저자들은 출생 직후부터 심한 혈변과 구토 증상을 보인 신생아의 위액과 변에서 아메바를 확인하여 자궁 내에서 감염된 것으로 판단되는 신생아 아메바증을 경험하고 치료하였기에 문헌 고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다.

The objective of this study is to suggest DARE (Decision Alternative Ratio Evaluation) Method, which is usually using in VE(Value Engineering), as one of the evaluating alternatives techniques, especially deciding location. The process of solving location problem consists of 4 stages which are Data gathering and Confirming check list, Design of evaluating methodology, Evaluating, and Conclusion. In second stage which is the most important one among those, DARE method is adopted to solve location problem as a objective and scientific technique. The members who are participated workshop extremely agree to whole procedure of methodology and also their own conclusion through Workshop. This case study shows DARE method fits with select optimal location.

There are some studies about user's participation to reflect their desire and value on the planning of house by this time. These were constitution of unit space focused on the apartments, which is mostly theoretical. In architectural planning process, it takes time for continuous discussion and revision between architects and users. Also changes of plan must of necessity be so because of in or outside conditions. So, user's participation has its meaning that they take part in each step and portion of process faithfully on whole architectural processes. In this case, tenants of single houses were decided and they already buy building site and lay out rules jointly. With this circumstance I've researched a kind of test the reflection on various desires and its acceptance in each steps through completion of a construction work, which is based on their participation.

저자는 한약 복용, 침을 이용한 저주파 전기자극 치료, 이침요법, 부항요법, 행동수정요법, 식이 및 운동지도 등을 중심으로 한 기존의 비만 치료 방법으로 체중 및 체지방 감소를 시도했으나 실패한 경험이 있는 환자를 대상으로 새로운 치료 기술인 약주요법을 위주로 한 프로그램을 적용하여 체중, 체지방률, 복부비만도 등의 지표에서 좋은 경과를 보였으며 기존의 치료에 비해 치료 만족도가 높았던 증례를 경험하였기에 보고하는 바이다.

The Quality Assurance System proposed in this study is based on the functional deployment of quality, which is an integration of the FAST(Functional Analysis System Techique) in VE(Value Engineering) and the Quality Development Method of TQC(Total Quality Control). The proposed Quality Function Deployment is proved to be an efficient tool for the consistent management of quality Assurance in every stages of product life cycle. The purpose of this study is therefore to develop practical and systematic methods for quality assurance activities, so as to satisfy the consumer's needs at the most economic level. To verify the feasibility of this approch, a case study is performed.

상악전치부파절은 원인과 연령에 따라 다양한 임상 증상을 가지고 있습니다. 대부분 환자분들은 응급상황으로 내원하기 때문에 평소에 정확한 진단 기준을 가지고 환자를 치료한다면 심미적이고 기능적으로 만족스러운 결과를 얻을 수 있을 것입니다. 다른 부위보다 조심스러운 상악전치부파절치 치료 과정을, 제가 전에 치료했던 케이스로 한번 살펴보려고 합니다. 제가 치료한 케이스가 정답이 될 수는 없지만, 임상에서 유사한 증례를 치료하게 된다면 도움이 될 수 있기를 바랍니다.

The Vocational Rehabilitation Center Expansion Project, with a budget of 15.3 billion KRW, transformed an existing facility into a more eco-friendly, user-friendly, and publicly accessible space. The project involved expanding the building from a basement and two above-ground floors to a basement and six above-ground floors, addressing the shortage of facilities for people with disabilities while promoting eco-friendliness. Design concepts included eco-friendly MASS, improvements to the existing building, social adaptability, and user-centric evacuation measures. Value Engineering (VE) and technical reviews led to proposals for cost reduction and functionality enhancement. Completed in September 2019, the project, renamed "Se-um Center," now hosts seven disability welfare facilities, serving as a vital infrastructure improving the lives of individuals with disabilities in the local community.

This study focus on shaft box facade, special form of box window construction. It consists of a system of box window with continuous vertical shafts that extend over a number of stories to create a stack effect. The subject building was decided by analyzing various types of exiting apartments. Shaft box type balcony was devised by setting up shaft space at a part of balcony. Air flow and indoor air temperature were simulated, performance of shaft box type balcony was compared with existing types using VE computer simulation program. Research consequence can be summarized as follow: 1) In the case of existing types, the change of window opening rate has only a little effect on the improvement of indoor temperature. But, air flow rate increased two times in the case that changed opening rate 20% to 40% 2) In the case of existing types, the growth of air flow rate has little effect on the improvement of indoor temperature. But, shaft box type represented the remarkable effect on the improvement of indoor temperature as well as the growth of air flow rate.

Objectives Generally speaking, we could've not been used moxibustion to Soyangin. But we thought what matters is that which point is chosen, not that what method is chosen. So we had a case of moxibustion at Ki1 for a Soyangin patient with insomnia Methods We managed a patient with insomnia after intracranial hemorrhage. He had been undergone conservative therapy, herb medicine, acupuncture, sedatives. 20 days after admission we started to do moxibustion at both Ki 1 point(湧泉). We used artemisia and, the method was direct form. Results The duration and the quality of sleep of the patient was improved. After 10 days, he could sleep for 5 hours. Accompanied symptoms, as mentality, urination, and defication, was also improved. Conclusions From this case we could accept the efficacy of moxibustion at Ki 1 for Soyangin patient suffering from insomnia.

수도건설사업은 공용이후단계에서 소요되는 운영${\cdot}$유지관리비용 중에서 기계설비 및 관로시설이 대부분을 차지하는 대표적인 플랜트시설로 구성되므로 일반적인 토목시설물의 LCC모델과 차별화되어야 할 것이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 수도건설사업에 적합하도록 비용분류구조를 제시하고 이에 따라 수도시설 LCC분석 모델을 개발하였다. 설계VE 활동시 기초가 되는 설계VA의 절차를 실무활용도 측면을 고려하여 개선된 설계VA절차를 제시하였다. 제시된 설계VA 절차와 LCC분석모델을 사용하여 실제 건설사업의 설계VE활동에 있어 송수관로의 적정 선형 선정에 적용하였다. 제안된 수도건설사업의 설계VA모델은 향후 수도건설사업의 경제적${\cdot}$가치혁신적 대안선정과 유지관리비 예산 추정 및 적정예산 배정에 매우 유용하게 활용될 수 있을 것이다.
