가치흐름분석을 통한 건설자재의 공장화생산 타당성 검토 - 건축공사의 기계설비 공사를 중심으로 - (Feasibility Study in Construction Materials using Value Stream Analysis - Focused on Mechanical Works -)

  • 국내 기계설비공사는 현장내의 불필요한 자재 적치 및 현장가공으로 인하여 불필요한 인원과 시간이 소요되는 것으로 조사되었다. 이와 같은 기계설비공사의 작업흐름을 린 생산 원리를 적용하여 가치흐름을 분석하였다. 가치흐름분석(VSA)은 가치흐름맵핑(VSM)을 통하여 기존공법과 공장화생산 공법을 비교하여 낭비요소를 도출하였다. 그 결과 기존공법의 문제점과 공장화생산의 저해요소를 도출하였고 이에 대한 개선 방향에 대하여 제시하였다.

DEM으로부터 하천망 추출을 위한 흐름누적 임계값의 분석 (Analysis of Flowaccumulation Threshold Value to Extract Stream Network from DEM)

  • 지형은 강우시 유역의 유출반응을 결정하는 중요한 인자이다. 유역분석에서 하천망은 중요한 지형 매개변수이다. DEM격자 크기와 배수누적 행렬의 흐름누적 임계값은 격자 DEM를 이용하여 추출된 하천망에 영향을 미친다. 따라서 DEM에 의해서 추출된 하천망의 배수 밀도는 선택된 DEM 격자크기와 흐름누적 임계값에 따라 다양하다. 일반적으로 작은 흐름누적 임계값은 높은 배수밀도를 가지는 아주 세부적인 하천망을 만들어 내고, 큰 임계값은 조잡한 하천망을 만들어 낸다. 이 연구에서는 연구대상지역에서 총 하천길이가 각각의 DEM 격자크기에 대해 흐름누적 임계값을 계산하는데 이용되었다. 하천망은 흐름누적 임계값을 적용하여 각각의 DEM 격자크기에 대해 추출되었으며, 흐름누적 임계값과 각각의 DEM 격자크기에 연관성이 회귀방정식으로 도출되었다.

  • 국내 철근 콘크리트 공사는 철근현장가공조립을 주로 하고있는데 철근공사는 거푸집공사와 더불어 건축물의 구조적 안정성과 내구성 및 공기에 가장 큰 영향을 미치고 있는 공사이다. 이와 같은 철근현장가공조립의 프로세스를 린 생산원리를 적용하여 가치흐름분석을 하였다. 가치흐름분석은 가치분석과 가치흐름맵핑을 통해서 건설프로세스 상의 가치창출작업과 비 가치창출작업을 분석하였다 그 결과 비 가치창출 작업으로 인한 낭비로 많은 작업 단계와 인력, 장비, 자재, 시간 등이 낭비되고 있었다. 또한 밀어내기 생산(Push-driven Production)으로 과잉생산을 하는 등 생산의 낙후성이 조사되었다. 이러한 프로세스상의 문제점을 개선하기 위해 이 연구에서는 부가가치를 창출하는 가치창출 작업을 최대화하고, 비 가치창출작업을 최소화하여 낭비요소를 제거하는데 목적이 있다. 특히 진행간 재고를 최소화하여 흐름생산(Flow Production)과 당김생산(Pull-driven Production)이 될 수 있도록 하였다.

산지계류의 계절적 수온변동 특성 및 영향인자 분석 (Seasonal Variations of Stream Water Temperature and its Affecting Factors on Mountain Areas)

