  • The wall shear stress in the vicinity of end-to end anastomoses under steady flow conditions was measured using a flush-mounted hot-film anemometer(FMHFA) probe. The experimental measurements were in good agreement with numerical results except in flow with low Reynolds numbers. The wall shear stress increased proximal to the anastomosis in flow from the Penrose tubing (simulating an artery) to the PTFE: graft. In flow from the PTFE graft to the Penrose tubing, low wall shear stress was observed distal to the anastomosis. Abnormal distributions of wall shear stress in the vicinity of the anastomosis, resulting from the compliance mismatch between the graft and the host artery, might be an important factor of ANFH formation and the graft failure. The present study suggests a correlation between regions of the low wall shear stress and the development of anastomotic neointimal fibrous hyperplasia(ANPH) in end-to-end anastomoses. 30523 T00401030523 ^x Air pressure decay(APD) rate and ultrafiltration rate(UFR) tests were performed on new and saline rinsed dialyzers as well as those roused in patients several times. C-DAK 4000 (Cordis Dow) and CF IS-11 (Baxter Travenol) reused dialyzers obtained from the dialysis clinic were used in the present study. The new dialyzers exhibited a relatively flat APD, whereas saline rinsed and reused dialyzers showed considerable amount of decay. C-DAH dialyzers had a larger APD(11.70$\pm$1.32mmHg/min)compared to CF dialyzers(4.32$\pm$0.55mmHg/min)(p<0.05). However, there was no observable difference in the UFR between the two dialyzers. Neither APD nor UFR showed any significant increase with an increasing number of reuses for up to more than 20reuses. A substantial number of failures observed in APD(larger than 20mmHe/min)on the reused dialyzers(2 out of 40 CP and S out 26 C-DAK) were attributed to the Possible damage on the fibers. The CF 15-11 HFDs which failed APD test did not show changes in the UFR compared to normal dialyzers indicating that APD is a more sensitive test than UFR test to evaluate the integrity of the fibers. 30527 T00401030527 ^x For quantitative measurement of reflected light from a clinical diagnostic strip, a prototype old reflectance photometer was designed. The strip loader and cassette were made to obtain more accurate reflectance parameters. The kubelka-munk coefficient and reflection optical density were determined ar four different wavelengths(500, 550, 570 and 610nm) for blood glucose strip. Mice from both groups were irradialed for approximately 15 minutes at 100, 300, or 500 mW/cm2 with the argon (488nm/514.5 nm), dye(628nm) and gold vapor (pulsed 628 nm) laser light. A photosensitizer behaved as an added absorber. Under our experimental conditions, the presence of Photolfrin II increased surface temperature by at least 40% and the temperature rise due to 300 mW/cm2 irradiation exceeded values for hyperthermia. Light and temperature distributions with depth were estimated by a computer model. The model demonstrated the influence of wavelength on the thermal process and proved to be a valuable tool to investigate internal temperature rise. 30536 T00401030536 ^x We investigated the structural geometry of thirty-eight Korean femurs. The purpose of this study is to identify major geometrical differences between Korean femurs 3nd others that we believe belong to Caucasians so that we would be able to get insights into the femoral component design that fits Asians including Koreans. We utilized computerized tomography (CT) images of femurs extracted from cadavers. The CT images were transformed into bitmap data by using a film scanner, and then analyzed by using a commercially available software called Image v.1.0 and a Macintosh IIci computer.The resulting data were compared with already published data. The major results show that the geometry of the Korean femurs is significantly different from that of Caucasians: (1) the anteversion angle and the canal flare index are greater by the amount of approximately 8˚ and 0.5, respectively, (2) the shape of the isthmus cross section is more round, and (3) the distance between the teaser trochanter and the proximal border of the isthmus is shelter by about 15 mm. The results suggested that the femoral component suitable for Asians should be different from the currently-used components designed and manufactured mostly by European or American companies. 