본 연구에서는 사석, cube및 tetrapod를 대상으로 불규칙파를 적용하여 경사식방파제의 피복재 안정성에 대한 2차원 실험을 수행하였다. 파복재 중량산정식으로는 Hudson식과 van der Meer식을 대상으로 하였으며, Hudson식은 규칙파, van der Meer식은 불규칙파를 적용한 실험으로부터 얻어진 식이다. 본 연구의 목적은 실험결과를 이용하여 Hudson식과 van der Meer식을 비교 검토하는 것이다

Vancomycin-resistant Enterococci (VRE) are a leading cause of a nosocomial infection. While seven glycopeptide resistance genotypes have been found in Enterococci, vanA and vanB are the most common resistance genotypes. Aims of this study were to detect antibiotic susceptibilities of 23 Enterococcus spp, which broke out in a university hospital by the disk diffusion test, to investigate specific genes of vanA and vanB by conventional and real-time PCR. PCR for vanA and vanB was performed on 23 Enterococci, all 23 were positive for vanA type. This study reports the validation of a simple and rapid VRE detection method that can be easily incorporated into the daily routine of a clinical laboratory. Early detection of VRE strains, including those with susceptibility to Vancomycin, is of paramount clinical importance, as it allows a rapid initiation of strict infection control practices as well as a therapeutic guidance for a confirmed infection. The real-time PCR method is a rapid technique to detect vanA in Enterococci. It is simple and reliable for the rapid characterization of VRE.

본 논문에서는 통계학의 선형순위통계량(linear rank statistics)에 기초한 3가지 비모수 검정법 즉. Wilcoxon 검정법, Median 검정법 그리고 Van der Waerden 검정법을 이용하여 에지를 검출하고자 한다. 5$\times$5 윈도우상에서 중심픽셀의 에지여부는 에지-높이 모수(edge-height parameter)를 사용한 모형 하에서 두 영역간의 유의한 차이가 있는지를 검정함으로서 결정한다. 영상실험에서 통계적 방법들 간의 에지검출 성능은 에지맵(edge map)을 통한 정성적인 비교와 객관적인 척도 하에서 정량적인 비교를 통하여 분석하였다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to improve the FRP Van's durability by analyzing the problematic parameters, redesigning the rear van, and verifying the design drafts using the CAE analysis & Rig test. Methods: The collected data through the government quality inspection and field spot check were thoroughly analyzed through the characteristics diagram and the improvement suggestions were verified by performing CAE analysis, like the dynamic stiffness, Torsional stiffness, open/close condition's strength, Full car durability and Carrying out the actual test. Results: The results of this study are as follows; The output of CAE analysis shows that improvement suggestions have considerable effects on the reinforcement of FRP structure, and the actual torsion and open/close condition durability test prove that rear van may have durable life which is equivalent to vehicle life cycle. Conclusion: The structural weakness of KLTV's FRP rear van was overcome by applying the stiffener in rear van and changing the bonding method of each FRP pieces. That suggestions were proved using CAE analysis and Rig test.

The edges of an image hold much of the information in that image. The edges tell where objects are, their shape and size, and something about their texture. An edge is where the intensity of an image moves from a low value to a high value. We introduce the edge detection using the differential operator with Sobel operator and describe a nonparametric Wilcoxon test based on statistical hypothesis testing for the detection of edges. This paper proposes an efficient edge detection using Van der Waerden's statistic in original and noisy images. We use the threshold determined by specifying significance level a and an edge-height parameter. Comparison with our statistical test and Sobel operator shows that Van der Waerden method perform more effectively in both noisy and noise-free images.

The rubber materials are widely used in automobile industry due to their capability of a large amount of elastic deformation under a force. Current trend of design process requires prediction of functional properties of parts at early stage. The behavior of rubber material can be modeled using strain energy density function. In this study, five different strain energy density functions - Neo-Hookean model, Reduced Polynomial $2^{nd}$ model, Ogden $3^{rd}$ model, Arruda Boyce model and Van der Waals model - were used to estimate the behavior of carbon black added natural rubber under uniaxial load. Two kinds of tests - uniaxial tension test and biaxial tension test - were performed and used to correlate the coefficients of the strain energy density function. Numerical simulations were carried out using finite element analysis and compared with experimental results. Simulation revealed that Ogden $3^{rd}$ model predicted the behavior of carbon added natural rubber under uniaxial load regardless of experimental data selection for coefficient correlation. However, Reduced Polynomial $2^{nd}$, Ogden $3^{rd}$, and Van der Waals with uniaxial tension test and biaxial tension test data selected for coefficient correlation showed close estimation of behavior of biaxial tension test. Reduced Polynomial $2^{nd}$ model predicted the behavior of biaxial tension test most closely.

