Text mining (TM) is most widely used to process the various unstructured text documents and process the data present in the various domains. The other name for text mining is text classification. This domain is most popular in many domains such as movie reviews, product reviews on various E-commerce websites, sentiment analysis, topic modeling and cyber bullying on social media messages. Cyber-bullying is the type of abusing someone with the insulting language. Personal abusing, sexual harassment, other types of abusing come under cyber-bullying. Several existing systems are developed to detect the bullying words based on their situation in the social networking sites (SNS). SNS becomes platform for bully someone. In this paper, An Enhanced text mining approach is developed by using Ensemble Algorithm (ETMA) to solve several problems in traditional algorithms and improve the accuracy, processing time and quality of the result. ETMA is the algorithm used to analyze the bullying text within the social networking sites (SNS) such as facebook, twitter etc. The ETMA is applied on synthetic dataset collected from various data a source which consists of 5k messages belongs to bullying and non-bullying. The performance is analyzed by showing Precision, Recall, F1-Score and Accuracy.

A diketo-type ligand was synthesized by the Knoevenagel condensation reaction of thiophene-2-aldehyde with acetylacetone, subsequently its transition metal complexes with Cu(II), Ni(II), and Co(II) chlorides were also prepared. All the complexes were characterized by various physico-chemical methods. The molar conductivity data reveals ionic nature for the complexes. The electronic spectrum and the EPR values suggest square planar geometry for the Cu(II) ion. Interaction of the Cu(II) complex with CTDNA (calf thymus DNA) was studied by absorption spectral method and cyclic voltammetry. The $k_{obs}$ values versus [DNA] gave a linear plot suggesting psuedo-first order reaction kinetics. The cyclic voltammogram of the Cu(II) complex reveals a quasi-reversible wave attributed to Cu(II)/Cu(I) redox couple for one electron transfer with $E_{1/2}$ values -0.240 V and -0.194 V. respectively. On addition of CTDNA, there is a shift in the $E_{1/2}$ values 168 mV and 18 mV respectively and decrease in Ep values. The shift in $E_{1/2}$ values in the presence of CTDNA suggests strong binding of Cu(II) complex to the CTDNA.

In group-oriented applications, it is often required to verify a group of signatures/messages. The individual verification of signed messages in such applications comes at a high cost in terms of computations and time. To improve computational efficiency and to speed up the verification process, a batch verification technique is a good alternative to individual verification. Such a technique is useful in many real-world applications, such as mail servers, e-commerce, banking transactions, and so on. In this work, we propose a new, efficient identity-based signature (IDS) scheme supporting batch verifications. We prove that the proposed IDS scheme and its various types of batch verifications is tightly related to the Computational Diffie.Hellman problem under a random oracle paradigm. We compare the efficiency of the proposed scheme with related schemes that support batch verifications.

In order to investigate the electrical properties for transformer oils which contains a pure sodium chloride, the dielectric properties is made researches. This experiments for measuring the dielectric loss is performed at $20{\sim}120[^{\circ}C]$ in the temperature range, $30{\sim}1.5{\times}10^5[Hz}$ in the frequency range and $300{\sim}1500[mV]$ in the voltage range. The result of experiment for the movement of carrier and the physical constants to contribute dielectric properties of specimen with a pure sodium chloride.

분자 위치제어 메모리 시스템에 대하여 고전적인 분자동역학을 이용하여 결합에너지 및 다양한 외부전압의 형태에 따른 셔틀 풀러렌 동작에 관하여 연구하였다. 단일 나노피포드 형(single-nanopeapod type)은 질화붕소 나노튜브(boron-nitride nano tube) 속에 세 개의 엔도풀러렌(endo-fullerene)과 양쪽 끝에 구리 전극이 채워져 있는 구조를 갖고 있는 구조를 갖고 있다. 결론적으로, 분자동역학 시뮬레이션 결과로부터 이 나노메모리 시스템은 비휘발성임을 알 수 있었다. 안정적인 bit 변화를 위해서는 단일 나노피포드 형은 0.1 eV/$\AA$ 외부전압이 필요로 함을 알 수 있었다.

Information Literacy (IL) is considered as an important aspect of everybody's life. In today's information society possessing IL skills is more significant than ever as information is available in many forms and formats. Schools are the primary places where these skills are imbibed in students. Organizations like UNESCO, IFLA, ALA, AASL, & ACRL have formulated IL Standards and Guidelines/Models at the international arena. Though the Government of India is making efforts in providing information literacy skills yet there are no set of standards/guidelines devised by any agency/organization at the school level. This paper gives a brief account of IL initiatives and highlights the trends and developments of IL programmes in Indian School Libraries. It recommends the nation to form a national level advisory committee to develop IL framework for Indian school Libraries. Further, it suggests that librarians should work in close collaboration with teachers for better results. A moderate attempt has been made to provide feasible solutions for effective implementation of IL programmes in school libraries.

