본 연구는 도서관의 문화프로그램 운영 현황을 살펴보고 개선사항을 제안하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이에 국립세종도서관 문화프로그램의 이용자 참여 로그를 분석하여 프로그램의 운영과 이에 대한 이용자의 실질적인 참여 현황을 살펴보았다. 이용자 참여 로그의 누적기간은 2015년 3월부터 2017년 12월까지이며, 해당 로그에서 프로그램 정보 722건, 프로그램 참여 정보 24,816건, 이용자 정보 6,729건을 추출 분석하였다. 세부 분석은 프로그램 분석, 이용자 분석, 시계열 분석 등 다각도로 진행되었으며, 분석결과를 토대로 국립세종도서관 문화프로그램의 문제점을 지적하고 이를 개선시킬 수 있는 방안을 제안하였다. 본 연구는 서비스 제공 측면에서 문화프로그램을 분석했던 기존 연구와는 달리 실제 이용자 참여 로그를 활용하여 이용자 측면에서 문화프로그램을 분석하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

이용자와 검색 서비스 시스템의 모든 검색 과정을 기록한 질의 로그는 이용자의 실제 검색 행위를 사실적으로 반영한다. 따라서, 웹 검색 이용자들의 검색 행태를 이해하기위하여 웹 검색 서비스 시스템이 생성한 질의 로그를 분석하는 방법이 널리 사용되고 있다. 본 연구는 네이버 이용자의 웹 검색 행태를 파악하기 위하여 기존의 질의 로그 분석 방법론을 보완하여 제시한다. 또한, 본 연구는 통합 검색, 디텍토리 검색, 웹 문서 검색과 같은 다양한 검색 유형에 대하여 일주일 동안 생성된 질의 로그를 분석함으로써 네이버 웹 검색 이용자들의 전반적인 검색 행태를 파악하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 보다 효과적인 웹 검색 시스템 개발과 서비스 구축에 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

웹 검색 분야의 대부분의 선행 연구들은 검색 질의를 살펴본 연구자의 판단에 근거하여 질의의 주제를 분석하였다. 그러나 웹 검색 질의의 주제 분야가 방대하고 다양하여서 이용자가 검색 결과에서 실제로 조회한 문서를 모르는 상태에서 연구자의 판단에 근거하여 질의의 주제를 분류하기에는 한계가 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 1년 동안 네이버 이용자들이 입력한 질의를 기록한 질의로그와 질의에 대한 검색 결과에서 이용자가 조회한 문서를 기록한 클릭 로그에 근거하여 국내 웹 검색 질의의 형태 및 주제를 분석하였다. 질의를 형태별로 분류한 결과 사이트 검색 질의가 내용 검색 질의보다 많은 것으로 나타났다. 또한 이용자들이 전반적으로 가장 많이 검색한 주제는 컴퓨터/인터넷. 엔터테인먼트, 쇼핑, 게임. 교육 순으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 인터넷 포탈 업체들의 효과적인 컨텐츠 구축 및 효율적인 검색 시스템 개발에 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

웹 검색 분야에서 사용되고 있는 다양한 연구 방법들 중 로그 분석 방법은 이용자의 실제 검색 행위를 사실적으로 반영한다. 로그 분석을 통하여 대다수 이용자의 전반적인 이용 행태를 분석할 수 있으므로, 로그 분석 방법은 이용자 계층이 다양하고 이질적인 웹 검색 분야의 연구에 적합한 방법이라고 할수 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 네이버의 트랜잭션 로그를 분석한 일련의 연구를 중심으로 로그 분석 방법론이 웽 검색 분야에 어떻게 활용되고 기여할 수 있는지를 파악하고 향후 활용 분야를 제시하고자 한다. 본 연구의 결과는 웹 검색 분야의 학문적 발전과 보다 효율적인 웹 검색 시스템 개발과 서비스 구축에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

본 연구에서는 웹 검색 이용자들의 전반적인 검색 행태를 이해하기 위하여 국내에서 널리 사용되고 있는 웹 검색 서비스 네이버에서 생성된 검색 트랜잭션 로그를 분석하였다. 본 연구에서는 웹 검색 트랜잭션 로그 분석에 필요한 세션 정의 방법을 설명하고 로그 정제 및 질의 유형 분류방법을 제시하였으며, 한글 검색 트랜잭션 로그 분석에 필수절인 검색어 정의 방법을 제안하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 보다 효과적인 국내 웹 검색 시스템 개발과 서비스 구축에 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

Current increasingly information systems log historic information in a systematic way. Not only workflow management systems, but also ERP, CRM, SCM, and B2B systems often provide a so-called 'event log'. Unfortunately, the information in these event logs is rarely used to analyze the underlying processes. Process mining aims at improving this problem by providing techniques and tools for discovering process, control, data, organizational, and social structures from event logs. This paper focuses on the mining social networks. This is possible because event logs typically record information about the users executing the activities recorded in the log. To do this we combine concepts from workflow management and social network analysis. This paper introduces the approach and presents a tool to mine social networks from event logs.

