  • To obtain the requirements of capability and analyze mission loads for weapon systems which are in process of development, Operational Mode Summary/Mission Profile(OMS/MP) should be documented in advance. In this paper, we have proposed a systematic and practical OMS/MP model processes of a weapon mounted combat vehicle for analyzing power and energy strategy. The wartime and peacetime OMS/MP of a hybrid wheeled combat vehicle which is mounted with an anti-tank guided weapon(ATGW) is also presented as its application.

  • With the development of autonomous driving technology, as the use of software in vehicles increases, the complexity of the system increases and the difficulty of development increases. Developments that meet ISO 26262 must be carried out to reduce the malfunctions that may occur in vehicles where the system is becoming more complex. ISO 26262 for the functional safety of the vehicle industry proposes to consider functional safety from the design stage to all stages of development. Specifically at the software level, the requirements to be complied with during development and the requirements to be complied with during verification are defined. However, it is not clearly expressed about specific design methods or development methods, and it is necessary to supplement development guidelines. The importance of analysis and verification of requirements is increasing due to the development of technology and the increase of system complexity. The vehicle industry must carry out developments that meet functional safety requirements while carrying out various development activities. We propose a process that reflects the perspective of system engineering to meet the smooth application and developmentrequirements of ISO 26262. In addition, the safety analysis/verification FMEA processforthe safety of the proposed ISO 26262 function was conducted based on the FCAS (Forward Collision Avoidance Assist System) function applied to autonomous vehicles and the results were confirmed.   • An embedded system is a computer system designed to perform one or a few dedicated functions often with real-time computing constraints. A traditional design process of embedded systems is the development of document-centric approach, and it is difficult to develop an embedded system efficiently because communication between teams or steps is not smooth. So the Model Based Design Process are applied to the development of embedded systems. This paper will compare the Model Based Design Process and the traditional design process, and introduce example of development of vehicle device applied the Model Based Design Process.

  • Maglev vehicles levitated and propelled by electromagnet as non-contact between vehicle and guide rail is environmentally friendly transport system which have many advantages like ride comfort and guide way construction costs. As a goal of commercial operation at Incheon International Airport in 2012, development of vehicle is underway and proto-vehicle is test running at KIMM. The maglev bogie system of proto-vehicle, like railway vehicle, has functions to support weight of vehicle, transfer force of brake and propulsion and improve ride comfort through insulation of vibration and improve curve negotiation capability. The main components of a bogie are two modules consisted of electromagnetic, frame and linear motor, two tie beams to connect two modules and steering system to improve curve negotiation capability. The purpose of this paper is to describe general specification, structure, manufacturing process, performance testing, ride comfort of proto-vehicle and bogie system.

  • The vehicle driving simulator expects vehicle motion with real-time simulation arise from driver's steering, accelerating, stopping and simulates motion of vehicl with visula, audio and washout algorithm. And it gives a vivid feeling to driver in reality. Vehicle driving simulator with vehicle integration control system is used for analysis of analysis of vehicle controllaility, steering capacity and safety in various pseudo environment alike. basides, it analyzeds vehicle safety factor dirver's reaction and promotes traffic safety without driver's own risks. The main proceduress of development of the vehicle driving simulator are classified by 3 parts. first the motion base system which can be generated by the motion queues, should be developed. Secondly, real-time vehicle software which can afford the vehicle dynamics, might be constructed. The third procedure is the integration of vehicle driing simulator which can be interconnected between visual systems with motion base. In this study, we are to study of the motion base for a vehicle driving simulator design and that of its real time control and using an extra gyro sensor and accelerometers to find a position and an orientatiion of the moving platform except for calculating forward kinematics. To drive the motion base, we use National Instruments corp's Labview software. Furthemore, we use analysis module for the vehicle motionand the washout algorithm module to consummate driving simulator, which can be driven by human in reality, so we are doing experimentally process about various vehicle motion conditon.

  • The main battlefield of 'made in China 2025' proposed by the Chinese government is the deep integration of industrialization and informatization, among which intelligent manufacturing and new energy vehicles are the key links. New energy vehicle refers to the use of unconventional automotive fuel as a power source (or use conventional automotive fuel, the use of new vehicle-mounted power plant), integrated vehicle power control and driving aspects of advanced technology, the formation of advanced technical principles, with new technology and the structure of the vehicle. BYD's success in the battery, I T and automobile industries has attracted the attention of the industry, making it a shining new star in the Chinese business community. BYD 's innovation, diversification and corporate culture construction have certain enlightenment to the development of China's small and medium-sized enterprises. Therefore, by looking at the Chinese network literature, about BYD's research mainly focused on the development strategy, corporate finance, corporate performance, and corporate marketing, etc. This paper will take BYD as the research object and focus on corporate culture. Through literature analysis and qualitative analysis, it will summarize and further analyze the unique corporate culture of BYD, its important role, and provide relevant theoretical references for the construction and development of corporate culture in other industries.

