컴퓨터와 인터넷 정보 기술은 현대 서비스 산업과 사람들의 생활 방식을 변화시켰다. 특히 COVID-19의 전 세계적 확산으로 셀프서비스 기술 등 연락 서비스 유형에 대한 관심이 점차 높아지고 있다. 인건비 상승과 소비자 자기인식 제고로 업무 일부를 자체 서비스 기술을 통해 고객에게 이전하는 기업이 늘고 경영환경 속에서 본 연구는 다음의 질문에 답하고자 한다. (1) 셀프서비스기술 환경에서 기술난이도와 안전성 지각이 고객 가치 인식에 어떻게 영향을 미치는가? (2) 고객 가치 인식은 셀프서비스기술의 지속사용의도에 영향을 끼치는가? 본 연구는 327개 표본으로 실증분석을 실시하여 셀프서비스 특성인 기술난이도와 안전성 지각이 고객가치 인식과 지속적 이용의도에 미치는 영향을 검증하였다. 고객이 가치를 인식하고 셀프서비스 기술 사용에서 중요한 역할을 하는 것은 고객의 가치 체험이다. 셀프서비스기술 환경에서 고객이 가치를 인식하여 지속사용의도에 영향을 미친다는 선행연구는 그동안 거의 없었던 바, 본 연구는 고객의 체험가치가 높을수록 셀프서비스 기술을 선호하고 지속적인 이용의도가 높아짐을 실증하였다.

과거 중동 지역에 집중되어 있던 국내 건설사들의 해외수주가 아시아, 중남미 등 신시장으로 확대되면서 다양한 환경에 대응해야 하는 상황이 되었다. 토목, 건축 등 시공 프로젝트에서 설계, 구매, 시공, 시운전까지 일괄도급하는 EPC 플랜트 프로젝트로 그 범위 또한 넓어졌다. 이러한 상황으로 인해 이전 프로젝트에서 발생한 성공/실패사례를 수집하고 시스템화하여 새로운 프로젝트를 진행할 때 다양한 환경 변화에 대한 대응이 가능하도록 활용도를 극대화하는 것이 중요해졌다. 그러나 많은 근무자들은 자발적으로 기술과 경험을 공유하지 않는다. 이를 위해 경험이나 기술을 공유하는 문화를 만들고 체계화하는 작업이 필요하다. 이러한 문제를 개선하기에 앞서 현재 상황을 파악하고 분석하기 위해 EPC 플랜트 프로젝트를 수행하고 있는 건설사의 EPC 프로젝트 관련 부서를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 분석 결과 설문조사 참가자 중 약 74%가 성공/실패사례의 수집 및 활용이 도움이 된다고 답하였다. 실제 사례를 수집하여 등록한 경험이 있는 인원의 비율은 약 53%, 사례를 활용하여 문제를 예방한 경험이 있는 인원의 비율은 약 39%로 성공/실패사례 시스템에 대한 근무자들의 인식 및 활용도를 파악하였다. 세부적으로 분석을 진행하였을 때 근무지, 직무, 직급, 현장 경력 등에 따라 차이가 나타났다. 본 연구를 통해 EPC 플랜트 프로젝트를 수행중인 건설사의 성공/실패사례 수집 및 활용도의 현황을 파악하였고, 이를 토대로 성공/실패사례의 수집 및 활용도 개선에 관한 연구가 진행 중이다.

본 연구는 가족돌봄자가 노인의 정신질환을 주로 어떤 증상을 통해 발견하였는지를 알아보는 한편, 가족돌봄자를 중심으로 노인의 정신건강서비스를 이용하게 이끄는 주된 원인이 무엇인지를 실증적으로 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 정신건강문제를 갖고 지역사회에 거주하는 노인을 돌보는 가족돌봄자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며 이를 통해 수집된 324명의 자료로 이항 로지스틱 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과를 보면 첫째, 가족돌봄자가 노인 환자의 정신건강질환을 의심하게 된 주된 증상은 기억력 저하와 다른 인지기능 저하가 가장 많은 것으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 노인이 노인 정신건강서비스를 이용하는데 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 노인의 장기요양등급, 가족돌봄자의 나이, 노인을 돌본 기간, 가족돌봄자가 느끼는 돌봄 스트레스의 수준, 가족 돌봄자의 노년기 정신질환에 대한 이해, 가족돌봄자의 지역사회 정신건강서비스에 대한 인지도가 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 노인 가족돌봄자의 관점에서 노인 정신건강문제 조기 발견과 대응 및 관련서비스 이용을 위한 정책적 실천적 함의를 제시하였다.