본 연구에서는 국내 쇼핑 검색 사이트인 팝슈즈 이용자들의 정보 검색 행태를 조사, 분석하였다. 이를 위하여 팝슈즈에서 2015년 1월부터 3월까지 3개월 동안 생성된 검색 로그를 수집, 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 팝슈즈 이용자들의 검색 행태는 매우 단순하고 수동적인 것으로 나타났다. 이용자들이 정보 접근 시, 질의를 직접 입력하여 검색하는 경우보다 사이트에 구축되어 있는 디렉토리를 브라우징하는 경우가 더 많은 것으로 나타났다. 반면, 제품 정보 클릭이나 제품 주문과 같은 주요 의사 결정에 있어서는 브라우징보다 질의의 역할이 더 큰 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 향후 쇼핑 검색 서비스의 개선에 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

This study analyzes the influence factors of IPTV users on the purchase of paid contents. This study carries out a web-log analysis of the actual users of the service provided by the domestic IPTV providers and classifies the influence factors on the purchase of paid contents largely into VOC, switching barriers, and content consumption pattern to conduct an empirical analysis. As analysis procedure, first, this study analyzes the preceding researches related to the core influence factors and content-purchasing patterns, and second, conducts a basic statistics analysis of the distribution of basic characteristics of the logs used, as presented in the above. Third, this study carries out a multiple regression analysis as an estimating equation of the number of purchasing the paid content depending on switching barriers of IPTV service, VOC, and content consumption pattern. As a statistical package, Stata version 11.2 was used. Through the empirical analysis, this study found that of the service use logs, VOC and content consumption pattern had a multi-dimensional impact on the purchase of premium contents. On the other hand, this study also found that the impact of switching barriers such as combination state with other products and current status of holding a point did not have a significant impact on the purchase of paid contents.

Enterprise networks in the PyeongChang Winter Olympics were hacked in February 2018. According to a domestic security company's analysis report, attackers destroyed approximately 300 hosts with the aim of interfering with the Olympics. Enterprise have no choice but to rely on digital vaccines since it is overwhelming to analyze all programs executed in the host used by ordinary users. However, traditional vaccines cannot protect the host against variant or new malware because they cannot detect intrusions without signatures for malwares. To overcome this limitation of signature-based detection, there has been much research conducted on the behavior analysis of malwares. However, since most of them rely on a sandbox where only analysis target program is running, we cannot detect malwares intruding the host where many normal programs are running. Therefore, this study proposes a method to detect malware variants in the host through logs rather than the sandbox. The proposed method extracts common behaviors from variants group and finds characteristic behaviors optimized for querying. Through experimentation on 1,584,363 logs, generated by executing 6,430 malware samples, we prove that there exist the common behaviors that variants share and we demonstrate that these behaviors can be used to detect variants.

웹 로그는 사용자가 웹 사이트의 데이터를 액세스할 때 웹 서버에 의해 기록되는 정보로써 최근 인터넷 이용의 급속한 증가로 인해 웹 로그의 활용가치가 더욱 중요하게 되었으며, 웹 로그의 분석 결과는 쇱 사용자들의 행위를 나타내는 패턴을 분석하거나 웹 사이트의 구조를 재배치 하는데 이용될 수 있다. 이를 실현하기 위한 많은 연구들은 주로 연관규칙과 순차패턴을 이용하고 있는데, 대다수는 Apriori 알고리즘을 기본으로 하고 있어서 대용량의 데이터베이스에 적용하기에는 컴퓨팅 시간적 측면에서 비효율적이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 웹 환경에서 흥미있는 패턴을 탐사하는 새로운 알고리즘을 개발하여 보다 빠르게 패턴탐사를 수행하고, 많은 사용자들이 관심있게 순차적으로 접근하고 있는 정보를 시스템 관리자에게 제공할 수 있는 추천에이전트를 개발한다.