30537 T00401030537 ^x It is well known that nonlinear propagation characteristics of the wave in the tissue may give very useful information for the medical diagnoisis. In this paper, a new method to detect nonlinear propagation characteristics of the internal vibration in the tissue for the low frequency mechanical vibration by using bispectral analysis is proposed. In the method, low frequency vibration of f0( = 100Hz) is applied on the surface of the object, and the waveform of the internal vibration x (t) is measured from Doppler frequency modulation of silmultaneously transmitted probing ultrasonic waves. Then, the bispectra of the signal x (t) at the frequencies (f0, f0) and (f0, 2f0) are calculated to estimate the nonlinear propagation characteristics as their magnitude ratio, w here since bispectrum is free from the gaussian additive noise we can get the value with high S/N. Basic experimental system is constructed by using 3.0 MHz probing ultrasonic waves and the several experiments are carried out for some phantoms. Our department has developed an information system for routine hematology using down-sized computer system. The operating system and database management system were SCO UNIX and SCO foxbase, respectively. For program development, we used Xbase language provided by SCO foxbase. The C language was used for interface purpose. To make the system use friendly, pull-down menu was used. The system connected to our hospital information system via application program interface (API), so the information related to patient and request details is automatically transmitted to our computer. Our system interfaced with fwd complete blood count analyzers(Sysmex NE-8000 and Coulter STKS) for unidirectional data tansmission from analyzer to computer. The frame and leaflet of the polymer valve were made from polyurethane, To evaluate the hemodynamic performance of the polymer valve a comparative study of flow dynamics past a polymer valve and a St. Jude Medical prosthetic valve under physiological pulsatile flow conditions in vitro was made. Comparisons between the valves were made on the transvalvular pressure drop, regurgitation volume and maximum valve opening area. The polymer valve showed smaller regurgitation volume and transvalvular pressure drop compared to the mechanical valve at higher heart rate. The important parameters of this process are the conduction loss to laser power absorption (defined as the conduction-to-laser power parameter, Nk), the convection heat transfer at the surface to conduction loss (defined as Bi), dimensionless extinction coefficient (defined as Br.), and dimensionless irradiation time (defined as Fo). Dependence of Fo on Nk and Bi has been observed by experiment, and the results have been compared with the numerical results obtained by solving a 2-dimensional conduction equation. Fo and explosion depth (from the surface to the point of maximun temperature) are increased when Nk and Bi are increased.To find out the minimum laser power for explosive evaporative removal process, steady state analysis has been also made. Optimal stimulus parameters, which can minimize muscle fatigue and can achieve effective muscle contraction were determined in slow and fast muscles in Sprague-Dawley rats. Stimulus patterns of our stimulator were designed to simulate electromyographic activity monitored during locomotion of normal subjects. Muscle types of the lower extremity were classified according to their mechanical property of contraction, which are slow muscle (msoleus m.) and fast muscle (medial gastrocneminus m., rectus femoris m., vastus lateralis m.). Optimal parameters of electrical stimulation for slow muscles were 20 Hz, 0.2 ms square pulse. For fast muscle, 40 Hz, 0.3 ms square pulse was optimal to produce repeated contraction. Higher stimulus intensity was required when synergistic muscles were stimulated simultaneously than when they were stimulated individually. Electrical stimulation for each muscle was designed to generate bipedal locomotion, so that individual muscles alternate contraction and relaxation to simulate stance and swing phases. Portable electrical stimulator with 16 channels built in microprocessor was constructed and applied to paraplegic patients due to lumbar cord injury. Optimal stimulus parameters, which can minimize muscle fatigue and can achieve effective muscle contraction were determined in slow and fast muscles in Sprague-Dawley rats. Stimulus patterns of our stimulator were designed to simulate electromyographic activity monitored during locomotion of normal subjects. Muscle types of the lower extremity were classified according to their mechanical property of contraction, which are slow muscle (msoleus m.) and fast muscle (medial gastrocneminus m., rectus femoris m., vastus lateralis m.). Optimal parameters of electrical stimulation for slow muscles were 20 Hz, 0.2 ms square pulse. For fast muscle, 40 Hz, 0.3 ms square pulse was optimal to produce repeated contraction. Higher stimulus intensity was required when synergistic muscles were stimulated simultaneously than when they were stimulated individually. Electrical stimulation for each muscle was designed to generate bipedal locomotion, so that individual muscles alternate contraction and relaxation to simulate stance and swing phases. 90년대 중반 이후 시행한 감염성 심내막염의 중단기 수술 성적 (Short Term and Midterm Surgical Results for Infective Endocarditis - Does Wide Debridement and Reconstruction Affect the Post Operative Mortality and Morbidity?)

