Various studies and business investments have been performed on UAV in the field of spatial information industry, and it is judged that this industry has being evolved into an expansion stage as a legalization progresses. In addition, public institutions such as Korea Land and Geospatial Information Corporation, Korea Expressway Corporation, and Korea Land and Housing Corporation which have relatively much utilized spatial information work have entered into the stage of settling with active introduction for reasons of work efficiency and business management. However, surveying drones are still classified as expensive equipment, which is a burden on general business application and technology popularization. Moreover, the stabilization of reliability of various location information acquired from UAV is a part of ongoing research and supplementation. Therefore, in this study, to use image information acquired from low-cost UAV as reliable spatial information data, the flight altitude was changed and compared with the result of double transverse flight with conventional photographing technique. As a result, there was no change in the result value at low altitude, but the result showed more than 30% accuracy and accuracy improvement for the X, Y value at the altitude of 130m or higher than the conventional method.

Multiplex is a representative culture facility of citizens. Therefore, a lot of researches and investment on multiplex are carried out to improve benefits of service suppliers and users. Especially, focused on main services of a theatre such as ticket booking and issuing within multiplex, examination of tickets, admission information of movie screens and screening information inquiry, improvement activities are carried out. However, it is not enough to evaluate on what efficiency the above efforts have in the viewpoint of customer benefits and business. Therefore, this study analyzed value and limit of the newest service of multiplex applying the existing ubiquitous concept(u-multiplex service), and proposed a model and a plan for improving the existing services. The study interviewed with specialists in the related field and applied workshop-shape group interview to 110 university students and simulated service models. The contribution of the study is to analyze the value and limit of the existing multiplex service objectively, and to propose a new service model and plan to improve its limitation. In the future, the study plans to research on service models by extending space and functional roles of multiplex to the whole subsidiary facilities including movie screens.

As the modern-day Apartment Complex has varied community facilities such as health care center and self-improvement institutions affecting the residents' quality of life, this paper is for the in-depth understanding on how such Exterior Space vary and development plan should go. To be specific, this paper is to, based upon the theoretical contemplation on the concept and role of the Exterior Space to Apartment Complex, as well as drawing a conclusion on the development plan for subject areas as assessed. Subject areas of this paper are a total of twelve Apartment Complexes built since Year 2005 in nine different regions in Seoul. As such specialties and features as leisure of the senior citizen and female residents, the subject Apartment Complexes have provided opportunities, active and inactive, to the residents for leisure by qualitative improvement of facilities, as well as establishing the discrete brand value for the Exterior Space with featured design and spatial properties. Also notable is the eco-friendliness of the Exterior Space with cutting-edge technology, eventually appreciating the value of Apartment Complex.

The high-solid coatings were prepared by blending the synthesized acrylic resin in the previous paper and hexamethylene diisocyanate-trimer and curing it at room temperature. The characterization of the films of the prepared coatings was performed. The impact resistance, $60^{\circ}C$ specular gloss, cross-hatch adhension, and heat resistance of the films proved to be good, and the pencil hardness and drying time proved to be slightly poor. Especially, there was a remarkable improvement in the heat resistance. This improvement may stem from the regular arrangement of ethyl groups introduced into the acrylic resin. From a viscoelastic measurement using a rigid-body pendulum, curing was accelerated with the $T_g$ value. With the increase in $T_g$, log damp value was lowered and dynamic viscoelasic $T_g$ of a cured film was increased.

The authority and reputation of a medical journal is based on the number of received citations. Korean Medical Citation Index [KoMCI] provides information about citations of Korean medical journals since 2002. All six issues of KoMCI [from 2000 to 2005] were used for analysis. Citations, impact factor, and their changes were evaluated. We compared the data of Journal of Korean Neurosurgical Society[JKNS] with other Korean medical journals. The impact factor[IF] of 2005 maintained increased value since 2004, although the impact factor excluding self citation[ZIF] returned previous low value. Improvement in proportion of Korean citations and in proportions of non-self received citations were encouraging changes. Although there were some improvements, the status of JKNS with respect to ZIF is still behind other Korean medical journals selected for comparison. Improvement of the status of JKNS by aid of KoMCI and enhanced reputation of KoMCI by its positive influence on JKNS or other Korean medical journals will be beneficial to members and medical societies of Korea.

