온도변화를 고려한 고무엔진마운트의 동특성 변동성 해석 (Variability Analysis of Dynamic Characteristics in Rubber Engine Mounts Considering Temperature Variation)

  • Vehicle vibrations arise from engine and road surface excitations. The engine mount system of a passenger car sustains the engine weight and insulates the excitation force from the engine system. The dynamic properties of viscoelastic material used for the vehicle engine mounts have large variation due to environmental factors such as environmental temperature and humidity etc. The present study aims to investigate the variability of dynamic characteristics in rubber engine mounts considering both environmental temperature change and material model errors/uncertainty. The engine mounts for a passenger car were modeled using finite element method. Then, the dynamic stiffness variability of the engine mounts were estimated using Monte Carlo simulation method. In order to estimate the variations in the storage and loss moduli of the viscoelastic materials, the material properties of the synthetic rubber were expressed as a fractional-derivative model. Next, in order to simulate the uncertainty propagation of the dynamic stiffness for the engine mounts due to the storage and loss moduli variations, the Monte Carlo simulation was used. The Monte Carlo simulation results showed large variation of the engine-mount stiffness along frequency axis.

A study of the round Variation Design Brassiere Pattern

  • The purpose of this study is to develop the applied brassiere pattern of women which are fitting for 75A. The constructing of this experimental brassiere were lower cup, upper cup, front panel and U-wing as well as a full cup embcing the entire breasts. Basing on the bra model from domestic experiment results, development of an applied design, round side type pattern, has been suggested. Thus, suggesting the round variation design bra, which is an applied design based on the basic model based on the breast volume. Based on the sizes that are in reference to Size Korea (2004) and related previous researches, the basic model that has been experimented with 11.4% polyurethane and 88.6% Nylon as the materials, has been selected as the model of research. This takes 75A, the size of which is set according to the underbust circumference and the breasts circumference, as the basic model. It is an application in terms of design, and there is no change to the cup volume or size because it has been moved only from the cutting line. The applied design changes the right side of the lower cup into an easily-movable form and attaches it to the upper cup, and the lower cup takes the right part of the upper cup to form a cup shape of round variation design. It also changes basic straight form of the wings, and alters them into U-shape.

밝기 변화를 고려한 효율적인 장면전환 검출 알고리즘 (An Efficient Scene Change Detection Algorithm Considering Brightness Variation)

  • 디지털 미디어 데이터의 증가에 따라 디지털 미디어를 효과적으로 관리하고 사용하기 위하여 다양한 비디오 색인 및 비디오 시퀀스 정합을 위한 장면전환 검출 알고리즘이 제안되었다. 본 논문에서는 급격한 밝기 변화를 가지는 비디오 시퀀스에 대해서 효율적인 비디오 장면전환 검출 알고리즘을 제안한다. 급격한 밝기 변화를 고려한 비디오 색인의 정확도를 향상시키고 계산량을 줄이기 위해 제안한 알고리즘은 칼라 특성뿐만 아니라 에지 특성도 함께 사용하였으며 기존의 알고리즘에 비해 현저한 성능 향상을 보였다. 제안한 알고리즘은 먼저 칼라 히스토그램을 사용하여 후보 샷경계 지점을 추출하고 에지 정합과 밝기 보상을 이용하여 후보점들이 샷경계인지 밝기 변화인지를 결정한다. 장면내의 밝기 변화가 작은 경우 에지 정합과 밝기 보상은 샷경계에서만 일어난다. 실험 결과 제안한 방법은 기존의 방법에 비해 비슷한 계산량으로 현저히 향상된 성능과 효율을 보였다.

  • This paper introduces an active power dependent standard characteristic curve, Q(P) to compensate for voltage variations due to the output of distributed generation. This paper presents an efficient control method of grid-connected inverters by comparing and analyzing voltage variation magnitude and line loss according to the compensation method. Voltage variations are caused not only by active power, but also by the change of reactive power flowing in the line. In particular, the system is in a relatively remote place in a coastal area compared with existing power plants, so it is relatively weak and may not be suitable for voltage control. So, since it is very important to keep the voltage below the normal voltage limit within the specified inverter capacity and to minimize line loss due to the reactive power. we describe the active power dependent standard characteristic curve, Q(P) method and verify the magnitude of voltage variation by simulation. Finally, the characteristics of each control method and line loss are compared and analyzed.

토양이화학성(土壤理化學性)의 년차변화(年次變化)가 인삼수량(人蔘收量) 및 결주율(缺株率)에 미치는 영향(影響) (Yield and Missing Plant Rate of Panax ginseng Affected by the Annual Change in Physico-chemial Properties of Ginseng Cultivated Soil)

