DNA 기술의 발달로 얻어진 대량의 유전자 정보를 손쉽게 이상 값을 가진 유전자의 정확한 분류와 진단을 할 수 있는 방법인 Microarray 기술에 대한 기대가 커지고 있다. 정확한 분류를 하기 위해서는 추출된 유전자에 들어 있는 많은 잡음 즉 이상 값을 가진 유전자만을 추출할 필요가 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 세 가지 dataset에 대해 기존 연구방법의 여러 가지 유전자 추출 방법을 조사하고 Matlab으로 구현한 진화프로그램을 이용하여 새로운 데이터의 분류방법과 모델링 방법을 제안한다.

This paper discussed micro - structure of skin concrete to understand transport properties from surface and seek thickness from surface which is seriously influenced on durability. Concrete at nearer surface has high porosity relative to inner concrete. The porosity of concrete and ISAT value at region from surface to 20 mm depth is decreased with depth. On the other hand, according to the result of ASTM C 1202 with specimen thickness, critical depth which affects fast ionic penetration through interfacial transition zone (ITZ) equals 35mm and the critical depth would be directly influenced by the effects of ITZ on chloride diffusion unrelated with W/C ratio.

Risk assessment is useful tool making good decisions on the risks of certain hazardous com-pound and suggests safe margin through scientific process using toxicological data, statistical tool, exposure value and relevant variants. The goal of risk management is to protect the public health from hazardous compound based on result of risk assessment having reality. For the suggestion of exact man-aging information, risk assessment must be designed to represent a "plausible estimate" of the exposure to the individuals and to minimize uncertainty. Risk assessment methodology and knowledge are expected to change more rapidly than before and up-to-date methodology should be applied in regulatory aspects through the Agency. For the useful application of risk assessment, the communication between the risk assessor and the risk manager is needed before the initiation of the risk assessment and upon its completion. Generally, the risk assessment itself as a practical tool in the regulatory decision making process would be regarded with social economic impact.ic impact.

Internet banner advertisement has become recognized as an important media, and its influence has been increasing. The merits of Internet banner advertisement are diversity and consumer immersion. Especially, by using various types and visual expression methods, the automobile Internet banner advertisement has evolved into what attracts curiosity and interest of potential consumers. Thus, to find efficient communication method for automobile Internet banner advertisement, this study, by comprehensively analyzing various advertisement methods in previous researches, suggested an advertisement type and a visual expression method suitable to automobile Internet banner advertisement. Four types of automobile Internet banner advertisement are production form, production purpose, expression form, and advertisement area. Four visual expression methods are action form, image, change form, and moving form. And, through case analysis, this study also examined the value of the newly suggested method.

Using the computer simulation method, we invest19ate the probability distribution of maximum eigenvalue of pair-wise comparison matrix, which has been used as a parameter for measuring the consistency of responses in analytic hierarchy process (AHP). We show that the shape of the distribution of the maximum eigenvalue is different according to the dimension of the matrix. In addition, we cannot find any evidence that the distribution of the Consistency Index is a Normal distribution, which has been claimed in the Previous literature. Accordingly, we suggest using so called K-index calcu1ated based on the concept of cumulative distribution function lather than based on that of arithmetic mean because the probabilistic distribution cannot be assumed to be a Normal distribution. We interpret the simulation results by comparing them with the suggestion of Saaty[11]. Our results show that using Saaty＇s value could be too generous when the dimension of the matrix is 3 and strict over 4. Finally, we propose new criteria for measuring the response consistency in AHP.

In view of the problem of the invalidity of the incentive mechanism of the ecological subsidies, which is due to the information asymmetry between the government's supervision and the enterprise endeavor to fulfill their ecological responsibilities, this paper attempts to analyze the supervision of ecological subsidies based on the Principal-agent Model. Two conclusions are drawn: firstly, the government's supervision regarding the effect of the enterprises' fulfilling the ecological responsibilities can significantly reduce the information asymmetry; secondly, the government's incentive strength and the enterprises' endeavor level of fulfilling the ecological responsibilities are both improving the surveillance dynamics. Here is the suggestion: with the increasing of the surveillance dynamics of the government and the transparency of the enterprises' fulfilling the ecological responsibilities, the government should meanwhile increase the subsidies incentive strength, therefore, to promote the effort level of the enterprises' fulfilling the ecological responsibilities to approach to the Pareto optimal value.

In this study, it enforced DMT test, CPTu test, laboratory consolidation test, because it estimated stress history of Gwangyang port marine clay. Through DMT test obtained Horizontal stress index($K_D$), predicted overconsolidation ratio by $K_D$. To compare empirical equation with laboratory consolidation test and CPTu test calculated OCR examined application. The result, Powell & Uglow(1988) method underestimated OCR value in comparison with Suggestion. Comparatively Byeon wi yong(2004) and Chang(1991) method seem to exactly predict in-situ stress states. Sugawara(1988) method of CPTu test seems to underestimate OCR.

The purpose of this study was to make new suggestions for the production of high value-added, fashion goods by reviewing and synthesizing the design of dress shirts. (Ed-I've combined paragraphs here) For this study, 1491 photographs on the dress shirts were collected for analysis from men's collection$(2001\sim2006)$. Concerning the actual characteristics of men's fashion design, the following conclusions were obtained from the analysis of the dress shirts of men's collection. (Ed-I've combined paragraphs here) First, feminine ornaments such as frill, pin tuck, and embroidery can be seen in men's dress shirts and men's sexuality has changed into a softer men's image. Second, asymmetry balance using detachability are expressed in the collars, sleeves, and plackets of men's dress shirts. Third, in a very novel suggestion, a combination of two items was designed in a dress shirt and variant shirt forms were created. Fourth, formal style is mainly shown in men's shirts and the traditional classic is increasingly becoming emphasized recently

This paper analyses the results of a survey questionnaire which is made for logistics service providers in Shanghai, China. Based on 177 valid providers' responses, the study results show that the logistics industry of China consists mainly of small and medium-sized companies. Furthermore, most of the logistics companies are highly capable of providing traditional logistics services and lack of the capability to provide other value-added logistics services. Their self-assessments indicate that they generally perform well in different types of performance measures. This study indicates that the market for 3PL services in China has a reasonable potential for further development, though 3PL practices are still at a nascent stage in China. This paper presents full details and implications of the results of the survey and then tries to provide some helpful suggestion for the development of Chinese logistics companies.

The serviceability design of the high-rise building is affected by the wind response vibration such as the acceleration, at this time it is important to calculate the natural frequency correctly. Since the suggestion equation of the natural frequency being used in the design phase is not the regression equation obtained from the vibration measurement of the high-rise building, the verification to use for the serviceability design of the high-rise building is necessary. This thesis conducted an ambient vibration measuring on the high-rise building through the mobile-phone application to calculate the natural frequency and suggested a natural frequency approximate expression following the building's height, and compared with the domestic/foreign standard and the result of the eigen-value analysis.
