In recent years, more data is being generated for the activation of the SNS, the spread of Smartphones and the development of IT technology. Therefore, it is to collect large amounts of data, analyze and ensure meaningful information has become important. The use of these data are formed on the global trend. Big data so-called, has attracted attention as a source of new business. Big Data can then give us the opportunity to be able to create a new customer and diversify the business. So, many companies have investment and effort for big data utilization. However, technology, infrastructure, human resources is different for each of the companies. Therefore, it is necessary to diagnose the level of big data utilization companies. In this study, through a literature review of existing, we derived the success factors for the big data utilization. And developed a diagnostic indicator that allows success factors derived, can be used to determine levels of big data utilization of the company. In addition, as a development of diagnostic indicators, were carried out case studies to diagnose company. Through this study, it will be an opportunity to be able to be reflected in the strategy of big data utilization company.

This study has two purposes. One is to know that it is Possible to use portfolio in the elementary math class. The other is to make a useful method for using portfolio. We got the following conclusion through the study. Portfolio gave students an opportunity that they could review their mathematical thinking. But it couldn't work very well for the low-level students. They didn't pay attention to the class. So, careful prepa-ration and training were necessary for the portfolio material. And the portfolio material must be prepared by appropriate contents. Teacher had to do math class by considering students ability. The math class could be much better for motivation, teaching-learning activity impro-vement and communication tool by using portfolio material. There are several imple-mentation processes in preparation, execution and utilization of the class. 1) Preparation: Teacher must decide if it is appropriate for portfolio by analyzing the course and textbook and set a final goal. And then teacher has to select an appropriate item and make a schedule for the class. The portfolio material must contain valuable things from which students learn mathematics and use in their life. The student level, utilization purpose and contents are considered when one prepares portfolio material. 2) Execution: Students are supposed to understand about the portfolio very well. It is important for them to get the opportunity for reviewing through math class diary, their opinion, friends opinion and teachers opinion. 3) Utilization: Parents review ameliorates the communication among teacher, student and parents about learning activity.

Accessibility to medical facilities and personnels has been known as one of important determinants of medical care utilization. This study attempted to identify the effects of medical accessibility in terms of geographical distance and occupational opportunity to the medical utilizations. Two-year-experiences of Yonsei University Health Insurance Cooperatives were used as the sources of data. Out patient utilization patterns of 713 members sampled from 4,352 members of Health Insurance Cooperatives were analyzed in order to identify the effects of medical accessibilities. Findings: 1 Average clinic visit rate of Yonsei Health Insurance is 1.66 per person per year. 2. The utilization rates of geographically more accessible group were 33% higher than that of less accessible group. 3. No marked difference in clinic visit rate were observed between medical and non-medical personnel and their family members. 4. Clinic visit rates among occupationally accessible group were slightly higher than those of less accessible. The utilization rate was more sensitively changed by the insurance policy changes in occupationally accessible group.

The aim of this study is to analyze how both the quality of KMS (Knowledge Management System) and its organizational factors have effect on the utilization and user satisfaction in the defense sector. This study has verified the effects and identified the main factors affecting KMS performance measures. The nature of KMS quality and its organizational characteristics were deduced from previous research results, and a questionnaire survey was conducted on 250 KMS users in the defense sector on the performance of KMS based on the time spent on KMS and the overall satisfaction through which the hypothesis was verified. This study has made several contributions in the fact that it had provided the opportunity to analyze which factors have impact on knowledge management performance in the defense sector and the utilization and users' satisfaction of KMS reflecting the viewpoint of the organizational characteristics of the military, while studying the factors which can affect the performance for knowledge management.

Increasing attention has been paid to rheological approaches in the food industry due to great awareness of the quality control of foods by objective analysis. Therefore, a lot of food manufacturers started to make a great of effort to instrumentally investigate the rheological properties of foods. However, the appropriate utilization of rheological instruments in the field of food science has been met with numerous technical challenges because of the lack of fundamental knowledge and knowhow. In this article, a variety of rheological instruments conventionally used in the food industry are reviewed. In addition, new rheological instruments that have been rapidly growing in popularity are introduced for potential applications. This article may provide an opportunity for the food industry to move toward the active utilization of rheological instruments.