  • 배경: 조기진단과 적극적인 수술치료에도 불구하고 감염성 심내막염의 수술은 여전히 높은 사망률과 합병증을 보이고 있다 저자들은 감염성 심내막염으로 수술을 받은 환자들의 중단기 성적과 함께 원인균주에 따른 임상양상, 합병증과 수술사망의 위험인자, 특히 광범위 절제 및 심기 저부 재건술과 같은 보다 적극적인 수술법이 사망률과 이환율에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보기 위해 된 연구를 시행하였다. 대상 및 방법: 1995년 1월부터 2006년 6월까지 감염성 심내막염으로 진단되어 수술을 받은 79명의 성인 환자를 대상으로 시행하였다. 자가판막 심내막염이 63명이었고 인공판막 :감염은 16명이었다. 침범된 판막으로는 승모판 29예(36%), 대동맥판막 27예(34%), 승모판-대동맥판막 동시 침범 17예(21.5%) 삼첨판 3예, 폐동맥판막 3예였다. 균 동정이 안 되었던 경우가 27예(34.17%)였고 연쇄상 구균이 26예, 포도상 구균이 15예 기타 11예였다. 13예(16.5%)에서 판막 성형술을, 66예(82.9%) 에서 판막치환술을 시행하였는데 10예의 동종이식을 포함한 26예에서 조직판막이 사용되었고 40예에서는 금속판막이 사용되었다. 판막 성형 혹은 치환과 더불어 총 28예(35.4%)에서 대동맥 근부 치환 혹은 재건, 심기저부 재건, 농양배제술(abscess exclusion)과 같은 보다 더 침습적인 수술이 병행되었다. 결과: 조기사망은 4명(5.1%)이 심부전, 폐렴, 급성호흡부전 증후군, 범발성 혈관 내 응고장애로 사망하였으며, 2명이 외래관찰기간 중 만기 사망하였다. 2명에서 심내막염이 재발하여 2.6%의 재발률을 보였다. 포도상 구균에 의한 감염, 응급에 준하는 수술, 활동성 심내막염 상태에서 수술한 경우가 단일변량 분석에서 술 후 사망 및 주요 합병증 발생에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 감염조직의 광범위 절제 후 필수 불가결한 보다 더 침습적인 재건술 및 근부치환의 시행 여부는 술 후 사망률에 영향을 미치지 않았고 주요 조기 합병증의 발생과도 무관하였다(p=0.51). 배양 음성인 경우 사망 및 주요 합병증 발생에 영향을 미치지 않았고 침범하는 판막의 종류(인공판막 대 자기판막)도 통계적으로 유의성이 없었다. 걸론: 감염성 심내막염에 있어 수술 전 진단 및 내과적 치료 과정에 많은 주의를 기울여야 하며 수술의 적응증이 된다면 환자의 임상적 상태가 악화되기 전 시점에 외과적 치료가 이루어져야 술 후 결과가 향상될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. 침습적인 재건술이나 근부치환을 적용하더라도 술 후 사망률 및 주요 합병증 발생에 통계적 유의성을 보이지 않으므로 보다 적극적인 감염원의 제거와 해부학적 재건이 요구된다.

