팔당호 수질개선에 대한 소비자 지불의사액 추정 (Estimation of WTP for Water Quality Improvements in Paldang Reservoir Using Contingent Valuation)

  • The water quality of Paldang reservoir now grades the third class water based on COD criterion, meaning that it is no longer suitable for drinking. This study attempted to estimate the economic value of water quality improvement in Paldang reservoir using CVM. The survey used payment card format to measure the willingness to pay of the questionnaire respondents for the improvement of water quality and also factors that affect the WTP. The survey showed that men rather than women, those had higher income and paid more water supply charges, those who lived in the area for a shorter period of time, those who do not use city water for drinking, had willingness to pay more. The WTP was estimated 4,952 to 5,497 won on a monthly average. The economic value of the improvement of the water quality of Paldang reservoir was estimated between 344.2~382.1 billion won on an annual basis.

  • This paper presents the method of ROL(Rate Of Loading) improvement for the Motor Operated Gate Valve operated in high differential pressure condition. ROL is one of the most important evaluation parameters for the valve ability. It is close to correlation in stem factor (SF) and appears different value by the differential pressure of fluid. ROL and SF are analyzed by the static test and dynamic test. The obtained result show that the modification of stem factor is very important factor for the ROL improvement. In order to obtain the same value of SF between static and dynamic test, stem and stem nut should be combined appropriately by the repetition test.

  • Customers want to have more convenient and comfortable vehicle. Motor-on-caliper EPB(Electrical Parking Brake) System is one of the new systems for customer's convenience. It is applied for Midsize vehicle for reducing weight/price compared to cable puller type EPB. In this paper we studied sound quality improvement of motor-on-caliper EPB system. We developed the sound quality index and suggested the interior sound quality target value. To meet the target value cascading target was also suggested. EPB motor vibration level & sound radiation level, vibro-acoustic transfer function level from EPB to interior was defined. To find out effective way of sound quality improvement and find cascading target, TPA(Transfer Path Analysis) was carried out.

  • 본 논문은 LCD 모니터 상에서 영상 향상을 위한 콘트라스트 제어방식을 제안하였다. 제안한 방식은 입력되는 필드 혹은 프레임 중에서 화소의 최대 값과 최소 값을 판별하고 이를 이용하여 화면의 개선 정도를 결정한다. 필드 또는 프레임의 메모리가 필요하지 않고, 기존의 방식에 비해 하드웨어 구성이 간단하여 실시간 처리를 요하는 분야에 쉽게 적용 가능하다 또한 입력되는 콘트라스 영역의 가중치 값을 변화시킴으로써 콘트라스트 제어가 가능하다 제안한 방법은 콘트라스트 제어 알고리즘과 룩업 테이블을 이용한 영상의 모드에 따라선택적으로 가중치 기울기를 구간별로 달리하여 개선된 영상을 얻는다. 제안한 다계조 콘트라스트 제어 방식을 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션을 통하여 검증하였으며, 시뮬레이션을 통해 영상을 확인하였다.

기술거래플랫폼 서비스 개선방안에 대한 연구 (A Study on Service Improvement Plan of Technology Trade Platform)

  • Purpose - The domestic technology trading market is composed of a technology trading platform with the participation of technology trading institutions. The institution that operates the technology trading platform provides various support for technology transaction. The purpose of this study is to suggest improvement plans through analysis of the services provided by the technology trading platform. Design/methodology/approach - TA model was built based on existing research and the importance and satisfaction of each evaluation item of the model were identified through the hierarchical analysis process and expert opinion gathering. Then importance-satisfaction correlation analysis was applied. Findings - As a result of analyzing the importance of the technology trading platform, supply technology information, technology value evaluation, and demand technology information are in order. Technology marketing and demand technology information are areas that require focus management and there are differences according to experience and low-skilled people suggest the need to improve technology value evaluation service. Research implications or Originality - This study is significant in that it evaluated the operational performance of a technology trading platform that had not been addressed for 15 years and suggested improvement measures. Initially a series of technology transaction processes such as technology value evaluation technology matching and technology commercialization support were expanded from simple information on previous technology and this study includes these changes.

