두유 첨가에 따른 도토리식빵의 색도 및 조직감 특성 변화 (Changes in Color and Textural Properties of Acorn Bread According to Added Amount of Soymilk)

  • The objective of this study was to prepare acorn bread added with soymilk in order to improve its quality and develop the best possible recipe. The loaf volume, color, texture and sensory evaluation of acorn bread added with soymilk 10~40% were measured during the storage period. The L-value significantly decreased upon addition of 40% soymilk. A-value increased, but b-value decreased. During the storage period, the L- and a- values increased except 2 days at room temperature and 7 days in a freezer, whereas b-value decreased. For textural measurement, hardness, springiness, gumminess and brittleness increased significantly upon addition of soymilk. However cohesiveness decreased for 2 days of storage, whereas gumminess and brittleness for 1 day of storage at room temperature. Freezer storage for 1 day reduced cohesiveness, and gumminess for 4 and 7 days, respectively, and brittleness after all storage periods. The sensory evaluation showed that acorn bread added with soymilk 20% produced the best results in color and taste. The bitter aftertaste increased according to addition of soymilk with lower scores. Softness, chewiness and overall preference decreased significantly. Therefore, 10% soymilk addition got the best scores in aftertaste, softness, chewiness and overall acceptances.

통신산업의 국민경제적 파급효과 (The Spill-over Effect of the Production and Investment of Telecommunication Service Industry)

  • This paper tries to measure the spill-over effect of the production and investment of telecommunication service industry (hereafter telecommunication industry), using the most recent data of 2003 input-output tables. The results are summarized as follows. First, the industries which have the biggest spill-over effect from the production of telecommunication industry is miscellaneous business service (including the sale commission of telecommunication service), other engineering services (including royalty), and business consumption. Second, the production of telecommunication industry induces more value-added, and less production, less import, and less employment than related industries such as radio and television equipment, communications and broadcasting equipment, and computer and peripheral equipment. Third, while the investment of telecommunication service amounts to 15% of its production, the effect of the investment on production, value-added, consumption, and employment reaches 70% of that of its production. The policy implication of this paper is that the telecommunication industry contributes to overall economy mainly through its investment.

우리나라 화장품산업의 경제적 파급효과 분석 (An Analysis on the Economic Effects of the Korean Cosmetic Industry)

  • In these days, the interest on health industry is increasing around the world. This paper attempts to estimate the economic effects of the Cosmetic Industrydusing the Input-Output Analysis. Especially, 78*78 Sector Tables were used as the first analysis tool. So then, 79*79 Sector Tables adjusted were used for that industry. The main analysis tools of this study are comparing and analyzing backward and forward linkage effects, the induced effects of the self industry and other industries and the induced coefficients such as product, value-added, job and employment. According to the result of analysis, the cosmetic industry has great economic impacts which affects the major macroeconomic factors such as product, value added and backward linkage effect. And the induced effects of the self cosmetic industry are significant compared to other industries in aspects of product, value-added, and employment.

  • 인터넷은 도서관정보서비스에 가장 큰 영향을 미치고 있다. 본고는 인터넷의 개요과 인터넷정보자원을 활용하여 부가가치정보서비스를 개발한 사례를 살펴보았다. 전자메일을 통한 신착 정보서비스의 사례로서 미국워싱턴대학의 Zephyr, 독일 베링거맨하임사의 BM-SwetScan, 한국과학기술원의 Jcontents를, 웹기반 통합시스템으로서 미국의 HarperSource, Ei Village, IPL, 그리고 한국전자통신연구원의 ETLARS를 소개하였다. 인터넷정보자원을 탐색하여 평가하고 조직적으로 체계화하는 것이 큰 과제이다.

외국인 직접 투자(FDI)가 GVC 참여도와 수출 부가가치에 미치는 영향 (Foreign Direct Investment(FDI), GVC Participation and Trade in Value Added)

  • This study analyzes the effects of FDI on the global value chain (GVC) using participation and export value added using panel data from 2005 to 2016 for 63 countries. This study used the GLS method. Results are as follows: First, foreign direct investment had a positive impact on the global value chain (GVC) participation and export value added of non-OECD economies. Furthermore, tariff rates were more sensitive to non-OECD countries than OECD countries. In addition, logistics infrastructure had a negative impact on global value chain (GVC) participation and export value added, while developed countries, such as OECD countries, with good infrastructure, had a positive impact on non-OECD countries. Finally, research and development costs have been shown to play a very important role in non-OECD countries. This study found that various service sectors, such as research and development (R & D) as well as the general manufacturing industry, are expanding beyond two countries to form global value chains (GVC) in which several countries are connected from production to consumption.

