Character Recognition of Vehicle Number Plate Using Feature Based Neural Network (특징 추출에 기반한 신경망 시스템을 이용한 차량 번호판 문자인식)

  • 차량 번호판 문자영상으로부터 여러 가지 특징 추출 방법을 조합하여 입력특징소를 재구성하고, 신경망을 이용하여 문자를 인식한다. 속도 개선을 위해 특별한 전처리 과정없이 이치화와 크기 정규화만을 수행한 후 그물망 방법과 BLT 방법, 정규화된 투영값 특정 방법을 조합하여 입력특징소를 구성한다. 본 연구에서는 숫자 인식에서 그물망 방법과 BLT 방법을 이용하여 잡음으로 인한 유사 문자의 오인식을 해결하였고, 문자 인식에서는 정규화된 투영값 특징을 이용하여 문자의 유형을 분류한 후 자소를 개별적으로 인식하였다. 이로써 모음 인식 경우에 중요한 역할을 하는 작은 획의 영역에 BLT 방법을 사용함으로 기존 연구에서의 모음 오인식 문제를 해결하였다.

  • 본 논문에서는 현재까지 도입된 세 가지 종류의 차량번호판의 구조적 특징을 파악하여 이를 구분하고, 반복레이블링기법을 이용하여 각각의 번호판에서 일련번호를 영역화하는 기법을 제안한다. 또한 차량번호판이 가지는 구조적인 특징을 이용하여 용도기호, 차종기초 및 지역명을 영역화하는 기법을 제안한다.

  • This research was verified detection way of intercept vehicles and performance evaluation after system installation using image detector as detection way of ground installation. By image recognition algorithm was on the trace of moving orbit of violation vehicles for detection way of intercept vehicles. When moving orbit is located special site, utilized geometric image calibration and DC-notch filter. These are cognitive system of license plate by making signal. Then, Bright Evidence Detection and Dark Evidence Detection were applied to after mixing. It is applied to way of Backward tracking for detection way of intercept vehicles. After the field evaluation of developed system, it should be analyzed the more high than recognition rate of minimum standards 80%. It should rise in the estimation of the site applicability is highly from now.

  • 깊은 신경망 모델을 이용한 차량 번호판 검출과 번호판 문자 인식 시스템을 제안한다. 차량 번호판 인식 시스템은 세 가지 종류의 깊은 신경망 모델로 구성된다. 기존의 영상처리 기반의 차량 번호판 검출과 문자 인식을 전부 신경망으로 대체함으로써 영상의 밝기, 회전, 왜곡 등의 변형에 강인한 성능을 얻을 수 있다. 차량 번호판 검출률은 99.3%, 문자 영역 검출률은 99%, 문자 인식률을 98.5%를 얻었다.

  • Maglev equipped with permanent magnets on the moving part can be levitated by the magnetic repulsion between Halbach array and conducting plate when this vehicle is running. This paper deals with the fundamental principles of the eddy-current magnetic repulsion system and the force characteristics to the change of the permanent magnet array and conduction bar.

A Study of the Characteristics for Simile Comprehension of Children with Mental Retardation (정신지체 아동의 직유 이해에 관한 연구)

  • The aim of the present study was to investigate a simile comprehension of children with and without mental retardation. Thirteen children with mental retardation and ten normal children with matched receptive vocabulary ability participated in the study. They were between five and eight years old in the age of receptive vocabulary. Fourteen picture plates were used and each plate consisted of three pictures. The findings were as fellows. First, children with mental retardation made significantly more errors than normal children in the comprehension of simile. Second, mental retarded children and normal children did not have a significant correlation between receptive vocabulary development and comprehension of simile. Finally, on simile interpretation type, children with mental retardation were likely to think a tenor into a vehicle because they failed to recognize the syntactic structure of simile, 'A is like B'. Thus, It is important to teach mental retarded children the syntactic structures of simile and to provide them with a variety of experience as well as to let them know an exact meaning of words.

  • It is necessary to investigate the welding performance and fracture resistance of welding part in structure. This study presented a most suitable condition of welding process for butt and lap joints by $CO_2$ arc welding which is widely used in the vehicle structure. Also it was conducted to tensile and fatigue test under various welding conditions. For butt and lap joints, the best conditions of welding voltage and current were 30V and 320A, respectively, in 3.2 and 4.5 mm thick steel plate. Under this condition it could be taken the highest tensile strength and fatigue strength, and a good bead appearance.

  • To predict vibrational energy density and intensity of complex structures in medium-to-high frequency ranges, Power Flow Finite Element Method(PFFEM) programs for the plate, beam and some coupled structural elements are developed at present. The vibration energy density and intensity of foreign vehicle is predicted successfully with FE full model of 60,000 DOF using the developed PFFEM program.

Sound Insulation Design of the Corrugated Steel Panel Considering Local Resonance (국부 공진을 고려한 주름강판의 차음 설계)

  • In a railway vehicle, corrugated steel panel is widely used for the floor structure because of its high bending stiffness and light weight. However, this panel shows lower sound insulation performance than that of the flat plate with the same weight. Especially, in a particular frequency region, transmission loss(TL) rapidly decreases and it results in the deterioration of sound insulation performance of the overall floor structure. This study identifies that the severe decrease in TL is caused from the local resonance of the periodic corrugated structure. TL decrease by local resonance is investigated by experiment and finite element analysis. Finally, design modification of the corrugation is proposed to improve TL and the effect is verified by experiment.

  • 이 모듈은 오픈소스인 Tesseract OCR 및 Open CV 라이브러리와 Raspberry Pi를 사용하여 저렴한 비용으로 구현합니다. 컴팩트한 사이즈로 사람이 직접 들고 움직이면서도 사용이 가능하며 사용자의 니즈에 따라서 한 곳에 위치하여도 사용 가능합니다. Open CV 라이브러리를 사용하여 이미지 이진화, 노이즈 필터링 후에 흑백 이미지를 만들고 윤곽선 검출 알고리즘을 통해서 번호판 영역을 추출하여 Tesseract OCR 엔진을 사용해서 차량 번호판이 추출된 이미지에서 차량 번호를 인식 합니다. 인식된 번호는 Tkinter 와 Python, 데이터베이스를 활용하여 구현된 GUI프로그램을 통해서 유료주차장(선불, 후불) 또는 아파트에서 사용할 수 있는 주차장 관리 서비스를 함께 제공합니다.