흉골 봉합 방법이 흉골 열개 및 감염에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Sternal Closure Method on Sternal Dehiscence With or Without Infection)

  • 배경: 수술 후 흉골 합병증을 유발하는 원인 인자들 중 흉골 봉합선의 견고성이 차지하는 비중은 매우 크다. 본 저자들은 흉골 봉합 방법에 따른 흉골 열개 및 감염의 발생빈도를 조사하여 합병증이 적은 가장 효과적인 흉골 봉합 방법을 찾고자 하였다. 대상 및 방법: 1995년 1월부터 1999년 7월까지 개심술을 받았던 환자들중 45세 이상의 환자 489예를 대상으로 하였다. 봉합 철사 6개로 단순 봉합을 한 159예, 흉골병에 2개의 단순 봉합 후 3개의 8자형 봉합을 한 119예, 각 늑간에 2개씩 10개의 단순 봉합한 150예, 단순 봉합과 8자형 봉합을 혼합하여 사용한 61예를 대상으로 하였다. 234예에서 판막수술을, 213예에서 관상동맥 우회술을 시행하였으며, 42예에서 그 외의 수술을 하였다. 결과: 총 12예(2.5%)에서 흉골 열개 및 감염의 합병증이 발생하였다. 수술 후 흉골 절개부의 합병증은 철사 6개를 이용한 단순 봉합 환자군의 3.1%(5/159)에서, 8자형 봉합 환자군의 3.4%(4/119)에서, 철사 10개를 이용한 겹치기 단순 봉합 환자군의 2.0%(3/150)에서 발생하였으며, 단순 봉합과 8자형 봉합을 혼합하여 사용한 환자 군에서는 합병증이 없었다(교차비에서 유의성은 없으나 다른 세 봉합방법에 대한 상대위험도에서는 유의성을 보임). 판막수술을 받은 환자군의 7예(3.0%), 관상동맥 우회술을 받은 환자군의 5예(2.3%)에서 흉골 합병증이 발생하여 수술 종류에 따른 흉골 감염의 차이는 없었으며, 당뇨병은 흉골 합병증의 독립적인 위험인자가 될 수 있었다(교차비 및 다량분석에서 p = 0.00). 결론: 흉골 봉합 때 단순 봉합과 8자 봉합의 혼합방법을 사용함으로써 흉골봉합이 용이하고 수술 후 흉골의 열개나 감염의 합병증을 줄일 수 있다고 생각된다. 비해 64.5 $\pm$ 4.6%, 63.8 : 4.4%로 유의하게 개선된 소견을 보였으나(P<0.05), ll, III군에서 reserpine 및 prazosin으로 전처치 조건을 차단한 V, Vl군은 동일한 재관류 시간이 경과한 후 developed pressure는 52.2 $\pm$ 5.2%, 49.8 $\pm$ 5.7%로 단위시간당 수축기 좌심실압의 회복율은 54.8 $\pm$ 5.1%, 53.3 $\pm$ 3.6%로 II, III군에 비해 유의한 회복율의 감소를 보였고 이러한 회복율은 I군에 비해 유의한 차가 없었다. 결론: 교감신경 $\alpha$-수용체 작용약물에 의한 약물학적 전처치는 재관류 후 심근기능 회복에 유익한 효과를 나타냈으며, 이러한 전처치 효과는 교감신경계 신경전달물질의 고갈이나 $\alpha$1-수용체 차단제에 의해 소멸되는 것으로 보아 전처치에 의한 심근보호효과는 교감신경계 전달물질 및 $\alpha$1-수용체를 통해 유도됨을 알 수 있다.380$\pm$71 mL, p=0.05).방 및 치료에 도움이 될 수 있는 물질을 개발할 가치가 있다고 사료된다을 공급한 대조구에 비해 높았다. 어미의 성 성숙 및 산란은 두 번의 실험에서 대조구보다 저염분구에서 원만히 이루어졌다. 암컷 성숙 개체의 경우 1차 실험은 대조구 6마리, 저염분구 12마리였으며, 2차 실험은 대조구 5마리, 저염분구 12마리였으며, 2차 실험은 대조구 5마리, 저염분구 14마리로서 성숙유도에 있어 염분의 조절에 의한 성숙이 이루어진 것을 알 수 있다. 산란 시기는 1차 실험에서 대조구나 저염분구의 산란 개시 시점이 거의