부가가치 물류의 분석적 체계에 대한 연구 (A Study on Analytical Framework of Value Added Logistics throughout closed-loop logistics)

  • 부가가치는 기본적인 활동 외에 부가적으로 창출되는 가치를 의미하며, 이는 기업 경영의 핵심적인 목표일 것이다. 이처럼 부가가치 창출을 위해 국내외 기업들은 아웃소싱, M&A, 핵심역량 강화 등과 같은 다양한 활동을 추진하고 있다. 부가가치는 물류활동에 있어서도 중요하게 인식되고 있으며, 국내외 많은 물류기업들은 차별적인 부가가치 물류서비스 제공에 노력하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 기업의 물류환경 변화를 고려한 부가가치 물류를 "공장에서 생산된 제품을 소비자에게 전달하는 순방향 물류(Forward Logistics)와 소비자가 반품 배출한 제품을 서비스하거나 재활용하는 역방향 물류(Backward Logistics) 상에 일어나는 각 활동 주체들 간의 물류활동(보관, 포장, 하역, 수송, 정보)과 부가적인활동(단순가공, 조립, 라벨링 등)의 전이(reposition)와 재구축(reengineering)을 통해 전체 물류네트워크의 이익과 고객서비스를 향상시키는 활동"으로 정의하였다. 또한 부가가치 물류의 개념적 정의와 기업의 전략적 측면을 고려한 부가가치 물류의 분석적 체계를 제시하였다. 이것은 부가가치 물류가 창출될 수 있는 활동 영역을 상위의 공급망 계획과의 연관성, 순방향 물류와 역방향 물류, 취급 품목(상품, 재활용, 재활용품) 등을 고려하여 구분한 것이다. 그리고 물류네트워크 상에서 창출되는 부가가치를 도출하기 위하여 각 활동 주체들 간의 물류활동 흐름을 가치경로(Value Route)로 설명하였다. 이와 같은 가치경로를 통한 물류네트워크 상의 부가가치 활동과 기대효과를 몇몇 사례를 통해 제시하였다. 본 연구는 국내외 물류기업들의 경쟁력 이슈인 부가가치 물류에 대하여 정의하고, 부가가치 물류의 창출을 분석적 체계와 가치경로를 통해서 논리적으로 설명하였다. 그러나 부가가치 물류활동과 관련된 자료 수집이 용이하지 않아 역방향 물류를 포함한 부가가치 활동에 대한 정량적인 수치나 평가 기준 등을 제시하지 못한 연구의 한계가 있다. 향후, 부가가치 활동과 관련된 다양한 연구와 자료가 확보된다면, 물류네트워크 상에서 창출되는 부가가치 활동을 논리적으로 설명할 수 있는 부가가치 모델을 제시할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

충주지역의 기계류 산업동향 통계분석 (Statistical Analysis of Mechanical Parts Industry in Chungju Region)

  • The strategic industry in Chungbuk province is the electric and electronic related industry. In the Chnugju region, the trend of major industry have change from the electric and electronic related industry to mechanical parts and components related industry include manufacturing of automobile and transportation. In this paper, we perform statistical analysis using the micro data service provided by the Statistics Korea, The CAGR of the number of employee and value-added value in the electric and electronic related industry during past 7 years are -7.1% and -13.2%, respectively while the CAGR in the mechanical parts related industry are 14.4% and 22.9%, respectively. However, value-added value per value of shipment of the mechanical related industry is lower than that of the electric and electronic related industry.

도토리 우유식빵의 품질 특성 (Quality Characteristics of Acorn Bread added with Milk)

  • The aim of this study was to optimize the best recipe to make acorn bread containing milk as a functional food. The color value, textural, and sensory properties of the acorn bread added with 10~40% ratio of milk were measured to develop the best recipe. As a result, the L-value of color increased with the amount of milk added, but the a- and b-values decreased. As the textural measurement, the hardness increased with increasing milk added. Cohesiveness and springiness decreased, but the gumminess and brittleness increased with the addition of 20% milk, and decreased with further addition. The sensory evaluation revealed color, taste, and overall acceptances to have high scores at 20% addition of milk. Softness and chewiness were good at 10% addition. During the storage periods at room temperature, the L- and b-values increased with the addition of milk, whereas a-value decreased. In freezer storage, the L-value increased with milk content added, but the a- and b-values decreased during the storage periods. The textural properties increased during the storage at room temperature. The addition of milk decreased the cohesiveness and springiness, but the gumminess and brittleness increased significantly after one day storage. In freezer storage, all textural properties increased significantly during the storage periods, but the hardness decreased after two days storage. With the increasing amount of milk added increased the cohesiveness, springiness, and the gumminess except for four days, but decreased hardness and brittleness after two days storage. Therefore the addition of milk in acorn bread improved the textural properties significantly.

  • 국내 및 국외에서도 마찬가지로 전기설비 안전점검에 대한 부분이 발전된 정보통신 기술(IT: Information Technology)에 접목 시켜 실시간으로 서비스를 제공하는 추세에 있다. 전기설비와 관련된 전기안전 부가서비스의 활성화를 위한 방향과 새로운 고부가 비즈니스 사업 창출을 위해서 어떤 부분에서 개선 및 추가되어야 할 부분인지에 대하여 본 논문에서 조사하였다. 따라서 전력 부가 서비스의 활성화 방향에 대하여 실시간 원격 감시 시스템의 활성화 부분과 아크 차단기 도입의 필요성 및 관련 법 부분에 대해 조사 분석하였다.

  • This Study intends to analysis what 3 factors, which are indices of Capital, Labor and Distribution, really affect to Value-Added Productivity through Statistical Analysis. For this, We selected 12 indices of Value-Added from the edition of 'Annual report of Korean companies' published in 'Korea Investors Service., Inc', especially in parts of Chemicals and Chemical products of total 85 companies. Using this data, Multivariate Statistical Analysis such as Principal Component Analysis, Factor Analysis, Covariance Structure Analysis is taken for modeling the effect of 3 factor(Labor Productivity, Capital Productivity and the Index of Distribution) on Value-Added Productivity.