  • The objective of this study was to investigate mountain stream water and air temperatures, area, latitude, altitude, and forest coverage in headwater catchments located in Kangwon-do, Mid-eastern Korea from 2015 to 2017. Daily mean value of mountain stream water temperature was approximately $6^{\circ}C$ lower than the daily mean value of air temperature on the monitoring sites during the observation period. Monthly mean value of mountain stream water temperature increased with increasing monthly mean value of air temperature from May to August during the observation period. Seasonal variations of mountain stream water temperature were dependent on air temperature rising and falling periods. Correlation analysis was conducted on mountain stream water temperature to investigate its relationship with air temperature, area, latitude, altitude, and forest coverage of air temperature rising and falling periods. The correlation analysis showed that there exists a relationship (Correlation coefficient: -0.581 ~ 0.825; p<0.05), particularly the air temperature showed highest correlation with mountain stream water temperature. Regression equations could be developed due to contribution of air temperature to affect mountain stream water temperature (Correlation coefficient: 0.742 and 0.825; p<0.01). Therefore, a method using various parameters based on air temperature rising and falling periods, could be recommended for predicting mountain stream water temperature.

자유유동 난류강도가 터빈 캐스케이드내 3차원 난류유동 특성에 미치는 영향에 관한 전산해석 (Numerical Analysis on Effects of Free-Stream Turbulence Intensity on the Three-dimensional Turbulent Flow Characteristics in a Turbine Cascade)

  • The objective of this study is to determine the influence of free-stream turbulent intensity on the three-dimensional turbulent flow in a linear turbine cascade. The range of free-stream turbulence intensity considered is 0.7~10%. This study was performed numerically. The results show that the mass averaged loss coefficient increased according to the increase of free-stream turbulence intensity due to increased value of the mass averaged total pressure loss coefficient which was higher than the decreased value of the mass averaged secondary flow loss coefficient. The loss coefficient distribution was changed suddenly at a free-stream turbulence intensity of 10% while the loss coefficient distribution was rarely changed at a lower free-stream turbulence intensity of 5%.

보청천 유역의 평균조도계수 산정 (Estimation of Average Roughness Coefficients of Bocheong Stream Basin)

  • The roughness coefficients were estimated by the Manning's equation for the measured stage and flow velocity of Bocheong stream basin in Kum river. The relationships between the estimated roughness coefficients and the geomorphologic factors were formulated by the linear, logarithmic, exponential and power type function, thereafter correlation equations were presented. The correlation analysis was performed between the measured stream length and the basin area of Bocheong stream basin by the linear, logarithmic, exponential and power type function, and correlation equation for the stream length was given. The roughness coefficient has strong correlationship with stream slope, but low correlation coefficients with stream length and basin area. For the correlationship with the roughness coefficients and the stream slope, the logarithmic type function has the smallest correlation coefficient, on the other hand, the exponential type function has the largest correlation coefficient. For the relationship between the stream length and the basin area, the correlation coefficient of the logarithmic type function shows the smallest value, linear type function shows the largest value.

농촌마을 소하천변 식생복원을 위한 자생식물 선정에 관한 연구 (Research on the Utilization of the Native Plants in Restoration of Stream-Side in Rural Areas)

  • Recently, management and restoration efforts using the plants promote the disturbed habitats such as a set-asides or field boundaries. But, side effects are coming out because of using the exotic plants in restoration process. This study was conducted to select the native plant species used for restoration through the vegetation survey and plant community analysis at small stream-side in rural villages. We surveyed at two small stream-sides in open field and high land area in 2005 as a case study. Total 126 species was found at small stream side in open field area. As the result of important value' calculation, Persicaria thunbergii 23.0%, Humulus japonicus 18.6%, Phragmites communis 4.4%, Bromus japonicus 4.2%, and Rosa multiflora 3.4% were in the order of important value. Total 92 species were found at small stream side in high land area. As the result of important value' calculation, Dactylis glomerata 16.1%, Artemisia princeps var. orientalis 11.0%, Persicaria thunbergii 10.9%, Humulus japonicus 9.3%, Phragmites japonica 5.2% and Phragmites communis 3.5% were in the order of important value. We selected some plant species to use in restoration after due consideration of problems of exotic plant and high coverage and density species, and ecological process; Persicaria thunberii, Phragmites communis, Bromus japonicus, Rosa multiflora, Equisetum arvense, Digtaria sanguinalis, Impatiens textori, and Artemisia princeps var. orientalis in open field stream-side, and Artemisia princeps var. orientalis, Persicaria thunbergii, Phragmites japonica, Phragmites communis, Artemisia selengensis, Panicum bisulcatum, Rorippa indica, and Equisetum arvense at hghland stream-side. We will verify the selected native plants and plan the utilization of the native plants in restoration at stream-side in rural village.