Objective : The authors investigated the changes of cortical sensorimotor activity in functional MRI (fMRI) and functional recovery in spinal cord injury (SCI) patients who had been treated by bone marrow cell transplantation. Methods : Nineteen patients with SCI were included in this study; ten patients with clinical improvement and nine without. The cortical sensorimotor activations were studied using the proprioceptive stimulation during the fMRI. Results : Diagnostic accuracy of fMRI with neurological improvement was 70.0% and 44.4% for sensitivity and specificity, respectively. Signal activation in the ipsilateral motor cortex in fMRI was commonly observed in the clinically neurological improved group (p-value=0.002). Signal activation in the contralateral temporal lobe and basal ganglia was more commonly found in the neurological unimproved group (p-value<0.001). Signal activation in other locations was not statistically different. Conclusion : In patients with SCI, activation patterns of fMRI between patients with neurologic recovery and those without varied. Such plasticity should be considered in evaluating SCI interventions based on behavioral and neurological measurements.

We present a performance improvement of Binary CDMA by flattening the correlation values. A Binary CDMA system, in which multi-leveled transmission signal of multi-code CDMA is clipped into a binary value, is cost-efficient since the strict linearity of the power amplifier is relieved. However, a loss of orthogonality among user channels due to the clipping causes the correlation values at the receiver to have a random distribution. If the correlation value for even a single channel goes too low, the average BER drops considerably. We developed a method of correlation flattening, where the binary chip pattern at the transmitter is adjusted so that the correlation values have averaged magnitude. Experimental results on several spreading codes show that the correlation flattening method increases the number of available channels at reduced BER.

Generally, a study of web caching is conducted on a performance improvement with structural approaches and a new hybrid method using existing methods, and studies on caching method itself. And existing analysis of reference-characteristic are conducted on a history analysis and a preference of users, a view point of data mining by log analysis. In this study, we analyze the reference-characteristic of web object on a view point of a characteristic of probability-distribution and a mean value of lifetime of a web-object. And using this result, we propose the new method for a performance improvement of a web-caching.

Since the reformation of the National Health Insurance Act in 2000, the Health Insurance Review and Assessment Service (HIRA) in the Republic of Korea has performed quality assessments for healthcare providers. The HIRA Value Incentive Program (VIP), established in July 2007, provides incentives for excellent-quality institutions and disincentives for poorquality ones. The program is implemented based on data collected between July 2007 and December 2009. The goal of the VIP is to improve the overall quality of care and decrease the quality gaps among healthcare institutions. Thus far, the VIP has targeted acute myocardial infarction (AMI) and Caesarian section (C-section) care. The incentives and disincentives awarded to the hospitals by their composite quality scores of the AMI and C-section scores. The results of the VIP showed continuous and marked improvement in the composite quality scores of the AMI and C-section measures between 2007 and 2010. With the demonstrated success of the VIP project, the Ministry of Health and Welfare expanded the program in 2011 to include general hospitals. The HIRA VIP was deemed applicable to the Korean healthcare system, but before it can be expanded further, the program must overcome several major concerns, as follows: inclusion of resource use measures, rigorous evaluation of impact, application of the VIP to the changing payment system, and expansion of the VIP to primary care clinics.

The rapid development of communication equipment and information processing technology has led to a constant improvement in cordless communication. Lithium ion batteries used in cellular phones and laptop computers, in particular, have been in the forefront of the above revolution. These batteries use high value added raw materials and have a high and stable energy output and are increasingly coming into common use. The development of the material for the negative terminal has led to an improvement in the quality and efficiency of the batteries, whereas a reduction in the cost of the battery by researching new materials for the positive anode has become a research theme by itself. These long life batteries, it is being increasingly realized, can have value added to them by recycling. Research is increasingly being done on recycling the aluminum case and the load casing for the negative diode.