  • 인삼재배(人蔘栽培) 예정지(豫定地) 토양이화학성(土壤理化學性)과 관리후(管理後) 토양이화학성(土壤理化學性) 및 이식후(移植後) 본포(本圃)의 토양이화학성(土壤理化學性) 변화(變化)가 인삼수량(人參收量) 및 결주율(缺株率)에 미치는 영향(影響)을 변화량(變化量)과 변화율(變化率) 모형(模型)을 써서 산지조사의 수행자료(遂行資料)로 해석(解析)하였다. 1. 예정지(豫定地)에서 6년차(年次)까지 토양물리성(土壤物理性)의 연차간(年次間) 변화(變化)는 수분(水分)을 제외(除外)한 입단율(入團率), 공극률(孔隙率) 용적밀도(容積密度)가 유의성(有意性) 있는 변화(變化)가 있었고 토양화학성(土壤化學性)은 Mg을 녹외(綠外)한 전성분(全成分)이 유의성(有意性)있게 변화(變化)하였다. 2. 6연근(年根) 인삼수량(人蔘收量)과 연차간(年次間) 토양물리성(土壤物理性)은 유의성(有意性) 있는 정상관(正相關)이었고 결주율(缺株率)과는 유의부상관(有意負相關)이었다. 토양화학성(土壤化學性)의 연차간변화(年次間變化) 중에서 4년차(年次) 함류농도외(艦類濃度外)에는 유의성(有意性)이 없었다. 3. 6연근수량(年根收量)은 본포기(本圃期) 입단율(粒團率)의 변화량(變化量)과 정상관(正相關)이었고 예정지(豫定地)의 변화량(變化量) 및 변화율(變化率)과 수분변화량(水分變化量)과는 부상관(負相關)이었으며 결주율(缺株率)은 예정지공극률(豫定地孔隙率)의 변화양(變化量)과 부상관(負相關)이었고 예정지(豫定地) 입단변화율(粒團變化率) 및 본포기(本圃期) 수분변화율(水分變化率)과는 정상관(正相關)이었다. 4. 6연근수량(年根收量)과 토양물리성(土壤物理性) 상호간(相互間)의 다중상관(多重相關)을 보면 예정지(豫定地)의 공극률(孔隙率)이 크게 기여하며 입단율(粒團率)만을 볼 때는 본포기(本圃期) 변화량(變化量)의 기여도가 컸다.

패드 접촉강성 변화에 따른 FE스퀼해석법 및 실험 검증 (Investigation of Brake Squeal with Contact Stiffness Variation Using Experiment and FE Simulation)

  • 본 논문은 스퀼 시험을 통해 압력 변화에 의해 발생하는 스퀼 소음을 계측하고, 발생된 스퀼 소음을 FEM 복소수 고유치 해석으로 모드연성 불안정성을 구현하였다. FEM 해석에서 압력 변화에 따른 스퀼주파수 변화를 근사하기 위해서 접촉강성 변화에 의한 스퀼 민감도를 예측하고, 잠재적인 스퀼 모드를 유추하였다. 스퀼 실험 결과 1 kHz, 2.5 kHz, 3.5 kHz, 4 kHz 근방에서 스퀼 소음이 발생하였으며, 압력이 증가함에 따라 스퀼 주파수가 다소 증가되었다. FEM 해석 결과 접촉강성 변화에 따른 유사한 스퀼모드 및 민감도를 예측하였고, 해석시 접촉강성 변화가 스퀼실험에서의 압력증가 효과를 근사할 수 있음을 보였다.

  • A sensitivity analysis of the liquid rocket engine has been made. A mode analysis program is used to predict the performance change due to the variation of rocket engine operating environment. The propellant supply pressure and density are the major variables of the operating condition. The material properties of the turbine driving gas is assumed as the function of mixture ratio. The discrepancies of performance change between constant turbine driving gas properties and variable properties are greater for the case of fuel pump inlet pressure change than the oxidizer pump inlet pressure change.

Generating global warming scenarios with probability weighted resampling and its implication in precipitation with nonparametric weather generator

  • The complex climate system regarding human actions is well represented through global climate models (GCMs). The output from GCMs provides useful information about the rate and magnitude of future climate change. Especially, the temperature variable is most reliable among other GCM outputs. However, hydrological variables (e.g. precipitation) from GCM outputs for future climate change contain too high uncertainty to use in practice. Therefore, we propose a method that simulates temperature variable with increasing in a certain level (e.g. 0.5oC or 1.0oC increase) as a global warming scenario from observed data. In addition, a hydrometeorological variable can be simulated employing block-wise sampling technique associated with the temperature simulation. The proposed method was tested for assessing the future change of the seasonal precipitation in South Korea under global warming scenario. The results illustrate that the proposed method is a good alternative to levy the variation of hydrological variables under global warming condition.

설계변수의 공차를 고려한 구조물의 강건 최적설계 (Robust Structural Optimization Considering the Tolerances of Design Variables)

  • The optimization techniques have been applied to versatile engineering problems for reducing manufacturing cost and for automatic design. The deterministic approaches or op5imization neglect the effects on uncertainties of design variables. The uncertainties include variation or perturbation such as tolerance band. The optimum may be useless when the constraints considering worst cases of design variables can not be satisfied, which results from constraint variation. The variation of design variables can also give rise to drastic change of performances. The two issues are related to constraint feasibility and insensitive performance. Robust design suggested in the present study is developed to gain an optimum insensitive to variation on design variables within feasible region. The multiobjective function is composed to the mean and the standard deviation of original objective function, while the constraints are supplemented by adding penalty term to original constraints. This method has a advantage that the second derivatives of the constraints are not required. A mathematical problem and several standard problems for structural optimization are solved to check out the usefulness of the suggested method.

돔형 드로잉제품의 변화 거동에 관한 연구 (A study on the movement of deformation for the products of drawing which is shaped dom)

  • after using dom die, this sheet pressed from a variation condition of size, of die holder power,of rpm speed, accordingly the kind of material, the conditionof deformation movement between both sheets is analyzed, is investigated in the Press machine. even if the change quantity which formed raises a blank holder pressure, the change quantity which is special is not visible from the segment where there is not a bead, the segment where there is a bead to the other side does change quantity schedule to initially and the features of press holding power which the change quantity diminishes is showed consequently from pressurization change quantity it is visible but until a rupture territory from the rpm, it goes but the features where the change quantity does not change a lot is observationd, from the CR2-sheet the quality comes out though well but a possibility of getting a result under same conditions of AL-sheet does not become the formation which stands is. It is like that though press-die which uses the drawing-sheet it exchanges the sheets, when AL-sheet with doing, the conclusion for maintain which have a formation sincerity healthy characteristic is same with afterwords.