In the UK, the legal principle for the duty of disclosure established in Carter v Boehm case was codified in the Marine Insurance Act 1906("MIA"). The duty of disclosure under the MIA is the pre-contractual duty by the insured and therefore, the insured should disclose the every material circumstance that would influence a prudent insurer's judgement. If the insured violates the duty of disclosure, the insurer is entitled to avoid the insurance contract, regardless of whether there was the deliberate or reckless breach, which is unfavorable to the insured. The Law Commission reviewed the duty of disclosure under the MIA in detail and provided the Insurance Act 2015 for the purpose of enhancing the interests of the insured. The Insurance Act 2015("Act"),while the basic legal structure of the duty of disclosure under the MIA still remains, amends it in respect of non-consumer insurance and furthermore, integrate the duty of disclosure and the duty not to misrepresent into the duty of fair presentation of risk. And according to the Act, the insurer is required to more actively communicate with the insured before entering the contract with the result that, if the insured fails to disclose the material circumstance but provides the sufficient information to put the insurer on notice, the insurer should further inquire for the purpose of the insured's revealing the material circumstance. In addition, the Act details the insured's constructive knowledge of material circumstance by reviewing the current case law and introduces a new system for the insurer's proportionate remedy against the insured's breach of the duty of fair presentation of risk.

The purpose of this study was to analyze export competitiveness of Korean auto parts and Chinese auto parts in U.S. market by using Index of Export Bias and Market Comparative Advantage Index. For attaining the purpose of study, we classified the auto parts which exported to U.S. market and the imported products by using the six units classification of the Harmonized System(HS). Analyzing period was 1998-2005. The analysis of Korean results of MCA indicated that the Korean auto parts which gained export competitiveness in the U.S. market were HS Code No. 8708.94, 8708.99, 8708.92. The products which will have export competitiveness in the U.S. market would be HS Code No. 8708.93, 8708.39, 8708.60 respectively. On the other hand, the results indicated that the Chinese auto parts which gained export competitiveness in the U.S. market were HS Code No. 8708.70, 8708.31, 8708.91, 8708.60, 8708.39. From this study, we find the following strategies for successful advancing into the U.S. and world market. i) Linking strategy through working cooperation with local auto firms, government and academic world. ii) Advance strategy of auto firm accompany by module working and system auto parts firm. iii) Retention strategy of large technical institution established by auto parts firms and taking cooperation of auto firms iv) Settlement strategy for having weaken competitive article and production field. v) Cost-cutting strategy through strengthening logistics cooperation system between auto parts firms and auto firms. vi) Active invitation strategy of foreign investment under quickly cooperating of government.

The purpose of this study is to find out the relationship between job fitness, organizational justice(distributive, procedural, interactional), job satisfaction, organizational trust, organizational commitment, and voluntary turnover intention in private organization such as in small fire in Korea. To identify the these relationships, the secondary data or past studies that were related with job fitness, organizational justice, job satisfaction, organizational trust, organizational commitment, voluntary turnover intention was collected and theoretically arranged. I made the theoretical proposed model to explain these relationships between the constructs, identify the operational definitions and 18 hypotheses was established, there was executed the survey of 262 in employees. Using the collected data, previous performances to confirm the construct validity and internal consistency by EFA(Exploratory Factor Analysis); i.e. factor analysis by SPSS, reliability by cronbach's a, and by the CFA(Confirmative Factor Analysis) and structural equations modelling the proposed model was tested by LISREL v. 8.52. The research came to the conclusions as follows: First, three perceived justice had the positive effect to the job satisfaction empirically. Second, procedural justice in three perceived justice only had the positive effect to the organizational trust empirically. Third, distributive justice in three perceived justice only had the positive effect to the organizational commitment empirically. Forth, job fitness had the positive effect to the organizational commitment, organizational trust, job satisfaction empirically in perspective. Fifth, I found the relationship between job satisfaction and organizational commitment, between job satisfaction and organizational trust was positive, between organizational commitment and trust. Finally, job satisfaction, organizational trust had not the positive effect directly, but indirect effect via organizational commitment was identified in voluntary turnover intention by empirical test.

This paper analyzed the obligations of the parties entering into an international leasing agreements, focusing on the Draft Common Frame of Reference (DCFR) Book IV, Part B. The lessor's obligations are as follows. i) The lessor must deliver goods to the lessee by the due date of delivery so that the lessee can use the goods on the starting date of the lease agreement. ii) The lessor must conform with the contract so that the goods meet the purpose of the contract at the start of the lease agreement and throughout the period of the lease agreement. iii) If the lessee returns the goods upon the termination of the lease agreement, the lessor must cooperate with the lessee. The lessee's obligations are as follows. i) The lessee must pay rent, which is the most critical obligation of the lessee. ii) The lessee must cooperate with the lessor so that the lessor can perform the obligation to deliver the goods and accept the goods of which the lessee shall take control. iii) The lessee shall perform fiduciary duties while it uses and makes profits from the goods, and when the lessor cannot take any measure to protect the object, the lessee must prevent damage. Further, if the lessor pays expenses that are not considered necessary expenses, the lessor may not be reimbursed and must accept the goods after delivery to preserve them. iv) The lessee must give notice to the lessor if there is a possibility that a third party can claim rights to goods or infringe upon the lessor's ownership while using the goods. v) At the end of the lease period, the lessee must return the goods to the lessor.
