The purpose of this study was to survey teachers' perception of classroom space utilization through analyzing the physical environment of elementary school classrooms (56 classrooms in 10 schools). Most of the teachers arranged desks in the two person parallel type (sectional layout : standard type) for their classes. Although the number was small, some classrooms used the T type, H type, U type, group type, and the teachers of such cases used these layouts for children's play activities or group learning. Some teachers changed the desk layout depending on the contents of learning or for different atmosphere of class, but about 40% of the teachers used the same classroom layout without any change during a semester. When the teachers' perception of classroom space utilization was examined according to the type and change of desk layout, the quantity and characteristics of posts, the position of posting spaces, and the size of activity spaces in the classroom, most of the teachers tended to be conventional without any characteristic, and only 16% of them were relatively active in utilizing classroom spaces. In addition, teachers of a relatively small class were more active in utilizing classroom spaces. In particular, perception was very low to utilize the classroom as a space for children's life or play activities or various types of learning. These findings suggest that it is necessary to improve teachers' perception of classroom space utilization in the future.

This study has researched on the utilization of living space through interview with a owner of the MAN-CHUI-DANC. The aim of the study is to grasp-the resident living and dwelling ceremony through rites of passase of the MAN-CHUI-DANG among the upper class residence of Korean traditional house A result of this study , Korean traditional house have been so inhered multipurpositive and adaptability that dwelling living space for the rites of passage is always separation, transition, coordination as living aspect.

A numerical procedure is described for predicting the dynamic responses of combined systems of floating breakwaters and huge offshore structures supported by a large numer of the floating bodies in waves. The hydrodynamic interactins among tatal floating bodies are taken into account in their exact form within the context of linear potential theory. Wave control effects are discussed with both hydrodynamic interactions and hydrodynamic-structure interaction effects. The method presented is applicalbe to combined systems of floating breakwaters and huge structures for ocean space utilization for which a number of practical uses are seen in the future.

본 연구는 중학교 자유학기제 전면 시행에 따른 학습활동 공간, 학생자치 등 학생활동 공간, 학생들간의 소통 및 지역사회와의 공동체 형성을 위한 공간 등으로 학교 식생활관의 식당을 다목적공간으로 활용할 수 있는 방안을 위한 교육공동체의 인식을 분석하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 학교 식당의 다목적 공간 활용에 관한 인식조사 하였으며 분석 결과 첫째, 식당 공간을 운영하는 중학교의 거의 대부분이 식사 이외의 다른 용도로 활용한 경험이 없는 것으로 나타났으며, 둘째, 다른 용도로 활용하지 않은 이유는 위생관리의 어려움이 가장 많은 것으로 분석되었다. 셋째, 학교 식당공간의 일부를 유리벽이나 가변형의 벽체로 구획하여 다른 용도로 사용하는 방안에 대하여 찬성하는 이유는 중학교 자유학기제 활용 등 교육과정 운영을 위한 학습 공간 지원과 학생들간의 소통 공간 확보를 위해서라고 분석되었다. 넷째, 식당공간의 다목적으로 활용 가능한 용도로는 영양 식생활 교육 공간이 가장 많았고, 다음으로 자유학기 등 교육과정 운영, 학생 간의 소통 공간 순으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 학교 식당공간을 다용도로 활용 시 공간 조성 방향에 대해서는 공간의 가구는 효율적인 공간 활용이 가능하도록 이동과 조합이 편리한 것을 설치하는 것이 중요한 것으로 나타났다.

Interior space of large scale composition facilities influences in walk population of distance according to trade and space rescue and walk population of distance is armed business activity. Because executing space analysis of COEX mall interior, can analyzed the walk amount and location and also confirm result that floating population according to accessibility increases. Produced time, day of the week, the passageway passing amount through CCTV on actuality COEX mol interior to compare this. Was proved that it is quantity in the passageway passing amount and analysis incidental of the passing amount that get executing space difference.

With the requirement of high quality and three-dimensional urban development, the public space areas city-center rail transit stations is expanded from the plots defined by the road network density to the plots defined by the three-dimensional public space density, covering the internal and external paths of the plots, which brings about the resilient pattern of plot utilization. This paper uses the isochronous three-dimensional influence realm model around the station areas to quantitatively analyze and compare the surrounding three-dimensional path density of public space, and initially proposes flexible use patterns of differently scaled plots under the multi-scale plots linkage, to effectively promote the overall accessibility of the station realm space.

The purpose of this study is to develop an underground Building. Population tends to concentrate in large cities. In result, the cities lacks housings. Underground space may be a attractive space by being able to gain alternative energy and get a cheap site, protect environment at the same time. The earth or ground is a useful medium for a long-term heat source and storage of it's heat. Also the underground space has the status of stabilization, the lower heating load and the similar heat transfer coefficient of the inside wall surface comparing to that of residential space. Utilization of underground space has many advantages to cope with lack of building sites and energy conservation, etc. As a result, it is expected to provide a useful information for the practical use of Underground building.

I recognized necessity of the space planning to three-generation dwelling because of preservation of wholesome society sense of values of the younger generation indicated often to the point at issue by the change to nuclear family of present and by way to hand down thought of respect for the aged which is our traditional public morals. I wish to present basic data for storage space planning that resident's request and consciousness are reflected in such background. I investigated records in general concept, which is utilization pattern of storage space to achieve the function of these culture intermediation. The object of research is three-generation dwelling, such as 3L-K and 3L-DK as national residences that appear most generally in chongju city. The method of research was question investigation method to write utilization actual conditions and requirement of storage space directly. So I proposed suitable planning to resident's life style analyzing frequency, percentage and average distribution. When supply apartment house hereafter, it should be reflected wide selection by resident's characteristic and needed systematic storage space planning in consideration of user mainly. Also continuous and diversified researches that can improve quality of residence are required.