This study was designed to analyze farmers' behavior on dealing with secondhand agricultural machinery and to device proper measures for promoting utilization of secondhand agricultural machinery. This objective was accomplished by using data which were analyzed, collected through questionnaires from 35 farmers on dealing with secondhand agricultural machinery. The main, realistic measures for promoting utilization of secondhand agricultural machinery, based on farmers' behavior, are as fellows: First, to make and offer a criteria fer evaluating the optimal price of secondhand agricultural machinery, which should be a effective measure for promoting farmers' dealing with them. Second. to establish a store to exhibit and sell secondhand agricultural machinery. This is the most important way to promote dealing with them. In the process of political supporting to establish the store, the equality of opportunity should be adopted to every organization want to deal secondhand agricultural machinery. Third, to strengthen financial supports for buying secondhand agricultural machinery and to assure A/S system.

This study focuses on the necessity of MOT methods in companies, especially the utilization level. Based on the analysis structure of the previous study (2012), this study was conducted to compare the results with the previous results. We investigated the settlement level of MOT, the degree of necessity for MOT methods, the degree of actual use, and the Product Realization Process (PRP) for MOT-related researchers in electronic companies (n=184). It was confirmed that the higher the demand for MOT methods in the corporate field, the higher the utilization level (ratio). In particular, the need for and utilization of techniques such as Environmental Analysis, Business Opportunity Analysis, Project Feasibility Review, Roadmap, Risk Management was high. These methods were beneficial along with cost management and quality management techniques. The most challenging part of using MOT methods was the lack of systematic use, the absence of experts, and the difficulty in selecting suitable techniques. The necessity of opening subjects such as Creative Thinking, Communication, Teamwork, and Professional Ethics was high among the PRP subjects. Furthermore, the necessity of opening courses in Cost and Safety Design and Applied Statistics was higher than in the previous study.

글로벌 경제위기와 고령화 추세 그리고 급속한 디지털 전환은 한국 사회에 큰 부담이자 위기이다. 이러한 환경 변화와 경기침체는 시니어들의 퇴직 후 창업 및 재취업에 대한 이슈가 사회적으로 부상하고 있다. 본 연구는 시니어를 대상으로 하고 창업할 시 어떤 요인이 영향을 미치는지 실증 분석하기 위해 수행되었다. 특히 4차 산업혁명 시대를 맞아 피할 수 없는 정보통신기술(ICT) 및 디지털 미디어에 대한 활용 역량에 초점을 두었다. 이를 실증적으로 분석하기 위해 시니어를 대상으로 온라인 설문 조사를 하였다. 유효한 287개를 분석대상으로 삼았다. 통계분석에는 SPSS 24.0와 Macro Process 4.0을 활용하였다. 본 연구의 실증 분석 결과, 정보기술 수용에 대한 자기효능감, 개인 혁신성, 디지털미디어를 활용한 커뮤니케이션 역량은 시니어 창업 의도에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것을 확인하였다. 하지만 정보기술에 대한 지각된 유용성과 디지털미디어 기기 활용역량은 유의성이 나타나지 않았다. 유의한 영향을 미친 변인 중 개인혁신성이 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 기회 인식은 자기효능감, 개인혁신성, 커뮤니케이션 역량과 시니어 창업 의도 간에 매개 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과는 시니어의 창업에 영향을 미치는 다양한 요인 중에서 디지털미디어 활용역량 역시 영향을 미치는 요인임을 실증적으로 검정했다는 점에서 학술적 및 실무적 의미가 있다.

The purpose of this research is to develop a education on demand system by which general is people learn computer utilization. Nowadays computer is getting essential for everylife. However computer novice has difficulty in learning computer because computer utililization is changed rapidly. One is hard to learn computer because of lack of time and money. This system allows us to study computer at anyplace and anytime and to share educational data with learners. Therefore this system endows equal opportunity for general person to learn computer.

This paper aimed to identify potential opportunities of building information modeling (BIM) utilization for construction risk management. Construction risk factors and BIM functions were derived through conducting in-depth literature review. Nineteen construction risk factors could be resolved by various BIM functions. Phase planning, site analysis, design authoring, and 3D design coordination were identified as the most efficient BIM functions for construction risk management.