  • 본 연구의 목적은 인터넷이 발달함에 따라 최근 주목받고 있는 인터넷 영화산업의 공간적 분포와 입지적 특성을 파악하고, 인터넷 영화산업의 가치사슬과 인터넷 영화의 유통구조를 분석하고, 인터넷 영화 사업체들의 연계성과 이들의 공간적 집적화 현상을 파악하려는 것이다. 인터넷 영화산업은 영화 콘텐츠와 관련된 기술의 발달, 인터넷의 광대역화와 초고속통신망의 확충 및 영화 컨텐츠에 대한 수요 증가로 인해 급성장하고 있다. 우리나라 인터넷 영화산업의 74$\%$는 서울에 집중하고 있었으며, 서울에서도 강남구와 서초구 일부지역에 집적하고 있다 인터넷 영화산업의 입지선정에 영향을 준 중요한 요인으로는 동종$\cdot$유사업체의 근접성, 교통의 편리성, 장소의 지명도, 기술관련 업체와의 근접성 순으로 나타났다. 인터넷 영화산업은'콘텐츠 공급 $\rightarrow$ 콘텐츠 유통 $\rightarrow$ 서비스 공급'이라는 가치사슬로 이루어져 있자만, VOD판권 소유자, VOD판권 유통대행사, 서비스 공급자들이 가치사슬 전반에 참여하면서 매우 복잡한 유통구조를 형성하고 있다. 인터넷 영화사업체들은 인터넷 영화를 서비스하기 위해 영화 콘덴츠 제공업체 기술 $\cdot$ 운영지원업체, 주요 고객업체, 그리고 협력 $\cdot$ 제휴업체들과의 긴밀한 네트워킹을 구축하고 있으며, 이들은 국지적으로 집적하여 공식적, 비공식적인 모임을 통해서 시너지 효과를 창출하고 있다.

  • 체외순환을 이용한 개심술후 혈소판기능부전에 의한 비정상적인 출혈은 수술 사망율 및 이환율의 증가를 초래한다. 본 논문에서는 체외순환시 aprotinin을 투여하여 임상적 지혈 및 혈소판기능보존에 대한 효과를 관찰하기 위해 인공판막치 환술을 받은 40명의 환자를 대상으로 low-dose aprotinln 투여군 20명, 대조군 20명으로 나누어 그 효과를 비교 분석하였다. Aprotinin 투여군에서 대조군에 비해 약 40%의 출혈감소(622.0$\pm$ 186m1 versus 1021 $\pm$483.5ml, p<0.01) 및 약 63%의 혈색소 손실(14.7 $\pm$6.8g versus 39.7$\pm$ 16.4g, p<0.01)을 줄일 수 있었으며 약 70%의 수혈감 소(197.7$\pm$ 56.3ml versus 651.2 $\pm$ 147.5ml, p<0.01) 효과를 얻을 수 있었다. 또한 투여 군에서 혈소판 응집 능이 효과적으로 보존되었다(P<0.05). 체외순환중 activated clotting time이 투여 군에서 연장되어 heparin의 항응고작용에 대해 상승효과가 있었으며 aprotinin의 투여와 관련된 합병증은 없었다. 이상의 결과에서 체외순환을 이용한 개심술에 있어서 low-dose aprotinin의 투여는 술후 출혈량 및 혈 액과 혈액제제의 사용감소에 효과가 있으며 이는 혈소판응집능의 효과적 \ulcorner보존에 의한 것으로 사료된다.