본 논문에서는 타블렛 컴퓨터를 활용한 모바일 학습에 대한 학습자의 인식을 조사 분석한 결과를 제시하였다. 학습자의 인식을 학습 효과 측면, 태도 변화 측면, 학습 활동 측면, 컴퓨터 활용 측면으로 나눠 분석하였다. 학습자들은 대체적으로 타블렛 컴퓨터가 학습에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 응답하였고 태도 변화에 있어서도 동기 향상이 이루어진 것으로 응답하였다. 학습 활동 측면에서는 학습자들은 타블렛 컴퓨터를 주로 퀴즈나 시험 등 평가나 소집단 활동에 적극적으로 활용하였다. 컴퓨터 활용 측면에서는 학습자들은 타블렛 컴퓨터를 주로 노트 필기나 숙제 제출에 활용하였다.

This study aims to investigate the effect of message content and source user identity on information diffusion in Twitter networks. For the empirical study, we collected 11,346 tweets pertaining to the three major mobile telecom carriers in Korea for three months, from September to December 2011. These tweets generated 59,111 retweets (RTs) and were retweeted at least once. Our analysis indicates that information diffusion in Twitter in terms of RT volume is affected primarily by the type of message content, such as the inclusion of corporate social responsibility activities. However, the effect of message content on information diffusion is heterogeneous to the identity of the information source. We argue that user identity affects recipients' perception of the credibility of focal information. Our study offers insights into the information diffusion mechanism in online social networks and provides managerial implications on the strategic utilization of online social networks for marketing communications with customers.

This study examined parental perceptions and use of traditional play songs for infants by parent's age and gender. The 464 subjects living in Daejeon City provided data via questionnaires and recorded tapes. Of 13 play songs for infants, parents were really acquainted only with Jjak-jjak-kkung, Do-ri Do-ri, Gon-ji Gon-ji, and Jam-jam. However, most parents thought traditional play songs are important for the education of the whole child. Mothers and parents in their thirties and forties considered traditional play songs to be more important than did fathers and parents in their twenties. Though infants liked traditional play songs, most parents didn't use them with their infants because parents knew few traditional play songs and they had little time to play with their infants. Lack of time was a more serious problem for fathers than for mothers.

In the present study, the middle school students' perception on the environment course was surveyed before and after three different lessons. It was found that most students were taking environment related issues mainly from mass media including internet and broadcasting. The young students were satisfied at practical experiments, but at the same time a few old fashioned experimental programs would not be preferred. Utilization of multimedia such as audio-visual tools was one of the effective tools for the environment class, because it could help to understand even the profound principles of the chemical and physical processes. However, some students did not concentrate on the display, causing frequent disturbance of the class. Since the school for this investigation did not choose the environment as a selective course, practical tools and materials for the experiment should not be sufficient, and thereby a further detailed work must be followed with the students who are taking environment lessons.

Risk has been considered as one of very important topics in traditional consumer behavior theoretically and practically since its tendency of minimizing errors rather than maximizing utilization in addition to its intuitive appealing with very high explaining power. In addition to a traditional view of risk, importance of risk in online transactions such as Internet banking is due to technical instability in security of the Internet as well as temporal and spatial separation of transaction partners. Therefore, risk in online transactions should be analyzed by a very comprehensive way since it is very inherent in the Internet. The objective of this study is to suggest a research model for explaining the use of online transactions in some risk related variables including risk results, security result, perceived security, and social influence and show its validity by applying it to Internet banking users. In result, hypotheses suggested by our research model are shown to be valid ones.

Since the 4th Industrial Revolution is implemented based on superintelligence, new insights must be provided through convergence studies with other fields to find optimal solutions to create new ideas. In this paper, we intende to present improvement measures for probability and statistical education, which is an athlete's subject on data analysis and processing in the ICT(Information & Communication Technologies) field in the era of superintelligence of the 4th industrial revolution. This paper aims to strengthen competitiveness through early development and commercialization of new technologies by presenting probabilities and statistical curriculums that require linkage in the ICT field. Second, it is necessary to present an educational system diagram linking probabilities and statistics in the ICT field to prepare a mid- to long-term response strategy for ICT education in response to innovative changes. Third, through a survey, we intend to present an effective educational operation plan linking probability and statistics to ICT major subjects by analyzing the perception of probability, statistical importance, and utilization of majors in this field.