무기체계 획득시 WBS를 활용한 운용시험평가 항목 도출방법 개발 (A Deriving methodologies for OT&E items using WBS when acquiring a weapon system)

  • In general, similar or previous projects are mainly referred to in order to derive operational test and evaluation(OT&E) items after acquiring weapon system. The idea that a more systematic method is needed is spreading because some of OT&E items derived in this process are redundant or unnecessary. Therefore, in this topic, we plan to use WBS, a tool that classifies components into a hierarchical structure and manages development easily to achieve the weapon system development goal. In addition, the WBS tool is applied to the medium-sized standard vehicle project, which is currently being research and developed, to effectively derive OT&E items. As a result of deriving OT&E items by applying WBS to the vehicle development field and electric devices of the medium-sized standard vehicle project, the operability and relationship were judged early, and then contents of the evaluation items could be written substantially while working on environmental adaptability. In the future, it is judged that the efficiency will be increased if the method discussed in this paper is applied when deriving the OT&E items from the R&D development project.

  • 한국형발사체를 독자개발하기 위한 연구개발이 한국항공우주연구원을 중심으로 2010년 이후 수행 중에 있다. 발사대 장비 중 발사체고정장치는 발사체를 발사패드 위에 수직으로 기립시킨 후 발사체 하부를 고정하여 풍하중 등 외부 하중으로부터 발사체를 견고하게 고정하는 장치로, 발사체 1단 엔진 점화 후 발생된 추력이 발사체의 이륙중량을 초과되어 이륙이 시작하는 발사초기에 다른 지상장비들과 마찬가지로 발사체 이륙에 간섭이 되지 않도록 고정장치를 빠르게 해제 하여야 한다. 파이로밸브는 발사체고정장치를 구성하는 핵심 구성품의 하나로 발사체 단분리 장치 및 위성 분리장치 등에도 적용하는 유사기능부품으로 높은 신뢰도과 빠른 응답특성을 가져야 한다. 본 논문내용을 통해 발사체고정장치용 파이로밸브 개발과정과 한국형발사체에 대한 전반적인 이해의 폭을 넓히고자 한다.

자율주행자동차 전용 시트 모델 연구 (Seat Model Study for Autonomous Vehicle)

  • In the development of automated driving, interest in the interior parts of vehicle is to become more significant in terms of the occupant safety and comfort. This study proposed an optimal design of front seat according to the design requirements for frame stiffness and seat comfort. For the seat comfort, the appropriate foam thickness was obtained using the structural analysis under reclined occupant loadings. While the strength and stiffness analyses were performed to evaluate the seat frame structure. Topology optimization was carried out based on the simulation results and the derived optimal model and baseline seat design was updated. The conceptual seat design for the autonomous vehicle in this study showed that the model development process is appropriate for the design parameters in both frame stiffness and seat comfort.

Boundary Condition for Bare Chassis Brackets of the Commercial Vehicle

  • It is common for commercial vehicles to make the top part according to the use after making the bear chassis, and to connect various devices with the bear chassis. Various brackets used in bear chassis for the development of all automobiles, including commercial vehicles, play a role of connecting the components required for driving and operating the car to the car body. In commercial vehicles, components necessary for operation are installed in the bear chassis; that is, the bear chassis of commercial vehicles is a space where the devices required for driving and operating the vehicle are installed. The devices required for the configuration of the vehicle are drive, brake, exhaust and steering, etc. These devices are basically connected to the body, the front axis, or the rear axis. The part interlinking the apparatuses required for the vehicle drive to the car body or axis is bracket. In this study, we analyzed the boundary conditions to evaluate the stability of the three brackets that connect the components of the car to the front axis of the new type of 30-seater bus in the development process. In order to analyze the boundary conditions, the boundary conditions according to the driving condition of the vehicle were classified. For stress analysis to evaluate the stability of brackets according to the driving state of the vehicle, it is reasonable to give the bracket a boundary condition of harsh conditions.