체외순환에 의한 혈청 Magnesium의 변화 (The Effect of Cardiopulmonary Bypass on Serum Magnesium)

  • Alterations in the serum magnesium level were studied in twenty patients who had open-heart surgery during the period from August 1974 to May 1975. The patients were chosen at random. The operative procedures included repair for congenital heart diseases in fifteen patients and cardiac valve replacement for acquired valvular heart diseases in five patients. The age ranged from 8 to 46 years, with an average of 19 years. None of the patients had a history of gross neuromuscular abnormalities. Cardiopulmonary bypass was carried out using a roller pump and a disposable oxygenator. The prime solution consisted of 2 units of ACD banked blood and approximately an equal volume of non-blood additives in adults, while a relatively smaller volume was added in children. The average flow rate was 2,733 ml per minute. Blood samples for magnesium and arterial blood pH were obtained the day after admission 25 minutes after initiation of the bypass and on the morning the day after operation. Preoperative data were then compared with those obtained during the bypass and postoperatively by a paired test. During the bypass, the serum magnesium level decreased significantly from $1.425{\pm}0.029$ to $1.210{\pm}0.063mEq.$ liter (p<0.001). Also, there was a significant decrease in serum magnesium from $1.425{\pm}0.029$ preoperatively to $1.255{\pm}0.083mEq$. per liter (p<0.001). Also, there was a significant decrease in serum magnesium from $1.425{\pm}0.029$ preoperatively to $1.255{\pm}0.083mEq$. per liter postoperatively (p<0.01). The duration of bypass was less than 90 minutes in 10 patients (group A) and exceeded 90 minutes in the remaining 10 (group B). There was no statistical correlation between the groups A and B ($p{\gg}0.20$). Statistical analyses of the serum magnesium level and arterial blood pH showed no significant correlation with correlation coefficient; being -0.3485(pre-op), -0.2971(during bypass), and -0.1008(post-op), respectively. In all the patients, no gross neuromuscular abnormalities were found postoperatively. At present, the clinical significance of the serum magnesium level during and after bypass is controversial. In the near future, however, it is expected that improvements in prime solution and heart-lung machine will solve this problem.

인체기관지내의 입자펄스 확산 실험 (Dispersion of Particle Pulse in Human Lung Airway)

  • 세기관지의 구조와 이상유무의 신속 정확한 측정을 위해 세계적으로 활발히 연구되고 있는 에어로졸볼러스기법을 확립하기 위하여, 호흡과정 중 흡기에 공급된 입자펄스가 호흡의 진행에 따라 인체기관지내에서 대류분산된 결과로 호기중 입자농도의 증가된 분포폭을 측정하는 장치를 개발하고 이를 이용한 검증실험을 수행하였다. 개발된 장치는 인체에 무해한 sebacic acid를 이용하여 평균입경이 1 $\mu$m이고 기하표준편차가 1.2정도인 임자를 $10^{9}$개/cc 정도의 고농도로 발생하고, 솔레노이드밸브를 이용하여 호흡중의 원하는 시점에 정확히 짧은 펄스형태로 입자를 공급하며, 레이저광산란을 이용하여 흡기와 호기중의 입자농도의 시간변화를 측정한다. 흡기중의 농도분포는 매우 매끈한 분포를 보임으로써 발생장치와 측정장치의 정강작동은 잘 검증되었다. 농도의 시간변화 측정치로부터 계산된 분산도를 1차원 대류확산방정식 이론치 및 외국에서 보고된 실험결과와 비교한 격과, 입자도달깊이에 따른 분산도의 변화에 대한 정성적인 실험결과는 이론치와 상당히 잘 일치하고 기존의 결과보다도 견과의 산포가 개선되었다. 다만 아직도 산포가 상당히 남아있어 개선의 여지를 가지고 있으며, 외국 결과와의 분산도의 타이는 신체조건의 타이 등으로 파악되었다. 산포도의 개선을 위해서는 호흡시에, 특히 최고농도점 부근에서, 호흡유량이 일정하게 유지되어야만 불규칙 이차파형의 형성을 방지하여 측정결과의 해석에 오차를 줄일 수 있음을 확인하였다.