Outbreaks of vancomycin-resistant enterococci (VRE) are being reported more frequently in many countries. While seven glycopeptide resistance genotypes have been described in Enterococci, vanA and vanB are the most common resistance genotypes. The aim of this study was to detect antibiotic susceptibilities of 23 Enterococcus faecium strains, which caused an outbreak in a University hospital by a disk diffusion test to investigate the presence of the species specific gene, and the resistant genotypes, vanA and vanB by duplex PCR. PCR for vanA and vanB was performed on 23 enterococci. Twenty three were identified as E. faecium and were tested positive for the vanA genotype. This study will report on the validation of a simple and accurate VRE detection method that can be easily incorporated into the daily routine of a clinical laboratory. Early detection of VRE strains, including those with susceptibility to vancomycin, is of paramount clinical importance as it allows rapid initiation of strict infection control practices, as well as the therapeutic guidance for confirmed infections. The PCR method developed in the present study is simple and reliable for the rapid characterization of VRE.

We developed a novel immunochromatographic assay (ICA) (EZ-Step VanA rapid kit; Dinona, Korea) for the detection of VanA ligase from vancomycin-resistant enterococci (VRE). Of eight monoclonal antibodies screened by ELISAs, the VanA ligase ICA constructed with 1H9 plus 3G11 showed the greatest reactivity. The detection limit of the kit was $6.3{\times}10^6$ CFU per test. Of 127 vancomycin-resistant microorganisms, 100 vanA VRE were positive in the VanA ligase ICA, and 27 non-vanA vancomycin-resistant isolates were negative. These results were consistent with those of the PCR analyses. Thus, our ICA is a reliable and easy-to-use immunological assay for detecting VanA-producing VRE in clinical laboratories.

본 연구에서는 저가의 INS와 GPS 정보를 합성하여 고기동 환경에서 항체의 위치와 자세정보를 연속적으로 제공할 수 있는 약결합 방식의 통합 알고리즘을 구현하였고, 4S-Van에 장착된 이미지 센서의 위치와 자세결정 방법에 사용하였다. (D)GPS/INS 통합을 실시하기 전 IMU의 초기 정렬과정에서 방위각은 두 대의 GPS를 통해 결정하였으며 칼만 필터를 이용한 정밀정렬을 수행하였다. 통합 알고리즘의 성능평가를 위해 차량 테스트와 시뮬레이션 테스트를 병행하였다. 통합 결과 차량 시험을 기준으로 나타난 위치 오차는 직선도로에서 l0cm 내외의 정확도를 보이며 자세오차의 경우 시뮬레이션을 기준으로 롤각은 $0^{\circ}.01$, 피치각은 $0^{\circ}.03$, 요각은 $0^{\circ}.1$ 내외의 정확도를 보였다. 구현된 (D)GPS/INS 알고리즘은 기하보정 방법을 통해 이미지센서의 위치와 자세정보 제공자로서 활용될 수 있다. 따라서 4S-Van에 장착된 이미지 센서의 영상획득 시각에 대한 기하학적인 정보를 통해 지상의 건물이나 도로 시설물 등에 대한 3차원 공간 자료 구축이 가능하다고 보며, 구축된 정보를 통해 기존의 수치지도 갱신, 도로 시설물 관리, 비디오 GIS 데이터 베이스 구축 등에 대한 공간 자료 연계 및 응용에 활용할 계획이다.

본 논문에서는 잡음영상에서 효과적인 에지검출을 위해 이표본 위치문제(two-sample location Problem)에서 잘 알려진 선형 순위 검정법(linear raft test)인 Wilcoxon 검정법, Median 검정법 그리고 Van der Waerden 검정법을 적용하고자 한다. 에지 존재 유무는 에지-높이 모수(edge-height parameter)를 사용한 모형 하에서 인접한 두 개의 근방영역간의 평균 차이를 검정함으로서 통계적으로 결정한다. 여기서 근방영역의 크기와 형태는 에지검출을 위한 계산 속도와 에지방향을 고려하여 적응성 있게(adaptively) 결정하였다. 통계적 방법들의 에지검출 성능을 평가하기 위해 자연영상(natural images)과 인조영상(synthetic images) 그리고 잡음이 추가된 영상에 대해 실험을 실시하고 비교 분석하였다.
