재의 VOCs 분석시 샘플백에 질소 대신 공기를 충진하여야 가시광촉매에 의한 효과를 발휘할 수 있다는 것을 확인하였다.

  • 가시광촉매를 이용하여 자동차 내장재에서 발생하는 VOCs의 저감 효과를 알아보았다. 가시광촉매는 sol-gel법으로 제조하였으며 UV-vis peak가 420 nm에서 적색이동 되어 가시광영역에서 감응하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 특성을 갖는 가시광촉매를 자동차 내장재에 코팅처리하고, 자동차 내장재에서 발생하는 VOCs를 측정한 결과 분해 저감율이 우수하게 나타났다.

  • Comparative analysis it did the interior noise of the KTX vehicle and the P-P Semaeul vehicle from the conventional line Homan Seodaejeon-Hanam section from the research which it sees. The test result KTX vehicle appeared when the P-P Semaeul vehicle compared to 20 - 25 KM/H speed up operating commerce operation speed even, the standard values 66 dBA the lowers 55 - 62 dBA. P-P Semaeul vehicle interior noise of the identical test section 63 dBA it will compare and there is a possibility the KTX vehicle knowing from the existing line operating hour interior noise.

차량 실내 소음에 대한 음질 평가 방법의 표준화 (The Standardization of Sound Quality evaluation method for the vehicle interior noise)

  • The vehicle noise is classified into interior and radiated exterior noise. And it influences on consumer‘s vehicle decision and traffic noise environment very much. In case of the vehicle exterior noise, it is related with traffic noise and in case of the interior noise, it is related with driver’s and passenger‘s sensitivity quality. Because these influenced on drivers and traffic environment, so standards are restricted by the laws and regulated for the measurement. But, the existence standards measuring the only sound pressure level are limit to reflect consumer’s sensitive aspects. Therefore in this study, the recent standards and laws were searched about domestic and abroad papers and the testing mode for the sound quality (SQ) evaluation was constructed about the vehicle interior noise. Finally, we aimed at the standard establishment to evaluate the vehicle interior SQ using statistics method.