中国IP电影的现状及改善方案研究 (A Study on the Current Status and Improvement Plan of Chinese IP Movies)

  • 随着互联网公司进军电影产业, 中国的IP电影迅速发展, 并给电影市场带来巨大的商业利益。通过互联网数据, 新媒体等技术, 改变电影制作, 营销和收益模式, 形成新的产业链。本论文试图诊断中国IP电影热潮的现象, 并得出其意义和启示。为此, 选出了不同类型的代表事例来研究存在的问题和相应的改善方案。事例选定了现在IP电影改编中最受瞩目的小说, 漫画, 音乐等3个类型中的代表性作品《悟空传》, 《快把我哥带走》, 《同桌的你》。研究结果显示, 中国的IP电影存在统一化严重, 剧本创作能力不足, 版权等问题。为此, 提出了构建IP版权交易平台, 加强IP创作, 推进IP产业价值链等改善方案。希望通过这项研究进一步完善和推动中国IP电影市场的发展, 打造属于中国IP电影的价值链品牌。

기업 규모 및 수출입 수준에 따른 제조업종별 연구개발투자의 고용 및 성장성 분석 (Analysis of R&D, Employment and Growth by Manufacturing Sector, Size and Export Value)

  • The growth and employment effects of R&D investment were analyzed according to business size, export value and manufacturing sectors so as to suggest improvement directions for effective industry policies. The effect of R&D investment was considered simultaneously from the two perspectives of growth and employment effect, and the causality analysis was carried out by using a path analysis. The result of the path analysis confirmed significant differences in the growth effect of R&D investment depending on business size. However, the effect of increasing employment was difficult to obtain statistically significant results for any various combinations of business size and export value. This is a mixture of directions for the effects of R&D investment on employment, which could be due to the failure to consider appropriate time lags between investment and effect. Efficiency analysis by industry sectors confirmed significant differences in efficiency depending on business size, but differences depending on export value were difficult to identify. In order to derive improvement policy by industry sector according to business size and export value, the direction of selective support policy and universal support policy was derived for six industry groups by combining the return to scale in the efficiency analysis and R&D concentration. Hirschman-Herfindahl index is used for calculating R&D concentration.

  • 도심지 건축공사가 증가하고 있는 우리나라에서 작업공간의 부족 및 자재의 적시공급에 대한 문제는 반드시 해결해야 할 과제이다. 이 중에서도 주택건설에 있어 가장 큰 비중을 차지하고 있는 아파트 시공의 경우, 초고층화로 골조공사의 중요성과 함께 친환경적 공법과 합리적 공정개선 및 원가절감을 구현할 새로운 공법이 요구되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 국내 건설현장의 사례조사를 통해 슬래브 거푸집공사와 마감공사의 프로세스에서 불필요한 요소를 최소화하고자 공업화 자재를 활용한 (골조-마감공사)통합공법을 제시한다 가치흐름분석기법(Value Stream Mapping)을 활용하여 기존 프로세스에서의 비 가치 창출작업을 가치창출작업에 통합시키거나 제거하여 슬래브 공사 내에서 공기 및 투입인력의 절감 가능성을 확인하고, 공기단축과 원가절감 효과를 측정하였다. 이와 같이 공업화 자재의 활용으로 현장작업에 따른 변이를 최소화하여 공정의 안정성 및 공정계획의 신뢰성을 확보 등 공정의 합리화를 구현하고자 한다.

  • The effort to measure and improve the quality of healthcare is a common health policy issue worldwide. Korean Value Incentive Programme is one of that effort, but some concerns exist. Compared to pay for performance program in other countries, it measures healthcare quality with relatively narrow performance domain using a small number of clinical indicators. It was designed without involving hospitals and other key stakeholder, and program participation was mandated. Highest and lowest performers get bonus and penalty using relative ranking. As a suggestion for development, the direction for quality management at the national level should be given first. Therefore the philosophy or strategy for quality improvement should be reflected to the program. And various domains and indicators of healthcare quality should be developed with active communication with healthcare providers. The evaluation method is necessary to be changed to provide achievable goal to the healthcare providers and attract quality improvement.

Impact Fracture Characteristics on Fabricating Process of $Nb/MoSi_2$ Laminate Composite (I)

  • [ $Nb/MoSi_2$ ]laminate composites have been successfully fabricated by hot pressing in a graphite mould. Lamination of Nb foil and $MoSi_2$ layer showed a sufficient improvement in the absorbed impact energy compared to that of monolithic $MoSi_2$ material. The impact value of $Nb/MoSi_2$ laminate composites obviously is reduced when sintered at temperatures higher than 1523K, even if the composite density contributing to impact load increased along with fabricating temperatures. Impact value of laminate composites was also drastically decreased with the growth of reaction layer after the heat treatment. However, it was effective to increase the pressure at the same sintering temperature for the improvement of the impact value.
