첨단 차량 안전관리장치 운영을 통한 물류 안전관리시스템 구현 (Realization of Logistics Safety Management System By Operating Advanced Vehicle Safety Management Device)

  • This study aims to provide a real-time information to the driver by effectively operating the advanced safety device attached to the freight vehicle, thereby minimizing insecure behavior of the driver such as speeding, rapid acceleration, sudden braking, And improve driving habits to prevent accidents and save energy. Advanced safety equipment is a device that warns the driver that the vehicle leaves the driving lane regardless of the intention of the driver and reduces the risk of traffic accidents by mitigating or avoiding collision by detecting a frontal collision during driving.The main contents of this report are as follows: In case of installing a warning device on a lane departing vehicle (excluding a light vehicle) and a lorry or special vehicle with a total weight exceeding 3.5 tonnes, the driver must continue to operate unless the driver releases the function.In addition, when the automatic emergency braking system is installed, the structure should be such that the braking device is operated automatically after warning the driver when the risk of collision with the running or stopped vehicle in the same direction is detected in front of the driving lane.

드론 영상의 차량 레이블링을 통한 간선도로 차간간격(GAP) 산정 (GAP Estimation on Arterial Road via Vehicle Labeling of Drone Image)

  • 본 연구에서는 기존 지점 및 구간 검지체계의 한계를 극복하기 위한 방편으로 드론 촬영영상을 활용하여 차량을 검지 및 레이블링 하고 이를 기반으로 도심부 간선도로상 차간간격을 산정하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 드론 영상 데이터 획득 시 적정 시간대, 위치, 고도를 선정하기 위하여 여러 조건하에서 촬영을 실시하여 최종 영상 데이터를 획득하였다. 다양한 영상분석기법 중 혼합 Gaussian, 영상 이진화, 모폴로지 기법을 적용시켜 차량을 검지하였고 칼만 필터를 적용하여 차량을 레이블링 하였다. 레이블링율 분석 결과 실제 차량 수 285대 중 185대를 검지함으로써 차량 레이블링율은 65%로 나타나는 것을 확인하였다. 차간간격은 픽셀 단위화를 통해 산정하였으며, 결과는 다음 지도와의 비교 분석을 통해 검증을 수행하였다. 검증 결과 차간간격 오차가 모두 5m 미만으로 나타났으며 평균 오차는 선행차량과의 차간간격은 1.67m, 후행차량과의 차간간격은 1.1m로 분석되었다. 본 연구에서 산출된 차간간격은 도심부 도로의 밀도, 서비스 수준 판단 기준 설정 등으로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

  • In this paper, A technique for detecting contact loss at the input power of a railway vehicle has been studied when the contact loss occurs in the feed system. The impedance of the actual railway line was applied to the modeling of the feed system, and modeling was performed based on the performance of the electric railway vehicle. The input voltage and current of the railway vehicle through modeling were analyzed by applying TEO and STFT signal processing technique.

  • The tracking system on the moving vehicle is made up of two parts. One is a stabilizer which is flatting the system against the moving vehicle, the other is a tracker which is tracking the target. This makes use of the geometric information of the tracking target and that utilizes the dynamic information of the moving vehicle equipping the tracking system. Especially the stabilizer is very important for an ocean vehicle affected by wave, wind, and current. In this paper, the stabilizer of sun tracking system for a ship is developed.

  • Electric vehicle use independent electricity of high voltage. if isolation of electricity is destructed, devices and people are considerably damaged. Therefore, detection of ground fault is necessary for electric vehicle. As the existing detection method of ground fault can not detect ground fault when isolation of both positive side and negative side of electricity is destructed, and change of voltage of electricity. This paper proposed detection method for ground fault of both two sides of electricity and change of voltage. The proposed method is verified by analysis of equivalent circuit.

  • Active safety vehicle devices are getting more attention recently. To prevent traffic accidents, the environment in front and even around the vehicle must be checked and monitored. In the present applications, mainly camera and radar based systems are used as sensing devices. Laser scanner, one of the sensing devices, has the advantage of obtaining accurate measurement of the distance and the geometric information about the objects in the field of view of the laser scanner. However, there is a problem that detecting object occluded by a foreground one is difficult. In this paper, criterions are proposed to manage this problem. Simulation is conducted by vehicle mounted the laser scanner and multiple-hypothesis algorithm tracks the candidate objects. We compare the running times as multi-hypothesis algorithm parameter varies.

  • This paper describes the fault detection and failsafe logic to be used in an Electronic Stability Program(ESP). The aim of this paper is to prevent of erroneous controls in the ESP. Developed this paper introduces the fault detection logic and evaluation of residual signals. The failsafe logic consists of four redundant sub-models, which can be used for detecting the faults in various sensors (yaw rate, lateral acceleration, steering wheel angle). We present two mathematical residual generation methods : one is a method using the average value and the other is a method using the minimum value of the each residual. We verified a failsafe logic developed using vehicle test results also we compare vehicle model based simulation results with test vehicle results.

  • This paper proposed a new type of vehicle detector using a MR sensor. and addressed detector's apparatuses and detecting algorithms. Proposed detector has been tested on a local highway between Mishiryong and Sokcho in Korea. Through extensive field tests, the outputs of the detector in response to various kinds of passing vehicles have been collected and analyzed. It is verified from the analyses that the outputs of the detector take on very different aspects with each vehicle, so that information on not only traffic count but vehicle types could be extracted from the outputs. And, with the proposed detector, traffic volumes on the two lanes in the tested region were measured and compared when both congested and clear traffic situations.

  • This paper presents a deep learning-based object detection method for recognizing vehicles in images acquired through cameras installed on ceiling of underground parking lot. First, we present an image enhancement method, which improves vehicle detection performance under dark lighting environment. Second, we present a new CNN-based multiscale classifiers for detecting vehicles in images acquired through cameras with fisheye lens. Experiments show that the presented vehicle detector has better performance than the conventional ones.

카메라 기반의 측후방 차량 검출 및 추적 방법 (A Method for Rear-side Vehicle Detection and Tracking with Vision System)

  • This paper contributes to development of a new method for detecting rear-side vehicles and estimating the positions for blind spot region or providing the lane change information by using vision systems. Because the real image acquired during car driving has a lot of information including the target vehicle and background image as well as the noises such as lighting and shading, it is hard to extract only the target vehicle against the background image with satisfied robustness. In this paper, the target vehicle has been detected by repetitive image processing such as sobel and morphological operations and a Kalman filter has been also designed to cancel the background image and prevent the misreading of the target image. The proposed method can get faster image processing and more robustness rather than the previous researches. Various experiments were performed on the highway driving situations to evaluate the performance of the proposed algorithm.