  • 국내 공동주택의 건축공사에서 주로 사용되고 있는 철근콘크리트 벽식구조에서 거푸집공사는 공기에 큰 영향을 미치는 공사이다. 건설선진국에 비해 긴 공정사이클을 갖고 있는 국내 골조공사의 실정을 감안한다면 거푸집공사에 대한 개선이 시급하다 볼 수 있다. 이에 대해 골조공사의 공기단축 및 원가절감을 위한 노력이 마감공사와 연계하여 이루어진다면 더욱 효과적일 것이므로, 공정개선의 노력은 골조공사와 마감공사의 연계를 통한 공종의 통합 및 낭비의 제거를 통해 이루어져야 할 것이다. 본 연구에서는 국내 건설현장의 사례조사를 통해 거푸집공사와 마감공사의 프로세스에서의 공정개선을 슬래브 골조공사를 중심으로 프로세스에 존재하는 비 가치창출작업을 파악하고 가치흐름분석을 통해 세분화되어 있는 공종을 통합하여 시간, 비용의 절감의 효과를 분석하였다. 또한 슬래브공사의 흐름생산을 유도하기 위한 공정개선 방안을 통하여 공기단축과 원가절감의 효과를 제시하였다.

Effect of Thermal Discharge from Semiconductor Factory into Stream on Freshwater Fish

  • The study was conducted in Manu-stream, located in Paju, Gyeonggi-do, from January 2021 to December 2021. The survey points were selected in the upper and lower streams based on where thermal discharged to investigate water temperature and fish species and biological community analysis and growth rate were analyzed. The average annual water temperature difference between the upper and lower stream is about 11.0℃, and in the case of the lower stream area, the water temperature is maintained at 20.0℃ or more per year. Fish that appeared during the survey period decreased lower stream compared to the upper stream, which is believed to be the result of a decrease in temperature-sensitive species as the simple riverbed structure and water temperature increased compared to the upper stream. As a result of biological community analysis, it showed a relatively stable community state at the upper stream. The growth rate of fish has a high regression coefficient b value in lower streams throughout the four seasons. It showed relatively good growth lower stream, with a high water temperature. However, the results of each survey point are similar from season to season. The indicator species is a resistant intermediate species, and the range of resistance to water temperature is wide, so it is judged that water temperature's effect on the indicator species' growth is low.

회귀분석에 의한 TOC 농도 추정 - 오수천 유역을 대상으로 - (Application of Regression Analysis Model to TOC Concentration Estimation - Osu Stream Watershed -)

  • The objective of this study is to evaluate and analyze Osu stream watershed water environment system. The data were collected from January 2009 to December 2011 including water temperature, pH, DO, EC, BOD, COD, TOC, SS, T-N, T-P and discharge. The data were used for principle component analysis and factor analysis. The results are as followes. The primary factors obtained from both the principal component analysis and the factor analysis were BOD, COD, TOC, SS and T-P. Once principal component analysis and factor analysis have been performed with the collected data and then the results will be applied to both simple regression model and multiple regression model. The regression model was developed into case 1 using concentrations of water quality parameters and case 2 using delivery loads. The value of the coefficient of determination on case 1 fell between 0.629 and 0.866; this was lower than case 2 value which fell between 0.946 and 0.998. Therefore, case 2 model would be a reliable choice.The coefficient of determination between the estimated figure using data which was developed to the regression model in 2012 and the actual measurement value was over 0.6, overall. It can be safely deduced that the correlation value between the two findings was high. The same model can be applied to get TOC concentrations in future.