퇴비화과정 중 공기공급 여부가 가축분뇨 퇴비의 물리화학적 특성에 미치는 영향 (Effect of aeration on the physicochemical characteristics of livestock feces compost during composting period)

  • 축산업은 수질이나 토양오염 그리고 대기오염에 미칠 수 있는 영향으로 인해 관심의 대상이 되는 산업에 포함되어 있다. 가축분뇨가 환경오염원이 될 수 있는 것은 사실이다. 이러한 가축분뇨를 처리할 수 있는 최상의 방법은 가축분뇨를 적절한 방법으로 퇴비화 하여 유기성 비료로서 재활용하는 것이다. 따라서 본 연구는 몇가지 방법의 퇴비화 조건에서 가축분뇨의 퇴비화 특성을 조사하기 위하여 실시되었다. 각기 다른 정도의 공기를 함유하는 퇴비단들의 물리화학적 특성을 퇴비화 전기간에 걸쳐 조사하였다. 본 실험에서는 돼지분뇨를 톱밥과 혼합하여 110L 크기를 가진 실험실 규모의 플라스틱 재질의 용기들과 목재로 된 $1.5m^3$ 크기의 소형 사각용기에 충진한 후 60일 동안의 퇴비화를 수행하였다. 시험 전 기간 동안 공기펌프로 퇴비단에 공기를 공급하였고 주입 공기량은 유입부에 설치된 밸브로 조절하였다. 공기주입량은 각 용기들에 따라 20, 50, 100, 150, $200L/m^3/mim$ 수준으로 하였다. 퇴비화 기간 동안 발효 최고 온도는 $72^{\circ}C$까지 상승하였다. 퇴비화 20일째에 송풍 처리구의 퇴비단 표면에서 포집된 가스에서의 $H_2S$, $CH_3SH$, DMS 그리고 DMDS 농도는 29, 16, 6, 5ppb 이었고 무송풍구에서의 농도는 각각 32, 24, 15, 14ppb의 수준을 나타냈다.

SMART-ITL 1 계열 피동안전계통을 이용한 유동분사기 성능에 대한 실험연구 (An Experimental Study on Flow Distributor Performance with Single-Train Passive Safety System of SMART-ITL)

  • 노심보충탱크 상부에 설치되는 유동분사기 형상에 따른 냉각수 주입특성 및 탱크 내에서의 열수력 현상 변화를 파악하기 위한 안전주입배관 2인치 파단 소형냉각재상실사고(SBLOCA) 모의시험이 잔열 및 피동잔열제거계통(PRHRS) 모의 없이 수행되었다. 두 가지 형상의 유동분사기를 설치하고 수행한 각각의 시험은 거의 유사한 초기 및 경계조건에서 수행되었으며, 이로 인해 반복시험에 대한 재현성이 충족되었다고 판단된다. 시험결과는 유동분사기의 종류(본 시험에서는 구멍의 개수에 해당)에 관계없이 유사한 열수력학적 거동을 보였으며, 초기 주입유량 관점에서는 구멍의 개수가 2배인 B형이 A형에 비해 좀 더 우수한 주입 성능을 보였다. 노심보충탱크 격리 밸브가 개방된 후 압력평형배관을 통해 유입되는 고온의 원자로냉각재는 상부 헤더에서 상대적으로 저온인 $50^{\circ}C$ 물과 혼합되면서 증기 응축과 같은 상변화에 의한 압력 변동을 동반하는 다차원 열유동 현상을 일으키게 된다. 이로 인해 초반부 노심보충탱크 주입 유량은 상온운전 조건에서 보다는 작게 되고, 일정시간 경과 후에는 유사한 주입유량 특성을 보였다.
